本发明涉及纺织、印染技术领域,具体涉及一种冰感印花浆料和印花服饰及其制作工艺。
背景技术
服饰上进行印花,可以大大提高服饰的美观、个性和装饰效果,也使得服装的风格更加多样化,因此,也受到了广大消费者的热烈追捧。然而,服饰表面进行大面积印花,印花浆料选择不当,印花服饰穿在身上就会很闷热,特别是夏天,穿起来不容易散热,印花处更是热量集中,大大降低了衣服的舒适度。
目前,有一些厂家致力于研发,清凉透气的丝织品面料,从而提升夏天服饰面料的清凉效果,然而丝织品面料造价高昂,再加上对丝织品的印花要求更高,导致成本大增,并且印染过程控制不当,还很容易出现问题产品。虽然也有一些商家通过研发冰感印花浆料来使得穿上印花服饰比较清爽、凉快,有冰凉感,然而这些产品的都是通过添加薄荷醇进行提高冰凉感,但效果不佳,而且为了达到冰感效果,添加薄荷醇的量比较高时,容易影响整体的固色效果。
此外,目前的印花服饰虽然花色丰富,但是容易掉色,耐磨和耐水洗性能较差,一旦花色褪去,就会很影响整体的美观效果,这也一直为消费者所诟病。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种冰感印花浆料,用该浆料印刷而成的服饰具有良好的冰感效果,同时兼顾优异的色牢度,具有极佳的固色效果。
本发明的目之二是提供一种冰感印花服饰,不需要使用昂贵的丝织品等清凉面料,穿着起来就能够具有冰凉快感,且固色效果极佳。
本发明的目之三是提供一种印花服饰的制作工艺,该制作工艺印能够有效果保护花浆料中各物质的功效,并促进相互协调作用,使得通过该工艺制作而成的服饰具有优异的冰凉快感,且固色效果极佳。
一种冰感印花浆料,包括A相和B相,以及水;
其中,所述A相包括以下物质:聚丙烯酸酯、戊二酸薄荷酯、丁酸薄荷酯、1,2-二甲氧基乙烷、聚乙烯醇、氨基树脂;
所述B相包括以下物质:氧化锌、冰醋酸、角鲨烷。
进一步所采取的措施是:所述A相包括以下物质及其质量百分比:聚丙烯酸酯15.0-25.0%、戊二酸薄荷酯1.0-4.5%、丁酸薄荷酯1.0-4.5%、1,2-二甲氧基乙烷6.0-8.0%、聚乙烯醇5.0-8.0%、氨基树脂0.5-2.0%;
所述B相包括以下物质及其质量百分比:氧化锌1.0-3.0%、冰醋酸0.5-3.0%、角鲨烷0.5-2.0%;
余量由去离子水加至100%。

一种印花服饰的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备冰感印花浆料;
(2)制作印花网版或者滚筒;
(3)将步骤(1)制备完成的冰感印花浆料加入到印花设备中,并通过相应的印花网版或者滚筒,对面料制品进行印刷,然后静置;
(4)对印刷制品进行烘烤,洗涤,得到成品。
进一步所采取的措施是:所述步骤(1)制备冰感印花浆料的过程为:将相应质量百分比的水加入到搅拌机中,加热到45-50℃,然后启动搅拌机,转速为550-600r/min,按顺序将A相中相应质量百分比的物质缓慢加入到搅拌机中;接下来降温至40-42℃,并将搅拌机调整转速为700-750r/min;然后按顺序将B相中相应质量百分比的物质缓慢加入到搅拌机中,搅拌至完全混溶,再调整转速至450-500r/min,加入糊料,搅拌均匀,静置,得到所述冰感印花浆料。
进一步所采取的措施是:所述步骤(3)和(4)中,对面料制品进行双面印刷,且先进行背面印刷、烘烤,再进行正面印刷、烘烤,最后进行正面和背面的二次固色印刷、烘烤,洗涤,自然风干,得到成品。
本发明经过长期研究发现,通过戊二酸薄荷酯与丁酸薄荷酯二者结合,能够大大提高浆料的冰凉效果,且用量少,效果突出,比添加薄荷醇以及各种复杂物质的冰感效果更突出;特别是与氧化锌、1,2-二甲氧基乙烷进行复配,能够发挥出优异的协同作用,使得整体散热迅速的的同时,给人优异的冰凉效果,从而不需要使用昂贵的丝织品等清凉面料,就能够使得使用该印花浆料印染的印花服饰具有明显的冰凉快感,穿着起来更加舒适,凉快。
本发明浆料不需要使用大量的聚丙烯酸酯,降低聚丙烯酸酯的用量,避免印花过程中容易过干、过硬,并通过加入聚乙烯醇和氨基树脂,聚丙烯酸酯与氨基树脂结合,能够起到良好的加固作用,显著提升整体的固色效果,同时印花处更加柔软舒适,提高穿着的舒适效果。
本发明采用冰醋酸进行调节pH值;而松香树脂,具有高软化点、高粘性和良好的抗氧化性的特点,还添了角鲨烷,提升整体的互溶、稳定效果,并通过海藻酸钠与角鲨烷相互作用,增强整体的稳定性,促进各物质相互作用,并保持良好的粘性;还通过无环甲酰胺与硅微粉相互作用,起到绝缘作用的同时,有利于面料烘干后印花处形成微型粉粒通道,增强整体的散热效果,从而提升冰凉快感,在夏天也能给穿着者冰凉体验,提升服饰穿着的舒适度。
本发明搭配专门的制作工艺,可以有效果保护各物质功效,并促进各物质相互协调作用,提升冰感功效,且固色效果优异,并通过严格控制每一步骤的温度,且温度不需要太高,就可以达到充分混溶的效果,有利于保护物质的特性并促进物质间的充分反应,而转速相应调整,促进整体混合;另外,本发明采用双面印花工艺,达到正面具有美感的同时,而背面印花,使得背面印花处贴肤时可以提升冰凉快感体验,并且双面印花还能够提升印花美感及色牢度,使得固色效果更佳。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明浆料能够大大提高服饰的冰感效果,且用量少,效果突出,通过该浆料制作得到的印花服饰,能够给人冰凉快感,整体具有良好的散热性能,使得消费者在夏天穿着起来更加舒适,凉快。
(2)本发明特殊的制作工艺,可以有效果保护各物质功效,并促进各物质相互协调作用,达到冰凉快感,且固色效果优异,并通过双面印花提高整体的印花质量及冰感效果。

为了更清楚的了解本发明所采用的技术方案,下面对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1-5,一种冰感印花浆料,包括A相和B相,以及水;在实施例1-5中具体物质及各物质所占重量百分比情况如下表1所示。

采用上述实施例1-5及对照例1-7的冰感印花浆料制作得到实施例1-5及对照例1-7的印花服饰成品。
并通过以下印花服饰的制作工艺制作而成,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备冰感印花浆料;
(2)制作印花网版或者滚筒;
(3)将步骤(1)制备完成的冰感印花浆料加入到印花设备中,并通过相应的印花网版或者滚筒,对面料制品进行印刷,然后静置;
(4)对印刷制品进行烘烤,洗涤,得到成品。

在市场上采购热销的常规合格冰感印花服饰作为对照例8的产品,与实施例1-5及对照例1-7进行以下性能对比试验。
(一)接触瞬间凉感性能测试
根据GB/T35263-2017纺织品接触瞬间凉感性能的检测和评价的要求,对本实施例1-5和对比例1-8的印花服饰成品进行接触瞬间凉感性能测试。本测试在GB/T6529规定的标准大气下对试样进行调湿和测试,同时每组产品裁取代表性试样5块,进行测试,记录测得的qmax值,单位为焦耳每平方厘米秒[J/(cm2·s)],并求平均值,结果如下表3所示。当qmax值≥0.15时,则表明所测试样品具有接触瞬间凉感性能,否则,所测试样品不具有接触瞬间凉感性能。

由上表结果可以明显看出,本实施例1-5得到的印花服饰测得的qmax值显著高于对照例8市场上购买的常规冰感印花服饰测得的qmax值,说明本实施例1-5得到的印花服饰具有优异的接触瞬间凉感性能,穿上后能够给人冰凉快感。
由对照例1-7得到的的印花服饰测得的qmax值结果可知,在本发明中,戊二酸薄荷酯、丁酸薄荷酯、氧化锌、1,2-二甲氧基乙烷,这四种物质对提高浆料的冰凉效果发挥出至关重要的作用,且这四种物质协调作用才能促进整体的散热迅速,获得突出的接触瞬间凉感性能,进而有效解决了印花服饰夏天容易吸热,穿着起来太热的问题。还有无环甲酰胺和硅微粉相辅相成,能够进一步促进浆料的凉感效果。其中,实施例3成品测得的qmax值达到0.36,是本发明接触瞬间凉感性能试验中的最优实施例。
(二)色牢度对比试验
根据标准GB/T 3920-1997《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》、GB/T 3921.1-1997《纺织品色牢度试验耐洗色牢度》的测试方法,对本实施例1-5和对比例1-8的印花服饰成品分别进行耐摩擦色牢度试验和耐洗色牢度试验。对试验样品原样与经过测试后试验样品的掉色程度进行评判,将测试结果由差到优分为1级、2级、3级、4级和5级,其中5级最好,1级最差,记录下试验数据,进行汇总结果如下表4、5所示。

由上表结果可以明显看出,本实施例1-5得到的印花服饰的耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度性能级别显著高于对照例8市面上常规的印花服饰的色牢度性能级别,特别是实施例3和4得到的印花服饰的耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度测试结果等级为5级,具有高度的耐磨擦和耐水洗效果,而其他实施例的测试结果等级均达到4级,由此可见,本实施例1-5得到的印花服饰具有优异的固色效果,耐摩擦、耐水洗性能强。
其中聚丙烯酸酯与聚乙烯醇、氨基树脂结合发挥出优异的固色效果,特别是聚乙烯醇和氨基树脂,二者缺一不可,否则固色效果都会相差巨大。其中,实施例3为色牢度对比试验中的最优实施例。
综合上所述可知,通过本发明印花浆料搭配相应的制作方法制得的印花服饰具有优异的接触瞬间凉感性能和固色效果,耐摩擦性能及耐水洗性能优异,可以在夏天贴肤穿着时给人体冰凉快感,也不用担心汗液浸渍褪色,穿着更舒适,且耐穿,十分具有市场前景。
本发明的实施方式不限于此,按照本发明的上述内容,利用本领域的普通技术知识和惯用手段,在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下,本发明还可以做出其它多种形式的修改、替换或组合,均落在本发明权利保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种冰感印花浆料,其特征在于:包括A相和B相,以及水;
其中,所述A相包括以下物质:聚丙烯酸酯、戊二酸薄荷酯、丁酸薄荷酯、1,2-二甲氧基乙烷、聚乙烯醇、氨基树脂;
所述B相包括以下物质:氧化锌、冰醋酸、角鲨烷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰感印花浆料,其特征在于:所述A相包括以下物质及其质量百分比:聚丙烯酸酯15.0-25.0%、戊二酸薄荷酯1.0-4.5%、丁酸薄荷酯1.0-4.5%、1,2-二甲氧基乙烷6.0-8.0%、聚乙烯醇5.0-8.0%、氨基树脂0.5-2.0%;
所述B相包括以下物质及其质量百分比:氧化锌1.0-3.0%、冰醋酸0.5-3.0%、角鲨烷0.5-2.0%;
余量由去离子水加至100%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种冰感印花浆料,其特征在于:所述A相还包括以下物质及其质量百分比:无环甲酰胺0.5-3.0%、松香树脂0.5-2.0%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种冰感印花浆料,其特征在于:所述B相还包括以下物质及其质量百分比:海藻酸钠2.0-4.0%、硅微粉0.5-2.0%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰感印花浆料,其特征在于:所述戊二酸薄荷酯与丁酸薄荷酯的质量百分比之和为5.0-8.0%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰感印花浆料,其特征在于:所述1,2-二甲氧基乙烷与氧化锌的质量比为2:1。
7.一种印花服饰,其特征在于:所述印花服饰采用权利要求1-6任一项所述的冰感印花浆料制作而成。
8.权利要求7所述的一种印花服饰的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备冰感印花浆料;
(2)制作印花网版或者滚筒;
(3)将步骤(1)制备完成的冰感印花浆料加入到印花设备中,并通过相应的印花网版或者滚筒,对面料制品进行印刷,然后静置;
(4)对印刷制品进行烘烤,洗涤,得到成品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种印花服饰的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)制备冰感印花浆料的过程为:将相应质量百分比的水加入到搅拌机中,加热到45-50℃,然后启动搅拌机,转速为550-600r/min,按顺序将A相中相应质量百分比的物质缓慢加入到搅拌机中;接下来降温至40-42℃,并将搅拌机调整转速为700-750r/min;然后按顺序将B相中相应质量百分比的物质缓慢加入到搅拌机中,搅拌至完全混溶,再调整转速至450-500r/min,加入糊料,搅拌均匀,静置,得到所述冰感印花浆料。
10.权利要求8所述的一种印花服饰的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)和(4)中,对面料制品进行双面印刷,且先进行背面印刷、烘烤,再进行正面印刷、烘烤,最后进行正面和背面的二次固色印刷、烘烤,洗涤,自然风干,得到成品。
