Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for strengthening tendons and bones, a preparation and an application thereof.
Background
Wind-cold-dampness arthralgia is caused by long-term retention of pathogenic qi, pain in deep vessels, muscle and bone, stagnation of qi and blood, failure of nourishment of liver and kidney, and failure of qi and blood, resulting in deficiency of liver and kidney and deficiency of both qi and blood.
Tendons and bones are closely related to liver, kidney and spleen, and liver governs tendons and movement and stores blood. Kidneys govern bones and produce marrow as the acquired root. Spleen governs transportation and transformation of muscles, and is the acquired root, and the two root causes of the human body are most easily passed and distributed and have the same source of liver and kidney. Deficiency of the liver, kidney and spleen can show an aging state, and the movement of tendons is not flexible, so that symptoms such as limb spasm, limb numbness, difficulty in flexion and extension and the like can occur due to liver blood deficiency and blood failure, such as occurrence of diseases such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and the like. Bones are a support for supporting a human body, the health of the bones depends on the nourishment of kidney qi and the flourishing and lusterless spleen qi, and the deficiency of kidney essence, spleen qi and liver blood leads to bone marrow deficiency and muscle atrophy and weakness, thus causing symptoms such as leg and foot weakness, waist soreness and back pain and inconvenient activities. Liver, kidney and spleen deficiency mainly occurs after long-term illness or in old patients with weak and premature senility, and clinically, people with muscle injury due to liver and kidney deficiency need to take care of regulating and nourishing liver, kidney and spleen. Diseases such as neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, osteoporosis and the like can be prevented by nursing liver, kidney and spleen, so that the healthy qi exists in the body and pathogenic factors cannot be dried.
The existing traditional Chinese medicines for conditioning liver, kidney and spleen and further strengthening tendons and bones are more, but the treatment effect is not ideal.

Effect of the present invention on rat adjuvant arthritis
50 SD rats weighing 180-. The right hind toes of each group of rats were injected with 0.1mL of Frean's complete adjuvant intradermally per one patient, immediately followed by intragastric administration, the model group was administered with physiological saline, the positive control group was administered with 20mg/kg of prednisone acetate, the groups of example 1 and comparative examples 1 and 2 were administered at a dose of 0.3mL/kg, each group was administered 1 time per day for 21 days continuously, the volume of the right hind feet of the rats was measured every 3 days from day 12, and the toe swelling degree, which is the volume of the hind toes after inflammation-volume of the proinflammatory forefoot. The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 Effect of groups on adjuvant arthritis in rats
In comparison to the model set,*p<0.05, compared with the positive control group,#p<0.05。
the results show that compared with a model group, the swelling degree of toe swelling of each group is obviously reduced along with the prolonging of time, compared with a positive control group, the swelling degree of toe swelling of each time point of the group in the example 1 is obviously different, but the group in the comparative example 1 and the group in the comparative example 2 are not obviously different, which shows that the body-building and bone-strengthening wine has obvious inhibiting effect on the secondary lesion of rat adjuvant arthritis, and the example 1 is obviously superior to the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 2, which indicates that the body-building and bone-strengthening wine has better anti-inflammatory effect and better application prospect in the treatment aspect of arthritic lesion caused by various reasons such as wind-cold-dampness arthralgia and the like.

General data: referring to the diagnostic criteria of "knee osteoarthritis" revised by the american college of rheumatology in 1995, 92 patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the criteria were selected, of which 60 in the treatment group: 28 men and 32 women, the age is 40-64 years, and the course of disease is 3-10 years; 32 cases of the control group: 15 men and 17 women, age 42-68 years, course 2-10 years. The groups have no significant difference in sex, age and disease course, and are comparable.
2. The treatment method comprises the following steps: the treatment group was given oral body-building and bone-strengthening wine of example 1, 10 mL/time, 2 times/day; the control group is administered with oral tablet for treating rheumatism and rheumatalgia for 6 tablets per time and 2 times per day, and each group is administered continuously for 3 months.
3. The curative effect standard is as follows: and (3) healing: clinical symptoms completely disappear, and functional activities return to normal; the effect is shown: the joint pain is obviously relieved, and the joint function is basically recovered; the method has the following advantages: joint pain is reduced, and joint function is still limited; and (4) invalidation: no significant change compared to before treatment.
4. The treatment results are as follows: see table 2.
TABLE 2 comparison of the overall therapeutic effects of the groups
The results show that the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group are 95.00 percent and 81.25 percent respectively, and the body-building and bone-strengthening wine disclosed by the embodiment 1 of the invention has a better effect of treating knee osteoarthritis, and the treatment effect has obvious superiority compared with the prior art.
