Referring to fig. 10, the return information includes one or more of the following data: the system comprises a goods return bill number, a related goods delivery bill, application goods return time, goods return completion time, goods return state, money deduction state, driver name, driver telephone and license plate number; thus, the supplier delivery system 5 can provide the platform administrator with a query about the return of goods returned to the supplier, for example, the platform administrator can query the return information according to the keywords such as the number of the return bill, the return status, the deduction status, the name of the driver, the time of applying for return of goods, and the like.
The replenishment information comprises one or more of the following data: replenishment order number, preparation person, replenishment state, creation time, audit time and cancellation time. In this way, the supplier shipping system 5 can be used for the platform administrator to query the replenishment information, for example, by the replenishment order number.
In some embodiments, the supplier client 3 is further configured to enable the supplier to complete the commodity warehouse-out by scanning the codes on the commodities to be warehouse-out; the supplier client 3 is also used for the supplier to inquire the order information of the goods which are delivered from the warehouse.
In particular, the provider client 3 may be an applet, APP, page, or the like. The supplier client 3 can realize the functions of code scanning and warehouse entry and the like through scanning, and automatically identify the warehouse-out commodities and warehouse-in commodities. The supplier client 3 also provides the supplier with the function of inquiring the order information, such as displaying all order information, order information to be delivered, order information delivered, and the like.

In some embodiments, the logistics management platform 6 is further configured to allow a platform administrator to query the return information according to part of data in the return information, and allow the platform administrator to query the money return information of the logistics party.
Specifically, referring to fig. 13, the return information includes a return number, a business name, a supplier name, a return due item, a status, a pickup time, an expiration time, a return confirmation time, a driver, and the like. The logistics management platform 6 can be used for the platform administrator to inquire goods returning information through information such as a goods returning number, a supplier name, a driver telephone, a state, a goods returning date and the like.
Referring to fig. 14, the money return information includes a waybill number, an order number, an amount, a business name, a status, a payment method, a money return time, a driver name, a driver phone, a payment due time, and the like. The logistics management platform 6 can be used for a platform administrator to inquire the money return information through the information such as the freight note number, the order number, the enterprise name, the driver telephone number, the state and the like.
The logistics management platform 6 is also used for managing attendance checking of the driver, for example, recording driver leave information, wherein the driver leave information comprises a driver name, a driver telephone, a state, a leave date and the like.
In some embodiments, the logistics management platform 6 is further configured to count the order information of the commodities delivered from the supplier to obtain supplier goods taking data, and count the logistics information of the logistics party to obtain distribution data, distribution node data, or distribution task data.
Specifically, the logistics management platform 6 can also count the pickup quantity, delivery data, delivery node data or delivery task data of the suppliers, for example, fig. 15 counts the pickup quantity of each supplier, fig. 16 counts the delivery quantity of each enterprise, fig. 17 counts the delivery node data (including, for example, driver's order pickup, driver's in-taking, completion of the pickup of the supplier, start of delivery, etc.) of each waybill number, and fig. 18 counts the delivery task data (including, for example, the order pickup quantity, the delivery quantity, etc.) of each driver.

Claims (10)

1. An enterprise-oriented shopping management system, comprising:
an enterprise client: a shopping mall is arranged; the enterprise client is used for generating a shopping order according to the commodities selected by the enterprise in the shopping mall;
an operation platform: connecting with the enterprise client; the operation platform is used for a platform administrator to check the shopping order, and when the check is passed, the operation platform generates order dispatching information according to the shopping order;
the supplier client: is connected with the operation platform; the supplier client is used for the supplier to finish commodity delivery according to the order information;
and (3) logistics client side: is connected with the operation platform; and the logistics client is used for the logistics party to complete the delivery of the commodity of the supplier out of the warehouse according to the order information.
2. The enterprise-oriented shopping management system according to claim 1,
the operation platform is also used for receiving supplier information and allowing a platform administrator to carry out supplier audit on the supplier information; when the supplier auditing result is passed, the supplier information is saved; the operation platform is also used for a platform administrator to delete or inquire the stored supplier information;
the operation platform is further used for a platform administrator to initiate a jump instruction aiming at the supplier information and jump to a supplier background interface corresponding to a supplier; and the platform administrator initiates a commodity management instruction aiming at the supplier information and jumps to a commodity management interface corresponding to the supplier.
3. The enterprise-oriented shopping management system according to claim 2,
the commodity management interface is used for receiving commodity information, configuring parameters of the commodity information by a platform administrator and storing the configured commodity information; the commodity management interface is also used for a platform administrator to put the stored commodity information on or off the shelf;
the parameters include whether it is marketable or displayable.
4. The enterprise-oriented shopping management system according to claim 3,
the operation platform is also used for receiving quotation information and allowing a platform administrator to check the quotation information; when the result of the examination of the quotation is passed, the quotation information is saved;
the operation platform is also used for a platform administrator to initiate a cancellation instruction for the stored quotation information to cancel the quotation information.
5. The enterprise-oriented shopping management system according to claim 4,
the shopping management system further comprises a supplier shipping system; the supplier delivery system is connected with the operation platform;
the supplier delivery system is used for a supplier to enter the quotation information and modify, off-shelf or export the quotation information; the supplier delivery system is also used for the supplier to inquire the off-shelf quotation or the historical quotation through partial information in the quotation information.
6. The enterprise-oriented shopping management system according to claim 5,
the supplier delivery system is also used for the supplier to inquire the logistics information, the total delivery information, the return information or the replenishment information of the commodity;
the logistics information comprises one or more of the following data: taking a goods order number, a freight note number, a goods type, the number of goods, the number of ex-warehouse goods, a driver name, a driver telephone, a license plate number, a total price of goods to be delivered, a total price of actual delivered goods, planned goods taking time and ex-warehouse time;
the total distribution information comprises one or more of the following data: the delivery date, the number of the delivery vehicles, the types of the delivery, the number of the delivery, the total price of the delivery and the total price of the delivery;
the return information comprises one or more of the following data: the system comprises a goods return bill number, a related goods delivery bill, application goods return time, goods return completion time, goods return state, money deduction state, driver name, driver telephone and license plate number;
the replenishment information comprises one or more of the following data: replenishment order number, preparation person, replenishment state, creation time, audit time and cancellation time.
7. The enterprise-oriented shopping management system according to claim 1,
the supplier client is also used for the supplier to complete commodity delivery by scanning the codes on the commodities to be delivered; the supplier client is also used for the supplier to inquire the order information of the goods which are delivered from the warehouse.
8. The enterprise-oriented shopping management system according to claim 6,
the shopping management system also comprises a logistics management platform;
the logistics management platform is used for a platform administrator to inquire the order information according to the partial data in the order information, and the platform administrator to inquire the logistics information according to the partial data in the logistics information.
9. The enterprise-oriented shopping management system according to claim 8,
the logistics management platform is also used for a platform administrator to inquire the goods return information according to partial data in the goods return information, and the platform administrator to inquire the money return information of the logistics party.
10. The enterprise-oriented shopping management system according to claim 8,
the logistics management platform is further used for counting the order dispatching information of the commodities which are delivered from the supplier to obtain supplier goods taking data, and counting the logistics information of the logistics party to obtain distribution data, distribution node data or distribution task data.
