The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Before discussing exemplary embodiments in more detail, it should be noted that some exemplary embodiments are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the operations (or steps) as a sequential process, many of the operations can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. In addition, the order of the operations may be re-arranged. The process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. The processes may correspond to methods, functions, procedures, subroutines, and the like.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a cross-regional inventory provisioning method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applicable to cross-regional e-commerce inventory provisioning, and the method can be executed by a cross-regional inventory provisioning apparatus, which can be implemented by software and/or hardware and can be integrated in an electronic device. As shown in fig. 1, the cross-region inventory supply method in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s110, according to the collected commodity order data and the commodity inventory data, determining the sale time length which can be supported by the commodity inventory.
In the current cross-border e-commerce industry, because most suppliers come from abroad, the cross-border purchasing process has higher probability of abnormal conditions and more time consumption compared with the common purchasing process, and therefore, in order to ensure the balance of acquisition and sale of the cross-border e-commerce inventory, an inventory supply method capable of improving the cross-border e-commerce stock efficiency, reducing the inventory cost and reducing the risk of lost sale is needed.
The cross-region inventory supply system determines the sale duration supported by the commodity inventory according to the collected commodity order data and the commodity inventory data. The goods order data may include the order delivery date, the order quantity, and the type of goods. The inventory data may be the number and type of items currently in inventory. The commodity inventory supportable sales duration may be the number of days that the inventory of the current commodity can be sold in accordance with the current order data.
In an alternative of the present embodiment, it may be combined with one or more of the alternatives of the present embodiment. Wherein, according to the collected commodity order data and commodity inventory data, determining the supportable selling time of the commodity inventory, comprises the following steps A1-A2:
step A1, carrying out statistical analysis on the commodity inventory data collected in real time to obtain the total inventory of each commodity; and carrying out statistical analysis on the commodity order data collected in real time to obtain the commodity daily sales rate of each commodity.
Step A2, calculating the commodity inventory supportable sale duration of each commodity in real time based on the total commodity inventory and the commodity daily sale rate.
The total inventory of the commodities can refer to the total inventory of the commodities of a single type in all the warehouses, the commodity daily selling rate can refer to the total selling quantity of the same commodities in the electronic order in the statistical unit which is taken as the latest seven days or fifteen days as a statistical unit, and the daily selling rate is the average daily selling quantity of the commodities which is taken as the total selling quantity of the commodities divided by the days in the statistical unit.
And S120, configuring the early warning time limit of commodity purchase according to the collected commodity logistics data, the supplier supply data and the commodity purchase approval circulation data.
The cross-region inventory supply system configures the early warning time limit of commodity purchase according to the collected commodity logistics data, supplier supply data and commodity purchase approval circulation data. The commodity logistics data can be real-time logistics price, time and other data obtained by connecting various large ship companies, airlines and logistics service providers. The supplier supply data can be the commodity supply conditions provided by different suppliers, including supply date, supply quantity, supply price, etc. The commodity purchasing approval circulation data can be data for approving and circulating the purchasing request in the cross-border e-commerce enterprise, and can comprise approval links, time required by each approval link and the like. The commodity purchase warning time limit may refer to the longest time required to purchase the commodity.
In an alternative of the present embodiment, it may be combined with one or more of the alternatives of the present embodiment. Counting historical abnormal fluctuation records of a commodity purchasing examination and approval circulation link, a supplier supply link and a logistics distribution link within a preset time range; and reminding and early warning operation on links with at least two abnormal fluctuations within a preset time range.
Wherein, the preset time range can be seven days or fifteen days. The historical abnormal fluctuation record of the commodity purchasing approval circulation link can be the condition that the time spent in the approval circulation link is abnormal. The historical abnormal fluctuation record of the supplier supply link can be the condition that the delivery time of the supplier and the price of goods provided by the supplier are abnormally fluctuated. The historical abnormal fluctuation record of the logistics distribution link can be the condition of abnormal distribution time and abnormal distribution cost caused by some external factors in the logistics distribution process. The external factors can be customs duty fluctuation, and the logistics time of the ship and the aviation logistics link is influenced by weather factors.
By adopting the technical scheme, the historical abnormal fluctuation records of the commodity purchasing examination and approval link, the supplier supply link and the logistics distribution link in the cross-region inventory supply within the preset time range are counted, and the links with at least two times of abnormal fluctuation within the preset time range are reminded and early-warned, so that the technical effects of responding to abnormal conditions in advance and facilitating the adjustment of the flow by managers are achieved.
S130, determining whether to start a commodity purchasing process according to the commodity inventory supportable sale duration and the commodity purchasing early warning time limit so as to supply cross-region inventory.
The cross-region inventory supply system determines whether to start a purchasing process according to the sale duration supportable by the commodity inventory and the commodity purchasing early warning time limit so as to supply the cross-region inventory.
In an alternative of the present embodiment, it may be combined with one or more of the alternatives of the present embodiment. After prompting to start the commodity purchasing process, the method also comprises steps B1-B2:
and step B1, monitoring the approval time of at least one commodity purchasing approval link, the supply time of at least one supplier supply link and the distribution time of at least one logistics distribution link in real time.
And step B2, if at least one link is not finished according to the preset planning time, reporting the abnormal finishing result of the link.
By adopting the technical scheme, the method and the system have the advantages that the examination and approval time of at least one commodity purchasing examination and approval link, the supply time of at least one supplier supply link and the distribution time of at least one logistics distribution link are monitored in real time, and the abnormal results of the links which are not completed according to the preset planning time are reported, so that the technical effects of monitoring the purchasing link in real time and reporting in time and ensuring that cross-border electric business enterprises can timely make adjustment and response are achieved.
According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the steps of determining the sale supportable time of the commodity inventory according to the collected commodity order data and the collected commodity inventory data, configuring the commodity purchase early warning time limit according to the collected commodity logistics data, the collected supplier supply data and the collected commodity purchase approval circulation data, and finally determining whether to start a commodity purchase process according to the sale supportable time of the commodity inventory and the commodity purchase early warning time limit so as to supply cross-regional inventory, so that the technical effects of assisting cross-border electric business to improve stock preparation efficiency, reduce inventory cost and reduce the risk of sale delay are achieved.
