step e: processing radix et caulis Opuntiae Dillenii, fructus Pyracanthae, radix Rhodiolae, fructus Lycii, Mori fructus, semen Sesami Niger, semen euryales, fructus Alpinae Oxyphyllae, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix astragali Preparata, Ginseng radix, and herba Epimedii to obtain plant materials;
step f: mixing radix et caulis Opuntiae Dillenii extract, fructus Pyracanthae extract, radix Rhodiolae extract, fructus Lycii, Mori fructus, semen Sesami Niger, semen euryales, fructus Alpinae Oxyphyllae, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix astragali Preparata, Ginseng radix extract, herba Epimedii and deionized water, heating to 75-80 deg.C, homogenizing, and emulsifying;
