The interface system is used for communicating with the user terminal, the monitoring terminal and the automatic loading and unloading equipment in a wired or wireless mode and transmitting communication data to a service layer 1 of the intelligent logistics management system. It will be appreciated that the interface system interfaces the logistics management system with the interfaces of a single window, port office, large customer and courier company. The user terminal comprises a client terminal, a supplier terminal and a logistics terminal. The monitoring terminal comprises a camera and a switch.

the business system and the professional process management software (BPM211) are communicated, and the process driving is realized on three layers: model to system (M2E) enables seamless connection of process to IT automation, process-driven ERP, enterprise architecture management.

Multiple core business processes are configured in software, full process management and control after instruction triggering are achieved, automatic processing and distribution of KPI effective ranges are achieved, BPM211 software is similar to a brain of business operation, a large number of business rules are configured, a business system is similar to hands and feet, tasks distributed by the brain are strictly executed, and once the hands and feet are lagged or wrong, the brain can timely know and correct the tasks.
Based on the scheme, the logistics management system of the embodiment can automatically send short messages, WeChat and mails for 7000 allocating instructions every year, automatically process 60% of normal instructions, manually intervene in abnormal flow processing, release a large amount of non-professional work of professional customer service, and effectively control the error rate within seven millionths.
The system for intelligently managing the logistics of the bulk commodities provided by the embodiment comprises a service layer and a resource layer; the service layer is a uniform information interaction platform, responds to the service prediction or plan of a customer supply chain, provides a corresponding service module and calls a corresponding service system and related logistics service data to process the current logistics service so as to realize information integration and sales prediction; the resource layer adopts a BPM rule engine to perform correlation monitoring on the logistics business data, and interacts with the service layer through EDI exchange and a web crawler technology to provide the logistics business data required by the service layer, so that real-time interaction and sharing of internal and external business data are realized, and code management is unified. The embodiment can provide the end-to-end integrated service of the logistics of the bulk commodity supply chain, takes the customer order as the drive, and realizes the integrated intelligent command, scheduling, coordination and monitoring of the logistics order fulfillment process of a plurality of customers and various requirements according to the requirements of policy budget management. Meanwhile, the comprehensive functions of automatic processing of a normal process system, sales prediction, solidification of a standardized template, simplification of internal transactions, normal process automation, artificial processing of abnormal alarms, charging automation, auxiliary reconciliation, electronic filing and the like are realized.

the service layer comprises an external service layer and an intermediate service layer; the external service layer is used for responding to a service instruction sent by a user, providing a corresponding service module and generating a request instruction sent to the intermediate service layer according to the service instruction; the intermediate service layer is used for automatically analyzing, decomposing and converting the request instruction into a service instruction corresponding to the service system of the intermediate service layer, and calling the corresponding service system and related logistics service data according to the service instruction to process the current logistics service; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the service module comprises a business module for maintaining customer information and performing sales prediction, information control management and contract management according to the customer information, an order module for full-flow order management business and a settlement module for managing billing, bills and financial verification;
the business system comprises a goods agency system for managing goods agency documents, booking, controlling goods and allocating business; the customs declaration and inspection system is used for managing one-pass three-inspection, export supervision and import bonded services; a warehousing system for managing warehouse orders, warehouse entry and exit, inventory and in-warehouse resource operations; a transportation system for managing transportation orders, scheduling, path planning and tracking operations; and a ship generation system for managing ship generation orders, escort, and ship service operations;
the resource layer comprises a development tool layer and a database, wherein,
the development tool layer is used for performing automatic associated monitoring on the quality, efficiency, cost and risk of the logistics business data by adopting a BPM rule engine, and interacting with the service layer through EDI exchange and a web crawler technology to provide the logistics business data required by the service layer;
the database is used for storing and updating logistics business data and BPM rule data;
the order module comprises an operation analysis unit, a product service management unit, a logistics order management unit, an order fulfillment plan unit, a purchase management unit, a flow direction management unit and a performance management unit; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the operational research analysis unit is used for carrying out path optimization and warehouse point distribution inventory analysis on the client logistics demand according to sales prediction and logistics order data stored in a database and generating a transportation and storage scheme with the lowest cost;
the product service management unit is used for managing pre-stored product service templates, corresponding flow direction arrangement of customers and goods and corresponding timeliness, quality and risk index rules of deliverables;
the logistics order management unit is used for importing, exporting, docking, canceling, merging and splitting logistics orders of corresponding service types according to relevant customer instructions;
the order fulfillment plan unit is used for setting a distribution scheme, a flow link aging mode and an early warning mode according to the related operation instructions so as to monitor a preset flow direction plan;
the purchase management unit is used for managing purchase information of the outsourced logistics service;
the flow direction management unit is used for generating a flow direction example according to the business operation flow corresponding to each flow direction and tracking the flow direction of the flow direction example in real time;
the performance management unit is used for managing operation performance and process performance; wherein the operation performance comprises single-ticket reference profit data, processing cargo volume data and order data; the process performance comprises task processing amount, completion rate and process working hours.
2. The system for the intelligent management of the logistics of bulk commodities as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sales forecast is performed based on the customer information, specifically:
according to the client information stored in the database, the corresponding historical logistics business data and the related logistics business data collected in real time by adopting a web crawler technology according to the client information, statistical analysis is carried out to obtain the logistics demand information of the client, and sales prediction is carried out according to the logistics demand information of the client to generate and store a sales prediction result.

The intelligent bulk commodity logistics management system of claim 1, wherein the BPM rule engine is used for performing correlation monitoring on logistics business data, and interacting with the service layer through EDI exchange and web crawler technology to provide the logistics business data required by the service layer, and specifically comprises:
adopting a BPM rule engine to convert related logistics service data into system automatic tasks, and setting a corresponding instant messaging reminding tool to track and monitor the logistics service data;
and interacting with the service layer in an EDI exchange, crawler technology and database direct connection mode to provide logistics business data required by the service layer.
4. The intelligent bulk commodity logistics management system of claim 1 wherein said commerce module comprises a customer management unit and a supplier management unit; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the client management unit is used for managing client basic information, client financial information, client information control information and client contracts;
the supplier management unit is used for managing supplier basic information, supplier financial information, supplier credit control information and supplier contracts.

The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the order module is specifically configured to perform automatic billing based on contract rate management and accounting and tracking of the single tickets of the related forms according to the customer information and the supplier information managed by the business module; in particular, the method comprises the following steps of,
the logistics order management unit carries out automatic charging based on contract rate management and generates order requirements and monitoring feedback which are respectively transmitted to the order fulfillment plan unit and the flow direction management unit; the flow direction management unit issues the monitoring feedback to a corresponding service system of the service application layer; the business system is also used for associating with the purchase management unit so as to manage the purchase of the outsourced logistics service.
6. The system according to claim 1, wherein the settlement module is specifically configured to perform billing, financial billing, accounts receivable age, accounts receivable plan, fund prediction, automatic reconciliation and verification of the logistics business system;
the settlement module comprises a single-ticket expense management unit, an account checking management unit, a water management unit, a payment application unit and a verification and cancellation management unit; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the bill charge management unit is used for automatically collecting the charge which is generated by the operation of the logistics business system and is due or payable, and automatically locking the corresponding bill charge after the corresponding order is completed;
the account checking management unit is used for generating a bill and managing a collection bill, a payment due bill and an invoice bill;
the water single management unit is used for managing pre-paid bills and water single verification and sale;
the payment application unit is used for automatically verifying and canceling corresponding payment after the flow of pre-payment, deposit and real payment is completed;
and the verification and cancellation management unit is used for associating the water management unit with the payment application unit to verify and cancel corresponding money.
7. The intelligent management system for bulk commodity logistics according to claim 1, wherein the forwarder system comprises a port unit, a refund unit and a card loading unit;
the customs declaration and inspection system comprises a customs declaration and inspection receipt unit, a tax-free control table unit, a customs declaration and inspection control table unit;
the warehousing system comprises a warehousing unit, a personnel scheduling unit, an equipment scheduling unit, a material management unit, an inventory management unit and a vehicle management unit;
the transportation system comprises a vehicle and ship file unit, a vehicle dispatching unit, a barge dispatching unit and a path optimizing unit;
the ship generation system comprises a ship preparation unit, a cabin declaration unit, a ship import and export unit, a maritime declaration unit, a ship dynamic unit and a ship east item unit.
8. The intelligent management system for bulk commodity logistics according to claim 7, wherein the warehousing system further comprises a monitoring unit for real-time collection of video information of warehouse distribution.
