本发明公开了连续阻尼可调减震器,其特征在于:阻尼电磁阀的阀座内固定设有阀体,阀体内设有溢流阀芯、阀片、溢流阀、活动阀和压紧盖,溢流阀芯的上方设有由线圈通电推动的推杆,溢流阀芯设有阀芯中心孔和阀芯旁孔,溢流阀芯的底部设有溢流弹簧,阀体内孔的上端面设有缺口槽,活动阀可上下活动设于阀体内孔,活动阀与溢流阀之间设有弹簧,活动阀的下端面与压紧盖的上端面之间设有导流间隙,溢流阀设有溢流阀孔,活动阀设有导流孔,导流孔使溢流阀孔与进油口相通,阀片设有阀片中心孔和阀片旁孔,阀芯中心孔、阀片中心孔、溢流阀孔上下对准并相互间离开一定距离。本发明可更加合理调节减震刚度,以经济和舒适状态进行汽车驾驶。

连续阻尼可调减震器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车部件,具体涉及一种阻尼可调的汽车减震器。
背景技术
汽车减震器用于汽车行驶过程中的减震,既可以对车体进行保护,又能够提供良好的驾驶体验,为提高车辆行驶的舒适性,一些高档汽车所应用的汽车减震器往往带电磁阻尼结构,电磁阻尼结构的线圈通电电流小时,阻尼力也小,减震器刚度小,随着线圈通电电流的增大,阻尼力也增大,减震器刚度变大。现有技术的带电磁阻尼结构的减震器,普遍采用的技术方案是通过控制阻尼节流孔的流通面积的变大和变小,来简单实现阻尼力的变化,进而来改变减震器的减震刚度,其缺点是:在整个线圈电流的变化范围,阻尼曲线的上升曲率基本相同,这样一来,在不同路况下,就不能合理调节减震刚度,难以实现汽车以经济、舒适状态进行驾驶。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种可更加合理调节减震刚度,以经济和舒适状态进行汽车驾驶的连续阻尼可调减震器。
本发明是采用如下方案来实现的:
连续阻尼可调减震器,包括贮油筒和设于贮油筒内的内外工作缸,内外工作缸之间通过连通孔进行连通,在贮油筒的外壁设有阻尼电磁阀,阻尼电磁阀设有进油口连通外工作缸、设有出油口通过外接孔连通贮油筒,其特征在于:阻尼电磁阀包括与贮油筒的外壁固定相连的阀座,阀座内固定设有阀体,阀体内从上往下依次设有溢流阀芯、阀片、溢流阀、活动阀和压紧盖,溢流阀芯与阀体内孔间隙配合,溢流阀芯的上方设有线圈推动部件,线圈推动部件包括线圈、固定内套和推杆,推杆由线圈的通电推动作上下活动,溢流阀芯设有阀芯中心孔和阀芯旁孔,溢流阀芯的底部设有溢流弹簧,在溢流弹簧作用下,溢流阀芯的上端面与固定内套的下端面相互接触形成端面密封,以阻断阀芯旁孔与缺口槽的相通,缺口槽位于阀体内孔的上端面,缺口槽向外连通所述外接孔,活动阀可上下活动设于阀体内孔,活动阀与溢流阀之间设有弹簧,在弹簧作用下,活动阀与压紧盖相抵,活动阀的下端面与压紧盖的上端面之间设有导流间隙,导流间隙打开后使所述进油口与出油口相通,压紧盖固定设于阀体内,溢流阀设有溢流阀孔,活动阀设有导流孔,导流孔使溢流阀孔与进油口相通,阀片设有阀片中心孔和阀片旁孔,阀芯中心孔、阀片中心孔、溢流阀孔上下对准并相互间离开一定距离;当所述线圈通电、推杆推动溢流阀芯向下与溢流阀压紧时,阀片与溢流阀芯的接触阻断溢流阀孔通过阀片中心孔与阀芯旁孔的接通,阀片与溢流阀的接触阻断溢流阀孔通过阀片旁孔与阀芯旁孔的接通,推杆与溢流阀芯的接触阻断溢流阀孔通过阀片中心孔、阀芯中心孔与所述缺口槽的接通。
采用上述技术方案的减震器,可实现不同路况阻尼力的快速切换,在正常道路行驶时,电磁线圈不通电,减震器以本身的减震特性实现其减震功能;在非常平整的道路行驶时,线圈通上小的工作电流,此时减震器的减震刚度会变得很小,来提高汽车驾驶舒适性;而在不平整的山路或野外道路行驶时,线圈通上较大的工作电流后,此时减震器的阻尼曲线会陡然变化,减震刚度一下子变得很大,对车体进行保护,同时为驾驶员提供必要的减震需求。因此,上述技术方案的减震器,可更加合理调节减震刚度,以经济和舒适状态进行汽车驾驶。
作为优选,所述线圈推动部件还包括线圈外壳和铁芯,线圈外壳与所述阀座螺纹连接并将阀体进行压紧固定,铁芯与所述推杆固定相连,铁芯可上下活动设置。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本发明的连续阻尼可调减震器,包括贮油筒4和设于贮油筒4内的内工作缸1、外工作缸3,内外工作缸之间通过连通孔2进行连通,在贮油筒4的外壁设有阻尼电磁阀,阻尼电磁阀设有进油口6连通外工作缸3、设有出油口7通过外接孔8连通贮油筒4。阻尼电磁阀包括线圈推动部件和与贮油筒的外壁固定相连的阀座5,阀座5内设有阀体12,所述线圈推动部件包括线圈外壳17、线圈16、固定内套13、推杆14和铁芯15,线圈外壳17与所述阀座5螺纹连接并将阀体12进行压紧固定,铁芯15与推杆14固定相连,铁芯15可上下活动设置,线圈16通电通过对铁芯15的推动使推杆14作上下动作。阀体12内从上往下依次设有溢流阀芯19、阀片10、溢流阀9、活动阀22和压紧盖23,溢流阀芯19与阀体12内孔间隙配合,溢流阀芯19设有阀芯中心孔191和阀芯旁孔192,溢流阀芯19的底部设有溢流弹簧11,在溢流弹簧11作用下,溢流阀芯19的上端面与固定内套13的下端面相互接触形成端面密封18,以阻断阀芯旁孔192与缺口槽121的相通,缺口槽121位于阀体12内孔的上端面,缺口槽121向外连通所述外接孔8,活动阀22可上下活动设于阀体12内孔,活动阀22与溢流阀9之间设有弹簧21和下阀片20,在弹簧21作用下,活动阀22与压紧盖23相抵,活动阀22的下端面与压紧盖23的上端面之间设有导流间隙24,导流间隙24打开后使所述进油口6与出油口7相通,压紧盖23固定设于阀体12内,溢流阀9设有溢流阀孔901,活动阀22设有导流孔221,导流孔221使溢流阀孔901与进油口6相通,阀片10设有阀片中心孔101和阀片旁孔102,阀芯中心孔191、阀片中心孔101、溢流阀孔901上下对准并相互间离开一定距离。
当上述减震器在正常道路行驶时,线圈不通电(图4所示),外工作缸的油液,不仅经进油口、导流间隙、出油口、外接孔流入贮油筒,还经进油口、导流孔、溢流阀孔、溢流阀芯与阀体内孔间隙、缺口槽、外接孔流入贮油筒,此时减震器的减震刚度相对较大,可满足减震器的一般减震要求。
当上述减震器在非常平整的道路行驶时,线圈通上小的工作电流(图5所示),推杆会适当推动溢流阀芯向下,破坏溢流阀芯上端面与固定内套下端面之间的端面密封,于是外工作缸的油液,不仅经进油口、导流间隙、出油口、外接孔流入贮油筒,还经进油口、导流孔、溢流阀孔、阀片中心孔、阀片旁孔、阀芯旁孔、缺口槽、外接孔流入贮油筒,此时减震器的减震刚度会变得很小,以提高汽车行驶舒适性。
当上述减震器在不平整的山路或野外道路行驶时,线圈通上较大的工作电流(图6所示),推杆会推动溢流阀芯向下与溢流阀压紧,阀片与溢流阀芯的接触阻断溢流阀孔通过阀片中心孔与阀芯旁孔的接通,阀片与溢流阀的接触阻断溢流阀孔通过阀片旁孔与阀芯旁孔的接通,推杆与溢流阀芯的接触阻断溢流阀孔通过阀片中心孔、阀芯中心孔与所述缺口槽的接通,此时,外工作缸的油液只能经进油口、导流间隙、出油口、外接孔流入贮油筒,而且导流间隙也会最小,所以减震器的减震刚度会变得很大,以满足大减震工作要求。

Claims (2)

1.连续阻尼可调减震器,包括贮油筒和设于贮油筒内的内外工作缸,内外工作缸之间通过连通孔进行连通,在贮油筒的外壁设有阻尼电磁阀,阻尼电磁阀设有进油口连通外工作缸、设有出油口通过外接孔连通贮油筒,其特征在于:阻尼电磁阀包括与贮油筒的外壁固定相连的阀座,阀座内固定设有阀体,阀体内从上往下依次设有溢流阀芯、阀片、溢流阀、活动阀和压紧盖,溢流阀芯与阀体内孔间隙配合,溢流阀芯的上方设有线圈推动部件,线圈推动部件包括线圈、固定内套和推杆,推杆由线圈的通电推动作上下活动,溢流阀芯设有阀芯中心孔和阀芯旁孔,溢流阀芯的底部设有溢流弹簧,在溢流弹簧作用下,溢流阀芯的上端面与固定内套的下端面相互接触形成端面密封,以阻断阀芯旁孔与缺口槽的相通,缺口槽位于阀体内孔的上端面,缺口槽向外连通所述外接孔,活动阀可上下活动设于阀体内孔,活动阀与溢流阀之间设有弹簧,在弹簧作用下,活动阀与压紧盖相抵,活动阀的下端面与压紧盖的上端面之间设有导流间隙,导流间隙打开后使所述进油口与出油口相通,压紧盖固定设于阀体内,溢流阀设有溢流阀孔,活动阀设有导流孔,导流孔使溢流阀孔与进油口相通,阀片设有阀片中心孔和阀片旁孔,阀芯中心孔、阀片中心孔、溢流阀孔上下对准并相互间离开一定距离;当所述线圈通电、推杆推动溢流阀芯向下与溢流阀压紧时,阀片与溢流阀芯的接触阻断溢流阀孔通过阀片中心孔与阀芯旁孔的接通,阀片与溢流阀的接触阻断溢流阀孔通过阀片旁孔与阀芯旁孔的接通,推杆与溢流阀芯的接触阻断溢流阀孔通过阀片中心孔、阀芯中心孔与所述缺口槽的接通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续阻尼可调减震器,其特征在于:所述线圈推动部件还包括线圈外壳和铁芯,线圈外壳与所述阀座螺纹连接并将阀体进行压紧固定,铁芯与所述推杆固定相连,铁芯可上下活动设置。
