The test result shows that: the disinfectant based on the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method has obvious bactericidal effect on escherichia coli, staphylococcus epidermidis, staphylococcus aureus and diplococcus pneumoniae.
The disinfectant based on the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment theory consists of 6 traditional Chinese medicinal materials. The inventor proves that the folium artemisiae argyi water decoction and the compound folium artemisiae argyi water extract have obvious antibacterial effects on diplococcus pneumoniae, escherichia coli, staphylococcus epidermidis and staphylococcus aureus through experiments; the cineole and 4-terpinene in the folium artemisiae argyi volatile oil have antibacterial activity on 5 fungi including penicillium, phytophthora, aspergillus niger, alternaria and pinkish polyporus, and the antibacterial activity is enhanced along with the increase of the concentration of the folium artemisiae argyi volatile oil.
Experimental results show that the rhizoma acori graminei volatile oil has an antibacterial effect, the antibacterial effect on staphylococcus epidermidis and group A streptococcus is strongest, and candida albicans and staphylococcus aureus are the second.
The rhizoma atractylodis water extract has obvious inhibiting effect on staphylococcus aureus, helicobacter pylori, certain influenza A virus, influenza B virus and other bacteria and viruses; the rhizoma Atractylodis volatile oil has effect in killing various pathogenic bacteria such as rhinovirus and measles virus.
Eugenol in flos Caryophylli extract can inhibit Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Corynebacterium acnes, and flos Caryophylli water extract or flos Caryophylli decoction has inhibitory effect on various pathogenic fungi such as Trichophyton and Candida albicans, and eugenol has certain transdermal property.
The hairpin diol contained in Notopterygii rhizoma has inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus.
The radix Angelicae Dahuricae has strong antibacterial effect, and can inhibit Escherichia coli, Bacillus dysenteriae, Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, gram-positive bacteria, and human type Bacillus tuberculosis.
However, from the data results in tables 1-4, although each extract has a certain antibacterial effect, the mixture of the three dosage forms of the present disclosure has a better effect, and it is obvious that the mixture of the present disclosure significantly improves the antibacterial effect.
The three preparation modes of the invention can effectively retain the effective components of the Chinese herbal medicine, have no addition of other chemical substances, and are safe and non-toxic.
The disclosure of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments, but rather to the specific embodiments, the disclosure is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
