For a clear understanding of the technical solutions of the present application, a detailed description of the prior art solutions is first provided.
In the prior art, the management requirement of tax is regional. For example, national tax administration requires value-added taxes to be administered in provinces. Namely, the regions of the value-added tax for collecting, paying and billing should be kept consistent. Are all the same province. Therefore, in some communication service scenarios, due to the requirement of the regional tax administration, some communication services cannot be realized in a region-crossing manner. For example, when a user transacts a sales service (i.e., logs off a service number of an operator and releases a product ordering agreement with the operator), the unused communication charge of the user needs to be transferred to other friend numbers of the same operator for use, the user number and the friend numbers belong to different provinces, when the communication charge balance is transferred across provinces, if the invoice is issued by determining that the communication charge balance is already transferred out, the communication charge balance cannot be transferred across provinces at present, so that the transfer of the communication charge of the regional user cannot be smoothly performed.
Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, after creative research, the inventor has regionality in order to meet the management requirement of tax affairs, because the communication expense balance has already invoiced in the region where the roll-out user is located, and the communication expense balance is transferred to the cross-region roll-in user, an operator in the region where the roll-in user is located can issue invoices among regions according to the payment data of the communication expense balance transferred by the roll-in user, the payee of the invoices among the regions is the operator in the region where the roll-out user is located, and the payer is the operator in the region where the roll-in user is located. Thereby meeting the requirement of managing the territory of the tax affairs and ensuring the smooth transfer of the communication charge of the cross-territory user.
Therefore, the inventor proposes a technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention based on the above creative discovery. The following introduces an application scenario of the cross-region user communication charge transfer method provided by the embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the application scenario of the method for transferring communication charges of a cross-region user provided in this embodiment includes: an electronic device 1 and a data management system 2. A user data management subsystem 21 and an area data management subsystem 22 may be included in the data management system 2. The regional data management subsystem 22 may be, for example, a provincial data management subsystem. The user management subsystem 21 may include account balance management, account transaction detail management, invoice amount management, invoice issuing and reimbursement detail management, etc. to manage the user account and invoice. The regional data management subsystem 22 may also include account balance management, account transaction detail management, invoice amount management, invoice issuing and reimbursement detail management, and the like, so as to manage the accounts and invoices in the region. The electronic device 1 may receive a communication charge transfer request triggered by a roll-out user or a salesperson user. Wherein, the communication charge transfer request comprises: and transferring out the user identification information, transferring in the user identification information and the communication charge transfer limit. The electronic equipment 1 acquires the area where the user is located and whether the communication charge transfer limit has invoiced the regional invoice from the user data management subsystem according to the transfer-out user identification information and the transfer-in user identification information, further judges whether the inter-regional invoice invoicing triggering condition in the cross-regional communication charge transfer process is met, if the inter-regional invoice invoicing triggering condition in the cross-regional communication charge transfer process is met, the communication charge transfer limit is transferred from the transfer-out user account to the transfer-in user account, the inter-regional invoice is invoiced according to the billing data of the transfer-in user account, the payee of the inter-regional invoice is the regional operator where the transfer-out user is located, and the payer is the regional operator where the transfer-in user is located. And may update the account balances and transaction details of the transferring-in user and the transferring-out user in the user data management subsystem 21. The corresponding invoice quota and invoice statement are updated in the regional data management subsystem 22.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present invention and how to solve the above technical problems with specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example one
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a cross-region user communication cost transfer method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, an execution main body of the cross-region user communication cost transfer method according to the present embodiment is a cross-region user communication cost transfer device, which may be integrated in an electronic device, where the electronic device may be a computer, a server, or a server cluster, and the cross-region user communication cost transfer method according to the present embodiment includes the following steps.
Step 101, obtaining a communication charge transfer request, wherein the communication charge transfer request comprises: and transferring out the user identification information, transferring in the user identification information and the communication charge transfer limit.
In this embodiment, the electronic device is loaded with an application program corresponding to the cross-region user communication charge transfer method. When the roll-out user has a communication charge transfer demand, a communication charge transfer request can be triggered by a salesperson user or the roll-out user through a client or a webpage of the application program.
Before the communication charge transfer request is triggered, the salesman user or the roll-out user can select or input the roll-out user identification information, the roll-in user identification information and the communication charge transfer limit on the client of the application program or the operation interface of the webpage, so that when the communication charge transfer request is triggered, the communication charge transfer request comprises: and transferring out the user identification information, transferring in the user identification information and the communication charge transfer limit.
The user identification information may be a telephone number, an identification number, etc. of the user who is to be transferred, which uniquely represents the user who is to be transferred. Similarly, the transfer-in user identification information may also be information uniquely indicating the transfer-in user, such as a phone number and an identification number of the transfer-in user. The communication charge transfer amount is the communication charge amount which needs to be transferred from the transfer-out user account to the transfer-in user account.
And 102, judging whether inter-area invoicing triggering conditions in the cross-area communication charge transfer process are met or not according to the transferred-out user identification information, the transferred-in user identification information and the communication charge transfer limit.
In this embodiment, when determining whether the inter-domain invoice issuing triggering condition in the cross-domain communication charge transfer process is satisfied, it is necessary to determine whether the communication charge transfer limit has issued an intra-domain invoice corresponding to the roll-out subscriber, and also determine whether the roll-out subscriber and the roll-in subscriber are cross-domain subscribers. And if the communication charge transfer limit is determined to issue the invoice in the region corresponding to the roll-out user, and the roll-out user and the roll-in user are cross-region users, determining that the inter-region invoice issuing triggering condition in the cross-region communication charge transfer process is met. Otherwise, determining that the inter-area invoicing triggering condition in the cross-area communication charge transfer process is not met.
The system comprises a user data management subsystem, a data processing subsystem and a data processing subsystem, wherein the data processing subsystem records invoice issuing or reimbursement time, invoice type, new line, amount, tax rate, items and the like in invoice issuing and reimbursement detail management of the user data management subsystem, and records the incidence relation between the invoices and each expense. Therefore, specifically, whether the communication charge transfer amount has invoiced locally or not can be firstly inquired from the subscriber data management subsystem according to the transferred subscriber identification information and the communication charge transfer amount. If the communication charge transfer limit is determined to invoice in the region, whether the roll-out user and the roll-in user are cross-region users or not can be inquired from the user data management subsystem according to the roll-out user identification information and the roll-in user identification information, and if the roll-out user and the roll-in user are determined to be cross-region users, inter-region invoice issuing triggering conditions in the cross-region communication charge transfer process are determined to be met. Otherwise, determining that the inter-area invoicing triggering condition in the cross-area communication charge transfer process is not met.
It can be understood that the manner of determining whether the inter-domain invoice issuing triggering condition is satisfied in the cross-region communication charge transfer process according to the transfer-out user identification information, the transfer-in user identification information and the communication charge transfer limit may be other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And 103, if the inter-regional invoice issuing triggering condition in the cross-regional communication expense transfer process is met, transferring the communication expense transfer limit from the transferring-out user account to the transferring-in user account, issuing the inter-regional invoice according to the account-out data of the transferring-in user account, wherein the payee of the inter-regional invoice is the regional operator of the transferring-out user, and the payer is the regional operator of the transferring-in user.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the inter-domain invoice issuing triggering condition in the cross-domain communication charge transfer process is satisfied, the transfer-out user account and the transfer-in user account in the user management subsystem are obtained. And transferring the communication charge transfer amount from the roll-out user account to the roll-in user account, namely deducting the communication charge transfer amount in the roll-out user account. And increasing the communication charge transfer amount in the transferred user account.
It can be understood that, in the balance management of the transferring-in user account and the transferring-out user account, in addition to increasing or reducing the communication charge transfer amount in real time, an independent account book is set for the communication charge transferred across the region for management. And recording account transaction details in the user management subsystem, including: transaction time, transaction type, originating number, receiving number, amount, ledger type, etc. The amount is the transfer amount of the communication charge, and the type of the account book is the type of cross-region invoices issued in the region.
In this embodiment, after the communication charges are transferred across the regions, the requirement of the management region of the tax is satisfied. After the communication charge transfer limit is transferred from the transfer-out user account to the transfer-in user account, inter-domain invoices need to be issued according to the account data of the transfer-in user account, a payee of the inter-domain invoices is an area operator where the transfer-out user is located, a payer is an area operator where the transfer-in user is located, and the inter-domain invoices are sent to the account of the area operator where the transfer-in user is located, so that the communication charge transfer limit is consumed by the transfer-in user in the area where the transfer-in user is located, and the communication charge transfer limit is billed, taxed and invoiced by the area operator where the transfer-.
When an inter-domain invoice is issued according to the charge-out data transferred to the user account, the amount of the issued inter-domain invoice is required to be consistent with the communication charge transfer amount.
The method for transferring communication charges of a cross-region user provided by the embodiment obtains a communication charge transfer request, wherein the communication charge transfer request comprises: transferring out the user identification information, transferring in the user identification information and the communication charge transfer limit; judging whether inter-domain invoice issuing triggering conditions in the cross-region communication charge transfer process are met or not according to the transferred-out user identification information, the transferred-in user identification information and the communication charge transfer limit; and if the inter-domain invoice issuing triggering condition in the cross-region communication charge transferring process is met, transferring the communication charge transferring amount from the transferring-out user account to the transferring-in user account, issuing the inter-domain invoice according to the account issuing data of the transferring-in user account, wherein the payee of the inter-domain invoice is the region operator where the transferring-out user is located, and the payer is the region operator where the transferring-in user is located. When the inter-regional invoice issuing triggering condition in the trans-regional communication charge transfer process is determined to be met, the fact that the communication charge balance has already issued an invoice in the region where the transfer-out user is located is indicated, so that after the communication charge balance is transferred from the transfer-out user to the trans-regional transfer-in user, an operator in the region where the transfer-in user is located can issue the invoice among the regions according to the account data of the communication charge balance transferred by the transfer-in user, the requirement of management regionality of tax is met, and smooth transfer of the communication charge of the trans-regional user can be guaranteed.

Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a cross-region user communication charge transfer method according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the cross-region user communication charge transfer method according to the present embodiment is further detailed in steps 102 to 103 on the basis of the cross-region user communication charge transfer method according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and further includes other steps.
Step 201, obtaining a communication charge transfer request, where the communication charge transfer request includes: and transferring out the user identification information, transferring in the user identification information and the communication charge transfer limit.
In this embodiment, the implementation manner of step 201 is similar to that of step 101 in the first embodiment of the present invention, and is not described in detail here.
Step 202, judging whether inter-area invoicing triggering conditions in the cross-area communication charge transfer process are met according to the transferred-out user identification information, the transferred-in user identification information and the communication charge transfer limit.
As an alternative implementation, in this embodiment, step 202 includes the following steps:
step 2021, determining whether the roll-out user and the roll-in user are cross-region users according to the roll-out user identification information and the roll-in user identification information, if yes, executing step 2022, otherwise, executing step 2024.
Specifically, in this embodiment, first, the region of the roll-out user, such as which province the roll-out user is located in, may be queried from the user data management subsystem according to the roll-out user identification information. And then inquiring the region of the transfer-in user from the user data management subsystem according to the identification information of the transfer-in user, such as which province the transfer-in user is located in, comparing the region of the transfer-out user with the region of the transfer-in user, and judging whether the transfer-out user and the transfer-in user are cross-region users. And if the roll-out user and the roll-in user are located at different identities, determining that the roll-out user and the roll-in user are cross-region users.
Step 2022, determining whether the communication charge transfer amount has issued an invoice in the region corresponding to the roll-out user according to the roll-out user identification information and the communication charge transfer amount, if yes, executing step 2023, otherwise executing step 2024.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the roll-out user and the roll-in user are cross-regional users, then the invoice issuing and reimbursement detail management corresponding to the roll-out user in the user data management subsystem is accessed according to the identification information of the roll-out user, and whether the communication charge transfer amount won by the roll-out user has an invoice or not is determined. The invoice is an invoice issued by an operator in the region where the roll-out user is located for the roll-out user, so the invoice is an invoice in a region corresponding to the roll-out user.
Step 2023, determining that inter-domain invoice issuing triggering conditions in the cross-region communication charge transfer process are met.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the communication cost transfer amount has invoiced the in-region invoice corresponding to the roll-out user, it is determined that the inter-region invoice invoiced triggering condition in the cross-region communication cost transfer process is satisfied, and after the communication cost transfer is performed, the inter-region invoice needs to be invoiced from the operator in the region where the roll-in user is located to the operator in the region where the roll-out user is located according to the consumption condition of the roll-in user on the communication cost transfer amount.
Step 2024, determining that the inter-regional invoice issuing triggering condition in the cross-regional communication charge transfer process is not met.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the communication cost transfer amount does not issue the intra-regional invoice corresponding to the roll-out user or the roll-out user and the roll-in user are in the same region although the intra-regional invoice corresponding to the roll-out user is issued, it is determined that the inter-regional invoice issuance trigger condition in the cross-regional communication cost transfer process is not satisfied.
It should be noted that, if it is determined that the communication charge transfer amount does not make an in-region invoice corresponding to the roll-out user, and the roll-out user and the roll-in user are users in the same region, the communication charge transfer amount is transferred from the roll-out user account to the roll-in user account, and then the management of the account balance and the account transaction details of the roll-out user account and the roll-in user account in the user data management subsystem can be updated. That is, the balance of the user account is transferred out to deduct the communication charge transfer amount, and the balance of the user account is transferred in to increase the communication charge transfer amount. And records the transaction details of the communication charge transfer, including transaction time, transaction type, originating number, receiving number, amount, and ledger type. Wherein, the amount is the communication charge transfer amount, and the type of the account book is a gift type.
If it is determined that the communication charge transfer amount does not issue the regional invoice corresponding to the roll-out user, and the cross-regional user exists between the roll-out user and the roll-in user, the communication charge transfer amount is transferred from the roll-out user account to the roll-in user account, the account balance and account transaction detail management of the roll-out user and the roll-in user in the user data management subsystem can be updated, and the invoice amount and invoice issuing and reimbursement details of the roll-out user and the roll-in user in the user data management subsystem can be updated.
And step 203, if the inter-area invoice issuing triggering condition in the cross-area communication charge transfer process is determined to be met, transferring the communication charge transfer limit from the transfer-out user account to the transfer-in user account.
In this embodiment, the communication charge transfer amount is transferred from the transfer-out user account to the transfer-in user account, and then the account balance and the account transaction detail management of the transfer-in user account and the transfer-out user account are updated in the user data management subsystem. The amount is the transfer amount of the communication charge, and the type of the account book is the type of cross-region invoices issued in the region.
Step 204, configuring the consumption priority of the communication charge quota and the communication charge transfer quota pre-owned by the transfer user.
In this embodiment, after the communication charge transfer amount is transferred from the transferring-out user account to the transferring-in user account, the sales clerk may configure the communication charge amount and the consumption priority of the communication charge transfer amount, which are pre-owned by the transferring-in user, according to the demand of the transferring-in user. Or a fixed configuration mode is adopted to configure the consumption priority of the communication charge quota and the communication charge transfer quota which are pre-owned by the transfer user. For example, the consumption priority of the communication charge transfer amount may be set to be higher than the priority of the communication charge amount previously held.
And step 205, performing communication charge consumption according to the configured consumption priority.
In this embodiment, the communication fee credit is consumed in the order of the consumption priority from high to low. If the consumption priority of the communication expense transfer line is higher than the priority of the communication expense line which is preset, the communication expense transfer line is consumed firstly when the communication expense is transferred to the user to consume the communication expense, and the communication expense line which is preset is consumed after the communication expense transfer line is consumed.
And step 206, if the consumed communication expense quota is monitored to be the communication expense transfer quota, marking the corresponding expenditure data to determine the target expenditure data.
In this embodiment, a tag different from the communication cost limit previously provided may be marked on the communication cost limit, and whether to consume the communication cost limit may be monitored according to the tag not used. And when the communication expense quota of consumption is monitored to be the communication expense transfer quota, marking the corresponding expenditure data, wherein the marked expenditure data is target expenditure data, namely the expenditure data of invoices between main issuing areas.
And step 207, issuing inter-area invoices according to the charge-out data transferred into the user account.
The inter-area invoice collector is an operator of the area where the transfer-out user is located, and the payer is an operator of the area where the transfer-in user is located.
As an alternative implementation, in this embodiment, step 207 includes the following steps:
step 2071, obtain the current month target charge-out data transferred to the user account.
In this embodiment, monthly postings may be preconfigured. Therefore, after the charge-out data transferred to the user is the target charge-out data, the target charge-out data of each month is acquired. For example, the target charge-out data of the first month is the target charge-out data of month 1, the target charge-out data of the second month is the target charge-out data of month 2, and the target charge-out data of the third month is the target charge-out data of month 3. However, there is also a part of the charge data corresponding to the communication charge amount previously held in the charge data for 3 months.
Step 2072, if it is determined that the current month target accounting data is less than the communication charge transfer amount, accumulating the current month target accounting data and the next month target accounting data to obtain a current target accounting accumulated value.
Illustratively, the communication charge transfer amount is 100 yuan, and the current month target charge data and the communication charge transfer amount are transferred. If the 40-element charge data of the month 1 is compared with the communication charge transfer amount 100-element charge, the target charge data of the month is determined to be smaller than the communication charge transfer amount. And accumulating the current month target charge-out data and the next month target charge-out data to obtain a current target charge-out accumulated value. Namely, the accounting data 40 element of the month 2 and the target accounting data 30 element of the month 2 are accumulated, and the current target accounting accumulated value is 70 elements.
Step 2073, if the current target accounting cumulative value is less than the communication charge transfer amount, continuing to accumulate the current target accounting cumulative value and the next month target accounting data until the current target accounting cumulative value is greater than or equal to the communication charge transfer amount.
Step 2074, issue an inter-site invoice with the same amount as the communication charge transfer amount according to the current target accounting cumulative value and the communication charge transfer amount.
Illustratively, if the current target accounting total value is 70 yuan less than the communication charge transfer amount of 100 yuan, the current target accounting total value and the adjacent next month target accounting data are continuously accumulated, if the current target accounting total value is accumulated with the target accounting data 40 yuan of 3 months, which is 110 yuan and is greater than the communication charge transfer amount of 100 yuan, then the user is led to consume 100 yuan of the communication charge transfer amount, and the target accounting data 40 yuan of 3 months also includes 10 yuan of pre-existing communication charge amount. Invoicing is carried out between the areas with the communication charge transfer amount of 100 yuan. While the remaining 10 dollars are invoiced for transfer to the user's corresponding territory.
In the optional implementation mode, the current month target charge-out data transferred into the user account is acquired; if the current month target accounting data are determined to be smaller than the communication cost transfer limit, accumulating the current month target accounting data and the next month target accounting data to obtain a current target accounting accumulated value; if the current target out-account cumulative value is smaller than the communication charge transfer amount, continuously accumulating the current target out-account cumulative value and the adjacent next month target out-account data until the current target out-account cumulative value is larger than or equal to the communication charge transfer amount; and issuing inter-area invoices with the same amount as the communication expense transfer amount according to the current target accounting cumulative value and the communication expense transfer amount. The monthly target billing data can be accumulated, when the communication cost consumed by the transferring user is greater than or equal to the communication cost transfer limit, an inter-domain invoice with the same limit as the communication cost transfer limit is issued, the frequency of issuing the inter-domain invoice can be reduced, and resources are saved.
As another alternative, in this embodiment, step 207 includes the following steps:
step 207a, obtaining the current month target charge-out data transferred into the user account.
And step 207b, if the current month target billing data is determined to be smaller than the communication cost transfer amount, issuing an inter-area invoice with the same amount as the current month target billing data, and continuously acquiring next month target billing data.
In this embodiment, the target billing data of the first month is compared with the communication cost transfer amount, and if the target billing data of the first month is smaller than the communication cost transfer amount, the inter-domain invoice of the first month is directly issued, and the amount is the same as the target billing data of the first month. For example, if the target billing data of the first month is 40 yuan and the communication charge transfer amount is 100 yuan, the invoice between the areas of the first month is made 40 yuan first. And if the communication cost transfer amount is larger than the target charge-out data of the first month, continuously acquiring the target charge-out data of the next month.
And step 207c, accumulating the current month target charge-out data and the next month target charge-out data to obtain a current target charge-out accumulated value.
And step 207d, if the current target billing accumulated value is determined to be smaller than the communication charge transfer amount, issuing an inter-area invoice with the same amount of next-month target billing data.
And step 207e, continuing to accumulate the current target accounting accumulated value and the adjacent next-month target accounting data.
And step 207f, if the current target accounting cumulative value is determined to be larger than the communication charge transfer limit, calculating the corresponding residual communication charge transfer limit, and issuing an inter-area invoice which is the same as the residual communication charge transfer limit.
In this embodiment, the target billing data of the first month and the second month are accumulated, and if the target billing data of the second month is 30 yuan, the accumulated target billing data is 70 yuan, and is still less than the communication charge transfer limit, the inter-site invoice of the second month is continuously issued as 30 yuan. And continuing to accumulate the current target accounting accumulated value and the adjacent next-month target accounting data. If the current target billing cumulative value of 70 yuan and the third month target billing data of 40 yuan are accumulated, the cumulative value is determined to be 110 yuan and is larger than the communication charge transfer amount of 100 yuan, the corresponding remaining communication charge transfer amount is calculated to be 30 yuan, and only inter-area invoices which are the same as the remaining communication charge transfer amount are issued, for example, 30 yuan invoices are issued. And the invoices among all the regions corresponding to the communication transfer limit are issued.
In the optional implementation mode, the current month target charge-out data transferred into the user account is acquired; if the current month target charge-out data is determined to be smaller than the communication cost transfer amount, issuing an inter-area invoice with the same amount as the current month target charge-out data, and continuously acquiring next month target charge-out data; accumulating the current month target charge-out data and the next month target charge-out data to obtain a current target charge-out accumulated value; if the current target billing accumulated value is determined to be smaller than the communication charge transfer amount, issuing an inter-area invoice with the same amount of next-month target billing data; continuously accumulating the current target charge-out accumulated value and the adjacent next month target charge-out data; if the current target accounting accumulated value is larger than the communication charge transfer limit, calculating the corresponding residual communication charge transfer limit, and issuing an inter-area invoice which is the same as the residual communication charge transfer limit. After the transferred communication cost is consumed every month, invoices among corresponding areas can be issued, and the invoicing timeliness can be guaranteed.
Optionally, in this embodiment, if the current target out-of-account cumulative value is greater than the communication charge transfer amount, the method further includes:
and calculating the difference between the current target charge-out accumulated value and the communication charge transfer amount.
And issuing an invoice transferred to the region corresponding to the user according to the difference value.
In this embodiment, only the communication cost limit can issue the corresponding inter-domain invoice. The communication charge amount pre-owned by the transfer-in user is paid and consumed in the region where the transfer-in user is located, so invoices can only be issued in the region corresponding to the transfer-in user. If the current target accounting cumulative value is larger than the communication charge transfer amount, it means that a part of the current target accounting cumulative value is a communication charge amount which is pre-owned, the part of the pre-owned communication charge amount is the difference between the current target accounting cumulative value and the communication charge transfer amount, and an invoice in a region corresponding to the transfer-in user is issued for the difference.
Step 208, updating corresponding invoice issuing amount and invoice issuing detail in a cross-region account book transferred to the regional operator account of the user according to the inter-region invoice; and adding the inter-regional invoice to an account of a regional operator where the roll-out user is located.
In this embodiment, if the transfer-in user and the transfer-out user are users with different provinces, the inter-regional invoice needs to be transferred between accounts of two province operators in the province data management subsystem, and the inter-regional invoice is added to the account of the province operator where the transfer-out user is located. And updating the corresponding invoice issuing amount and invoice issuing detail transferred into the account of the provincial operator of the user. And specifically updating the data into a cross-region account book.
The cross-region user communication charge transfer method provided by the embodiment configures consumption priorities of a communication charge quota and a communication charge transfer quota pre-owned by a transferring user before issuing inter-region invoices according to the charge-out data transferred to a user account; according to the configured consumption priority, communication charge amount consumption is carried out; and if the communication expense quota of consumption is the communication expense transfer quota, marking the corresponding expenditure data to determine the target expenditure data. By pre-configuring the consumption priority of the communication expense amount and the communication expense transfer amount which are pre-possessed by the transfer-in user, the consumption sequence of the communication expense amount and the communication expense transfer amount which are pre-possessed can be determined, and then the expenditure corresponding to the communication expense consumption amount can be better tracked.
According to the cross-region user communication charge transfer method provided by the embodiment, when inter-region invoices are issued according to the account data transferred to the user account, the inter-region invoices can be issued monthly or at one time, so that more selectivity can be provided, and the experience of issuing the inter-region invoices by the user is improved.
