Description

Resource allocation method and system based on activity task and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of computer information processing, in particular to a resource allocation method and system based on an activity task and electronic equipment.
Background
With the continuous development of the internet technology of the mobile terminal, the mobile electronic commerce becomes a new direction of the electronic commerce development, and a merchant sends an electronic coupon (also called an electronic discount coupon) to a consumer by using the internet, so that goods or services can be purchased at a price much lower than usual, and the marketing effect exceeds the traditional advertising mode. In addition, many financial transactions, such as loans, investments, etc., may also be implemented by installing APP applications that support the financial transaction. Typically these APPs will register members and market products by way of the MGM.
The mgm (member get member) service is to bring new members to the enterprise through existing members, and usually in a certain mode or manner, to encourage existing member customers to transfer to introduce new customers. For example, the APP product of enterprise development can carry out user promotion through the mode of promoting the link, and the user accomplishes the registration of APP account through clicking the promotion link to realize the marketing and the customer acquisition of APP product. In fact, this kind of push mode is usually only with APP or certain article of product propelling movement in this APP to other customers, and the propelling movement information is single, leads to the propelling movement success rate low.
However, in the prior art, there are at least the following problems: (1) in the existing marketing method, the conversion rate of the coupons is low, so that resource waste is caused, and after the coupons are issued by merchants, the situation that users take the coupons without consuming the coupons easily occurs due to the limited number of the coupons issued by the merchants, so that the merchants are difficult to master the inventory quantity of commodities. (2) There is no guarantee that the coupon will be available to all potential consumers and the benefit will not be given to the most appropriate person. (3) The existing resource allocation method has low adaptability, small application range and higher allocation cost.
In addition, in the related art, a resource allocation method and apparatus, and a virtual resource allocation and acquisition method are disclosed, wherein the method includes: receiving a resource getting request sent by a user, wherein the getting request comprises current position information of the user and identification information of the resource; acquiring position information of a corresponding merchant according to the identification information; and if the current position information of the user is within a first preset range of the position information of the merchant, receiving a pickup request of the user, and providing resources for the user according to the pickup request. Although the method avoids the situation that coupons and the like are picked up but not used, users who really need the coupons can enjoy the benefits, the method does not combine the effective allocation and management of resources.
In summary, there is still much room for improvement in resource allocation and management methods, and therefore, there is a need for a more efficient and reasonable resource allocation method.

In order that the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the following specific embodiments.
The invention provides a resource allocation method based on an activity task, and a related device, an electronic device and a recording medium. The resource to be allocated in the present invention is mainly a financial resource such as a coupon, and the type of the coupon includes a discount type, a cash type, a free type, and a payment type, etc. More specifically, for example, cash awards, interest-free awards, and the like. Compared with offline activities (pretty activities such as issuing coupons in stores), online activity tasks usually involve a large number of people and can be more complex in rules. This requires a powerful information processing capability of the business platform, a fast deployment and development of the activity tasks, and an automatic calculation during the activity process for efficient allocation and management of resources. The resource allocation of the invention is essentially to technically improve the processing method of the server and the client so as to automatically calculate the data according to the preset calculation rule, thereby improving the allocation efficiency and the management capability of the resources and promoting the development of the electronic financial business.
Example 1
Hereinafter, an active task-based resource allocation method of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4, the resource allocation method including:
step S101, when receiving the confirmation information of the client participating in the activity of the activity page, generating an invitation code and associating the invitation code with the user, wherein the activity page comprises a telephone charge recharging page.
And step S102, generating an invitation URL according to the invitation code, wherein the invitation URL comprises the invitation code and a new user guide page address, and pushing a sharing page to the client, wherein the sharing page is used for guiding the user to send the invitation URL to other users.
Step S103, monitoring an invitation code and page submission information returned by a new user guide page, and associating the page submission information with the user according to the invitation code.
And step S104, judging the completion condition of the activity task by the user according to the page submission information and the activity rule associated with the user, and performing resource allocation on the user completing the activity task.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural block diagram of an application scenario of the resource allocation method based on active tasks of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the resource allocation method of the present invention includes an interaction between a server and a client based on an active task. As can be seen from fig. 1, the server of the third-party service provides, for example, a telephone fee recharging activity page for the client (i.e., user a), and the user a returns a participation status to the server, and sends an invitation link to the new user, and performs resource allocation according to the related information (e.g., whether registration is successful) returned to the server by the new user, in other words, according to the completion condition of completing the activity service by the user a, so as to implement more effective resource allocation.
It should be noted that, in this example, the mall telephone service party or the third party providing the telephone fee charging page arranges the activity entry, for example, using the existing resource bit configuration of the current telephone fee charging page, and provides the invitation picture, the skip link, the invitation link, and the like. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the above description is only by way of example and is not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a flowchart of an example of an active task based resource allocation method of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S101, when confirmation information of the participation of the client in the activity of the activity page including the telephone fee charging page is received, an invitation code is generated and associated with the user.
Specifically, an activity task is firstly set, for example, an activity task for inviting a new user to register a loan product is set, wherein the activity name is a share telephone charge activity, and activity rule setting is performed for the activity to perform resource allocation.
Further, the client (for example, the user a) accesses the telephone fee recharging page or is pushed the telephone fee recharging page, the telephone fee recharging page displays the gift telephone fee activity, and the user a returns the participation state of the user for the activity task to the server through clicking and other operations.
In this example, when the server receives confirmation information that the client is participating in the activity of the activity page, an invitation code is generated and associated with the user, e.g., the invitation code is associated with user identification information of the user, e.g., a user account number, a user nickname, etc.
Next, in step S102, an invitation URL is generated according to the invitation code, where the invitation URL includes the invitation code and a new user guidance page address, and a sharing page is pushed to the client.
Specifically, the sharing page is used to guide the user to send the invitation URL to other users, in this example, the user a sends the invitation URL to the user B, where the user a is a registered user or a trusted user of the loan product 1, and the user B is an unregistered user of the loan product 1.
In this example, on the sharing page, the user a sends the above-mentioned invitation URL to the user B, where the invitation URL is, for example, http: h/www.xyzabc.com/action/regeist. php? VID 02ox23487eu, where, "? "preceded by the new user guidance page address and VID-followed by the string" 02ox23487eu "as the invitation code.
It should be noted that, in the present example, the invitation code is generated by the server of the mall telephone service party or the third party providing the telephone fee charging page, but the invention is not limited thereto, and in other examples, the user may obtain the invitation code from the server. The foregoing is illustrative only and is not to be construed as limiting the invention.
For each sharing or sending of the invitation link by each user, an invitation code is generated, and the invitation code is transmitted to a new user or an invited user along with the invitation link, and meanwhile, the server records each invitation code and associated information thereof, specifically referring to the chart 3.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the invitation code associates the information of the user sending the invitation link and the invited user, so that the information data query can be performed in the user database of the server through the invitation code, so as to facilitate data use and subsequent data analysis.
Next, in step S103, an invitation code and page submission information returned by the new user guidance page are monitored, and the page submission information is associated with the user according to the invitation code.
Specifically, the guidance page is, for example, a registration page. Monitoring page operation of a user B, specifically, after receiving an invitation URL sent by a user A, monitoring whether the user B enters a guide page and the operation on the guide page, and returning an invitation code and submission information to a server by the user B, wherein the submission information comprises information such as whether a new user is registered, whether credit is granted, whether a quota is activated, whether borrowing is completed and the like.
Further, the submission information of the guidance page is associated with the new user according to the invitation code.
Next, in step S104, the completion of the activity task by the user is determined according to the page submission information and the activity rule associated with the user, and resource allocation is performed on the user who completes the activity task.
Specifically, when the page submission information indicates that a predetermined number of new users have completed the first task and the second task, it is determined that the user associated with the page submission information has completed the active task.
In this example, the active tasks include a first task including at least two specific nodes that complete the financial product and a second task including obtaining a credit amount equal to or greater than a set value.
The setting of the activity task and the content of the activity task are not particularly limited. In addition, different activity rules are set for different activity tasks. In this example, the set activity rule is to allocate different resources according to the situation that the user completes the activity task. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and in other activity tasks, various states in the activity may be recorded to set different allocation rules for resource allocation. The foregoing is illustrative only and is not to be construed as limiting the invention.
In this example, the predetermined number is one new user, but is not limited thereto, and may be two, three, four, or more. The above description is given by way of example only and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, as the adaptation is based on the setting of the actual activity.
Further, the specific node includes node information of registration, completion, credit, borrowing, amount of withdrawal, and repayment of the financial product. Among them, financial products such as loan products, financial products, and the like.
In another example, the first task includes at least two specific nodes that complete the financial product within a predetermined time, and the second task includes obtaining a credit amount equal to or greater than a set value. In this example, in addition to the defined conditions of the number of new users, the specific node, and the like, a predetermined time is added to the activity rule, that is, the activity task needs to be completed within the predetermined time before the activity task is determined to be completed. Otherwise, judging that the task is not finished.
Further, all users who complete the active task are eligible for resource allocation.
However, in order to more effectively perform resource allocation, a step S401 (see fig. 4) of setting a resource allocation rule is further included to allocate corresponding resources to different users.
In step S401, a resource allocation rule is set. In this example, a resource allocation supply pool is provided with a certain amount of resources each day, and the user is quantitatively allocated with the resources according to the remaining amount of resources in the resource allocation supply pool and the number of times the user completes an activity task in the same day, the resources including a ticket for a telephone charge charging, and the types of the ticket including a discount type and a cash type.
Preferably, the resource allocation rule further comprises: and for the same user who completes the activity task for multiple times in the same day, under the condition that the times of the user for completing the activity task do not exceed the set times and the resource quantity to be distributed is less than the residual quantity of the resources in the resource distribution supply pool, distributing the resource quantity corresponding to the times of the user for completing the activity task. The allocation rule described above may also be referred to as a first allocation rule.
Further, the resource allocation rule further includes: and for the same user who completes the activity task for multiple times in the same day, under the condition that the times of the user for completing the activity task exceed the set times and the resource quantity to be distributed is less than the residual quantity of the resources in the resource distribution supply pool, distributing the resource quantity of the maximum allowable value of the user. The allocation rule may also be referred to as a second resource allocation rule.
Therefore, different resource allocation rules are used for different users, and more effective and reasonable resource allocation and management can be realized.
It should be noted that, the remaining amount of resources in the resource allocation supply pool is updated and displayed in real time in the corresponding area of the call charge presentation page, so that the user can observe the remaining amount of resources in real time, and therefore, the user can use the resources more reasonably.
In order to more clearly illustrate the above resource allocation rule, the following example is provided.
In this example, the service platform of the loan product 1 provides a telephone rate amount with n being 10000 yuan per day, which is a specific amount of resource, 5 times to complete the activity task, 20 yuan of telephone rate is allocated to each user who has registered the loan product as a basic resource, and 20 yuan of telephone rate is allocated to each new user who has been invited to register the loan product through the activity task as a basic resource.
For example, in a case where the user a invites 1 new user (e.g., the user B, i.e., the invitee) to register the loan product 1 and activates a credit line equal to or greater than, for example, 4000 dollars through the fee charging page, the user a (as the inviter) may obtain a coupon for, for example, 30 dollars of a fee (as a resource for inviting an award). The above process is that user a completes an activity task. Further, the total amount of the live fee available to the subscriber a is 30 ═ credit line > 4000 of the registered number of new subscribers "(in this example, the number of times of completing the active task) + 20.
When the remaining amount of resources in the resource allocation supply pool is 300 yuan and the set number of times is 5 times, if the user a completes 3 active tasks in the same day, resources can be allocated to the user a according to the first resource allocation rule, and the amount of the allocated resources is 90 yuan.
In another example, when the remaining amount of resources in the resource allocation supply pool is 300 yuan and the set number of times is 5 times, if the user I completes 7 active tasks (7 times is greater than 5 times) on the same day, the resource is allocated to the user a according to the second resource allocation rule, and the resource amount of the allocated resource is 150 yuan (i.e., 5 (times) × 30 yuan ═ 150 yuan) of the maximum allowable value.
In yet another example, when the remaining amount of resources in the resource allocation supply pool is 100 yuan and the set number of times is 5 times, if the user completes 4 active tasks (4 times less than 5 times) on the same day, the user is allocated resources according to another resource allocation rule, and the amount of resources allocated with resources is 120 yuan, since the remaining amount of resources in the resource allocation supply pool is 100 yuan (less than 120 yuan), in this case, resource allocation information allocated with 120 yuan to the user is returned and the user is informed of the amount of resources allocated with 120 yuan on the second day.
It should be noted that, for the setting of the resource allocation rule, the relevant service personnel can update in real time according to the actual need, and add a new resource allocation rule to optimize the resource allocation and management capability of the service platform.
In the invention, the resource allocation method also comprises the step of monitoring the amount of the resources allocated to the user and the use state of the resources.
Specifically, when the value of the ticket owned by the user is larger than the set value z, the user charges on the telephone fee charging page according to the use rule, wherein the resource use state comprises success, charging neutralization and failure.
Further, the usage rules comprise the setting of the minimum allowable value and the maximum allowable value of the daily recharging amount, the recharging mode and the recharging times of each user.
For example, in this example, z is 50 yuan, the user a has 90 yuan (greater than 50 yuan) of the telephone fee charging coupon, and the user a can charge the telephone fee on the telephone fee charging page, and the charging mode includes that the sum of single charging (cash) is fixed 50 yuan, that is, the total sum of the telephone fee coupon is less than 50 yuan (less than z) and is not chargeable (cash), and when the total sum exceeds 50 yuan, the user a can charge (cash) according to integral multiple of 50 yuan.
In this example, the resource allocation supply pool provides a telephone charge amount with 10000 yuan per day as a specific amount of resource, that is, the maximum allowable value of the telephone charge amount which can be charged by all users per day is n 10000 yuan, and if the day reaches 10000 yuan, the users need to continue charging on the second day.
Preferably, the maximum allowable value P is also set for the daily recharging fee limit of each usermaxAnd a minimum allowable value PminE.g. P max300 yuan, Pmin50 yuan. If the user has charged 300 yuan in the current day, the user needs the second day to continue charging.
Note that for z, n, Pmax、PminEtc., may be adjusted according to actual business needs, and the above description is only an example and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
In another example, the resource usage status of the user is monitored and recorded, including "successful", "recharging in" and "failed". Further, the number of times of recording per day is set, and after exceeding the predetermined number of times of recording per day, the user cannot use the device again on the same day.
Preferably, it is determined whether the user can use the resources such as the telephone fee coupon owned by the user according to the resource usage state, for example, if it is monitored that the user a has "middle of charge" or "success" twice, the user a cannot use the telephone fee coupon again on the same day.
It should be noted that, in this example, the resource to be allocated is, for example, a coupon for a telephone charge, and the types of the coupon include a discount type, a cash type, a free type, and a payment type. Specifically, the specific resource is, for example, a cash award, a free award, or the like.
In other examples, the setting of the resource allocation rule further includes: and based on the participation information of the users and the completion condition of the activity service, distinguishing and identifying the users of the resources to be allocated, and forming a one-to-one corresponding relationship between each user after distinguishing and identifying and the resources to be allocated.
Preferably, the user characteristic data recorded in the user database of the server is queried based on the invitation code, user classification is performed according to the user characteristic data of each user, and further differentiation identification is performed to allocate corresponding resources for different users, so that more effective and more reasonable resource allocation can be realized.
Specifically, the user characteristic data includes user basic information including age, sex, income, loan records, credit granting information, motivation information, etc., member attribute information including general members, senior members, etc., member history information including usage rate, number of usage times, usage time, etc., of issued coupons, etc., and the like.
Further, the users after distinguishing the identification form a one-to-one correspondence with the resources to be allocated. Therefore, the users judged to have the qualification of allocating the resources can be distinguished, and corresponding resources are allocated correspondingly.
Therefore, by the resource allocation method, more effective resource allocation is realized while the sharing link is pushed to guide the registration of the new user. Therefore, the flexibility of the marketing mode is improved, the marketing cost is reduced, and the efficiency of resource allocation is improved.
Preferably, the operation of the user on each page within the time period from the acceptance of the service task to the completion of the resource allocation is monitored in the whole process, the user behavior information is recorded, and when a cheating behavior, an unreasonable operation behavior or an abnormal operation behavior is monitored, the early warning is performed, and the qualification limit identification is performed to limit the user from participating in the next activity task. Thus, more secure resource allocation and management can be achieved.
In this example, the financial resource is preferably a coupon for a telephone fee recharge, but the financial resource is not limited thereto, and the above description is only a preferred example, and the limitation of the present invention is not understood. In other examples, the financial resources include various coupons for marketing of financial products or services, the types of coupons including discount types, cash types, interest free types, and repayment types, among others. Specifically, for example, a cash award, a free award, or the like.
The above-described procedure of the resource allocation method is only for explanation of the present invention, and the order and number of steps are not particularly limited. In addition, the steps in the method can be split into two or three steps, or some steps can be combined into one step, and the steps are adjusted according to practical examples.
