Abstract
本发明涉及纺织柔软剂,具体涉及一种化纤织物柔软处理剂,该化纤织物柔软处理剂,其组分按质量百分比由如下组分组成:改性有机硅乳液5%~10%、水性蜡乳液10%~30%、改性氨基硅油为2%~8%、季铵盐表面活性剂为1%~8%、有机酸为0.1%~0.5%、非离子乳化剂5%~15%、植物精油为0.1%~0.5%,余量为去离子水;制备方法如下:在可变速混合器中按上述配比先加入改性有机硅乳液、改性氨基硅油和季铵盐表面活性剂搅拌均匀,然后再按配比加入水性蜡乳液和非离子乳化剂搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入有机酸和去离子水,搅拌均匀分装。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织柔软剂,具体涉及一种化纤织物柔软处理剂。
背景技术
化纤织物系指用化学合成的方法获的的纤维生产的织物。化纤作为人造的高分子聚合物,在生产过程中可以预先设计其功能性,例如添加抗菌剂,使其具有抗菌功能;添加矿物微粉,使其具有低辐射功能或远红外辐射功能,比改造天然纤维更容易、更经济,而且效果更显著。
除了在设计和生产中可以比较方便地赋予化纤新的功能外,构成化纤自身高聚物的特性和特点也带有功能性的因素。例如,腈纶的大分子结构非常稳定,有耐紫外线辐射的本领,加上腈纶采用阳离子染色,不仅色彩鲜,而且耐晒牢度极高,于是人们把腈纶织物用作遮阳类产品,其功能性和实用性得到充分发挥。同样,锦纶的耐磨性使它广泛用于运动服装,对位芳纶的高强性使它用于防弹服。
在服装面料方面,对化纤织物的重要要求之一是‘仿真’。因此,天然纤维织物的外在风格也就成了化纤织物的基本要求,所以柔软剂选择显得十分重要。
织物柔软剂发展到今天,已有半个多世纪的历史,在化纤织物应用也有很长的历史,它对降低化纤织物纱线表面的摩擦力和断线率起到了很大的作用。
目前化纤织物柔软处理剂一般为油性的,在倒筒阶段通过油槽吸附至纱线,品种从最初的白油到现在的二甲基硅油,和目前流行的硅蜡。但是这些上过油性柔软剂的化纤织物在缝制白色或者浅颜色材质的服装时,容易形成硅斑,影响服装的外观和价值。
发明内容
本发明是为解决上述技术问题进行的,目的在于提供一种吸附相容性佳、对色泽和牢度无任何影响,且降低硅斑产生率的化纤织物柔软处理剂。为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
本发明提供的化纤织物柔软处理剂,其组分按质量百分比由如下组分组成:改性有机硅乳液5%~10%、水性蜡乳液10%~30%、改性氨基硅油为2%~8%、季铵盐表面活性剂为1%~8%、有机酸为0.1%~0.5%、非离子乳化剂5%~15%、植物精油为0.1%~0.5%,余量为去离子水。
优选的,在本发明提供的化纤织物柔软处理剂中,改性有机硅乳液包括硅氟聚合物以及氨烃基改性硅油中的一种或两种。
优选的,在本发明提供的化纤织物柔软处理剂中,改性有机硅乳液包括硅氟聚合物以及氨烃基改性硅油,硅氟聚合物与所述氨烃基改性硅油之间的质量比为1:2~4。
优选的,在本发明提供的化纤织物柔软处理剂中,水性蜡乳液为水性巴西棕榈蜡乳液、水性蜂蜡乳液或水性鲸蜡乳液。
优选的,在本发明提供的化纤织物柔软处理剂中,季铵盐表面活性剂为双氢化牛脂基二甲基氯化铵。
优选的,在本发明提供的化纤织物柔软处理剂中,有机酸为乙酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、羟基乙酸和对苯二甲酸中的一种或几种。
优选的,在本发明提供的化纤织物柔软处理剂中,非离子乳化剂为异构醇聚氧乙烯醚或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
优选的,在本发明提供的化纤织物柔软处理剂中,植物精油包括艾叶油、白兰花油以及藿香油中的一种或多种。
进一步,本发明还提供了一种化纤织物柔软处理剂的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:在可变速混合器中按上述配比先加入改性有机硅乳液、改性氨基硅油和季铵盐表面活性剂搅拌均匀,然后再按配比加入水性蜡乳液和非离子乳化剂搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入有机酸和去离子水,搅拌均匀分装。
与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的化纤织物柔软处理剂,改性有机硅乳液、水性蜡乳液以及改性氨基硅油能有效降低纱线表面的摩擦力,赋予织物柔软、平滑的手感;季铵盐表面活性剂成分赋予织物良好的抗静电性;植物精油能够明显改善纱线的手感,除织物刺痒感,提高其柔软性,并且改善透气性、消除洗后织物表面蜡感。
此外,本发明中的化纤织物柔软处理剂水溶性优良、品质安定性佳、配伍性强,容易乳化,可直接用于染缸,并且织物的黄变度低,不会有硅斑产生。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不用于限制本发明的应用范围。
实施例1
本发明提供的化纤织物柔软处理剂,组分和质量百分比如下:硅氟聚合物5%、水性巴西棕榈蜡乳液10%、改性氨基硅油为2%、双氢化牛脂基二甲基氯化铵为1%、乙酸为0.1%、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为5%、艾叶油为0.1%,余量为去离子水。
在可变速混合器中按上述配比先加入硅氟聚合物、改性氨基硅油和双氢化牛脂基二甲基氯化铵搅拌均匀,然后再按配比加入水性巴西棕榈蜡乳液和异构醇聚氧乙烯醚以及艾叶油搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入乙酸和去离子水,搅拌均匀分装。
实施例2
本发明一种化纤织物柔软处理剂,组分和质量百分比如下:氨烃基改性硅油7%、水性蜂蜡乳液20%、改性氨基硅油为5%、双氢化牛脂基二甲基氯化铵为58%、柠檬酸为0.3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为10%、白兰花油为0.3%,余量为去离子水。
在可变速混合器中按上述配比先加入氨烃基改性硅油、改性氨基硅油和双氢化牛脂基二甲基氯化铵搅拌均匀,然后再按配比加入水性蜂蜡乳液和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚以及白兰花油搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入柠檬酸和去离子水,搅拌均匀分装。
实施例3
本发明一种化纤织物柔软处理剂,组分和质量百分比如下:硅氟聚合物4%、氨烃基改性硅油6%、水性巴西棕榈蜡乳液30%、改性氨基硅油为8%、双氢化牛脂基二甲基氯化铵为8%、苹果酸为0.5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15%、藿香油为0.5%,余量为去离子水。
在可变速混合器中按上述配比先加入硅氟聚合物、氨烃基改性硅油、改性氨基硅油和双氢化牛脂基二甲基氯化铵搅拌均匀,然后再按配比加入水性巴西棕榈蜡乳液和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚以及藿香油搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入苹果酸和去离子水,搅拌均匀分装。
根据上述三个实施例制备得到的化纤织物柔软处理剂的物理性能汇总如表1:

运用实施例1~3中制得的化纤织物柔软处理剂的品质稳定性极好,处理后的织物拥有柔软、平滑、蓬松的手感,黄变效应低,亲水性优良,并且具有一定的低表面摩擦力和抗静电力,在缝纫过程中断线率低而且不会出现油斑。
以上已对本发明创造的较佳实施例进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明创造精神的前提下,还可作出种种的等同的变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
Claims (9)
1.一种化纤织物柔软处理剂,按质量百分比由如下组分组成:改性有机硅乳液5%~10%、水性蜡乳液10%~30%、改性氨基硅油为2%~8%、季铵盐表面活性剂为1%~8%、有机酸为0.1%~0.5%、非离子乳化剂5%~15%、植物精油为0.1%~0.5%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种化纤织物柔软处理剂,其特征在于,所述改性有机硅乳液包括硅氟聚合物以及氨烃基改性硅油中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种化纤织物柔软处理剂,其特征在于,所述改性有机硅乳液包括硅氟聚合物以及氨烃基改性硅油,所述硅氟聚合物与所述氨烃基改性硅油之间的质量比为1:2~4。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种化纤织物柔软处理剂,其特征在于,所述水性蜡乳液为水性巴西棕榈蜡乳液、水性蜂蜡乳液或水性鲸蜡乳液。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种化纤织物柔软处理剂,其特征在于,所述季铵盐表面活性剂为双氢化牛脂基二甲基氯化铵。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种化纤织物柔软处理剂,其特征在于,所述有机酸为乙酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、羟基乙酸和对苯二甲酸中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种化纤织物柔软处理剂,其特征在于,所述非离子乳化剂为异构醇聚氧乙烯醚或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种化纤织物柔软处理剂,其特征在于,所述植物精油包括艾叶油、白兰花油以及藿香油中的一种或多种。
9.权利要求1所述的一种化纤织物柔软处理剂的制备方法,按照下述步骤进行:在可变速混合器中按上述配比先加入改性有机硅乳液、改性氨基硅油和季铵盐表面活性剂搅拌均匀,然后再按配比加入水性蜡乳液和非离子乳化剂搅拌,最后按配比缓慢加入有机酸和去离子水,搅拌均匀分装。
