The branch of Ulmus pumila is the branch of Ulmus pumila of Ulmaceae. Collecting branches in summer and autumn, and fresh or sun drying. Collecting raw materials, removing impurities, slightly soaking, cleaning, moistening, slicing, and drying. Sweet in flavor and neutral in nature. Has the effects of inducing diuresis for treating stranguria. It is commonly used for stranguria due to qi.
The willow branch is willow branch of Salix babylonica of Salicaceae. Distributed in Yangtze river and yellow river basin, and cultivated in other areas. Bitter taste and cold nature. It enters stomach and liver meridians. Has the functions of dispelling wind, promoting diuresis, detoxicating and eliminating swelling. It is commonly used for treating rheumatic arthralgia, stranguria with turbid urine, jaundice, rubella, pruritus, furuncle, erysipelas, dental caries, and gingival swelling.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the pharmaceutical composition for treating sore, diminishing inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation, which comprises the following steps: step 1, weighing and processing raw materials; step 2, putting the sesame oil into an earthen pot, after the oil is boiled, putting the mulberry tree branch, the pagoda tree branch, the peach tree branch, the elm tree branch and the willow tree branch into the earthen pot, and fishing out the branches by using a strainer after the branches are fried to be scorched; step 3, adding frankincense and myrrh into the oil fried in the step 2, decocting into a viscous ointment, and dripping into beads; step 4, adding minium into the ointment obtained in the step 3, and uniformly mixing; and 5, cooling the mixture obtained in the step 4 to room temperature or feeling not too hot, adding musk, and uniformly stirring to obtain the ointment.
Preferably, the treatment in step 1 is grinding Olibanum, Myrrha into powder; the particle size range of the powder is 40-60 meshes.
The treatment in the step 1 also comprises that the mulberry branch, the pagoda branch, the peach branch, the elm branch and the willow branch are respectively taken to be 2 feet long of the thickness of the chopsticks and then cut into a plurality of sections.
The pharmaceutical composition can be used for preparing topical plaster.
The pharmaceutical composition for removing inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation and the preparation method thereof provided by the present invention are further described below with reference to the examples.
Example 1
A pharmaceutical composition for treating sore inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation, the composition comprising: frankincense, myrrh, sesame oil, minium and musk. The raw materials of the medicines respectively accord with the corresponding national standards.
Preferably, the composition comprises, in parts by weight: 40 parts of frankincense, 40 parts of myrrh, 750 parts of sesame oil, 250 parts of minium and 1 part of musk.
More preferably, the composition comprises by weight: 40g of frankincense, 40g of myrrh, 750g of sesame oil, 250g of minium and 1g of musk.
The composition further comprises: mulberry branch, pagodatree branch, peach branch, elm branch, willow branch.
The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the pharmaceutical composition for treating sore inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation, which comprises the following steps:

According to the pharmaceutical composition for treating sore, diminishing inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation and the preparation method thereof, through the differentiation of the traditional Chinese medicine, aiming at the etiology and pathogenesis of diseases and by utilizing the compatibility principle that medicines supplement each other, the medicines are purposefully and reasonably combined according to the monarch, minister, assistant and guide tissue structures, the medicines in the formula and the compatibility thereof are screwed into the pathogenesis of the diseases, and the comprehensive effect after the medicines are combined is highly unified with the established treatment method. The prepared composition has the effects of relieving pain, removing sore, diminishing inflammation, removing necrotic tissue, promoting granulation, automatically removing small dead bones or foreign bodies and the like, and has the characteristics of short administration time, quick response, economy, simplicity, good curative effect and the like.

Claims (10)

1. A pharmaceutical composition for treating sore inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation, comprising: frankincense, myrrh, sesame oil, minium and musk.

The pharmaceutical composition for treating sore inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation as claimed in claim 1, wherein said composition comprises by weight: 35-45 parts of frankincense, 35-45 parts of myrrh, 700-800 parts of sesame oil, 200-300 parts of minium and 0.5-1.5 parts of musk.
3. The pharmaceutical composition for treating sore inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation of claim 2, wherein said composition comprises, in parts by weight: 40 parts of frankincense, 40 parts of myrrh, 750 parts of sesame oil, 250 parts of minium and 1 part of musk.
4. The pharmaceutical composition for treating sores, diminishing inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation as claimed in claim 3, wherein said composition comprises by weight: 40g of frankincense, 40g of myrrh, 750g of sesame oil, 250g of minium and 1g of musk.
5. The pharmaceutical composition for treating sores, diminishing inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation of claim 1, wherein said composition further comprises: mulberry branch, pagodatree branch, peach branch, elm branch, willow branch.
6. A method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition for relieving sore inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said method comprises:
step 1, weighing and processing raw materials;
step 2, putting the sesame oil into an earthen pot, after the oil is boiled, putting the mulberry tree branch, the pagoda tree branch, the peach tree branch, the elm tree branch and the willow tree branch into the earthen pot, and fishing out the branches by using a strainer after the branches are fried to be scorched;
step 3, adding frankincense and myrrh into the oil fried in the step 2, and decocting into a viscous ointment;
step 4, adding minium into the ointment obtained in the step 3, and uniformly mixing;
and 5, cooling the mixture obtained in the step 4 to 55-65 ℃, adding musk into the mixture, uniformly stirring the mixture, and cooling the mixture to room temperature to obtain the ointment.
7. The method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for treating flat sores, diminishing inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation as claimed in claim 6, wherein the treatment in step 1 is grinding olibanum and myrrh into powder; the particle size range of the powder is 40-60 meshes.

The method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for treating sore inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation as claimed in claim 7, wherein said treating in step 1 further comprises cutting the mulberry branch, the locust tree branch, the peach branch, the elm branch and the willow branch into several segments, each of which has a length of 2 feet of the thickness of the chopsticks.
9. The preparation method of the pharmaceutical composition for treating sore inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation as claimed in claim 6, wherein said pharmaceutical composition is used for preparing an external plaster.
10. The method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for relieving sore inflammation, removing necrotic tissue and promoting granulation as claimed in claim 9, wherein said topical plaster is prepared by spreading the obtained ointment, and the diameter of each plaster is about 8-10 cm.
