Commodity passing is the buying and selling of goods among users, but the actual goods are not delivered, and only the transfer of ownership is carried out. The refrigeration fee of the ex-house (seller) is cut off to the day of the ex-house, the rest refrigeration fee is born by the ex-house (buyer), and in the process of ex-house, no actual goods in-and-out action occurs. Therefore, the user-passing warehousing party (buyer) will not bear the cost of transportation and disposal. After the customer is finished, the relevant documents must be printed to record the business process.
6. And (5) financial management.
When the warehouse entry and exit operation occurs, refrigeration cost and labor cost (disposal cost, transportation cost, etc.) are inevitably generated, and the cost needs to be settled and collected. For the settlement of a user, the cost of all batches can be settled, and the goods of a specified batch can also be settled (some cold storages finish a batch, finish a batch and then collect money, most cold storages adopt a monthly mode, and the cost of the user needs to be settled completely, so that the flexible processing can be realized). If the month is finished, the user can be finished one time or one key can be finished (i.e. one key is used for calculating the cost of all the users). The settlement date can be determined by oneself, and the cost of the current date can be settled, and the previous cost can also be settled. Since the user's charge mode is related to the contract of the user, no setting is required for settlement, and the system can settle the user's charge without fail. The cost includes: the non-billed cost (all costs generated in the operation of the system, the bag warehouse entrance/exit refrigeration cost, the transportation cost, the miscellaneous operation, and the bag warehouse (store) rent), the billed cost, and the transportation cost (the statistics of the workload of the staff in the refrigerator, that is, the details of the work of the staff).
The system may also charge a fee for refrigeration, etc. that has already generated the bill.

The warehousing reservation request includes a driver, a warehouse contract, a license plate number, a storage warehouse, a platform, a handling group and the like. It is also desirable to add reserved lots including trade name, specifications, part weight, production date, days to guarantee, parts/boards, and projected piece count.
The store management unit is also used for receiving a query instruction of a user and querying warehousing reservation and inventory. And the store management unit is used for searching the planned warehousing list through parameters such as the number of the planned list, the warehouse, the state, the tally date and the like by the user. The user can also search the inventory through the warehousing entry number, the commodity batch, the contract, the warehouse and the commodity.
3. And (5) sales management.
The store management unit is also used for recording relevant information during sale, including basic information, purchaser information, consignee information and commodity information, and facilitating subsequent commodity delivery and transportation according to the information.
The user records and inquires the sales data; the sales data includes basic information, purchaser information, consignee information, and commodity information. The user can search for corresponding sales data by order number, purchaser name, recipient name, creation time.
Receiving a warehouse-out reservation request of a user, and making a reservation for a warehouse; the store management unit supports the function of reserving warehouse-out in advance, facilitates distribution of the warehouse, and ensures that mistakes are avoided when the warehouse-out is carried out on site. The ex-warehouse reservation request comprises a storage warehouse, a warehouse rental contract, a carrying group and a storage warehouse. The user can inquire the ex-warehouse reservation request through the planning order number, the warehouse, the state and the tallying date.
4. And (5) managing bills.
The store management unit is also used for the user to view the generated bill. The user can inquire the corresponding bill through the generation time, the bill number, the bill amount, the settlement state and the transaction time.
For the sake of brief description, the system provided by the embodiment of the present invention may refer to the corresponding content in the foregoing embodiments.

Claims (10)
1. A supply chain management system for a cold chain cold storage, comprising:
an entrance and exit transaction unit: the system comprises a data acquisition module, a data processing module and a data processing module, wherein the data acquisition module is used for acquiring the data of the seller and the buyer;
the purchase, sale and storage management unit: the system is used for recording warehousing information and ex-warehouse information of the commodities and carrying out purchase, sales and inventory management on the commodities;
a supply chain management unit: and the system is used for calculating the commodity sales cost according to the warehousing information and the ex-warehousing information of the commodity and settling the commodity sales cost for the corresponding seller account.
2. The supply chain management system for a cold chain refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the incoming and outgoing transaction unit is specifically configured to:
receiving commodity in-and-out information recorded by a seller; the commodity entrance and exit information comprises entrance and exit charging modes, commodity categories, commodity production places and commodity selling places;
when a seller enters a field, receiving the weight of a seller entering truck obtained by weighing a wagon balance, generating seller entering information, calculating seller entering cost according to the seller entering information, and settling the seller entering cost for a corresponding seller account; the seller entry information comprises the weight of an entering truck, the tare weight of the truck, the commodity category, the commodity origin, the truck number, the name of a driver and the telephone number of the driver;
when a seller leaves, adding new seller leaving information to the seller entering information of the seller, calculating the seller leaving cost according to the seller leaving information, and settling the seller leaving cost for a corresponding seller account; the seller shipment information includes the shipment weight from the weighbridge weighing.
3. The supply chain management system for a cold chain refrigerator according to claim 2, wherein the entrance and exit transaction unit is specifically configured to:
when a buyer enters a field, receiving the weight of the buyer entering a field truck obtained by weighing a wagon balance, and generating the entering information of the buyer; the buyer entrance information comprises the weight of the buyer entering a truck, the number of the truck, the name of a driver and the telephone number of the driver;
when the buyer leaves, the buyer leaving information is added to the buyer entering information of the buyer, and the buyer leaving information comprises the weight of the buyer leaving truck, the commodity type and the commodity selling place which are obtained by weighing the wagon balance.
4. The supply chain management system for a cold chain refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the purchase, sale and inventory management unit is specifically configured to:
receiving and managing the input commodity basic information; the commodity basic information comprises commodity classification, commodity information, warehouse information, storage position information, shelf information and platform information;
receiving and managing the input supplier information; the supplier information comprises unit names, production places, contact persons, contact ways and detailed addresses;
receiving and managing the input purchasing information; the purchase information includes supplier, arrival time, commodity name, quantity, price.
5. The supply chain management system for the cold chain refrigerator according to claim 4, wherein the purchase, sale and storage management unit is specifically configured to:
receiving input warehousing and ex-warehousing orders of commodities;
calculating the inventory of the commodities according to the warehousing order and the delivery order;
and receiving a query instruction of a user, and querying a warehousing entry, a warehousing exit or inventory of the commodity.
6. The supply chain management system for a cold chain refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the supply chain management unit is specifically configured to:
receiving the input warehouse information and user information, and creating a renting contract;
receiving the operation of a user and finishing warehousing of the commodities;
and receiving the operation of the user to finish the delivery of the commodity.
7. The supply chain management system for a cold chain freezer according to claim 6, wherein the supply chain management unit is specifically configured to:
receiving a warehousing plan list input by a user;
and after receiving that the audit of the auditor passes the warehousing plan list, registering the warehousing plan list to finish warehousing of the commodities.
8. The supply chain management system for a cold chain freezer according to claim 6, wherein the supply chain management unit is specifically configured to:
receiving a delivery plan list input by a user;
and after receiving that the audit personnel passes the delivery plan list, registering the delivery plan list to finish delivery of the commodity.
9. The supply chain management system for a cold chain cooler according to claim 1, further comprising:
store management unit: the goods receiving party information is used for receiving and managing the input; the information of the goods receiver comprises a purchase order and the time of receiving goods;
the store management unit is also used for receiving a storage reservation request of a user and making a reservation for the store;
the store management unit is also used for receiving a query instruction of a user and querying warehousing reservation and inventory.
10. The supply chain management system for a cold chain refrigerator according to claim 9, wherein the store management unit is further configured to:
the user records and inquires the sales data; the sales data comprises basic information, purchaser information, consignee information and commodity information;
receiving a warehouse-out reservation request of a user, and making a reservation for a warehouse;
for the user to view the generated bill.
