In some embodiments, the transfer-in operator receives a third number portability request sent by the terminal, and verifies the authenticity of the communication number of the terminal through the transfer-out operator. And under the condition that the communication number of the terminal is determined to be a real number, the transfer-in operator acquires account balance information of the terminal and credit information of the terminal, and determines the compensation amount of the transfer-out operator according to the account balance information of the terminal and the credit information of the terminal.
It should be noted that, when verifying the authenticity of the communication number of the terminal, the forwarding operator may perform verification by determining whether the terminal can obtain the preset verification code from the forwarding operator. The transfer-in operator can also directly send a communication number query request to the transfer-in operator so as to obtain a feedback result of the transfer-in operator on the authenticity of the terminal communication number.
It should be noted that the credit information of the terminal may be information obtained by the transfer-in operator from the transfer-out operator (that is, the credit information of the terminal is information obtained by evaluating the terminal by the transfer-out operator), or may be information obtained by evaluating the transfer-in operator according to account balance information of the terminal or other information (that is, the credit information of the terminal is obtained by evaluating by the transfer-in operator).
It can be understood that the terminal cannot carry out number portability under the condition that the terminal has arrearages. The terminal user needs to pay corresponding fee in advance, so that the terminal does not waste time and applies for handling the number portability service.
And step S402, generating a second number portability request according to the compensation amount, and sending the second number portability request to the terminal.
The transfer-in operator sends the second number portability request to the terminal so as to obtain the approval of the terminal for the second number portability request.
In some embodiments, the terminal may indicate its approval of the second number portability request by signing the second number portability request.
And step S403, setting the communication number of the terminal as the network forwarding public key of the terminal.
In some embodiments, the network transfer operator sets the communication number of the terminal as the network transfer public key of the terminal. In these embodiments, the transit operator may not send the transit public key of the terminal to the number portability server, but may inform the number portability server of the setting manner of the transit public key in advance, so that the number portability server may directly use the communication number of the terminal as the transit public key of the terminal.
And step S404, generating a network switching private key of the terminal based on the preset initial secret key, the public parameter and the network switching public key of the terminal.
In some embodiments, the network-forwarding private key of the terminal is generated Based on an Identity-Based Encryption (IBE) manner. For example, a network forwarding public key PK of the terminal is set as a communication number of the terminal, the preset initial key is MasterKey, the preset public parameter is Para, and a network forwarding private key SK of the terminal is F (MasterKey, Para, PK). The preset channel is a communication channel with a higher security level, the network switching private key is sent through the preset channel, leakage of the network switching private key can be avoided, and the security of the network switching private key is improved.
And step S406, sending the network forwarding public key of the terminal to the number portability server.
The transit public key of the terminal can be used for signature verification and decryption. Specifically, for the information signed or encrypted by the network switching private key of the terminal, the number portability server can use the network switching public key of the terminal to perform signature verification or decryption operation.
Step S407, receiving a first number portability request returned by the terminal, where the first number portability request is a request generated after the terminal signs a second number portability request.
In some embodiments, the terminal signs the second number portability request by using the private network portability key, generates a first number portability request, and sends the first number portability request to the network portability operator.
Because the network forwarding private key can be obtained only by the terminal, the first number portability request signed by the network forwarding private key can represent the approval of the first number portability request by the terminal.
Step S408, a first number portability request is sent to a preset number portability server.
And step S409, receiving the successful number portability message sent by the number portability server, and paying the reimbursement money to the remittance operator according to the reimbursement amount so that the number portability server can address the terminal according to the communication number of the terminal in the terminal addressing request under the condition that the number portability server receives the terminal addressing request of the third-party operator.
Steps S408 to S409 in this embodiment are the same as steps S301 to S302 in the third embodiment of the present application, and are not described again here.
The terminal addressing method provided by the embodiment comprises the steps that a transfer-in operator sets a network transfer public key and a network transfer private key for a terminal, the terminal signs a first number portability network transfer request by using the network transfer private key, a number portability network server verifies the signature of the first number portability network transfer request by using the network transfer public key, the authenticity and the legality of the first number portability network transfer request are guaranteed, the potential safety hazard to a user caused by counterfeiting the first number portability network transfer request is avoided, and the security of number portability network transfer is improved.
The steps of the above methods are divided for clarity, and the implementation may be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the same logical relationship is included, which are all within the protection scope of the present patent; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
A third aspect of the present application provides a number portability server. Fig. 5 is a block diagram of a number portability server according to a fifth embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the number portability server 500 includes: a number portability module 510 and an addressing module 520.
Wherein, number portability module 510 further includes: a transmitting unit 511, a receiving unit 512 and a generating unit 513.
The sending unit 511 is configured to forward the first number portability request sent by the transfer-in operator to the transfer-out operator, and send a number portability success message to the transfer-in operator, so that the transfer-in operator pays the indemnity to the transfer-out operator according to the indemnity amount.
The first number portability request comprises the compensation amount of the transfer-in operator to the transfer-out operator.
The receiving unit 512 is configured to receive the number portability approval message returned by the transfer-out operator.
Wherein, the number portability approval message is a message returned under the condition that the remittance operator agrees the compensation amount.
And a generating unit 513 configured to generate the number portability success message.
And the addressing module 504 is configured to, in the case of receiving a terminal addressing request sent by a third-party operator, address the terminal according to the communication number of the terminal in the terminal addressing request.
In some embodiments, after the number portability server redirects the terminal by the number portability module 510, when receiving a terminal addressing request sent by a third-party operator, the number portability server addresses the ported-in operator of the terminal based on the communication number of the terminal in the terminal addressing request by the addressing module 513, and further addresses the terminal by the ported-in operator of the terminal.
The number portability server that this embodiment provided, the first number portability request that will roll over to the operator and send through the sending element in the number portability module is forwarded to the operator of roll-out, the number portability approval message that returns of the operator of roll-out is received by the receiving element, the successful message of number portability is generated to the generating element, and the successful message of number portability is sent to the operator of roll-in through the sending element, under the condition of the terminal addressing request that receives the third party operator and sends, through the addressing module according to the communication number addressing terminal in the terminal addressing request, even if under the condition that the operator does not carry out timely unified update to number portability user's data, the third party operator can be through number portability server addressing terminal, avoid number portability user to miss the receipt information, user's number portability experience has been promoted.
A fourth aspect of the present application provides an operator server. Fig. 6 is a block diagram of an operator server according to a sixth embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the operator server 600 includes:
the sending module 601 is configured to send a first number portability request to a preset number portability server.
The first number portability request comprises the compensation amount of the transfer-in operator to the transfer-out operator.
The receiving module 602 is configured to receive the number portability success message sent by the number portability server.
The number portability successful message is a message sent by the number portability server after the number portability server receives a number portability approval message sent by a transfer-out operator, and the number portability approval message is a message generated and sent to the number portability server under the condition that the transfer-out operator agrees to the compensation amount.
And the payment module 603 is configured to pay the remittance money to the remittance operator according to the reimbursement amount, so that the number portability server addresses the terminal according to the communication number of the terminal in the terminal addressing request under the condition that the terminal addressing request of the third-party operator is received.
The operator server that this embodiment provided, send first number portability request to the number portability server of presetting carrying through sending module, and receive the successful message of number portability that the number portability server sent through receiving module, and pay the reimbursement money to the operator of roll-out according to the indemnity amount by payment module, for the number portability server under the condition of the terminal addressing request of receiving third party operator, the communication number addressing terminal according to terminal in the terminal addressing request, even if under the condition that the operator does not carry out timely unified update to number portability user's data, third party operator can address the terminal through number portability server, the success rate of addressing terminal has been improved, avoid number portability user to miss the receipt information, user's number portability experience has been promoted.
A fifth aspect of the present application provides a terminal addressing system. Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a terminal addressing system according to a seventh embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 7, the terminal addressing system 700 includes: a terminal 701, a roll-out operator 702, a roll-in operator 703, a number portability server 704 and a third party operator 705.
The terminal 701 is a device with a requirement for number portability. The transfer-out operator 702 is a home operator before the terminal 701 transfers a number without a carry. The transfer-in operator 703 is an operator to which the terminal 701 is to be transferred through number portability. The number portability server 704 is a server set by an authority for realizing a terminal addressing method. The third party operator 705 is an operator other than the transfer-in operator 703 and the transfer-out operator 702.
Fig. 8 is a schematic signaling interaction diagram of a terminal addressing method according to an eighth embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the signaling interaction procedure includes:
in step S801, the terminal 701 sends a third number portability request to the transfer operator 703.
In the method, the terminal 701 sends a third number portability request to the hand-in operator 703 when there is a number portability requirement.
In step S802, after the transfer-in operator 703 receives the third number portability request, the transfer-in operator 703 determines the amount of the compensation to the transfer-in operator 703, and generates a second number portability request according to the amount of the compensation.
In step S803, the transfer operator 703 transmits the second number portability request to the terminal 701.
Step S804, the switching operator 703 generates a network switching public key and a network switching private key for the terminal 701.
In step S805, the transfer operator 703 sends the network transfer public key to the number portability server 704.
Step S806, the switching operator 703 sends the network switching private key to the terminal 701 through a preset channel.
In step S807, the terminal 701 receives the second number portability request and the network portability private key, and signs the second number portability request using the network portability private key to generate the first number portability request.
In step S808, the terminal 701 sends the first number portability request to the transfer operator 703.
In step S809, the forwarding operator 703 forwards the first number portability request to the number portability server 704.
In step S810, the number portability server 704 receives the first number portability request, and verifies the signature of the first number portability request by using the public network portability key of the terminal 701.
In step S811, if the signature of the first number portability request is verified, the number portability server 704 forwards the first number portability request to the transfer-out operator 702.
In step S812, the roll-out operator 702 receives the first number portability request, obtains the compensation amount according to the first number portability request, and the roll-out operator 702 determines whether to approve the compensation amount proposed by the roll-in operator 703, and in case of approving the compensation amount, the roll-out operator 702 generates a number portability approval message.
In step S813, the forwarding operator 702 sends the number portability approval message to the number portability server 704.
In step S814, the number portability server 704 receives the number portability approval message and generates a number portability success message.
In step S815, the number portability server 704 sends the number portability success message to the hand-in operator 703.
In step S816, the transfer-in operator 703 receives the number portability success message, and then pays the indemnity to the transfer-out operator 702 according to the indemnity amount.
In step S817, the third party operator 705 sends a terminal 701 addressing request to the portable number transfer server 704.
In step S818, the number portability server 704 receives the addressing request of the terminal 701, and determines the corresponding ported-in operator 703 of the terminal 701 according to the communication number of the terminal 701.
In step S819, the number portability server 704 addresses the terminal 701 through the portability operator 703, and establishes a connection between the third-party operator 705 and the terminal 701.
It should be noted that each module referred to in this embodiment is a logical module, and in practical applications, one logical unit may be one physical unit, may be a part of one physical unit, and may be implemented by a combination of multiple physical units. In addition, in order to highlight the innovative part of the present invention, elements that are not so closely related to solving the technical problems proposed by the present invention are not introduced in the present embodiment, but this does not indicate that other elements are not present in the present embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A terminal addressing method is provided, the terminal is a number portability terminal, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
forwarding a first number portability request sent by a transfer-in operator to a transfer-out operator, wherein the first number portability request comprises an indemnity amount of the transfer-in operator to the transfer-out operator;
receiving a number portability approval message returned by the roll-out operator, wherein the number portability approval message is returned when the roll-out operator approves the compensation amount;
generating and sending a number portability success message to the transfer-in operator so that the transfer-in operator can pay the reimbursement money to the transfer-out operator according to the reimbursement amount;
and addressing the terminal according to the communication number of the terminal in the terminal addressing request under the condition of receiving the terminal addressing request sent by the third-party operator.
2. The terminal addressing method according to claim 1, wherein the first number portability request is a request generated after the terminal signs a second number portability request, and the second number portability request is a request generated by the transfer-in operator according to the indemnity amount of the transfer-out operator after receiving a third number portability request sent by the terminal;
the forwarding of the first number portability request sent by the transfer-in operator to the transfer-out operator includes:
receiving the first number portability network forwarding request sent by the switching-in operator;
verifying the signature of the first number portability request;
and forwarding the first number portability request to the roll-out operator under the condition that the signature of the first number portability request is verified.
3. The terminal addressing method according to claim 2, wherein after receiving the first number portability request sent by the transfer-in operator and before verifying the signature of the first number portability request, further comprising:
receiving a network switching public key of the terminal sent by the switching operator;
the verifying the signature of the first number portability request comprises:
and verifying the signature of the first number portability request based on the network portability public key of the terminal.
4. The terminal addressing method according to claim 1, wherein in a case of receiving a terminal addressing request sent by a third-party operator, addressing the terminal according to a communication number of the terminal in the terminal addressing request includes:
receiving a terminal addressing request sent by the third-party operator, wherein the terminal addressing request comprises a communication number of the terminal;
determining the transfer-in operator corresponding to the terminal according to the communication number of the terminal;
the terminal is addressed by the transfer-in operator.
5. A terminal addressing method is provided, the terminal is a number portability terminal, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a first number portability request to a preset number portability server, wherein the first number portability request comprises the compensation amount of a transfer-in operator to a transfer-out operator;
receiving the number portability success message sent by the number portability server, paying the reimbursement money to the number portability operator according to the compensation amount, so that the number portability server can address the terminal according to the communication number of the terminal in the terminal addressing request under the condition that the number portability server receives the terminal addressing request of a third-party operator, wherein the number portability success message is received by the number portability server and sent after the number portability approval message sent by the number portability operator is received, and the number portability approval message is generated and sent to the number portability server under the condition that the number portability server agrees to the compensation amount.
6. The terminal addressing method according to claim 5, wherein before sending the first number portability request to the preset number portability server, the method further comprises:
receiving a third number portability request sent by the terminal, and determining the compensation amount of the transfer-out operator;
generating a second number portability request according to the compensation amount, and sending the second number portability request to the terminal;
and receiving the first number portability request returned by the terminal, wherein the first number portability request is a request generated after the terminal signs the second number portability request.
7. The terminal addressing method of claim 6, wherein the receiving the third number portability request sent by the terminal and determining the reimbursement amount for the transfer-out operator comprises:
receiving a third number portability request sent by the terminal, wherein the third number portability request comprises a communication number of the terminal;
verifying the authenticity of the communication number of the terminal through the roll-out operator;
under the condition that the communication number of the terminal is determined to be a real number, acquiring account balance information of the terminal and credit information of the terminal;
and determining the compensation amount of the transfer-out operator according to the account balance information of the terminal and the credit information of the terminal.
8. The terminal addressing method according to claim 6, wherein after generating the second number portability request according to the compensation amount and sending the second number portability request to the terminal, and before receiving the first number portability request returned by the terminal, the method further comprises:
setting the communication number of the terminal as a network switching public key of the terminal;
generating a network switching private key of the terminal based on a preset initial key, a public parameter and a network switching public key of the terminal;
sending the network switching private key of the terminal to the terminal through a preset channel;
and sending the network forwarding public key of the terminal to the number portability server.
9. A server for number portability, comprising: the number portability module and the addressing module;
wherein, number portability module includes:
the system comprises a sending unit, a receiving unit and a sending unit, wherein the sending unit is configured to forward a first number portability request sent by a transfer-in operator to a transfer-out operator and send a number portability success message to the transfer-in operator so that the transfer-in operator can pay indemnity to the transfer-out operator according to an indemnity amount, and the first number portability request comprises the indemnity amount of the transfer-in operator to the transfer-out operator;
a receiving unit, configured to receive a number portability approval message returned by the roll-out operator, wherein the number portability approval message is a message returned when the roll-out operator approves the compensation amount;
the generating unit is configured to generate the number portability success message;
the addressing module is configured to address the terminal according to a communication number of the terminal in a terminal addressing request when the terminal addressing request sent by a third-party operator is received.
10. A carrier server, comprising:
the system comprises a sending module, a receiving module and a sending module, wherein the sending module is configured to send a first number portability request to a preset number portability server, and the first number portability request comprises an amount of compensation of a transfer-in operator for a transfer-out operator;
the receiving module is configured to receive a number portability successful message sent by the number portability network server, wherein the number portability successful message is a message sent by the number portability network server after receiving a number portability approval message sent by the roll-out operator, and the number portability approval message is a message generated and sent to the number portability network server under the condition that the roll-out operator approves the compensation amount;
and the payment module is configured to pay the benefits to the remittance operator according to the compensation amount, so that the number portability server can address the terminal according to the communication number of the terminal in the terminal addressing request under the condition that the number portability server receives the terminal addressing request of the third-party operator.
