The complex plant extract repairing liquid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alcoholic solvent comprises at least one of butylene glycol, ethanol, glycerol, propylene glycol, the chamomile is a flower part or whole plant, the purslane is a whole plant of hay, the licorice is a root of Sinkiang licorice, and the centella is a whole plant of hay.
3. The complex plant extract conditioning fluid of claim 1, wherein the antimicrobial agent comprises at least one of phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerol, pentanediol, hexanediol, chlorphenesin, imidazolidinyl urea, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, and methylisothiazolinone.
4. The compound plant extract repairing liquid as claimed in claim 2, wherein the antibacterial agent is prepared by mixing phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol, and the mass percentage of the antibacterial agent is as follows: 0.01-2.00% of phenoxyethanol and 0.01-2.00% of ethylhexyl glycerol.
5. The method for preparing a complex plant extract conditioning fluid as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) pulverizing flos Matricariae Chamomillae and herba Portulacae, adding into a stirrer together with alcohol solvent, heating, stirring at 30-50rpm, heating to 70-85 deg.C, and maintaining for 20-30 min;
(2) keeping at 70-85 deg.C for 20-30min, cooling to 50-60 deg.C, keeping for 2-3h, and stirring at 30-50rpm to obtain mixture A;
(3) pulverizing Glycyrrhrizae radix and herba Centellae, adding into a stirrer together with purified water, heating at 50-60rpm while stirring to 80-85 deg.C, and maintaining for 20-30 min;
(4) keeping at 80-85 deg.C for 20-30min, cooling to 50-60 deg.C, keeping for 2-3h, and stirring at 50-60rpm to obtain mixture B;
(5) adding the mixture A into the mixture B, keeping the mixture at the temperature of 50-60 ℃ for 2-3h, and stirring at the speed of 50-60rpm to obtain a first mixture;
(6) cooling the first mixture to room temperature, and filtering;
(7) filtering the first mixture and then carrying out decolorization treatment;
(8) adding the antibacterial agent into the first mixture and stirring uniformly;
(9) and (6) detecting and warehousing qualified products.
6. The compound plant extract repairing liquid is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
1 to 40 percent of alcohol solvent,
0.01 to 20.00 percent of chamomile,
0.01 to 20.00 percent of purslane,
0.01 to 20.00 percent of liquorice,
0.01 to 10.00 percent of snowgrass,
0.01 to 10.00 percent of aloe,
0.01 to 10.00 percent of witch hazel,
0.01 to 10.00 percent of peony,
0.01 to 10.00 percent of cactus,
0.001 to 3.00 percent of antibacterial agent,
the balance being purified water.

The complex plant extract repair solution as set forth in claim 6, wherein the alcohol solvent includes at least one of butylene glycol, ethanol, glycerol, propylene glycol, the chamomile is a flower part or whole, the purslane is a whole plant of hay, the licorice is Xinjiang licorice root, the centella asiatica is a whole plant of hay, the aloe is a fresh aloe leaf, the witch hazel is a whole plant of hay, the peony is a peony root, and the cactus is a stem of fresh cactus.
8. The complex plant extract conditioning fluid of claim 6, wherein the antimicrobial agent comprises at least one of phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerol, pentanediol, hexanediol, chlorphenesin, imidazolidinyl urea, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, and methylisothiazolinone.
9. The compound plant extract repairing liquid as claimed in claim 8, wherein the antibacterial agent is prepared by mixing phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol, and the mass percentage of the antibacterial agent is as follows: 0.01-2.00% of phenoxyethanol and 0.01-2.00% of ethylhexyl glycerol.
10. The method for preparing a complex plant extract conditioning fluid as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) pulverizing flos Matricariae Chamomillae, herba Portulacae, and radix Paeoniae, adding into a stirrer together with alcohol solvent, heating at 30-50rpm while stirring, heating to 70-85 deg.C, and maintaining for 20-30 min;
(2) keeping at 70-85 deg.C for 20-30min, cooling to 50-60 deg.C, keeping for 2-3h, and stirring at 30-50rpm to obtain mixture C;
(3) pulverizing Glycyrrhrizae radix and herba Centellae, adding into a stirrer together with purified water, heating at 50-60rpm while stirring to 80-85 deg.C, and maintaining for 20-30 min;
(4) keeping the temperature at 80-85 deg.C for 20-30min, cooling to 50-60 deg.C, keeping for 2-3h, and stirring at 50-60rpm to obtain mixture D;
(5) adding Aloe, radix Hamamelis mollis, radix et caulis Opuntiae Dillenii and purified water into a stirrer, heating at 50-60rpm while heating to 80-85 deg.C, and maintaining for 20-30 min;
(6) keeping the temperature at 80-85 deg.C for 20-30min, cooling to 50-60 deg.C, keeping for 2-3h, and stirring at 50-60rpm to obtain mixture E;
(7) adding the mixture C and the mixture D into the mixture E, keeping the mixture at the temperature of 50-60 ℃ for 2-3h, and stirring at the speed of 50-60rpm to obtain a second mixture;
(8) cooling the second mixture to room temperature, and filtering;
(9) filtering the second mixture and then carrying out decolorization treatment;
(10) adding an antimicrobial agent to the second mixture;
(11) and (6) detecting and warehousing qualified products.
