Background

For continuous cleaning, as an alternative structure, as shown in fig. 2, when the cleaning system is disposed on one side of the sound barrier, the moving device includes a rail 11 fixedly disposed on the upright, a suspension wheel 12 disposed in the rail 11 for supporting the cleaning device, a driving wheel 13 disposed on the upper side of the sound barrier for driving the cleaning device to move, a driven wheel 14 disposed on the lower side of the sound barrier for positioning and balancing, and a driving motor 16 for driving the driving wheel, the suspension wheel 12, the driving wheel 13, and the driven wheel 14 are connected in sequence, the cleaning structure is disposed between the driving wheel 13 and the driven wheel 14, and the driving wheel 13 drives the driven wheel 14 when walking, thereby driving the cleaning structure to move forward.
As an example, when the cleaning structure is a nozzle assembly 151 composed of a plurality of nozzles vertically arranged up and down, when the nozzle assembly 151 moves forward, the high pressure water sprayed from the nozzles washes away the dirt on the surface of the sound barrier; when the cleaning structure is formed by cleaning the rubber strip 15 and the nozzle component assembly 151 formed by vertically arranging a plurality of nozzles, high-pressure water sprayed by the nozzles plays a role in washing, and the cleaning rubber strip 15 can scrape residual water stains on the surface of the sound barrier and plays roles in drying and cleaning.
As an alternative construction, not shown, when the cleaning system is placed on both sides of the sound barrier, the double-sided cleaning of the sound barrier can be realized, the structural design concept of the mobile device is the same as that of a single-sided structure, only some adaptive design is carried out on the corresponding structure, which comprises a track arranged at the top end of the upright post, suspension wheels arranged in the track and used for supporting the cleaning device, driving wheels positioned on two side surfaces of the upper part of the sound barrier and used for driving the cleaning device to move, driven wheels positioned on two side surfaces of the lower part of the sound barrier and used for positioning and balancing, and a driving motor used for driving the driving wheels, the suspension wheels are respectively connected with the driving wheels and the driven wheels on two sides in sequence, the cleaning structure is arranged between the driving wheels and the driven wheels, and the driving wheels drive the driven wheels when walking, so that the cleaning structure is driven to move forwards. The cleaning structure is the same as the structure selection of the previous embodiment.
In order to fully utilize clean renewable energy and avoid the inconvenience of using commercial power, the solar energy power generation system comprises a photovoltaic power generation panel 20, a storage battery and a controller, wherein the solar energy power generation system is used for supplying power to the driving motor and the high-pressure pump.
To ensure that the overall weight of the cleaning system does not exceed the weight of the sound barrier, to ensure that the tank capacity is no greater than 150 liters, and to ensure smooth operation and aesthetic appearance, the tank 18 is positioned at the lowermost end of the cleaning structure. 7. The integrated cleaning system for a sound barrier of claim 1, further comprising a housing, said housing being housed outside said cleaning device.
8. The integrated cleaning system for sound barriers of claim 1, wherein the cleaning structure is a cleaning rubber strip.
9. The integrated cleaning system for sound barrier according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning structure is a nozzle assembly consisting of several nozzles arranged vertically one above the other.
10. The integrated cleaning system for sound barrier according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning structure comprises a cleaning rubber strip and a nozzle assembly consisting of several nozzles arranged vertically up and down.
