1. Preparing 6 parts of the same solid culture medium, respectively adding 2 wt% of the feed additives obtained in the examples 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-2 before the solid culture medium is solidified, not adding the final group, respectively pouring each part of the culture medium into 10 culture dishes, and sterilizing; these 6 groups were designated test group 1, test group 2, test group 3, control group 1, control group 2 and blank control group, respectively. The inoculation concentration on each medium was 2.5X 104cfu/mL of staphylococcus aureus, then after culturing for 18h at 37 ℃, counting the number of colonies on each culture medium, calculating the concentration of the staphylococcus aureus on each culture medium, averaging, and calculating the antibacterial rate, wherein the results are shown in Table 1.
Wherein the antibacterial rate is (viable bacteria concentration after 18h of culture after the blank control group is contacted with the bacteria, viable bacteria concentration after 18h of culture after each group is contacted with the bacteria colony)/viable bacteria concentration after 18h of culture after the blank control group is contacted with the bacteria is multiplied by 100 percent
TABLE 1 results of antimicrobial Properties of each group
As can be seen from the results in table 1, the antibacterial rate of the feed additive provided by the present invention against staphylococcus aureus reaches more than 97%, the antibacterial rate of the comparative example 1 obtained after removing the composite traditional Chinese medicine emulsion is greatly reduced to 83.33%, the antibacterial rate of the feed additive of the comparative example 2 obtained after removing the wall-broken yeast powder, silymarin, and the oriental wormwood extract, the divaricate saposhnikovia root extract and the fennel extract in the composite traditional Chinese medicine emulsion is only 67.5%, and the antibacterial rates of the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 2 are greatly reduced compared with the antibacterial rates of the feed additives obtained in the embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention, which indicates that the feed additive provided by the present invention can synergistically achieve the antibacterial efficacy through the interaction among the components.
2. Selecting 5 fishponds with the same size and water quality, wherein the area of each fishpond is 66m2The left and the right are named as No. 1 fishpond, No. 2 fishpond, No. 3 fishpond, No. 4 fishpond and No. 5 fishpond respectively. 1.2 thousands of fish tails of carp fries with the same quantity are put in each fishpond and cultured for 10 days, wherein the feed additives obtained in the examples 1-3 are respectively put in the No. 1-3 fishpond along with the feed, the feed additive of the comparative example 1 is put in the No. 4 fishpond along with the feed, the feed additive of the comparative example 2 is put in the No. 5 fishpond along with the feed, the feed and the feed additive put in each fishpond are the same, the survival rate and the average weight gain rate of the fish in each fishpond are counted, and the results are shown in the table 2.
TABLE 2 survival rate of fish in each pond
Group of | Survival rate (%) |
No. 1 fishpond | 98.56 |
No. 2 fishpond | 97.36 |
No. 3 fishpond | 99.12 |
No. 4 fishpond | 87.21 |
No. 5 fishpond | 75.65 |
As can be seen from the results in table 1, the survival rate of the carp fry in the fish pond nos. 1 to 3 is more than 97%, while the survival rate of the carp fry in the fish pond nos. 4 and 5 is significantly lower than that in the fish pond nos. 1, 2 and 3; the feed additive provided by the invention can effectively improve the disease resistance of fish and shrimp and improve the survival rate of fish and shrimp.
Typical case
In the carp pond, the carp of 2 years old has the symptoms of obviously reduced food intake, fish body emaciation and slow growth, and the death phenomenon begins to appear. The fish body has swelling intestinal wall, a large amount of parasites and inflamed intestinal wall through dissection, and the fish is diagnosed with the echinococcosis carpi. The feed additive obtained in the embodiment 3 of the invention is put into a fish pond along with feed, the dosage of the feed additive is 3.5 wt% of the feed, the feed is fed for 3 times every day, the feed quantity of carps is obviously improved after the feed is continuously fed for 10 days, and no death phenomenon occurs after the feed is fed for 3 days. The feed additive for improving the disease resistance of the fishes and the shrimps, which is provided by the invention, has the effects of protecting liver and strengthening intestines, diminishing inflammation and resisting bacteria, antagonizing viruses, benefiting gallbladder and promoting growth, and obviously improves the disease resistance of the fishes and the shrimps.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.
