In some examples, the agricultural product trading system further comprises a cost module 110 for performing cost statistics and management, including at least expected profit rate, commodity loss rate, fixed operation cost and sales change cost, wherein the cost module performs statistics and management monthly, and requires monthly setting of related information or batch setting of related information, wherein the fixed operation cost includes but is not limited to a level/berth rent, manual wages, accommodation rents, property management fees, water and electricity fees, and the sales change cost includes but is not limited to trading fees, transportation fees, loading and unloading fees, and the like. For example, when the cost information of 10 months is set, the desired gross profit rate, the commodity loss rate, the fixed operation cost and the variable sales cost are sequentially input and then the setting is saved, and subsequently, if the setting is modified, the setting before modification can be checked through the historical setting.
In some examples, the agricultural product transaction system further comprises a reporting module 111 for generating a report related to agricultural product transaction, including at least sales statistics, purchase statistics, outstanding sales statistics, outstanding purchase statistics, balance statistics, customer fund and transaction statistics, commodity profit statistics, container in and out statistics, agricultural product in and out warehouse details, and operation profit statistics during transaction.
Specifically, the sales statistics, which is statistics of the details of the agricultural products sold by the user to the buyer, can search a certain agricultural product in response to the search content, and view the sales amount, profit amount and commodity information of the agricultural product, wherein the commodity information includes but is not limited to the name of the agricultural product, the sales amount, the total sales amount and the total profit amount, and the total profit amount obtains the difference between the sales price and the purchase price. Meanwhile, a certain time period, such as today, the week, the month, the year and the like, can be appointed, and the sales amount, the profit amount and the commodity information in the appointed time period can be checked.
And (4) purchasing statistics, wherein the statistics is that the details of the agricultural products purchased by the user from the suppliers are counted, a certain agricultural product is searched in response to the search content, the purchasing amount and the supplier quantity of the agricultural product and specific purchasing commodity information and the like are checked, and the commodity information comprises but is not limited to the name of the agricultural product, the name of the purchaser, the total purchasing amount and the like. And meanwhile, a certain time period, such as today, the week, the month, the year and the like, can be appointed, and the purchase amount, the number of clients and the details of purchased commodities in the appointed time period can be checked.
And counting the unreceived sales money, wherein the counted unreceived sales money is the goods money which is not received after the agricultural products are sold to the buyer by the user, displaying all the unreceived money details including the quantity of the sales orders and the debt amount, searching a certain buyer in response to the search content, checking all the debt details of the buyer, and the debt details comprise all the unreceived order information of the buyer at the moment, including but not limited to the names of the sales goods, the amount of the sales orders, the residual unreceived amount and the like. Meanwhile, a certain time period can be appointed, and information such as the arrearage amount and the number of customers in the appointed time period can be checked; and the arrearage buyer can be reminded to repay.
And counting the unpaid purchase money, wherein the counted payment is the unpaid goods money after a user purchases agricultural products from a supplier, displaying the details of all unpaid money, including purchase order details, unpaid money and the like, searching a certain supplier in response to a search instruction, checking the details of all unpaid purchase money between the supplier and the certain supplier, and the debt details comprise all outstanding order information of the buyer at the moment, including but not limited to the name of a sold commodity, the amount of a sold order, the remaining outstanding money and the like, and simultaneously, the unpaid details in the time period can be checked, the debt can be subjected to payment operation at the same time, and a repayment record can also be checked.
And (4) receiving and paying statistics, wherein the statistics comprise all income amount, expenditure amount and details, and the receiving and paying details are used for the search content feedback response input by the user. For example, the user searches for a specified time period (e.g., today, week, month, year), and the page displays all the specific balance details including the income amount and the expense amount for the time period, and displays all the balance details with the customer for the specified time period on the page.
And (4) carrying out statistics on the amount of the money from the client, wherein the statistics include the balance and detail of the money from the client, and the money from the client at least comprises the paid and unpaid sales money, the paid and unpaid purchase money, the borrowed and returned borrowed money, the prepaid and returned prepaid, and the paid and unpaid deposit of the containing piece. For example, the user searches for the customer name, and the page displays the balance and details of all transactions with the customer.
And (4) counting the profit of the commodity, counting sales amount, obtaining profit amount based on the difference between the selling price and the purchasing price of the sold agricultural products, and displaying the profit detail of all the traded commodities. Meanwhile, a certain time period, such as today, this week, this month, this year, etc., can be designated, and the sales amount, profit amount and profit details of the commodity in the designated time period are checked, wherein the profit details of the commodity include but are not limited to the commodity name, purchase price, sales volume and profit of the commodity.
And (4) counting the in-out of the storage of the containing piece, and counting and managing the lease details of the containing piece in the transaction process. Specifically, information such as the number of all customers, the number of warehoused containers, and the number of warehoused containers that are associated with the containers is counted and displayed to the outside through the display module. The storage piece detail management submodule also provides a search bar on the display interface, so that a user can check the specific details of the storage piece after inputting information such as the name or the number of the storage piece, and the specific details comprise borrowing information and/or lending information.
And (4) counting the operation profits, namely counting the sales amount in a specified time period, such as year, month, day and the like, and obtaining the operation profit amount (net profit) based on the selling price, the purchasing price and the difference between cost statistics in the cost module.
The warehouse-in and warehouse-out detail is used for a user to check the details of agricultural products in and out of the warehouse, and comprises commodity type types and record numbers, specifically, the statistics of information of purchase orders, sales orders, overflow reports, loss reports and application for goods return to a supplier is carried out, and meanwhile, the warehouse-in and warehouse-out condition of a certain appointed agricultural product or the warehouse-in and warehouse-out condition of all agricultural products in a certain specific time period can be checked in response to a search instruction.
It should be understood that the division of the modules of the above system is only a logical division, and the actual implementation may be wholly or partially integrated into one physical entity or may be physically separated. And these modules can be realized in the form of software called by processing element; or may be implemented entirely in hardware; and part of the modules can be realized in the form of calling software by the processing element, and part of the modules can be realized in the form of hardware. For example, the x module may be a processing element that is set up separately, or may be implemented by being integrated in a chip of the system, or may be stored in a memory of the system in the form of program code, and the function of the x module may be called and executed by a processing element of the system. Other modules are implemented similarly. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently realized. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of an agricultural product transaction method in an embodiment of the present invention is disclosed, which includes the following steps:
201. adding clients and performing classified management according to client types; the customer type includes at least a buyer and a supplier;
202. a specified supplier creates a corresponding agricultural product purchase demand order to form a purchase order;
203. and after the buyer is appointed, a corresponding agricultural product sales order is created.
It should be noted that the agricultural product transaction method provided in this embodiment is similar to the above embodiment of the agricultural product transaction system, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted. It is understood that the executing subject of this step may be an agricultural product transaction system, and may also be a terminal, a server, etc., and is not limited herein.
The invention also discloses an embodiment of agricultural product transaction equipment, which comprises at least one processor 301 and at least one memory 302 as shown in fig. 3; the processor 301 is in communication with the memory 302, the memory 302 stores a computer program, and the processor 301 executes the computer program stored in the memory 302 to cause the apparatus to perform the agricultural product transaction method described above.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the agricultural product transaction apparatus provided in the present embodiment does not constitute a limitation of the apparatus and may include more or fewer components.
Based on the method shown in fig. 2, the embodiment further provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the transaction method shown in fig. 2.
Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in a software product, where the software product is stored in a storage medium, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, and the like, and includes several instructions to enable a computer device to execute the method of each implementation scenario of the present application.
The storage medium may further include an operating system, which is a program for managing hardware and software resources of the above-described apparatus and supports the execution of information processing and other software or programs, and a communication module for implementing communication between each component inside the storage medium and with other hardware and software in the information processing device.
Through the description of the above embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present application can be implemented by software and a necessary general hardware platform, and can also be implemented by hardware.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the drawings are merely schematic representations of one preferred implementation scenario and that the flows or blocks in the drawings are not necessarily required to practice the present application. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the modules in the devices in the implementation scenario may be distributed in the devices in the implementation scenario according to the description of the implementation scenario, or may be located in one or more devices different from the present implementation scenario with corresponding changes. The modules of the implementation scenario described above may be combined into one module or further split into multiple sub-modules.

Claims (10)

1. An agricultural product trading system, comprising:
the client management module is used for adding and managing clients; the customer type includes at least a buyer and a supplier;
the purchasing demand module is used for creating a corresponding agricultural product purchasing demand order after a supplier is appointed so as to form a purchasing order;
and the sales module is used for creating a corresponding agricultural product sales order after the buyer is appointed.
2. The transaction system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises:
the return payment module is used for receiving the agricultural products in the purchase order, applying for return payment and creating a return payment application form;
and the financial management module is used for receiving and managing all the money.
3. The transaction system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the system further comprises:
and the transaction management module is used for counting and managing the purchase order, the sales order, the return and refund application form and the transaction money.
4. The transaction system of claim 3, wherein the system further comprises:
the inventory management module is used for carrying out corresponding agricultural product warehousing and delivery management according to the purchase order, the sales order and the return and refund application form, and is also used for adding agricultural products to warehouse and carrying out overflow reporting, damage reporting and unit conversion on the specified agricultural products;
and the storage piece management module is used for counting and managing the lease information of the storage pieces in the transaction process.
5. The transaction system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises:

8. A method of trading an agricultural product, comprising the steps of:
adding clients and performing classified management according to client types; the customer type includes at least a buyer and a supplier;
a specified supplier creates a corresponding agricultural product purchase demand order to form a purchase order;
and after the buyer is appointed, a corresponding agricultural product sales order is created.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the agricultural product trading method of claim 8.
10. An agricultural product transaction apparatus, comprising: at least one processor and at least one memory;
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor is configured to execute the memory-stored computer program to cause the apparatus to perform the agricultural commodity transaction method of claim 8.
