Description

Automatic order interception method and electronic commerce ERP
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to an order automatic interception method and a corresponding electronic commerce ERP.
Background
With the rise of global electronic commerce, international retail trade is rapidly developed, a large number of domestic small and medium-sized electronic commerce sellers expand retail business to foreign markets, and a large number of domestic high-quality and low-cost commodities are sold to foreign markets through foreign electronic commerce platforms (such as Amazon, yi Bei ebay, shopping interest Wish, dried small shrimps Shupe, lazada and the like). With the development of cross-border business, an e-commerce ERP system (e-commerce ERP for short) developed based on ERP software is developed gradually. The ERP can be deeply connected with the ERP platform, so that middle and small-sized electric business sellers in China can be helped to uniformly manage overseas shops, the obstacle caused by language difference is solved, one operator can manage hundreds of electric shops simultaneously, and the efficiency of shop operation is greatly improved.
The e-commerce ERP accesses and controls a store of the e-commerce platform through a set rule, processes dynamic data of each link of store operation, manages numerous and complicated data, and meets the operation convenience requirements of multiple types of users (sellers); therefore, all functional modules of the existing commercial e-commerce ERP are in the stage of gradually updating and perfecting functions, the function algorithms and rules formulated by all software enterprises when the software enterprises develop from the e-commerce ERP are basically different, and all functional modules continuously develop new versions along with the change of user requirements so as to be compatible with more use scenes.
For the shop commodities which are released, the order can be processed in batches through the e-commerce ERP, but in the order execution link, the goods picking and delivery errors of the seller are caused by the fact that bug occurs on an e-commerce platform, abnormality occurs on an API (application program interface) or other uncontrollable factors possibly exist, so that a series of problems such as logistics rejection and blocked customs clearance are caused, and great loss is caused to the seller. Although the probability of occurrence of the errors is very low, the errors have the characteristics of contingency, concealment, short duration, recoverability and the like, the loss is very large after the errors occur, the true reasons of the order execution errors are difficult to find, and the e-commerce platform is difficult to be required to bear corresponding responsibility.
In addition, as some e-commerce platforms can provide customized functional services, some regional small and medium-sized e-commerce platforms are not long in operation time, so that the data of the e-commerce platforms are unstable, and the probability of data errors is greatly increased. In order execution link, if commodity information is changed, the commodity purchased by a buyer and the commodity actually shipped are inconsistent, and the commodity is misplaced. The existing e-commerce ERP does not consider and solve the problems, and brings a lot of uncertainty to order processing.
Other technical problems related to the present application are further described below. The foregoing is provided to facilitate an understanding of the principles of the application and is not intended to represent all of the prior art.

step W1: acquiring data access rights of corresponding stores of an e-commerce platform, and setting monitoring rules of order information, wherein the monitoring rules are used for monitoring corresponding order information by an order management module, and defining the monitored order information as monitoring information;
step W2: acquiring order information of a corresponding store from an electronic commerce platform, storing the order information of the corresponding order to a database of the electronic commerce ERP for the first time, and displaying the order information in an order list;
step W3: synchronizing order information according to time T1, updating the order information of the e-commerce ERP to the order information of an e-commerce platform at corresponding time, storing the order information of the e-commerce platform into a database of the e-commerce ERP when synchronizing the order information each time, displaying the latest order information in an order list, and performing the operation of the next step;
step W4: judging whether the monitoring information of the E-commerce ERP database is consistent with the corresponding E-commerce platform order information or not: when the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is consistent with the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, ending the synchronization of the order information; when the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is inconsistent with the corresponding order information of the e-commerce platform, intercepting the order with inconsistent order information by an order intercepting unit, and taking the intercepted order as an interception mark in an order list.
The automatic order interception method and the corresponding electronic commerce ERP system can make up for the defects caused by the problems of unstable system data, data updating errors, commodity information change in the order execution stage and the like of the electronic commerce platform, avoid order execution errors, and improve the safety of order processing due to order loss caused by order data abnormality in the order execution link. In addition, the stability of the e-commerce ERP system can be improved, so that the e-commerce ERP system can be compatible with more e-commerce platforms, including new small and medium-sized e-commerce platforms. When orders are lost due to the E-commerce platform, compensation losses can be claimed to the corresponding E-commerce platform through relevant evidence stored in an E-commerce ERP database, and store operation safety is improved.
Further, the order management module further comprises a disaggregation unit, wherein the disaggregation unit is used for disaggregating the intercepted order; when the interception of the intercepted order is released, the corresponding intercepted order is manually selected from the order list, and the order state is set to be the interception-canceled.
Further, the order list is provided with an order state setting unit, and the blocking state of the order is manually switched through the order state setting unit.
Further, the monitoring information comprises commodity SKU information, order amount information, order commodity quantity and order recipient information, wherein the commodity SKU information comprises commodity title information, commodity attribute information and commodity picture information.
Further, when order information is stored in an e-commerce ERP database each time, corresponding order information is generated into a corresponding ID, then the ID of the corresponding order information is recorded in the e-commerce ERP database, when whether the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is consistent with the corresponding e-commerce platform order information or not is judged, the ID of the e-commerce ERP database monitoring information is matched with the ID of the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, and if the ID of the e-commerce ERP database monitoring information is the same as the ID of the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is judged to be consistent with the corresponding e-commerce platform order information; if the ID of the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is different from the ID of the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is not consistent with the corresponding e-commerce platform order information.
Further, the order interception unit includes an interception analysis module, in step W4, when the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is inconsistent with the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, the interception analysis module extracts monitoring information that IDs of all the e-commerce ERP database monitoring information are different from IDs of the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, intercepts and analyzes the extracted monitoring information, and generates an order interception report according to the extracted monitoring information; and displaying all the extracted monitoring information in the order interception report, explaining that the reason that the order is intercepted is that the corresponding monitoring information is abnormal, and recording the time when the order is intercepted as the time when the monitoring information is abnormal in the order interception report.
Further, after the order is intercepted, the order information of the intercepted order is continuously synchronized according to time T1, whether the monitoring information of the order in the interception is consistent with the latest order information of the e-commerce platform is judged, and when the monitoring information of the order in the interception is consistent with the latest order information of the e-commerce platform, the order management module automatically releases the interception of the order.
Further, in step W3, when the order management module synchronizes the order information according to time T1, if the order information return data acquired from the e-commerce platform is empty, prompting that the corresponding order information fails to synchronize in the order list; the order interception unit monitors the order state of the corresponding order when synchronizing the order information each time, and intercepts the order of the returned or changed goods when the latest order state of the corresponding order is the returned or changed goods; in step W4, the intercepting process includes intercepting the corresponding intercepted order in one or more links of waybill number generation, unit price printing, and commodity shipment.
Further, the order management module comprises a time control unit, wherein the time control unit executes the order information synchronization according to the time T1; the order information synchronizing mode is corresponding automatic synchronizing modes according to stores of different e-commerce platforms, wherein the stores of one part of e-commerce platforms are set to be automatically synchronized at regular time T1, and the stores of the other part of e-commerce platforms are set to be synchronized in real time; or the order information is synchronized manually, and when the manual synchronization is operated, the order management module immediately executes the operation of the step W3.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application is given with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the present application provides an automatic order interception method, which is used for an order management module of an e-commerce ERP, wherein the order management module includes an order list and an order interception unit, and is characterized in that the method includes operations of steps W1 to W4.
Step W1: acquiring data access rights of corresponding stores of the e-commerce platform, and setting monitoring rules (namely order monitoring rules) of order information, wherein the monitoring rules are used for monitoring corresponding order information by an order management module, and defining the monitored order information as monitoring information.
Step W2: and acquiring order information of the corresponding store from the electronic commerce platform, storing the order information of the corresponding order to a database of the electronic commerce ERP for the first time, and displaying the order information in an order list.
Step W3: and synchronizing order information according to time T1, updating the order information of the e-commerce ERP into the order information of an e-commerce platform at corresponding time, storing the order information of the e-commerce platform into a database of the e-commerce ERP when synchronizing the order information each time, displaying the latest order information in an order list, and performing the operation of the next step.
Step W4: judging whether the monitoring information of the E-commerce ERP database is consistent with the corresponding E-commerce platform order information or not: when the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is consistent with the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, ending the synchronization of the order information; when the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is inconsistent with the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, intercepting the order with inconsistent order information by an order intercepting unit, and using the intercepted order as an interception mark in an order list to be further verified and processed by store operators. In the implementation, the interception identification can be automatically identified in the order list, and the related interception identification can adopt red characters or symbols, so that the intercepted order is easier to identify.
Further, the order management module further comprises a disaggregation unit, wherein the disaggregation unit is used for disaggregating the intercepted order; when the interception of the intercepted order is released, the corresponding intercepted order is manually selected from the order list, the order state is set to cancel the interception so as to release the interception of the order, and the normal operation authority of the order is restored, so that the order can be shipped normally.
In addition, the order list is provided with an order state setting unit by which the blocking state of the order can be manually switched. That is, the corresponding order is selected from the order list, and the order that has been intercepted may be set to the cancel interception state, or the order that has not been intercepted may be set directly to the interception state. For example, when an operator evaluates that the order does not need to be intercepted, the order interception can be manually released; when an operator evaluates that the order needs to be intercepted, the corresponding order can be manually set to be intercepted, so that the operations of intercepting and releasing the order are more convenient.
In a related embodiment, the monitoring information includes sub-order information such as commodity SKU information, order amount information, order commodity number, order recipient information, etc., where the commodity SKU information includes commodity title information, commodity attribute information, commodity picture information, etc., and the commodity SKU information does not include commodity description information. After the buyer places an order, if events such as an e-commerce platform information push error, an order is cancelled, an order is refunded or e-commerce commodity information is updated occur, the order information in the e-commerce ERP is inconsistent with the order information when the buyer places the order originally, and further risks are brought to order execution, so that the order management module can automatically monitor the key monitoring information through the setting of the monitoring information.
When order information is stored in a database of the e-commerce ERP each time, corresponding order information is firstly generated into corresponding IDs (namely, the IDs are character string information of the corresponding order information or the IDs are character strings of the corresponding order information, corresponding storage addresses and other information), and then the IDs of the corresponding order information are recorded in the database of the e-commerce ERP. When judging whether the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is consistent with the corresponding e-commerce platform order information or not, matching the ID of the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database with the ID of the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, and if the ID of the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is identical with the ID of the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, judging that the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is consistent with the corresponding e-commerce platform order information; if the ID of the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is different from the ID of the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is not consistent with the corresponding e-commerce platform order information. Therefore, checking and checking of different types of characters and/or pictures in order information are avoided, speed and accuracy of consistency judgment of monitoring information are improved, and storage space for storing the monitoring information is saved.
In specific implementation, a total ID is generated by a plurality of e-commerce ERP monitoring information to be subjected to consistency judgment, another total ID is generated by a plurality of e-commerce platform order information to be subjected to consistency judgment, and then the two corresponding total IDs are matched to judge whether the total IDs are the same; or respectively generating corresponding IDs for the order information (namely, sub order information) of the same order, respectively generating corresponding IDs for the monitoring information, and then carrying out ID matching on the order information of the same type in the same order to judge whether the IDs of the monitoring information and the corresponding sub order information are the same or not. The same ID indicates that the two order information of the match are identical/identical.
Further, each time order information is saved to the database of the e-commerce ERP, the storage time of the corresponding order information is identified so as to trace and calculate the abnormal time of the order. In addition, when the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is inconsistent with the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, all order information (including all commodity information of the order product) related to the intercepted order is stored in the e-commerce ERP database in an accessory mode.
The order interception unit comprises an interception analysis module, and in step W4, when the monitoring information of the e-commerce ERP database is inconsistent with the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, the interception analysis module extracts the monitoring information of which the IDs of all the e-commerce ERP database monitoring information are different from the IDs of the corresponding e-commerce platform order information, intercepts and analyzes the extracted monitoring information, and generates an order interception report according to the extracted monitoring information. Displaying all the extracted monitoring information in the order interception report, and indicating that the reason that the order is intercepted is that the corresponding monitoring information is abnormal (for example, when the extracted monitoring information contains commodity SKU information, the commodity SKU information of the intercepted order is indicated to be abnormal in the order interception report, when the extracted monitoring information contains order receiver information, the order receiver information of the intercepted order is indicated to be abnormal in the order interception report), and recording the time when the order is intercepted as the time when the monitoring information is abnormal in the order interception report.
The order interception report can be displayed in an order detail page of the order list, and the order detail page can also display the execution progress condition of the corresponding order. In other embodiments, the interception analysis module counts the order quantity and the order amount of each intercepted order to be used as references for store operation risk, wherein the order quantity and the order amount of the order interception (i.e. excluding the manually intercepted order and the automatically intercepted order caused by return/replacement) caused by the e-commerce platform are used as the basis for evaluating the stability of the e-commerce platform, and the order information stored in the e-commerce ERP database can be used as evidence for claiming reimbursement to the e-commerce platform, so that the store operation safety is improved.
In an embodiment, the order information of the intercepted order is stopped to be synchronized after the order is intercepted, and the corresponding order is continued to be synchronized after the interception is released. In another embodiment, after the order is intercepted, the order information of the intercepted order is continuously synchronized according to time T1, whether the monitoring information of the order in interception is consistent with the latest order information of the e-commerce platform is judged, and when the monitoring information of the order in interception is consistent with the latest order information of the e-commerce platform, the order management module automatically releases the interception of the order, so that the e-commerce ERP system can release the order interception correspondingly after the correct order information is recovered.
Further, in step W3, when the order management module synchronizes the order information according to time T1, if the order information return data acquired from the e-commerce platform is empty, it is determined that the order information fails to synchronize, and the corresponding order information is prompted in the order list to fail to synchronize, so as to inform the store operator of the abnormality.
Further, the order interception unit monitors the order state of the corresponding order when synchronizing the order information each time, and intercepts the order of the return or the replacement when the latest order state of the corresponding order is the return or the replacement.
Further, in step W4, the intercepting process includes performing an intercepting process on the corresponding intercepted order in one or more links of freight note number generation, unit price printing, and commodity shipment, so as to prohibit the intercepted order from performing a corresponding operation in a related intercepting process link, or generating a corresponding order intercepting prompt in a related intercepting process link.
As shown in fig. 2, on the e-commerce ERP system, the order processing flow includes eight order execution links of order auditing, logistics setting, freight bill number generation, receipt printing, commodity delivery and after-sales service. In the order auditing link, operators can check the inventory requirement, including checking information such as order commodity, buyer message and the like, and auditing whether to accept the order; in the logistics setting link, operators perform operations such as filling in customs clearance information, selecting a logistics mode, applying for a bill number and the like; in the freight bill number generation link, generating freight bill numbers according to order information and customs clearance information submitted to a logistics business system, and transferring corresponding orders to a receipt printing link after the freight bill numbers are generated; in the bill printing link, finishing the printing of commodity order picking and invoice; completing goods picking and delivery of the goods in the goods delivery link; and carrying out operations such as order return, goods replacement, customer care, satisfaction survey and the like in the after-sales service link. When an order is intercepted, a pick-up order and/or an invoice is generated when the intercepted order is intercepted, and prompting information of the order or the intercepted order commodity is identified on the generated pick-up order and/or the invoice so as to remind relevant personnel to pay attention to and verify actual order information.
Further, the order management module further includes a time control unit, and the time control unit executes the order information synchronization according to the time T1 in step W3. The order information synchronizing mode is a corresponding automatic synchronizing mode according to stores of different e-commerce platforms, wherein the stores of one part of e-commerce platforms are set to be automatically synchronized at regular intervals T1, and the stores of the other part of e-commerce platforms are set to be synchronized in real time, so that an operator can flexibly set order synchronizing time for different types of stores, and order synchronization of stores with higher priority in advance in order peak time and order separation processing of different shipping periods can be realized.
