the horizontal limiting assembly comprises a hanging bracket, a horizontal limiting rod and a horizontal limiting locking nut, one end of the hanging bracket is connected with the beam, the other end of the hanging bracket is provided with a through hole, the horizontal limiting rod is arranged in parallel relative to the beam, after one end of the horizontal limiting rod penetrates out of the through hole in the hanging bracket, the horizontal limiting rod is locked with the hanging bracket through the horizontal limiting locking nut, the other end of the horizontal limiting rod penetrates through the vertical adjusting screw rod to be arranged, and the horizontal limiting block is installed at the end part of the horizontal limiting rod.
2. The tool for installing the rubber-tyred rail guide rail according to claim 1, wherein the mounting frame is a cross beam, and the length extension direction of the cross beam can be perpendicular to a running surface of a vehicle.

The tool for installing the rubber-tyred rail guide rail according to claim 2, wherein the reference position-limiting piece is an L-shaped frame structure welded and assembled by using angle steel, and comprises a position-limiting frame top surface, a position-limiting frame outer end surface, a position-limiting frame bottom surface and a position-limiting frame inner end surface; wherein: the top surface of the limiting frame and the bottom surface of the limiting frame are arranged in parallel, and the end surface of the outer side of the limiting frame is connected between the top surface of the limiting frame and the bottom surface of the limiting frame and is respectively fixed with a group of parallel edges at the outer sides of the top surface of the limiting frame and the bottom surface of the limiting frame; the inner side end face of the limiting frame is fixed with the inner side edge of the top face of the limiting frame and the inner side edge of the bottom face of the limiting frame respectively, and the lower side edge of the inner side end face of the limiting frame extends out of the inner side edge of the bottom face of the limiting frame.

The tool for installing the rubber-tyred rail guide rail according to claim 3, wherein the lateral limiting component comprises a lateral limiting rod and a lateral limiting and locking nut, a lateral positioning block is arranged at one end of the lateral limiting rod close to the vertical surface of the vehicle running surface, the other end of the lateral limiting rod penetrates through the vertical section, and the lateral limiting and locking nut is assembled on the rod body of the lateral limiting rod penetrating through the vertical section.
5. A method for installing a guide rail of a rubber-tyred rail is realized based on the installation tool of the guide rail of the rubber-tyred rail disclosed by claim 1, and is characterized by comprising the following steps of: hoisting a guide rail to be installed in place;
(2) Placing two reference limiting pieces of the tool on two vehicle traveling surfaces of a rail in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
(3) Adjusting two transverse limiting assemblies of the tool respectively to enable a transverse positioning block of each transverse limiting assembly to tightly push against the inner vertical surface of the corresponding vehicle running surface, realizing transverse positioning (4) of the tool, adjusting two installation adjusting parts of the tool respectively, enabling a vertical adjusting screw of each installation adjusting part to move upwards until a supporting plate installed at the lower end of the vertical adjusting screw can support the bottom of the guide rail to be installed, and realizing positioning of the guide rail to be installed in height;
(5) Adjusting two horizontal limiting assemblies of the tool respectively to enable a horizontal limiting rod of each horizontal limiting assembly to move towards the side face of the guide rail to be installed corresponding to the horizontal limiting assembly respectively until a horizontal limiting block at the end of the horizontal limiting rod abuts against the side face of the guide rail to be installed, and matching with the vertical adjusting screw rods of the two installation adjusting pieces to realize the transverse positioning and the vertical positioning of the guide rail to be installed;
(6) Verifying the deviation between the guide rail and the center positioning coordinate and the design elevation of the design plane by using a total station and a level gauge, and correcting by using a horizontal limiting rod and a vertical adjusting screw until the requirement of installation tolerance is met;
(7) And tightening the locking nuts of the horizontal limiting rod and the vertical adjusting screw rod to reliably fix the guide rail and pour the concrete foundation of the guide rail base.
