翻盖式封闭件和容器
背景技术
瓶子和其他容器上的封闭件的完整性一直是消费品制造商的顾虑。产品在运输过程中的泄漏可以是代价高昂的问题。同样，产品在消费者手中的泄漏不利于重复购买。
在当前电子商务世界中，泄漏顾虑被放大。确保将大量瓶子一起完整运输比在从电子商务零售商运送个体瓶子或甚至从制造商进行电子商务运输过程中保护产品不泄漏要稍微更加容易。同样，在用户已经打开容器之后通过其运输容器可以是有问题的，并导致产品泄漏，例如在假期中使用的手提箱中。

具体实施方式
封闭件10包括帽基部12。帽基部12包括顶表面14和从所述顶表面垂下的圆柱形裙部13。裙部13包括半圆形凹槽40，其被成形为接收锁定折板，如将在下文中解释的。凹槽40包括孔44。在凹槽40和孔44的下面是手指进入凹槽42，其允许用户容易地解锁锁定折板38。

在操作中，在包装与紧固至其的封闭件的运输期间，封闭折板16和锁定折板38处于它们的封闭的、锁定的位置，例如可在图1中看到的。在其关闭位置，封闭折板16被接收在凹槽20内，并且圆柱形插塞26紧密地且锁定地可释放地被接收在开口24内。插塞26的直径可以略大于开口24的直径以提供卡扣配合。插塞26与帽基部12一起防止液体从瓶子74或其它包装流出。
为了运输，优选的是，锁定折板38处于图1和2中看到的其锁定位置(在图1中命名为“B”)，并且锁定折板的延伸构件70与孔44接合并被接收在其内，以帮助将封闭折板16保持在其封闭位置。通过使用由凹槽44提供的额外空间将手指插入到锁定折板下面，可以容易地打开封闭件。
经由电子商务的运输通常需要以个体包装来运输产品，这可以不如制造商在运输大量产品时经常使用的产品货盘安全。本封闭件提供了额外的保护措施，防止在电子商务运输期间响应于包装所承受的额外应力而无意打开封闭折板。
本发明提供的防止无意打开的额外保护需要锁定所述锁定折板的额外步骤，这在产品的日常家庭使用中可以不是必需或期望的。另一方面，用户可以希望在商务、度假或其他方面旅行时利用这种额外保护的可能性。因此，本发明的封闭件提供了临时收起锁定折板的选项，使得其不干扰正常使用，同时当有必要运输包装或用于预期粗暴搬运的其它情况时，如果用户希望享受其提供的额外保护，则保持可用。收起锁定折板38可通过旋转其使得其靠在肋板50上并被突出部64保持(例如，图4中的位置“A”)来实现。
在锁定折板处于收起位置时，用户可以打开和关闭封闭折板而不受锁定折板的干扰或牵涉。特别地，避免了每次关闭封闭件时卡关(snapping shut)所述锁定挡板的额外步骤。封闭折板与帽基部的可释放接合，例如通过将圆柱形插塞26卡扣配合到开口24中，被预期足以防止封闭件在正常使用中打开。如果期望的是再次利用锁定折板，例如当在旅行期间运输包装时，锁定折板38可以简单地被拉离突出部64，使其绕铰链34、36自由旋转，并且可用于根据需要通过将臂或其它延伸构件70插入孔44(或使用其它锁定机构)来锁定封闭折板。
通常，封闭折板与帽基部的连接以及锁定折板与封闭折板的连接不是可释放的连接，即，不是在不使用工具例如一把剪刀的情况下，用户通过适度的力就可以容易地切断的连接。
接合器(adaptor)和活动铰链通常由聚丙烯或聚乙烯制成。也可以包括消费后聚丙烯。接合器和/或活动铰链也可以由Domoy等人的美国专利9,637,626中描述的铰链材料制成，即具有铰链的模制件，该模制件是聚合物，该聚合物包含第一高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)树脂和不同于第一HDPE的第二HDPE树脂的混合物，

Claims (14)
