Referring to fig. 5, a fifth embodiment of the accounts receivable management method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 501, when receiving a query instruction sent by a user side, obtaining user tag information;
step 502, determining a corresponding authority setting table according to user label information, wherein the user label information comprises a group, a large area and a province, and the group, the large area and the province realize three-level linkage;
in this embodiment, organization screening query is performed according to user tag information, three-layer organizations of a group, a large area and a province can be selected, the three-layer organizations realize three-level linkage, the three-level linkage means that after the group is selected, a corresponding large area is selected from all large areas below the group, and after the large area is confirmed, a corresponding province is selected from all provinces below the large area; and presetting a corresponding authority setting table for the user.
Step 503, screening out access authority information corresponding to the user tag information according to the authority setting table;
in this embodiment, the access authority information corresponding to each piece of user tag information is set in the authority configuration table, where the access authority information defines a data row or a data column that the user has authority to access, or defines a settlement object that the user has authority to access; for example, xx users have the access right of xx columns of xx reports, or xx users have the access right of xx settlement objects of xx reports.
Step 504, screening the account receipt form according to the access authority information, filtering form data which is not matched with the access authority information, and reserving the form data which is matched with the access authority information;
and 505, sending the form data matched with the access authority information to a user side, wherein the form data at least comprises receivable accounts, received accounts, non-received accounts and overdue non-received accounts.
In this embodiment, in the embodiment, according to the access authority information corresponding to the user tag information, screening is performed on data in the found accounts receivable form, data columns and data rows that are not matched with the access authority information are filtered, data columns and data rows that are matched with the access authority information are reserved, and the filtered form data are sent to the user terminal, so that a front-end report component of the user terminal displays the corresponding form data, the form data may further include information such as rank of unreceived accounts and account occupation ratio of unreceived accounts, wherein the rank of the unreceived accounts is ranked according to the size of unreceived account fields of all clients across the country, and the rank is worse when the unreceived accounts are more ranked; the unacknowledged accounts ratio is equal to 100% unacknowledged/accounts receivable.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a query instruction sent by a user side is received, user tag information is obtained; determining a corresponding authority setting table according to the user tag information, and screening access authority information corresponding to the user tag information according to the authority setting table; screening the corresponding account receiving form according to the access authority information, filtering form data which are not matched with the access authority information, and reserving the form data which are matched with the access authority information; sending the form data matched with the access authority information to a user side; the invention manages accounts receivable in a unified way through the accounts receivable form, reduces the labor cost, is convenient for communication and handover among personnel, is also convenient for corresponding management personnel to inquire the accounts receivable, realizes the whole-process tracing of the accounts receivable of enterprises, and can realize all-round supervision.
Referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment, an apparatus for accounts receivable management is provided, including:
a configuration module 601, configured to obtain accounts receivable data and configure an accounts receivable form based on the accounts receivable data;
a determining module 602, configured to obtain settlement object information according to access configuration information in the receivable form, and determine a target settlement object, where the settlement object information includes a settlement object name and a settlement object code;
a calculating module 603, configured to extract an agreed refund time corresponding to the target settlement object, and calculate an overdue number of days, where the overdue number of days is a difference between the current time and the agreed refund time;
the determining module 604 is configured to determine whether the target settlement object has overdue behavior according to the number of overdue days of the target settlement object;
the generating module 605 is configured to determine a scheduled refund time and a final overdue amount corresponding to the target settlement object if the target settlement object has an overdue behavior, and generate an account receivable task of the target settlement object from the current time to the scheduled refund time according to the final overdue amount of the target settlement object.
Referring to fig. 7, in a second embodiment of the receivable account management apparatus according to the present invention, the configuration module includes:
receiving submodule 6011, configured to receive the receivable data and obtain form creation request information corresponding to the receivable data;
an analysis submodule 6012, configured to perform data analysis on the form creation request to obtain analyzed data;
a configuration submodule 6013, configured to configure a form base template in response to the parsed data of the form creation request, where the form base template includes a plurality of fields configured in advance;
an obtaining submodule 6014, configured to obtain, according to the field of the form base template, target data corresponding to the field in the receivable data;
and a generating submodule 6015, configured to generate an accounts receivable form according to the target data and the form base template.
In the embodiment of the invention, the accounts receivable data is acquired, and the accounts receivable form is configured based on the accounts receivable data; obtaining settlement object information according to access configuration information in the accounts receivable form, and determining a target settlement object, wherein the settlement object information comprises a settlement object name and a settlement object code; extracting appointed refund time corresponding to the target settlement object, and calculating overdue days which are the difference between the current time and the appointed refund time; judging whether the target settlement object has overdue behavior or not according to the overdue days of the target settlement object; and if the target settlement object has overdue behavior, determining planned refund time and final overdue amount corresponding to the target settlement object, and generating accounts receivable tasks of the target settlement object from the current time to the planned refund time according to the final overdue amount of the target settlement object. The invention manages accounts receivable in a unified way through the accounts receivable form, reduces the labor cost, is convenient for communication and handover among personnel, is also convenient for corresponding management personnel to inquire the accounts receivable, improves the efficiency of the accounts receivable management, thereby saving the time and cost of the accounts receivable management and reducing the economic loss.
Fig. 6 to 7 describe in detail the accounts receivable management apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention from the perspective of the modular functional entity, and the accounts receivable management apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention from the perspective of the hardware processing.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an accounts receivable management device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the accounts receivable management device 800 may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (CPUs) 810 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 820, and one or more storage media 830 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) storing an application 833 or data 832. Memory 820 and storage medium 830 may be, among other things, transient or persistent storage. The program stored in the storage medium 830 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations in the corresponding receipt management apparatus 800. Still further, the processor 810 may be configured to communicate with the storage medium 830, and execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 830 on the accounts receivable management device 800.
The accounts receivable management apparatus 800 may also include one or more power supplies 840, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 850, one or more input-output interfaces 860, and/or one or more operating systems 831, such as Windows Server, Mac OS X, Unix, Linux, FreeBSD, and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the structure of the accounts receivable management device shown in fig. 8 does not constitute a limitation of the accounts receivable management device provided herein, and may include more or less components than those shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
An account receivable management device for implementing the following account receivable management method specifically comprises: acquiring accounts receivable data, and configuring an accounts receivable form based on the accounts receivable data; obtaining settlement object information according to access configuration information in the accounts receivable form, and determining a target settlement object, wherein the settlement object information comprises a settlement object name and a settlement object code; extracting appointed refund time corresponding to the target settlement object, and calculating overdue days which are the difference between the current time and the appointed refund time; judging whether the target settlement object has overdue behavior or not according to the overdue days of the target settlement object; and if the target settlement object has overdue behavior, determining planned refund time and final overdue amount corresponding to the target settlement object, and generating accounts receivable tasks of the target settlement object from the current time to the planned refund time according to the final overdue amount of the target settlement object.
In one embodiment, receivables data is received, and form creation request information corresponding to the receivables data is acquired; performing data analysis on the form creating request to obtain analyzed data; configuring a form base template in response to parsed data of the form creation request, the form base template including a plurality of fields that are preconfigured; acquiring target data corresponding to the fields in the accounts receivable data according to the fields of the form basic template; and generating an accounts receivable form according to the target data and the form basic template.
In one embodiment, a settlement mode corresponding to a target settlement object is obtained, wherein the settlement mode is one or combination of monthly settlement and bill filling; determining the account period of the target settlement object according to the settlement mode of the target settlement object; acquiring a settlement bill corresponding to a target settlement object, and determining bill time corresponding to the settlement bill; and substituting the bill time and the account period into a preset formula, and calculating to obtain an agreed refund time, wherein the agreed refund time is equal to the sum of the bill time, the next month initial day and the account period.
In one embodiment, if the overdue days of the target settlement object are greater than zero, acquiring the overdue grace period of the settlement object, and judging whether the overdue days exceed a preset time interval, wherein the preset time interval is the difference between the overdue grace period and the payment return time; and if the overdue days of the target settlement object exceed the preset time interval, judging that the target settlement object has overdue behavior.
In one embodiment, the pre-payment amount and the payment amount of the target settlement object are obtained, and whether the pre-payment amount exceeds the payment amount is judged; if the pre-payment amount exceeds the payment amount, determining that the target settlement object does not have the non-payment amount; if the pre-receiving amount does not exceed the amount to be received, calculating the non-receiving amount of the target settlement object, wherein the non-receiving amount is the difference between the amount to be received and the pre-receiving amount; and acquiring the planned refund time corresponding to the target settlement object, and determining the final overdue amount corresponding to the target settlement object according to the unreceived amount.
In one embodiment, when a query instruction sent by a user side is received, user tag information is obtained; determining a corresponding authority setting table according to user label information, wherein the user label information comprises a group, a large area and a province, and the group, the large area and the province realize three-level linkage; screening access authority information corresponding to the user tag information according to the authority setting table; screening the corresponding account receiving form according to the access authority information, filtering form data which are not matched with the access authority information, and reserving the form data which are matched with the access authority information; and sending the form data matched with the access authority information to a user side, wherein the form data at least comprises accounts receivable, non-received accounts and overdue non-received accounts.
The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which may be a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, which may also be a volatile computer readable storage medium, having stored therein instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the steps of the following accounts receivable management method: acquiring accounts receivable data, and configuring an accounts receivable form based on the accounts receivable data; obtaining settlement object information according to access configuration information in the accounts receivable form, and determining a target settlement object, wherein the settlement object information comprises a settlement object name and a settlement object code; extracting appointed refund time corresponding to the target settlement object, and calculating overdue days which are the difference between the current time and the appointed refund time; judging whether the target settlement object has overdue behavior or not according to the overdue days of the target settlement object; and if the target settlement object has overdue behavior, determining planned refund time and final overdue amount corresponding to the target settlement object, and generating accounts receivable tasks of the target settlement object from the current time to the planned refund time according to the final overdue amount of the target settlement object.
In one embodiment, receivables data is received, and form creation request information corresponding to the receivables data is acquired; performing data analysis on the form creating request to obtain analyzed data; configuring a form base template in response to parsed data of the form creation request, the form base template including a plurality of fields that are preconfigured; acquiring target data corresponding to the fields in the accounts receivable data according to the fields of the form basic template; and generating an accounts receivable form according to the target data and the form basic template.

In one embodiment, if the overdue days of the target settlement object are greater than zero, acquiring the overdue grace period of the settlement object, and judging whether the overdue days exceed a preset time interval, wherein the preset time interval is the difference between the overdue grace period and the payment return time; and if the overdue days of the target settlement object exceed the preset time interval, judging that the target settlement object has overdue behavior.

Further, the computer-readable storage medium may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function, and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the blockchain node, and the like.
The block chain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism, an encryption algorithm and the like. A block chain (Blockchain), which is essentially a decentralized database, is a series of data blocks associated by using a cryptographic method, and each data block contains information of a batch of network transactions, so as to verify the validity (anti-counterfeiting) of the information and generate a next block. The blockchain may include a blockchain underlying platform, a platform product service layer, an application service layer, and the like.
It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An accounts receivable management method, comprising:
acquiring accounts receivable data, and configuring an accounts receivable form based on the accounts receivable data;
acquiring settlement object information according to access configuration information in the accounts receivable form, and determining a target settlement object, wherein the settlement object information comprises a settlement object name and a settlement object code;
extracting appointed refund time corresponding to the target settlement object, and calculating overdue days which are the difference between the current time and the appointed refund time;
judging whether the target settlement object has overdue behavior according to the overdue days of the target settlement object;
and if the target settlement object has overdue behavior, determining planned refund time and final overdue amount corresponding to the target settlement object, and generating accounts receivable tasks of the target settlement object from the current time to the planned refund time according to the final overdue amount of the target settlement object.
2. The accounts receivable management method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining accounts receivable data and configuring accounts receivable forms based on the accounts receivable data comprises:
receiving the receivable data and acquiring form establishing request information corresponding to the receivable data;
performing data analysis on the form creation request to obtain analyzed data;
configuring a form base template in response to the parsed data of the form creation request, the form base template comprising a plurality of fields that are preconfigured;
according to the fields of the form basic template, acquiring target data corresponding to the fields in the account receivable data;
and generating an account receivable form according to the target data and the form basic template.
3. The accounts receivable management method according to claim 1, wherein the extracting of the contracted refund time corresponding to the settlement object and the calculating of the number of overdue days further comprises:
acquiring a settlement mode corresponding to the target settlement object, wherein the settlement mode is one or combination of monthly settlement and bill filling;
determining the account period of the target settlement object according to the settlement mode of the target settlement object;
acquiring a settlement bill corresponding to the target settlement object, and determining bill time corresponding to the settlement bill;
and substituting the bill time and the account period into a preset formula, and calculating to obtain an agreed refund time, wherein the agreed refund time is equal to the sum of the bill time, the next month initial day and the account period.
4. The accounts receivable management method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the target settlement object has overdue behavior according to the number of overdue days of the target settlement object includes:
if the overdue days of the target settlement object are larger than zero, acquiring the overdue grace period of the settlement object, and judging whether the overdue days exceed a preset time interval, wherein the preset time interval is the difference value between the overdue grace period and the appointed refund time;
and if the overdue days of the target settlement object exceed a preset time interval, judging that the target settlement object has overdue behavior.
5. The accounts receivable management method of claim 1, wherein the determining the planned refund time and the final overdue amount corresponding to the target settlement object if the target settlement object has overdue behavior comprises:
acquiring the pre-payment amount and the payment amount of the target settlement object, and judging whether the pre-payment amount exceeds the payment amount;
if the pre-payment amount exceeds the payment amount, determining that the target settlement object does not have the non-payment amount;
if the pre-receiving amount does not exceed the receivable amount, calculating the non-receiving amount of the target settlement object, wherein the non-receiving amount is the difference between the receivable amount and the pre-receiving amount;
and acquiring the planned refund time corresponding to the target settlement object, and determining the final overdue amount corresponding to the target settlement object according to the unreceived amount.
6. The accounts receivable management method according to claim 1, further comprising, after generating accounts receivable tasks for the target settlement object from a current time to the planned refund time according to a final overdue amount of the target settlement object:
when receiving a query instruction sent by a user side, acquiring user tag information;
determining a corresponding authority setting table according to the user label information, wherein the user label information comprises a group, a large area and a province, and the group, the large area and the province realize three-level linkage;
screening access authority information corresponding to the user tag information according to the authority setting table;
screening the accounts receivable forms according to the access authority information, filtering form data which are not matched with the access authority information, and reserving the form data which are matched with the access authority information;
and sending form data matched with the access authority information to the user side, wherein the form data at least comprises accounts receivable, non-received accounts and overdue non-received accounts.
7. An accounts receivable management apparatus, comprising:
the configuration module is used for acquiring the accounts receivable data and configuring the accounts receivable form based on the accounts receivable data;
the determining module is used for obtaining settlement object information according to access configuration information in the accounts receivable form and determining a target settlement object, wherein the settlement object information comprises a settlement object name and a settlement object code;
the calculation module is used for extracting the appointed refund time corresponding to the target settlement object and calculating the overdue days which are the difference value between the current time and the appointed refund time;
the judging module is used for judging whether the target settlement object has overdue behavior according to the overdue days of the target settlement object;
and the generating module is used for determining the planned refund time and the final overdue amount corresponding to the target settlement object if the target settlement object has overdue behaviors, and generating the accounts receivable tasks of the target settlement object from the current time to the planned refund time according to the final overdue amount of the target settlement object.
8. The apparatus for accounts receivable management of claim 7 wherein the configuration module comprises:
the receiving submodule is used for receiving the receivable data and acquiring the form establishing request information corresponding to the receivable data;
the analysis submodule is used for carrying out data analysis on the form creation request to obtain analyzed data;
a configuration submodule for configuring a form base template in response to parsed data of the form creation request, the form base template including a plurality of fields configured in advance;
the obtaining sub-module is used for obtaining target data corresponding to the fields in the account receivable data according to the fields of the form basic template;
and the generation sub-module is used for generating an account receivable form according to the target data and the form basic template.
9. An accounts receivable management device, comprising: a memory having instructions stored therein and at least one processor, the memory and the at least one processor interconnected by a line; the at least one processor invoking the instructions in the memory to cause the accounts receivable management device to perform the steps of the accounts receivable management method of any one of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for accounts receivable management according to any one of claims 1-6.
