At this time, the resource management device may obtain resource information used by the user in the resource service device, where the resource information used by the user at least includes a user name of the user B, the time when the user uses the resource is D, and the number of uses is 10G. In this embodiment, the preset threshold may be a maximum usage amount of a resource leased by a certain proportion of users. If the resource management device determines that the used amount of the leased resources of the user reaches the first threshold value but does not reach the second threshold value according to the first sub-table, sending a prompt message to the user to prompt the user that the used amount of the leased resources of the user reaches the first threshold value; if the used amount of the leased resource of the user reaches the second threshold value, alarm information is sent to the user to inform the user that the used amount of the leased resource of the user reaches the second threshold value. In this way, the resource management device can grasp that the user can control the use of the leased resource or additionally lease the order of the resource according to the prompt message or alarm message of the resource management device so as to meet the demand of the user for the resource.

determining a resource usage table for recording the usage information of the user leased resources according to the resource configuration information of the user; the resource usage table is used for recording the used information and the historical usage information of the user rented resources;
acquiring resource information used by a user in resource service equipment, and updating the resource use table according to the resource information used by the user; the resource information used by the user is used for indicating the related data information of the resource used by the user in renting the resource;
generating bill information of the leased resources of the user according to the resource configuration information, the resource usage table and a preset charge-out time period, and sending the bill information to the user.

The method of claim 1, wherein the resource usage table comprises a first sub-table and a second sub-table; the first sub-table is used for recording used information of a user leased resource; the second sub-table is used for recording historical use information of the user for rented resources;

when the user is determined to have the authority to use the target resource, sending a message for allowing the target resource to be used to the resource service equipment; the message allowing the target resource to be used carries the identification information of the target resource.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein generating billing information for leased resources of the user according to the resource configuration information, the second sub-table and a preset billing time period comprises:
determining data volume information of the leased resources used by the user in the expenditure presentation time period according to the second sub-table and the expenditure presentation time period;
and generating bill information of the leased resources of the user according to the resource configuration information and the data volume information of the leased resources used by the user in the charge-out time period.

The method of claim 2, wherein the resource information leased by the user comprises: the identification information of the resources rented by the users, the type of the resources rented by the users, the specification contained in the resources, the time limit of the renting and the price of the renting.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
determining whether the used amount of the user leased resources reaches a preset threshold value or not according to the first sub-table;
and if the preset threshold value is reached, sending alarm information to the user.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the available resource information includes an unused amount of available resources; the determining the resource configuration information of the user according to the order request message and the available resource information includes:
acquiring resources rented by the user and the demand of the rented resources according to the order request message;
determining whether the target unused quantity meets the demand quantity of the leased resources or not according to the information of the unused quantity of the available resources; the target unused quantity refers to the unused quantity of the resources rented by the user in the unused quantity of the available resources;
and if so, determining the resource configuration information of the user according to the order request message and the available resource information.

and updating the unused quantity of the available resources in the available resources according to the resource configuration information of the user.
