Abstract
The invention discloses a soilless sod taking fabric and silicate mineral as substrate and a preparation method thereof, which comprises a substrate layer, a cushion layer, a substrate layer and a straw stem layer from bottom to top in sequence; the liner layer comprises dustproof cloth or geotextile; the matrix layer comprises silicate mineral particles and organic fertilizer. The net turf has the advantages of light weight, strong tensile strength, no soil, capability of continuously supplying fertilizer to grass, no damage to cultivated land, protection of cultivated land, simple and convenient operation, high production efficiency, convenience for large-scale mechanized operation and suitability for various sports grounds and urban green lawn planting.

The invention relates to a soilless sod taking fabric and silicate mineral as lining materials, which sequentially comprises a substrate layer, a cushion layer, a substrate layer and a straw stem layer from bottom to top; the liner layer comprises dustproof cloth or geotextile; the matrix layer comprises silicate mineral particles and organic fertilizer.
The substrate layer is a substrate which is laid on a flat land and has the thickness of not less than 2cm and can protect surface soil, the function is that the original plough layer of the soil is not damaged when the full-lawn turf is transplanted, and any material which does not harm the growth of plants and can be cultivated can be adopted.
The cushion layer has the functions of improving the tensile resistance of the turf, enabling the turf not to be broken easily and shortening the period of outplanting; the liner layer is made of environment-friendly polyester dustproof cloth.

Claims (10)
1. A soilless sod taking fabric and silicate mineral as substrate is characterized by comprising a substrate layer, a liner layer, a substrate layer and a straw stem layer from bottom to top in sequence; the liner layer comprises dustproof cloth or geotextile; the matrix layer comprises silicate mineral particles and organic fertilizer.
2. A soilless sod with fabric and silicate mineral as substrate as claimed in claim 1 wherein said dust cloth is environment friendly polyester dust cloth.
3. A soilless sod with fabric and silicate mineral as liner as claimed in claim 1 wherein said geotextile is felt type moisture retaining geotextile.
4. A soilless sod with fabric and silicate mineral as substrate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the specific gravity of said silicate mineral particles is 80-160 kg/m3The grain size is less than 3 mm.
5. Soilless sod with fabric and silicate mineral as substrate according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the volume ratio of silicate mineral particles to organic fertilizer is 90: 10-80: 20.
