Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
With the development of science and technology, the application of self-service terminals is more and more common. At present, before resource transfer is performed by using a face image based on a self-service terminal, a user needs to register an account in a certain internet platform in advance, perform real-name authentication under the registered account, enter the face image, activate a function of performing resource transfer by using the face image, and also need to recharge or bind a bank card in a resource transfer account corresponding to the registered account, and then, the user can perform resource transfer by using the face image based on the self-service terminal. The resource transfer process is not friendly to users who do not register the Internet platform and users who do not bind bank cards or recharge in resource transfer accounts corresponding to registered accounts, the early-stage preparation work required by the resource transfer by using the face images is more complicated, and the limitation of the resource transfer by using the face images is higher.
In view of the above, an embodiment of the present application provides a resource transfer method, please refer to fig. 1, which shows an implementation environment schematic diagram of the resource transfer method provided in the embodiment of the present application. The implementation environment may be a resource transfer system 10, the resource transfer system 10 including a target terminal 11 and a target operator server 12. The target terminal 11 and the target operator server 12 are configured to perform one or more steps of the resource transfer method provided by the embodiment of the present application.
The target terminal 11 may obtain the resource transfer amount, the communication number information, and the face image information of the target user, and send the resource transfer amount, the communication number information, and the face image information to the target operator server 12. The target operator server 12 may authenticate the target user based on the received communication number information and face image information, and transfer the amount of communication charges corresponding to the resource transfer amount in the target account corresponding to the communication number information when the authentication is passed.
Alternatively, the target terminal 11 shown in fig. 1 may be a self-service terminal, which is generally disposed in public places such as supermarkets and shopping malls and enables users to enjoy various convenient services, such as ordering service, charging service, communication service, etc., in a self-service manner. The target operator server 12 may refer to a server capable of providing a communication service, such as a china mobile server, a china unicom server, or a china telecom server, etc. The target operator server 12 may be one server, or a server cluster composed of multiple servers, or a cloud computing service center, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
The target terminal 11 establishes a communication connection with the target operator server 12 through a wired and/or wireless network. The wired network may be a metropolitan area network, a local area network, an optical fiber network, and the like, and the Wireless network may be a mobile communication network, a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) network, and the like.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the target terminal 11 and the target operator server 12 are only examples, and other existing or future target terminals or target operator servers may also be included in the scope of the present application, as applicable, and are herein incorporated by reference.
Based on the implementation environment shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a resource transfer method, which is applied to an interaction process between a target terminal and a target operator server. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a resource transfer method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps:
in step 201, the target terminal obtains self-service resource transfer information, where the resource transfer information includes a resource transfer number, communication number information, and face image information of a target user using self-service.
The target terminal is any self-service terminal capable of transferring resources by using the face image, and the target user is any user needing to transfer resources on the target terminal by using the face image. The target terminal can provide one or more self-service services, wherein the self-service services refer to services operated and used by a user in a self-service mode, and the self-service services can be on-line services or off-line services. For example, the target terminal may provide offline services such as a vending service, a charging service, and a communication service, or may provide online services such as a meal ordering service. The self-service provided by the target terminal is generally referred to as paid service, that is, the target user needs to perform resource transfer on the self-service. When the target terminal detects that the resource transfer mode selected by the target user is resource transfer by using the face image, the self-service terminal needs to acquire resource transfer information of self-service so as to facilitate resource transfer of the self-service subsequently. It should be noted that the process of resource transfer in the embodiment of the present application refers to a process of resource transfer using a face image, and in the following description, resource transfer using a face image is simply referred to as resource transfer.
The resource transfer information includes, but is not limited to, the number of resource transfers, communication number information, and facial image information of the target user using the self-service. The resource transfer amount refers to an amount to be transferred by using the self-service, for example, the resource transfer amount may refer to an amount to be paid; the communication number information is information for identifying a communication number, and may be, for example, a communication number of a target user or an identifier of a SIM (subscriber identity Module) card corresponding to the communication number. The identifier of the SIM card may specifically be an IMSI number (International Mobile Subscriber Identity), an MSISDN number (Mobile Subscriber number), or the like. The face image information of the target user refers to information related to the face image of the target user for resource transfer, and includes but is not limited to the face image for resource transfer, information describing the face image, and the like. Illustratively, the information describing the face image may refer to information describing a distance of the face image from the target terminal, information describing brightness of the face image, and the like.
It should be noted that different types of self-service provided by the target terminal may correspond to different resource transfer procedures. In general, the resource transfer process of self-service includes the following two types:
the first resource transfer process: firstly, a target account for resource transfer is determined, then resources are transferred in the target account, and after the transfer is successful, the target terminal provides self-service.
In the resource transfer process, before the target terminal provides self-service, the resource transfer amount, the communication number information and the face image information of the target user corresponding to the self-service need to be acquired, so as to complete the process of transferring the amount of the resource corresponding to the resource transfer amount in the target account. It should be noted that, the sequence of acquiring the resource transfer quantity, the communication number information, and the face image information of the target user in the resource transfer process is not limited in the embodiment of the present application, and the sequence may be set according to experience, or may be freely adjusted according to the type of the self-service, and is acquired only before the self-service is provided.
Optionally, in the resource transfer process, the self-service terminal may store a corresponding relationship between the type of the self-service and the resource transfer amount, and when the type of the self-service selected by the target user is determined, the resource transfer amount may be obtained based on the corresponding relationship between the type of the self-service and the resource transfer amount.
And a second resource transfer process: firstly, a target account for resource transfer is determined, then a target terminal provides self-service, and after the self-service is finished, resources are transferred in the target account.
In the resource transfer process, before providing self-service, a target terminal needs to acquire communication number information and face image information of a target user to complete a process of determining a target account for resource transfer; and after the self-service is finished, the target terminal acquires the resource transfer quantity according to the service condition of the self-service so as to finish the process of transferring the resource with the amount corresponding to the resource transfer quantity in the target account. That is, in the resource transfer process, the communication number information and the face image information of the target user need to be acquired first, and then the resource transfer quantity needs to be acquired. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the order of obtaining the communication number information and the face image information of the target user in the resource transfer process is not limited, and all the information needs to be obtained before providing self-service.
Optionally, in the resource transfer process, the self-service terminal may store a corresponding relationship between the use condition of the self-service and the resource transfer amount, after the self-service is finished, the target terminal may determine the use condition of the self-service, and then obtain the resource transfer amount based on the corresponding relationship between the use condition of the self-service and the resource transfer amount. The usage includes, but is not limited to, a usage duration, a usage degree, and the like.
In any of the above resource transfer processes, the target terminal needs to acquire resource transfer information of the self-service, that is, the resource transfer amount, the communication number information, and the face image information of the target user using the self-service. The process of obtaining the resource transfer amount is described in the above, and then, the process of obtaining the communication number information and the face image information of the target user is described.
Optionally, before the target terminal acquires the resource transfer information of the self-service, a communication number input box and a face image acquisition box are displayed based on a self-service triggering instruction; and displaying reminding information in the face image acquisition frame. The reminding information is used for reminding a target user to place a human face in the human face image acquisition frame. The process of the target terminal acquiring the communication number information and the face image information of the target user is as follows: and the target terminal acquires the communication number information input by the target user in the communication number input box and acquires the face image information of the target user acquired in the face image acquisition box. For example, as shown in fig. 3 (1), the interface of the target terminal may display a communication number input box and a face image collection box in the interface of the target terminal, and display the reminding information in the face image collection box in the form of a text "please place a face in the face image collection box". And after the target user inputs the communication number in the communication number input box, the target terminal acquires the communication number information input by the target user in the communication number input box. When the target user places the face in the face image acquisition frame, the image acquisition device of the target terminal acquires the face image information of the target user. Therefore, the target terminal acquires the face image information of the target user acquired in the face image acquisition frame. The image capturing device in the embodiments of the present application is not limited, and for example, the image capturing device may be a video camera or a still camera.
Optionally, before the image acquisition device acquires the face image information, the target terminal may first determine whether the face to be acquired is a real face, and acquire the face image information if the face to be acquired is a real face; if the face to be collected is not a real face, error information can be displayed on the interface. For example, the manner of the target terminal determining whether the face to be acquired is a real face may be: the image acquisition device of the target terminal scans the concave-convex curved surface of the face to be acquired through the distance sensor, if the corresponding concave-convex curved surface of the face exists, the face to be acquired can be considered to be a real face, and if the concave-convex curved surface of the face does not exist, the face to be acquired can be considered not to be the real face, possibly the face in a photo and the like. In addition, in order to further ensure that the acquired face image information includes a real face image, before the acquisition, the target terminal may prompt the target user to perform a corresponding action, and detect the action, for example, prompt the target user to blink, open the mouth, and the like. Or, the target terminal may not give a prompt, but directly detect whether the target user has an action of blinking, opening a mouth, and the like, if the corresponding action is detected, the face to be acquired may be considered to be a real face, and if the corresponding action is not detected, the face to be acquired may be considered not to be a real face.
When the face to be acquired is judged to be a real face, the image acquisition device of the target terminal can acquire the face image information of the target user, and therefore the target terminal acquires the face image information of the target user. Optionally, after the target terminal acquires the face image information of the target user, the target terminal may verify the face image in the face image information to determine whether the face image in the face image information is qualified. Optionally, the process of verifying the face image by the target terminal may be: and verifying whether the form of the face image meets the form requirement and verifying whether the content of the face image meets the content requirement.
Illustratively, the form may refer to the resolution, brightness, etc. of the image; the content may refer to the proportion of the face in the image, the integrity of the face, etc. The form requirement may be that the resolution of the image is not lower than the lowest resolution threshold, the brightness of the image is not lower than the lowest brightness threshold and not higher than the highest brightness threshold, etc.; the content requirement can be that the proportion of the face in the image is not lower than the lowest proportion threshold value, the integrity of the face is not lower than the lowest integrity threshold value, and the like. The minimum resolution threshold, the minimum brightness threshold, the maximum brightness threshold, the minimum proportion threshold, and the minimum integrity threshold may be set empirically, or may be freely adjusted according to an application scenario, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, the lowest resolution threshold may be set to 72DPI (Dots Per Inch Per inc), the lowest integrity threshold may be set to 95%, etc.
If the verification of the face image in the face image information is not passed, the face image information of the target user can be collected again until the verification of the face image in the face image information is passed; if the verification of the face image in the face image information passes, the step 202 may be continuously performed.
Optionally, the target terminal may display the face image information in an interface after acquiring the face image information, so that the target user determines whether to use the face image information for a subsequent resource transfer process. For example, as shown in (2) of fig. 3, a face image acquired by the image acquisition device may be displayed in an interface of the target terminal, and the target user may be prompted in a text form of "whether to use the following face image for resource transfer", when a trigger instruction of the target user for "yes" is detected, step 202 may be continuously performed, and when a trigger instruction of the target user for "no" is detected, face image information of the target user may be acquired again.
In step 202, the target terminal determines a target operator server corresponding to the communication number information based on the communication number information.
The operator server refers to a server capable of providing communication services, such as a domestic chinese telecommunication server, a chinese mobile server, a china unicom server, and the like. The operator server may be a server constructed by an operator, or may also be a server authorized by the operator, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. The target operator server is a server that provides a communication service based on the communication number information, that is, the target operator server is a server of an operator to which the communication number belongs.

The method for the target terminal to determine the target operator server based on the communication number information may be as follows: and the target terminal extracts the number segment characteristics of the communication number from the communication number information and determines a target operator server according to the number segment characteristics of the communication number. The number segment characteristics of the communication number generally refer to the first three digits of the communication number. Optionally, the method for the target terminal to determine the target operator server according to the number segment characteristic of the communication number may be: and matching the number segment characteristics with the communication number segment table to obtain a target operator to which the number segment characteristics belong, thereby determining a target operator server. The communication number segment table can be established according to a number segment standard issued by the ministry of industry and telecommunication, the communication number segment table is used for indicating the corresponding relation between an operator and a number segment capable of issuing a number, and the communication number segment table can be shown as table 1.
Wherein, CT represents China telecom, CU represents China Unicom, CM represents China Mobile, and the target operator to which the number segment characteristics of the communication number belong can be determined by matching the number segment characteristics of the communication number with the number segments of the issuable numbers in the table 1. For example, assuming that the number segment characteristic of the communication number is 133, it may be determined that the target operator is a chinese telecommunications, that is, the target operator server corresponding to the communication number information is a chinese telecommunications server.
It should be noted that the self-service terminal may execute step 202 after acquiring part of the resource transfer information (communication number information) of the self-service, that is, the target terminal may execute step 202 without acquiring all of the resource transfer information (resource transfer number, communication number information, and face image information of the target user).
In step 203, the target terminal transmits the resource transfer amount, the communication number information, and the face image information to the target operator server.
After the target operator server is determined, the target terminal can send the acquired resource transfer quantity, the communication number information and the face image information to the target operator server so that the target operator server can perform a subsequent resource transfer process.
Optionally, according to different resource transfer processes corresponding to the self-service, the manner in which the target terminal sends the acquired resource transfer quantity, the acquired communication number information, and the acquired face image information to the target operator server may also be different:
when the resource transfer process corresponding to the self-service is a resource transfer process I, the self-service terminal can simultaneously send the resource transfer quantity, the communication number information and the face image information to the target operator server so as to reduce the interaction times between the target terminal and the target operator server; the communication number information and the face image information can be sent to the target operator server, and after the target operator determines the target account, the resource transfer quantity is sent to the target operator server, so that the communication data volume in each interaction process between the target terminal and the target operator server is reduced.
When the resource transfer process corresponding to the self-service is the resource transfer process two, the target terminal can firstly send the communication number information and the face image information to the target operator server, and then send the resource transfer quantity to the target operator server after the self-service is finished.
It should be noted that, a communication connection needs to be established between the target terminal and the target operator server to implement an interaction process between the target terminal and the target operator server, and the manner of establishing the communication connection between the target terminal and the target operator server is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In step 204, the target operator server receives the resource transfer amount of the target terminal, the communication number information, and the face image information of the target user using the self-service.
After the target terminal sends the resource transfer quantity, the communication number information and the face image information of the target user to the target operator server, the target operator server can receive the resource transfer quantity, the communication number information and the face image information of the target user.
Optionally, the target operator server may receive the resource transfer amount, the communication number information, and the face image information of the target user at the same time according to different ways in which the target terminal transmits the resource transfer amount, the communication number information, and the face image information of the target user; or the communication number information and the face image information of the target user can be received first, and then the resource transfer quantity is received. This is not limited in the examples of the present application. It should be noted that, before performing the following steps 205 and 206, the target operator server needs to receive the communication number information and the facial image information of the target user to perform identity authentication on the target user; before step 207 is performed, a resource transfer amount needs to be received to transfer an amount of communication charges corresponding to the resource transfer amount in the target account.
Optionally, after receiving the communication number information of the target user, the target operator server may perform validity verification on the communication number in the communication number information. When the validity of the communication number is verified, step 205 is executed; when the validity of the communication number is not verified, error information can be returned to the target terminal to prompt that the communication number information of the target terminal is wrong. It should be noted that, the target operator server stores all the communication numbers belonging to the operator and successfully opened, and the current states of the communication numbers. Optionally, the process of verifying the validity of the communication number by the target operator server may include the following two steps:
the method comprises the following steps: the target operator server inquires whether the communication number exists in all the stored communication numbers which are successfully opened, and if the communication number exists, the step two is executed; if the validity verification does not pass, the validity verification of the communication number is not passed.
Step two: the target operator server inquires the current state of the communication number, and if the current state of the communication number is a normal use state, the validity verification of the communication number is passed; and if the current state of the communication number is the abnormal use state, the validity verification of the communication number is not passed.
Optionally, the target operator server may store therein a status table for recording the current status of each communication number. The target operator server may look up the current status of the communication number in the status table. Alternatively, the current state in the state table may be represented by an encoding to save storage space of the state table. In this way, the target operator server also stores the correspondence between the code and the current state. The process of the target operator server inquiring the current state of the communication number may be: the target operator server firstly inquires a code for representing the current state of the communication number based on the communication number; and then inquiring the current state of the communication number based on the corresponding relation between the codes and the current state. The present embodiment does not limit the setting manner of the code in the current state, and for example, the code in the normal use state may be set to 0, and the code in the abnormal use state may be set to 1.
In step 205, the target operator server acquires real-name image information corresponding to the communication number information based on the communication number information.
The real-name image information refers to image information on an identity document of a real-name user corresponding to the communication number information.
It should be noted that the communication number requires the user to perform real-name authentication during the process of opening, that is, real-name authentication information corresponding to each communication number is stored in the target operator server. The real-name authentication information refers to information capable of uniquely identifying the identity of the user, and includes but is not limited to identity information of the user, for example, an identity document number of the user.
Optionally, the manner in which the target operator server obtains the real-name image information corresponding to the communication number information includes, but is not limited to, the following two manners:
the first method is as follows: the target operator server directly acquires real-name image information corresponding to the communication number information based on the local storage.
The precondition for this occurs that the real-name authentication information stored by the target operator server includes real-name image information. This way, the efficiency of acquiring the real-name image information corresponding to the communication number information can be improved.
The second method comprises the following steps: the target operator server acquires identity identification information corresponding to the communication number information based on the communication number information; sending the identity identification information to a verification system; and receiving real-name image information corresponding to the identity identification information fed back by the verification system.
This occurs on the premise that the real-name authentication information stored in the target operator server does not include real-name image information. The target operator server may directly obtain identification information corresponding to the communication number information from the local storage based on the communication number information, and then send the identification information to the verification system.
The verification system stores the identity document information of each user, including name, identity document number, image information on the identity document, and the like. After receiving the identification information sent by the target operator server, the verification system can inquire the real-name image information corresponding to the identification information in a database for storing the identification document information. The verification system may then send the real-name image information to the target operator server. Therefore, the target operator server receives the real-name image information corresponding to the identity identification information fed back by the verification system. The real-name image information corresponds to the identification information and the identification information corresponds to the communication number information, so that the real-name image information corresponds to the communication number information. The method can reduce the memory occupied by the target operator server.
It should be noted that, a communication connection needs to be established between the target operator server and the verification system to implement an interaction process between the target operator server and the verification system, and the manner of establishing the communication connection between the target operator server and the verification system is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In step 206, the target operator server performs authentication on the target user based on the real-name image information and the face image information.
The real-name image information refers to face image information of a real-name user corresponding to the communication number information, and the face image information refers to face image information of a target user to be subjected to resource transfer. And the target operator server can carry out identity authentication on the target user based on the real-name image information and the face image information, namely, whether the target user is the same as the real-name user corresponding to the communication number information is verified.
Optionally, the target operator server may perform identity authentication on the target user based on the real-name image information and the face image information in the following manner: and the target operator server acquires the characteristic information of the real-name image based on the real-name image information, acquires the characteristic information of the face image based on the face image information, and matches the characteristic information of the real-name image with the characteristic information of the face image. The feature information may refer to information of each facial organ, including but not limited to forehead, eyes, nose, mouth, chin, etc. The target operator server can acquire the characteristic information of the real-name image and the characteristic information of the face image based on the face recognition technology, and the specific implementation mode of acquiring the characteristic information is not limited in the embodiment of the application.
Optionally, the process of matching the feature information of the real-name image and the feature information of the face image by the target operator server may be: carrying out similarity matching on the information of each facial organ of the real-name image and the information of the corresponding facial organ of the face image in sequence, and if the similarity of any facial organ in the two images is not lower than a similarity threshold value, indicating that the facial organs in the two images are successfully matched; if the similarity of any facial organ in the two images is lower than the similarity threshold, the facial organ matching failure in the two images is indicated. The similarity threshold may be set empirically, or may be freely adjusted according to an application scenario, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application, and for example, the similarity threshold may be set to 95%. When the reference number of facial organs in the two images are successfully matched, it is indicated that the target user and the real-name user corresponding to the communication number information are the same user, that is, the identity verification of the target user is passed, and then step 207 may be executed; otherwise, it is indicated that the target user and the real-name user corresponding to the communication number information are different users, that is, the identity authentication of the target user fails, and at this time, error information may be returned to the target terminal.
Optionally, after the target operator server performs identity authentication on the target user, the target operator server may send a result of performing identity authentication on the target user to the target terminal, so that the target terminal receives the result of performing identity authentication on the target user, which is fed back by the target operator server.
After receiving the result of authenticating the target user, which is fed back by the target operator server, the target terminal may analyze the result of authenticating the target user. Responding to the result of the identity verification of the target user to indicate that the identity verification of the target user fails, namely when the result of the identity verification of the target user indicates that the identity verification of the target user fails, prompting that the target user cannot perform resource transfer; in response to the result of authenticating the target user indicating that the target user passes the authentication, that is, when the result of authenticating the target user indicates that the target user passes the authentication, the resource transfer response confirmation information of the target user may be acquired. And the resource transfer response confirmation information of the target user is used for indicating that the target user agrees to transfer the communication charge in the target account corresponding to the communication number information. Optionally, the manner of the target terminal obtaining the resource transfer response confirmation information of the target user may be: the target terminal displays prompt information in the interface, the prompt information is used for indicating that communication cost is transferred in the target account, and resource transfer response confirmation information of the target user is obtained based on a confirmation instruction of the prompt information.
For example, as shown in fig. 4 (1), a text of "whether to transfer the communication charges in the destination account corresponding to the communication number information" is displayed in the interface of the destination terminal, and when the trigger operation of "yes" by the destination user is detected, the destination terminal acquires the confirmation instruction for the prompt information, so that the destination terminal acquires the resource transfer response confirmation information of the destination user. When the trigger operation of the target user on 'no' is detected, the target terminal acquires the denial instruction of the prompt information, and at the moment, the user can be prompted to fail in resource transfer.
After acquiring the resource transfer response confirmation information of the target user, the target terminal can send the resource transfer response confirmation information of the target user to the target operator server; and the target operator server receives the resource transfer response confirmation information of the target user fed back by the target terminal. The target operator server may then perform step 207 based on the resource transfer response acknowledgement information of the target user.
In step 207, in response to the authentication of the target user passing, the target operator server transfers an amount of communication charges corresponding to the resource transfer amount in the target account corresponding to the communication number information.
In response to the authentication of the target user passing, that is, when the authentication of the target user passes, the target operator server may use an account corresponding to the communication number information as a target account in which the amount of communication charges corresponding to the resource transfer amount is transferred.
Optionally, for a case that the target operator server may receive resource transfer response confirmation information of the target user fed back by the target terminal, the target operator server transfers, based on the resource transfer response confirmation information of the target user, a communication charge of an amount corresponding to the resource transfer amount in a target account corresponding to the communication number information. In this way, the security of the communication charges of the target user can be further increased.
Optionally, before transferring the communication charges corresponding to the amount of resource transfer in the target account, the target operator server may determine a size relationship between the amount of communication charges in the target account and the amount of resource transfer. In response to the amount of the communication charges in the target account not being less than the resource transfer amount, that is, when the amount of the communication charges in the target account is not less than the resource transfer amount, the target operator server transfers the communication charges in the target account in an amount corresponding to the resource transfer amount; in response to the amount of the communication charges in the target account being less than the resource transfer amount, that is, when the amount of the communication charges in the target account is less than the resource transfer amount, the target operator server may feed back information indicating that the balance is insufficient to the target terminal. That is to say, the target operator server needs to receive the resource transfer amount before transferring the communication charges corresponding to the resource transfer amount in the target account, where the resource transfer amount may be received simultaneously with the communication number information and the face image information, or may be received after receiving the communication number information and the face image information, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
Alternatively, the target operator server may transfer an amount of the resource corresponding to the transferred communication charge to the specified account after transferring the amount of the communication charge corresponding to the amount of the resource transfer in the target account. The designated account may refer to a local account of the target terminal, or may refer to an account of a third-party platform corresponding to the self-service provided by the target terminal, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The target operator server may obtain a result of transferring the communication charges after transferring the communication charges of the amount corresponding to the resource transfer amount in the target account, and may then transmit the result of transferring the communication charges to the target terminal. Wherein the result of transferring the communication charges is a transfer success or a transfer failure. The target terminal may receive the result of transferring the communication charges fed back by the target operator server and then inform the target user of the result of transferring the communication charges. The informing method may be to display "transfer success", "transfer failure" and the like in a text form in an interface of the target terminal, or to prompt the target user of transfer success or transfer failure and the like in a voice form.
It should be noted that, for the self-service in which the target account for resource transfer is determined first in the resource transfer process, then the target terminal provides self-service, and after the self-service is finished, the resource is transferred in the target account, and when the result of the transfer communication cost fed back by the target operator server is that the transfer is successful, the target terminal provides the self-service for the target user. For example, as shown in (2) of fig. 4, assuming that the self-service is a vending service, when the result of transferring the communication charges is that the transfer is successful, the target terminal may place the item purchased by the target user at a position that can be directly obtained by the target user, and then display text contents such as "transfer is successful, please take away the item purchased" in the interface of the target terminal, and may also display related information of the item, such as an item name, a resource transfer amount, a position where the item is located, and the like.
Optionally, after receiving the result of transferring the communication cost fed back by the target operator server, the target terminal may display the recommendation information on a display interface of the result of transferring the communication cost. The recommendation information may refer to marketing information of a third party company having a cooperative relationship with the target terminal, or may refer to promotion information for self-service, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. For example, as shown in (3) of fig. 4, in addition to the text of "transfer success", a marketing message "available for application a" corresponding to application a may be displayed on the display interface of the result of transferring communication charges, so as to attract more users to use application a, thereby increasing the utilization rate of application a and increasing the profit of the developer of application a.
Taking the resource transfer process as a face-brushing payment process as an example, the whole resource transfer process may be as shown in fig. 5, and the process may include the following steps: 1. a target user swipes a face at a target terminal and inputs a communication number; 2. the target terminal analyzes a target operator to which the communication number belongs according to the communication number; 3. the target terminal sends the payment amount (resource transfer amount), the communication number and the face image to a target operator server; 4. the target operator server determines an identity document number corresponding to the communication number according to the communication number; 5. the target operator server sends the identity document number to a verification system; 6. the verification system determines a real-name image corresponding to the identity document number according to the identity document number; 7. the verification system sends the real-name image to a target operator server; 8. the target operator server carries out identity authentication on the target user according to the real-name image and the face image; 9. the target operator server sends the identity verification result to the target terminal; 10. when the authentication result indicates that the authentication of the target user passes, the target terminal displays prompt information for indicating that the communication charge is to be deducted (transferred) from the target account; 11. the target user operates the prompt message; 12. when a confirmation instruction of the target user for the prompt message is detected, the target terminal acquires payment response (resource transfer response) confirmation information; 13. the target terminal sends payment response confirmation information to the target operator server; 14. the target operator server deducts the communication cost of the amount corresponding to the payment amount from the target account; 15. the target operator server sends a result of deducting the communication cost to the target terminal; 16. and the target terminal displays the result of deducting the communication cost and the recommendation information. According to the face-swiping payment process, the communication connection is established between the target terminal and the target operator server, the face-swiping payment can be achieved by being separated from an internet platform account system, a bank card does not need to be bound or a value is added to an internet account by a user, and the face-swiping payment can be completed by directly using the communication cost in the account corresponding to the communication number. In addition, the consumption of communication cost by the user can be promoted, and the income is brought to the operator.
In the related art, the pre-stage preparation for resource transfer by using a face image at a target terminal comprises the following three steps: 1. registering on an internet platform to obtain a registered account; 2. performing real-name authentication and inputting a face image on the Internet platform based on the registered account; 3. and binding a bank card in the resource transfer account corresponding to the registered account number or recharging. Since the communication numbers of the users are authenticated by real names, the prior preparation of the resource transfer in the embodiment of the application only needs to open the communication numbers and pay the communication fees, and in the process of registering the internet platform in the related technology, the users often need to open the communication numbers and pay the communication fees, so that the registration can be successful. Therefore, compared with the related art, the resource transfer process provided by the embodiment of the application is simple in early preparation, only the user needs to open the communication number and pay the communication cost, other early preparations are not needed, and the user group facing the resource transfer is wider. In addition, compared with the prior art that the resource transfer process is completed through the interaction of the self-service terminal and the server of the Internet platform, the resource transfer process is completed through the interaction of the self-service terminal and the operator server, so that the operator server can realize the function of resource transfer for the self-service of the self-service terminal besides the traditional function of providing communication service, and the function of the operator server is expanded.
In the embodiment of the application, based on the interactive process of the target terminal and the target operator server, the resource transfer process can be completed according to the resource transfer quantity, the communication number information and the face image information of the target user. The pre-preparation work required by the process of resource transfer by using the face image is simple, the pre-preparation work is friendly to users of unregistered Internet platforms, the application range of resource transfer by using the face image is wider, and the self-service is favorably used for attracting more users to use in a mode of resource transfer by using the face image, so that the utilization rate of resource transfer by using the face image is improved.
