The TMS SaaS supply chain logistics information platform is characterized by comprising a cross-border transaction platform, an e-commerce platform, a domestic transportation management platform and a cross-border logistics platform; the cross-border trading platform comprises a trading portal and merchant shops, the e-commerce platform comprises an e-commerce warehousing management system and an e-commerce ERP system, and the cross-border logistics platform comprises a cross-border logistics company platform and an overseas warehouse platform;
    the cross-border trading platform is used for cross-border online shopping, the trading portal is a portal website for online shopping of a user, and the merchant shop is an online shop opened by an e-commerce at the trading portal; the e-commerce platform is used for providing background services for e-commerce, the e-commerce warehousing management system is used for warehousing management requirements of e-commerce, the e-commerce ERP system is used for online goods feeding, selling and inventory management of e-commerce, the domestic transportation management platform is used for domestic transportation management of goods, the cross-border logistics platform is used for outbound management of goods, the cross-border logistics company platform is a management platform of a cross-border logistics company, and the overseas warehouse platform is a warehousing management platform of cross-border goods;
    the information flow and the business flow of the TMS SaaS supply chain logistics information platform are as follows: the transaction portal sends the received commodity order to the merchant store, the merchant store sends the commodity order to the e-commerce ERP system, the e-commerce storage management system sends the storage information corresponding to the commodity order to the e-commerce ERP system, the E-commerce ERP system judges whether goods corresponding to the commodity order need to be transported in China or not according to the warehousing information, if domestic transportation is needed, the information of the goods and the goods are sent to the cross-border logistics company platform through a domestic transportation management platform, if domestic transportation is not required, the information of the goods and the goods are directly sent to the overseas warehouse platform, the cross-border logistics company platform sends the received information of the goods and the goods to the overseas warehouse platform, and the overseas warehouse platform sends the information of the goods and the goods to the consignee.

The TMS SaaS supply chain logistics information platform of claim 1, wherein the E-commerce ERP system comprises a goods order management module, a goods management module, an inventory management module, a purchase management module, a financial management module, an after-sale management module, a member management module, a data statistics module and a cross-border purchase module; the goods order management module is used for realizing intelligent and efficient processing of the goods orders, automatically capturing the goods orders, intelligently checking and intercepting the abnormal goods orders, and automatically splitting or combining the goods orders; the goods management module is used for managing the goods SN code, the brand, the specification, the classification and the combination, and supporting the goods weighing and the bar code printing; the stock management module is used for realizing goods checking, inventory checking and allocation management and is provided with stock warning reminding; the purchasing management module can generate purchased goods and quantity, and generates a purchasing order according to the inventory warning prompt to ensure that the inventory does not have broken goods, including goods arrival, goods inspection and goods return operations; the financial management module can automatically generate an account receivable/payment receivable form according to daily operation data, support platform account checking, third-party payment platform account checking and express account checking services, and can be used for docking third-party financial software; the after-sale management module can automatically track the after-sale order information to generate an after-sale account, a refund receipt table is formed during the return of goods, and an intelligent return mechanism is arranged to facilitate the after-sale processing; the member management module can accumulate points according to the consumption amount of the client, discount according to the member level of the client, and perform statistical analysis on information such as client region, loyalty, purchased commodities and the like to obtain a target client for secondary marketing and support short message marketing; the data statistics module can perform multi-dimensional, multi-shop and accurate global data statistics, so that merchants can purposefully screen data which are required to be known according to the operation modes of the merchants; the cross-border purchase module is in butt joint with national customs channels, supports automatic pushing of orders to the declaration system and is synchronous with customs orders, and orders are automatically delivered after customs goods are released.

The TMS SaaS supply chain logistics information platform of claim 2, wherein the domestic transportation management platform comprises a delivery order management module, a transportation planning module, a transportation capacity allocation module, an in-transit tracking module, an automatic settlement module, a transportation reservation module and a fleet management module; the delivery order management module is in butt joint with the goods order management module and receives order information from the goods order management module to generate a delivery order; the transportation planning module has flexible rules and strategy setting, and can automatically select carriers and match transportation routes according to conditions; the capacity stowage module is used for manually or automatically entrusting a carrier and selecting a transport tool; the on-the-road tracking module can check the transportation state and abnormal reports in time through a computer end or a mobile end; the automatic fee settling module automatically generates a statement bill through a powerful calculation engine and automatically settles related fees; the transportation reservation module manages all reservation and sequencing notices through a field billboard; the fleet management module registers all relevant information of the vehicle and learns the real-time state of the vehicle through an intelligent sensor installed on the vehicle.

The TMS SaaS supply chain logistics information platform of claim 3, wherein the domestic transportation management platform further comprises an appointment management module, a storage management module, a route optimization module and a big data analysis module; the reservation management module can enable a carrier and a driver to reserve the goods taking time according to the planning capacity of a delivery point platform, provide operation efficiency and reduce the waiting time of the driver; the warehouse management module integrates warehouse resources through overall visualization of inventory, optimizes the whole supply chain network and achieves the purpose of saving warehouse logistics cost; the route optimization module provides functions of vehicle route optimization, intelligent order matching and intelligent logistics distribution through machine learning of vehicle, order and road condition information; the big data analysis module provides various supply chain related indexes, costs and trend analysis based on self logistics data and third-party logistics data, and achieves the purposes of improving supply chain efficiency and optimizing operation costs.

The TMS SaaS supply chain logistics information platform of claim 1, wherein the E-commerce warehousing management system comprises a coordination module, a warehousing management module, a warehouse management module, a goods warehousing and ex-warehouse management module and a monitoring management module; the cooperation module can realize the cooperative work with a supplier, including remote bar code printing, delivery plan and account coming and going; the warehousing management module can realize a temporary receiving function, an IQC (in-process quality control) checking function, a warehousing function and a warehousing function; the warehouse management module can realize a racking function, a storage management function, a first-in first-out management function, a delivery function and a return function; the goods warehousing and delivery management module can realize goods warehousing management function and goods delivery management function; the monitoring management module can realize the functions of goods period control, inventory, early warning, electronic bulletin board and basic report forms.

The TMS SaaS supply chain logistics information platform of claim 2, wherein the cross-border shopping module is docked with the overseas warehouse platform, and the cross-border shopping module sends goods that do not require domestic transport and information of the goods to the overseas warehouse platform.
