Example 1
1. Stock preparation
Preparing the following materials in parts by weight:
150 parts of sun-dried ginseng, 300 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 80 parts of polygonatum odoratum, 150 parts of fingered citron, 120 parts of Chinese yam and 200 parts of Chinese date are artificially planted in 4-5 years.
2. Rinsing
Rinsing the raw materials with clear water to remove dust and impurities in the raw materials.
3. Soaking

5. Concentrating
Pouring the filtered medicinal liquid into a pot for concentration, decocting with strong fire, accelerating water evaporation, removing floating foam at any time, slowly making the medicinal liquid become thick, further concentrating with slow fire, stirring continuously, introducing a wooden stick similar to a chopstick into the medicinal liquid, stirring, taking out, and determining whether the medicinal liquid can wrap the wooden stick with a thin layer; if the medicinal juice can be dripped on paper, the medicinal juice does not spread and forms a proper degree, and then concentrated solution (namely clear paste) is prepared, and the specific gravity of the concentrated solution is about 1.2.
6. Refined honey
Heating Mel in a pot to completely melt, removing the floating foam with mesh screen or silk screen when boiling, boiling until most of water in Mel is evaporated, turning into big bubbles, adding about 10% cold water, heating to boil, pouring out when it is hot, filtering with silk screen, and removing impurities to obtain refined Mel.
7. Recovery cream

145 parts of sun-dried ginseng, 310 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 85 parts of polygonatum odoratum, 140 parts of fingered citron, 125 parts of Chinese yam and 190 parts of Chinese date are artificially planted in 4-5 years.

Test example 2
The ginseng and rhizoma polygonati cream prepared in example 1 was stored in a cold storage area for three years, and then taken out for quality inspection according to the method of test example 1.
The results show that: the quality difference between the product of the ginseng sealwort cream after being stored for three years and the newly prepared ginseng sealwort cream is less than or equal to 3 percent, thereby showing that: the ginseng and rhizoma polygonati paste product prepared by the preparation method has long storage time and stable product quality.
Comparative example 1
The process is substantially the same as example 1 except that the honey refining step is not performed, and honey is directly poured into the clear paste for paste collection.
Referring to the method of test example 1, the newly prepared ginseng radix polygonati cream of this control example 1 and the ginseng radix polygonati cream stored in a cold storage area for three months were subjected to quality inspection, and the results showed that: after the ginseng radix polygonati cream of the comparison example is stored for 3 months, the difference between the quality of the product and the quality of a newly prepared ginseng radix polygonati cream is more than or equal to 20 percent, thereby showing that: the ginseng and rhizoma polygonati cream prepared in the comparison example has poor cream forming performance, short preservation time and poor product quality.
Test example 3
The ginseng and rhizoma polygonati cream prepared in the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative example 1 is applied to the patients with deficiency symptoms respectively, and the ginseng and rhizoma polygonati cream is taken once in the morning and at night, 15g (about 1 spoon) each time, and is continuously taken for 7 days (namely one treatment course).
The criteria for diagnosis and evaluation of efficacy are as follows:
diagnostic criteria: has the symptoms of pale face and lips, listlessness, palpitation, short breath, spontaneous perspiration, night sweat, diarrhea, frequent micturition, tender tongue without fur, weak pulse, etc.;
the effect is shown: more than 70% of symptoms are eliminated;
the method has the following advantages: more than 30% and less than 70% of symptoms are eliminated;
and (4) invalidation: the symptom is eliminated by less than 30 percent.
The therapeutic effect of each ginseng and rhizoma polygonati cream is shown in table 6.

The ginseng and sealwort ointment disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good ointment forming property, high drug effect, difficulty in deterioration, long storage time and the like, and can tonify qi, drive yin and tonify various deficiency of internal organs.
