Description

Method for treating livestock and poultry sewage by hydroponic proteinacous
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a method for treating livestock and poultry sewage by using hydroponic proteinacis.
Background
Guangxi is a big province of agriculture, is located in the south of China, has a return-to-north line running through the middle, belongs to subtropical climate regions, is along the edges of rivers and coastal regions, and has the advantages of good climate and location for developing planting and breeding cycle industry. With the development of agriculture, the scale of the breeding industry is continuously enlarged, the discharge amount of excrement is greatly increased, and the breeding pollution becomes the largest pollution source of current agricultural production. Nearly 8000 million tons of livestock and poultry feces are produced per year in animal husbandry in all areas, and the quantity of liquid manure exceeds 2 hundred million tons. However, at present, the manure is not effectively treated, a considerable part of the manure even becomes an important pollution source of the ecological environment, and breeding enterprises bear huge cost and environmental protection pressure.
The treatment of feces is a great problem in livestock and poultry breeding industry, the dry feces treatment mode and the process are relatively mature, the urine partial mode and the process are relatively lagged, the discharge capacity is large, the pollutant content is high, and the resource recycling difficulty is large. The livestock and poultry sewage mainly comprises urine, partial excrement and flushing water, and has the characteristics of large discharge amount, high nitrogen content and organic matter concentration, solid-liquid mixing, large treatment difficulty and the like. The commonly used methods for treating wastewater at present include simple physical treatment, aerobic and anaerobic treatment, combined aerobic and anaerobic treatment, and chemical treatment. However, these processes are generally designed less frequently by farms due to the difficulty of withstanding the high operating costs of wastewater treatment. The method for treating the pig farm wastewater by adopting the biological rationalization treatment method has the characteristics of low operation cost, high efficiency, convenient treatment, greenness and no pollution.
The title is Rumex hanus by. Because the leaves are tender and juice like spinach, and various nutrient elements are contained in the tender leaves, and the main part is the edible leaves, the leaf-eating grass is named, and the most important part of the plants due to the protein content is called as the proteinic grass; in south, it is called "eating leaf vegetables". The protein grass powder has comprehensive nutrition and bright color, and is green, nutritional and healthy without any additive. Can replace 30-60% of grains and be applied to various catering foods. In the application of the livestock and poultry feed, the proteinic grass belongs to the grain-saving type protein feed, and the grass is used for replacing grain, so that 30-50% of concentrate can be replaced, and the breeding cost is reduced; meanwhile, the immunity of the livestock and poultry can be enhanced, and the quality of the livestock and poultry products is improved. The protein feed serving as a new resource and a high-quality protein resource of grains plays an immeasurable role in excavating grain-saving type protein feed.

Preferably, in step S2, the pesticide is a botanical pesticide.
Preferably, in step S3, the biological enzymes include cellulase, pectinase, amylase and catalase.
Preferably, in step S3, the peroxide is any one or a mixture of magnesium peroxide, calcium peroxide, zinc peroxide and sodium peroxide.
Preferably, in step S3, the minerals include, by weight, 0.01 to 0.02 part of silicon, 100 to 500 parts of calcium, 100 to 300 parts of magnesium, 500 to 1000 parts of potassium, 0.3 to 0.8 part of iodine, 0.01 to 0.05 part of selenium, 0.01 to 0.1 part of iron, and 0.01 to 0.05 part of molybdenum.
Preferably, in step S4, the planting distance of the proteinacous is 20-40 cm.
Preferably, in step S5, the proteinous grass is harvested and used to prepare fertilizer.
Preferably, the livestock and poultry sewage is pig urine.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the method for treating the livestock and poultry sewage by the hydroponic proteinacous disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the livestock and poultry sewage is treated by utilizing the hydroponic proteinacous, the treated water is used as the livestock and poultry production water, the proteinacous is recycled to prepare the feed, and the overall treatment cost is low.

The method for treating the livestock and poultry sewage by the hydroponic proteingrass directly hydroponically treats the livestock and poultry sewage by the proteingrass, the survival rate is low and can only reach about 30% after dilution, but the survival rate reaches more than 80% after the adjustment of the conductivity, the disinsection and the sterilization and the blending of the blending liquid.
The blending liquid comprises biological enzyme, urease, mineral substances and peroxide, and can supplement nutrient components lacking in livestock and poultry sewage, improve dissolved oxygen, decompose urea and prevent seedling burning.
The livestock and poultry sewage contains a large amount of organic matters, ammonia, nitrogen and phosphorus oxynitride, can provide nutrient components for the growth of the proteinacous, but has unbalanced nutrition, and the mineral substances of silicon, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iodine, selenium, iron and molybdenum are added to make up for the deficiency and avoid the overnutrition of the conventional nutrient solution.
Peroxide is used as a sterilization oxygen supply agent, and is decomposed into hydrogen peroxide and further into active oxygen, wherein the active oxygen has strong oxidizing property and can directly react with protein and nucleic acid of bacteria and viruses to destroy the material structure and cause the death of the bacteria and viruses, so that the roots of the plants are sterilized; the peroxide is decomposed into oxygen, and the oxygen is dissolved in water by hydrogen bond association to supply to the roots of the hydroponic plants.
The biological enzymes comprise cellulase, pectinase, amylase and catalase, can effectively degrade organic acids secreted by plant root systems and putrefactive substances in sewage, and can synergistically act with urease to solve the problems of planting and burning roots caused by overhigh sewage concentration, wherein the catalase can catalyze hydrogen peroxide to decompose into oxygen and water, and the oxygen and the peroxide jointly act to improve dissolved oxygen and promote the growth of proteingrass.
3. The method for treating the livestock and poultry sewage by the hydroponic proteingrass realizes the recycling of the livestock and poultry sewage into the proteingrass feed product, provides research basic data for the cyclic development of the utilization of excrement and sewage resources in the livestock and poultry industry, effectively reduces the comprehensive breeding cost of farmers, and reduces the environmental protection pressure of sewage discharge. Farmers in the breeding area of the launch site participate in the planting of the proteinacous, thereby increasing the income of the farmers and realizing the win-win of social, economic and ecological multiple benefits.
