In the exemplary embodiment, the delivery time and the integrity of the delivered commodities are guaranteed through comparison between the order cutting time and the current time and commodity collective check, the accuracy of the delivered commodities is ensured, and the delivery efficiency and rate are improved.
However, in this process, since the delivery time and the failure of the collective inspection of the products may occur, the stock process may be continued.
In an optional embodiment, when the current time does not reach the order cutting time, the stock preparation processing is continued according to the information to be delivered.
When the current time does not reach the order taking time, the order taking information indicates that new order canceling information may appear in the next time, and therefore, the stock preparation processing can be continuously waited according to the information to be delivered.
In the present exemplary embodiment, when the order taking time is not reached, the stock processing may be continued to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the goods to be shipped.
Moreover, in the process of updating the order cancellation information, other interception update results may occur, and therefore other processing needs to be performed on the interception update results.
In an alternative embodiment, fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing according to an interception update result, where as shown in fig. 8, the method at least includes the following steps: in step S810, if the interception update result includes other interception information except the order cancellation information, matching the other interception information and the product difference information to obtain a matching result.
When the interception update result includes new other interception information in addition to the order cancellation information that has been subjected to the interception process, it is necessary to perform matching processing on the other interception information and the product difference information.
Specifically, the matching process may be performed using the product name included in the other interception information and the product name included in the product difference information. Therefore, the commodity name included in the other interception information is the same as the commodity name included in the commodity difference information, indicating that the matching is successful; when the commodity name included in the other interception information is different from the commodity difference information, a failure in matching is indicated.
In step S820, when the matching result is that the other interception information does not match the product difference information, the product shelving process is performed according to the other interception information.
When the commodity name included in the other interception information is different from the commodity difference information, the matching result is that the other interception information does not match the commodity difference information. Therefore, the commodity difference information cannot be cleared by using other interception information, and commodities included in the other interception information need to be put on shelf, that is, the commodities are put back to the storage position again.
In step S830, when the matching result is that the other interception information matches the product difference information, the product difference information is cleared by using the other interception information.
When the commodity name included in the other interception information is the same as the commodity name included in the commodity difference information, the matching result is that the other interception information matches the commodity difference information.
Furthermore, the number of the intercepted commodities in other interception information and the number of overstocked commodities in the commodity difference information are deducted, so that the commodity difference information is cleared.
In the exemplary embodiment, different processing can be performed on other intercepted information according to the interception update result, so that not only can the requirements of the processing flow of the warehouse in different stages be rechecked, but also new other intercepted information can be processed in time, the omission of other intercepted information is avoided, and meanwhile, the order processing time is shortened.
The following describes the order processing method in the embodiment of the present disclosure in detail with reference to an application scenario.
Fig. 9 is a system architecture diagram illustrating an order processing method in an application scenario, and as shown in fig. 9, the system architecture includes sub-services or subsystems such as a document system, a warehouse-crossing pool system, a warehouse entry system, an interception task service, an interception task query service, an interception processing service, an interception result query service, a distribution system, and a delivery service, and may further include an application program for a delivery person to intercept delivery, and a database for storing processing results of each service.
The document system can issue order information and order canceling information.
The over-warehouse pool system is used for storing commodity difference information, and the sources of the commodity difference information comprise positioning failure information, picking difference information and distribution difference information. Besides, the method can also comprise matching processing of commodity difference information by commodity purchasing information, order canceling information and other interception information.
The warehousing system comprises a warehouse-crossing system for warehousing the commodity purchasing information, and a commodity shelf-loading system for loading commodity on the shelves, wherein the commodity purchasing information is warehoused to the warehouse-crossing system, and when the commodity difference information is not matched with other interception information or the order canceling information, the commodity difference information is subjected to commodity shelf-loading processing on the commodities included in the other interception information or the order canceling information.
The distribution system is used for carrying out commodity distribution processing on commodities with distribution information and picking success information.
The delivery service can deliver the goods according to the information to be delivered.
And the receipt system and the cross-store pool system can issue the Message to the interception task service in the form of MQ (Message Queue), the interception task service can initialize the order information and the order cancellation information, and call the cross-store pool system to match the order cancellation information with the commodity difference information in the cross-store pool system. When the order cancellation information matches the product difference information, a notification may be sent to the delivery system.
When warehouse-in commodity purchasing information enters the warehouse-crossing pool system, the intercepting task service can be notified in an MQ mode, the intercepting task service can also call the warehouse-crossing pool system for matching, and the delivery system is notified when matching is successful.
The interception task query service can provide query service for the mobile terminal, so that a user can conveniently query the quantity of commodities needing to be intercepted for the current commodities.
The interception processing service can intercept the commodities included in the order cancellation information and preferentially match the commodities with the cross-stock pool system. If the commodity difference information in the cross-store pool system is matched, commodity distribution processing can be carried out; if the commodity difference information in the cross-store pool system is not matched, commodity shelving processing can be carried out.
The interception result query service can be used for a user to query commodity information which is successfully intercepted.
In addition, the system architecture diagram may further include a positioning system and a picking system, and other subsystems or services included in the order processing process, which is not limited in the exemplary embodiment.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating an order processing method in an application scenario, and as shown in fig. 11, in step S1001, order taking is initialized.
First, order information is acquired. The order information is ordering information of the user, and may include commodity information such as a commodity name and a commodity quantity, and may also include other information according to an actual service, which is not particularly limited in this exemplary embodiment.
Then, in order to improve the order information and instruct the subsequent production service, the order information may be supplemented with the production information and other contents related to the commodity information.
Finally, the order information may be stored in a corresponding database.
In step S1002, an intercept message is initialized.
First, order cancellation information is acquired. The order cancellation information is the commodity ordering information cancelled by the user, and may also include commodity information such as a commodity name and a commodity number, and may also include other information, which is not particularly limited in this exemplary embodiment.
The order cancellation information may then be stored in a corresponding database.
In step S1003, the shipping task is initialized.
After the order information and the order cancellation information are obtained, the order information and the order cancellation information can be intercepted to obtain commodity detail information.
Specifically, the order information that is the same as the order information is located by using the commodity information such as the commodity name in the order cancellation information, and then the same commodity number in the order information is removed according to the commodity number in the order cancellation information, so that the order information that does not need to be subjected to the subsequent process is removed from the commodity information that has been placed.
In step S1004, positioning.
The commodities stored in the warehouse all have commodity storage position information representing the storage positions stored in the commodities, so that the commodity storage position information and the commodities have a corresponding relation. Since the product specification information is obtained from the order information and the order cancellation information, the product specification information includes product information such as a product name. Further, the commodity storage position information of the commodity can be found in the corresponding relation between the commodity storage position information and the commodity through commodity information such as the commodity name in the commodity detail information.
In step S1005, whether or not it is successful.
In the process of searching the commodity storage position information through the commodity detail information and the corresponding relation, the positioning success information may be obtained by successful searching, and the positioning failure information may also be obtained by failed searching.
In step S1006, the item is picked.
After the positioning success information is obtained, commodity picking processing can be further performed according to the positioning success information, that is, commodities represented by the positioning success information are loaded and unloaded from storage positions such as a shelf.
In step S1007, there is a pickup difference.
During the goods picking process, it may be found that the goods are not actually available on the storage position, and the goods picking difference information is obtained by the goods picking difference.
In step S1008, the over-pool is transmitted.
Further, the positioning failure information and the pick-up difference information may be determined as the goods difference information, and the goods difference information may be transmitted to the cross-over pool.
In step S1009, the pool is overtaken (the order location failed product information).
To store the item variance information, a cross-store pool may be created. Therefore, the over-stock pool includes the positioning failure information and the picking difference information.
In step S1010, the warehouse is accepted.
And acquiring commodity purchasing information of commodities purchased by the acquiring and selling personnel, and performing warehousing processing on the cross-warehouse pool by using the commodity purchasing information so as to further clear commodity difference information stored in the cross-warehouse pool.
In step S1011, the library is not put in.
In order to perform the removal processing of the product difference information using the product purchase information, the product name included in the product purchase information may be used for matching with the product name included in the product difference information.
In step S1012, the cross bank is intercepted.
To perform the removal processing of the product difference information using the order cancellation information, matching may be performed using the product name included in the order cancellation information and the product name included in the product difference information.
In step S1013, the distribution is issued.
When the commodity name included in the commodity purchase information coincides with the commodity name included in the commodity difference information, or when the commodity name included in the order cancellation information coincides with the commodity name included in the commodity difference information, it indicates that the matching is successful.
Further, the number of commodities included in the commodity purchasing information or the order canceling information and the number of overstocked commodities included in the commodity difference information are deducted, so that the commodity difference information is cleared to obtain the information to be distributed, wherein the information to be distributed includes information such as commodity names of the deducted commodities and the quantity of the commodities.
In step S1014, the program is distributed.
When the goods picking processing is carried out on the positioning success information, the goods picking success information can be obtained. The picking success information comprises commodity names, commodity numbers and the like of commodities on the storage position, which are consistent with the positioning success information of the goods to be picked.
Furthermore, after the information to be distributed and the information of successful picking are obtained, the two parts of information can be used as information sources for further commodity distribution processing to carry out commodity distribution processing.
In step S1015, whether there is a difference in the distribution.
If the goods cannot be distributed due to damage of the goods and the like in the goods distribution processing process, the information such as the goods names and the quantity of the goods to be distributed and the picking success information can be determined as the distribution difference information.
The data source of the commodity difference information can be from positioning failure information and picking difference information, and the distribution difference information can also be determined as the commodity difference information. Therefore, the distribution difference information may also be sent to the cross-pool.
In step S1016, the product is shipped.
After the goods are distributed according to the information to be distributed and the picking success information to obtain the information to be delivered, the goods can be delivered according to the information to be delivered.
In step S1017, whether or not there is interception information to process.
The delivery information can be obtained when the stock processing is performed according to the information to be delivered. The shipping information is the basis information of the shipping behavior. However, since new order cancellation information may be generated in the process, the order cancellation information needs to be updated to obtain the interception update result.
In step S1018, whether or not the order interception time has elapsed.
In the case where the shipment information is correct, the shipment time can be further determined, and therefore, the order-taking time and the current time can be acquired. The order interception time is the time when new order cancellation information can not appear any more.
In step S1019, whether the shipping tasks are collected.
When the current time reaches the order interception time, the order cancellation information is not generated any more, so that the commodities which are already distributed and sown can be checked in a commodity collecting mode only according to the delivery information.
In step S1020, the delivery slip is printed and shipped.
When the distributed goods are identical with the shipment information, it is indicated that the goods included in the shipment information are all collected, and therefore, the shipment information passes the goods collection check. Further, the shipment may be performed according to shipment information.
It should be noted that, in an actual application scenario, there is a case where the goods included in the shipment information cannot be collected, and the shipment can be scheduled in the case of shortage by operating the shortage shipment system to go out of the warehouse in the over-warehouse pool. Specifically, notifying the shipping service triggers the aggregation of shipping tasks to enable shipping in the event of an out-of-stock condition.
In addition, when the current time does not reach the order taking time, the fact that new order cancellation information possibly appears in the next time is indicated, and therefore, the stock preparation processing can be continuously waited according to the information to be delivered.
When the distributed commodities are inconsistent with the delivery information, the fact that all commodities included in the delivery information are not collected indicates that the delivery information does not pass the commodity collection check.
Thus, the stock processing can be performed according to the information to be delivered until all the products included in the delivery information are collected.
In step S1021, processing intercepts.
When the interception update result includes new other interception information in addition to the order cancellation information that has been subjected to the interception process, it is necessary to perform matching processing on the other interception information and the product difference information.
Specifically, the matching process may be performed using the product name included in the other interception information and the product name included in the product difference information. Therefore, the commodity name included in the other interception information is the same as the commodity name included in the commodity difference information, indicating that the matching is successful; when the commodity name included in the other interception information is different from the commodity difference information, a failure in matching is indicated.
In step S1022, the product not matched to the cross stock pool is returned to the shelf.
When the commodity name included in the other interception information is different from the commodity difference information, the matching result is that the other interception information does not match the commodity difference information. Therefore, the commodity difference information cannot be cleared by using other interception information, and commodities included in the other interception information need to be put on shelves.
In step S1023, the pallet is loaded into a storage location.
And putting the commodities back to the storage position again to realize commodity merchant processing on the commodities included in other interception information.
In addition to this, when the product name included in the other interception information is the same as the product name included in the product difference information, the matching result is that the other interception information matches the product difference information.
Furthermore, the number of the intercepted commodities in other interception information and the number of overstocked commodities in the commodity difference information are deducted, so that the commodity difference information is cleared.
In the application scenario of the method and the system, the order information and the order cancellation information are intercepted to perform subsequent clearing processing and delivery, and the time from order placing to order intercepting is fully utilized, so that production in the warehouse can be performed in advance, and the production efficiency of the warehouse is improved. Furthermore, the problem of overstock of commodities in the warehouse is solved, the delivery time is shortened, the user experience is optimized, and the user reflux degree can be improved to a certain extent.
Further, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, an order processing apparatus is also provided. Fig. 11 shows a schematic configuration diagram of the order processing apparatus, and as shown in fig. 11, the order processing apparatus 1100 may include: intercept processing module 1110, backlog merchandise module 1120, and backlog clearing module 1130. Wherein:
the interception processing module 1110 is configured to obtain order information and order cancellation information, and intercept the order information according to the order cancellation information to obtain commodity detail information; the overstocked commodity module 1120 is configured to perform commodity matching processing on the commodity detail information to obtain commodity difference information, and acquire commodity purchasing information; the commodity purchasing information is used for clearing commodity difference information; the backlog clearing module 1130 is configured to clear the commodity difference information by using the commodity purchase information and the order cancellation information to obtain information to be delivered, and deliver the commodity according to the information to be delivered; wherein the interception processing, the goods matching processing, and the clearing processing are performed before a receipt cutting time corresponding to the shipment.
The details of the order processing apparatus 1100 are described in detail in the corresponding order processing method, and therefore are not described herein again.
It should be noted that although several modules or units of the order processing apparatus 1100 are mentioned in the above detailed description, such division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
In addition, in an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, an electronic device capable of implementing the above method is also provided.
An electronic device 1200 according to such an embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 12. The electronic device 1200 shown in fig. 12 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 12, the electronic device 1200 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the electronic device 1200 may include, but are not limited to: the at least one processing unit 1210, the at least one memory unit 1220, the bus 1230 connecting the various system components (including the memory unit 1220 and the processing unit 1210), and the display unit 1240.
Wherein the memory unit stores program code that is executable by the processing unit 1210 to cause the processing unit 1210 to perform steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention as described in the above section "exemplary methods" of the present specification.
The storage unit 1220 may include readable media in the form of volatile memory units, such as a random access memory unit (RAM)1221 and/or a cache memory unit 1222, and may further include a read only memory unit (ROM) 1223.
Storage unit 1220 may also include a program/utility 1224 having a set (at least one) of program modules 1225, such program modules 1225 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment.
Bus 1230 may be one or more of several types of bus structures, including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processing unit, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The electronic device 1200 may also communicate with one or more external devices 1400 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 1200, and/or with any devices (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 1200 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur via input/output (I/O) interfaces 1250. Also, the electronic device 1200 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network such as the Internet) via the network adapter 1260. As shown, the network adapter 1260 communicates with the other modules of the electronic device 1200 via the bus 1230. It should be appreciated that although not shown, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the electronic device 1200, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a program product capable of implementing the above-described method of the present specification. In some possible embodiments, aspects of the invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code means for causing a terminal device to carry out the steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the invention described in the above-mentioned "exemplary methods" section of the present description, when said program product is run on the terminal device.
Referring to fig. 13, a program product 1300 for implementing the above method according to an embodiment of the present invention is described, which may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program code, and may be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present invention is not limited in this regard and, in the present document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. Claims (12)

1. An order processing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring order information and order cancellation information, and intercepting the order information according to the order cancellation information to obtain commodity detail information;
carrying out commodity matching processing on the commodity detail information to obtain commodity difference information and acquiring commodity purchasing information; wherein, the commodity purchasing information is used for eliminating the commodity difference information;
clearing the commodity difference information by using the commodity purchasing information and the order canceling information to obtain information to be delivered, and delivering according to the information to be delivered; wherein the intercepting process, the goods matching process, and the clearing process are performed before a receipt time corresponding to the shipment.
2. The order processing method according to claim 1, wherein the performing of the product matching process on the product detail information to obtain product difference information includes:
carrying out commodity positioning processing according to the commodity detail information to obtain positioning success information and positioning failure information;
and carrying out commodity picking processing on the positioning success information to obtain picking difference information, and determining the positioning failure information and the picking difference information as commodity difference information.
3. The order processing method according to claim 2, wherein the removing the item difference information by using the item purchase information and the order cancellation information to obtain information to be delivered comprises:
clearing the commodity difference information by utilizing the commodity purchasing information and the order canceling information to obtain information to be distributed;
and acquiring goods sorting success information obtained by performing goods sorting processing on the positioning success information, and performing goods sorting processing on the information to be sorted and the goods sorting success information to obtain information to be issued.
4. The order processing method according to claim 3, wherein the removing the item difference information by using the item purchase information and the order cancellation information to obtain the information to be distributed includes:
if the commodity purchasing information is matched with the commodity difference information, the commodity difference information is cleared by the commodity purchasing information to obtain information to be distributed;
and if the order cancellation information is matched with the commodity difference information, clearing the commodity difference information by using the order cancellation information to obtain the information to be distributed.
5. The order processing method according to claim 3, wherein the performing of the product matching process on the product detail information to obtain product difference information includes:
carrying out commodity distribution processing on the information to be distributed and the picking success information to obtain distribution difference information;
and determining the distribution difference information as the commodity difference information.
6. The order processing method according to claim 1, wherein said delivering according to the information to be delivered comprises:
carrying out stock processing according to the information to be delivered to obtain delivery information, and updating the order canceling information to obtain an interception updating result;
and if the interception updating result does not comprise other interception information except the order cancellation information, delivering according to the delivery information.
7. The order processing method according to claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
if the interception update result comprises other interception information except the order cancellation information, matching the other interception information with the commodity difference information to obtain a matching result;
when the matching result is that the other interception information is not matched with the commodity difference information, commodity shelving processing is carried out according to the other interception information;
and when the matching result is that the other interception information is matched with the commodity difference information, clearing the commodity difference information by using the other interception information.
8. The order processing method of claim 6, wherein said shipping according to said shipping information comprises:
acquiring order interception time and current time;
and when the current time reaches the order cutting time, carrying out delivery according to the delivery information.
9. The order processing method according to claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the current time does not reach the order cutting time, continuing to carry out stock processing according to the information to be delivered.
10. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
the intercepting processing module is configured to acquire order information and order canceling information and intercept the order information according to the order canceling information to obtain commodity detail information;
the overstocked commodity module is configured to perform commodity matching processing on the commodity detail information to obtain commodity difference information and acquire commodity purchasing information; wherein, the commodity purchasing information is used for eliminating the commodity difference information;
the backlog clearing module is configured to clear the commodity difference information by utilizing the commodity purchasing information and the order canceling information to obtain information to be delivered, and deliver according to the information to be delivered; wherein the intercepting process, the goods matching process, and the clearing process are performed before a receipt time corresponding to the shipment.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the order processing method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
12. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the order processing method of any of claims 1-9 via execution of the executable instructions.
