Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an asset information modification method according to another embodiment of the present application, where an execution subject of the method is a server. As shown in fig. 4, the asset information change method provided by the present application includes:
s401, the server receives a first authentication request generated when a first communication number is logged in the client for the first time.
The first authentication request includes a first communication number and authentication information corresponding to the login first communication number.
S402, when the verification is passed, acquiring the possession condition of the original communication number by the user using the first communication number.
The verification pass means that the verification information in the first authentication request acquired in step S401 is the same as the verification information corresponding to the first communication number stored in the local.
Acquiring the possession of the original communication number by the user using the first communication number means that the user using the first communication number also owns and logs in at the client using another communication number before logging in at the client using the number, wherein the other communication number is called the original communication number. In an embodiment, the user using the first communication number can obtain the possession of the original communication number by sending an inquiry instruction containing the possession to the client through the server, the client sends the inquiry instruction to the user interactive information in a voice broadcast/image display mode, and the client sends the feedback information to the server after receiving the feedback information of the user.
And when the verification is passed, acquiring the possession condition of the original communication number by the user using the first communication number, if the user owns the original communication number, entering the step S403, and if not, entering the step S405.
S403, acquiring the original communication number and the corresponding verification information, and acquiring the user identity information corresponding to the original communication number.
Before acquiring the original communication number and the corresponding verification information, the server needs to send an identity verification request for acquiring the original communication number and the corresponding verification information to the client.
And after the client acquires and sends the original communication number and the corresponding verification information to the server, the server verifies the acquired information. And if the verification is passed, the user is indicated to have the original communication number and the first communication number at the same time. The method can directly acquire the user identity information of the user when the user uses the original communication number and takes the information as the identity information corresponding to the first communication number, so that the step that the user inputs the identity information again is replaced, and the efficiency of the user using the client is improved. The user identity information corresponding to the original communication number can be obtained by inquiring the original communication number in a locally stored identity mapping table. The user identity information includes identity card information, biological information or historical operation information.
S404, obtaining an identity corresponding to the original communication number, and binding the identity with the first communication number and the user identity information.
The identity is a number corresponding to a communication number, and when the communication number is associated with identity information, the identity also corresponds to the identity information.
The identity corresponding to the original communication number is obtained by inquiring the communication number in an identity mapping table.
The step of binding the identity with the first communication number and the user identity information means that the first communication number is added to the communication number corresponding to the identity in the identity map, and the user identity information associated with the identity is also bound with the first communication number.
When the information binding is completed, the process proceeds to step S408.
S405, sending an identity information acquisition instruction to the client.
Because the user does not own the original communication number, the first communication number is the first account held by the user in the home network, that is, the user is a new user, and the server does not store the identity information corresponding to the user. The identification information of the user needs to be collected to ensure the relevance between the user and the asset information generated in the process of using the first communication account, so that the loss of the corresponding asset information after the first communication account is lost is prevented.
And S406, generating an identity corresponding to the first communication number, and binding the identity with the first communication number and the acquired user identity information.
When the server receives the identity information collected and sent by the client, the server generates an identity corresponding to the first communication number according to a preset identity generation rule, and binds the identity with the first communication number and the obtained user identity information, wherein the binding process is explained in detail in step S404, and is not described here again.
In addition, when the server does not receive the identity information collected and sent by the client, the server also generates the identity corresponding to the first communication number, but the identity is only associated with the first communication number and cannot be associated with the user identity information, so that the server generates prompt information for inputting the identity information and sends the prompt information to the client to realize risk reminding for the user.
And S407, associating the asset information generated by the user on the client and the corresponding asset identification with the identity identification.
The asset information generated by the user on the client refers to the internet equity assets obtained when the user performs life consumption in internet service after logging in the first communication number.
Associating asset information with a corresponding asset identification is accomplished by adding the asset information, asset identification, and mapping relationship into an asset mapping table.
The association of the asset identifier with the identity identifier is achieved by adding the asset identifier, the identity identifier and the correspondence into an asset identifier mapping table.
And S408, receiving the asset information change request sent by the client.
The asset information change request represents a request for a user to change asset information between different accounts within the same type of client.
More specifically, the asset information change request is to transfer the asset information associated with the first communication number into the second communication number.
The receiving of the asset information change request sent by the client is explained in detail in step S201, and is not described here again.
And S409, acquiring the service condition of the first communication number sent by the client.
The first communication number use case refers to a case whether the user is currently using the first communication number. The server generates a service condition inquiry request containing the first communication number information and sends the request to the client, and the client sends the feedback information to the server after obtaining the feedback of the user.
When the number is still in use, the process proceeds to step S410, otherwise, the process proceeds to step S413.
S410, sending a first authentication acquisition request for acquiring the first communication number and the authentication information corresponding to the first communication number to the client.
The verification message includes, but is not limited to, an account password and a verification code.
S411, receiving the first communication number and the corresponding verification information sent by the client, and sending a second identity verification request for obtaining a second communication number and the corresponding verification information to the client.
The type of the verification information of the second communication number is the same as the type of the verification information of the first communication number, and the verification information is explained in step S410 and is not described herein again.
S412, receiving the second communication number and the corresponding verification information sent by the client, and obtaining first asset information related to the first communication number according to the obtained data.
The first asset information related to the first communication number is obtained by inquiring the first communication number in the identity representation mapping table to obtain a corresponding first identity, and then the first identity is inquired in the asset representation mapping table to determine the first asset information.
S413, obtaining the first communication number and at least one user identity information related thereto sent by the client, verifying the identity information or performing identity verification by manual verification, and sending a request for obtaining the second communication number and corresponding verification information to the client.
When the user does not use the first communication number currently, if the user binds the identity information of the user in the process of using the first communication number, the identity can be verified through the user identity information associated with the number.
The first communication number and at least one kind of associated user identity information thereof are respectively verified, wherein the user identity information comprises identity card information, biological information or historical operation information. The authentication of the identity information of the user is explained in detail in step S302, and is not described in detail here.
If the user does not bind the corresponding identity information in the process of using the first communication number, the user cannot pass the identity information for verification. The user can perform identity verification through manual review. The identity verification by using manual review is the prior art, and is not described herein again.
When this step is completed, the process proceeds to step S412.
And S414, transferring and/or combining the first asset information associated with the first communication number into the second asset information associated with the second communication number according to the asset type, and releasing the association relationship between the first communication number and the first asset information.
The asset transfer and merging has been explained in detail in steps S305 to S307, which are not described herein.
In the technical scheme, the server realizes the binding of the user and the asset information under the condition that the user holds different communication numbers through the association of the identity information, the verification information, the identity identification and the asset information, and on the basis, the information of the user is verified in various ways of acquiring the identity information according to the use conditions of different communication numbers, so that the retrieval and transfer of the associated asset are realized, the direct association of the user and the account information through the own identity information is realized, and the stability of the asset information held by the user is further improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an asset information change method according to another embodiment of the present application, where an execution subject of the method is a client. As shown in fig. 5, the asset information modification method provided by the present application includes:
s501, acquiring an original communication number, a new communication number and user identity information.
The original communication number, the new communication number, and the user identity information are already explained in step S201, and are not described herein again.
The original communication number and the new communication number can be obtained by inputting a corresponding mobile phone number in the client by a user.
In an embodiment, the user identity information may be obtained by a client in a manner of directly collecting the user identity information.
And S502, generating an asset information change request according to the original communication number, the new communication number and the user identity information.
The asset information change request is used for enabling the server to carry out identity verification by using user identity information, determining a first identity corresponding to an original communication number and a second identity corresponding to a new communication number from an identity mapping table when the verification is passed, determining a first asset identity corresponding to the first identity and a second asset identity corresponding to the second identity from the asset identity mapping table, acquiring first asset information related to the first asset identity, associating the first asset information with the second asset identity, and removing the association relation between the first asset information and the first asset identity.
The process that the client generates the asset information change request according to the original communication number, the new communication number and the user identity information specifically comprises the following steps S5021 to S5025:
s5021, acquiring the original communication number and the original identity authority information.
The original communication number is obtained in step S501, where the original identity authority information is obtained by setting the user identity information obtained in step S501 as the original identity authority information.
And S5022, generating a pre-change identity authentication request according to the original communication number and the original identity authority information.
Wherein, the original communication number and the original identity authority information are obtained from step S5021.
The identity authentication request before change refers to a request for authenticating the corresponding relationship between the original communication number and the original identity authority information.
S5023, sending a client identity verification request before changing to the server, wherein the identity verification request before changing is used for enabling the server to verify the identity before changing according to the original communication number and the original identity authority information, and sending a first response message to the client after the verification is passed.
Wherein the authentication request before change is acquired from step S5022.
The verification request can be used for analyzing the corresponding original communication number and the original identity authority information through the server, wherein the generation and the analysis of the request are both in the prior art, and are not described again here.
The server receives the identity authentication request before the change, and performs the identity authentication and the generation and transmission of the first response message, which are explained in detail in step S302 and are not described herein again.
The first response message is a message sent by the server to the client for feeding back the authentication result.
And S5024, acquiring the new communication number and the corresponding verification information, and generating a changed identity verification request according to the new communication number and the verification information.
Wherein the new communication number is acquired from step S501.
The verification information is information which is acquired by the client and is input together with the new communication number when the server performs identity verification on the new communication number.
The explanation of the changed authentication request and the authentication information is explained in detail in step S303, and is not described herein.
The terminal has two different states according to different obtained information in the registration process of the new communication number:
when the data acquired by the client comprises the new communication number and the registration identity information, the client generates a first registration request according to the data and sends the first registration request to the server, so that the server performs identity verification according to the registration identity information, generates an asset identifier when the verification is passed, and associates the asset identifier with the new communication number.
And when the data acquired by the client only comprises the new communication number, the client generates a second registration request according to the data and sends the request to the server, so that the server takes the new communication number as the asset identifier. Since the second registration request does not include the registration identity information, the identity authentication cannot be performed, and thus the asset information generated based on the new communication number of the second registration request is associated only with the communication number and the identity corresponding to the communication number.
S5025, sending the changed identity verification request to the server.
The changed identity authentication request is used for enabling the server to perform identity authentication according to the new communication number and the corresponding identity information, wherein the identity authentication request, the new communication number and the corresponding identity information are all acquired from the step S5024.
In the technical scheme, the client acquires the communication number, the verification information and the user identity information required by the server to assist the server to process the asset information corresponding to the identity associated with the user identity information according to the acquired data, so that the direct control of the user on the asset information is improved, and the loss rate of the asset held by the user is reduced.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application provides an asset information modification apparatus 600, where the apparatus 600 includes:
the obtaining module 601 is configured to receive an asset information change request sent by a client. Wherein the asset change request includes an original communication number, a new communication number, and user identity information.
The processing module 602 is configured to perform identity authentication using the user identity information, and determine, from the identity mapping table, a first identity corresponding to the original communication number and a second identity corresponding to the new communication number when the authentication is passed.
The processing module 602 is further configured to determine, from the asset identification mapping table, a first asset identification corresponding to the first identity and a second asset identification corresponding to the second identity.
The obtaining module 601 is further configured to obtain first asset information associated with the first asset identifier.
The processing module 602 is further configured to associate the first asset information with the second asset identification, and contact association information between the first asset information and the first asset identification.
As shown in fig. 7, an embodiment of the present application provides another asset information modification apparatus 700, where the apparatus 700 includes:
the obtaining module 701 is configured to obtain an original communication number, a new communication number, and user identity information.
The processing module 702 generates an asset information change request according to the original communication number, the new communication number, and the user identity information. The asset information change request is used for enabling the server to carry out identity verification by using user identity information, determining a first identity identifier corresponding to an original communication number and a second identity identifier corresponding to a new communication number from an identity identifier mapping table when the verification is passed, determining a first asset identifier corresponding to the first identity identifier and a second asset identifier corresponding to the second identity identifier from the asset identifier mapping table, acquiring first asset information related to the first asset identifier, associating the first asset information with the second asset identifier, and removing the association relation between the first asset information and the first asset identifier.
The obtaining module 701 is further configured to obtain an original communication number and original identity authority information.
In an embodiment, the processing module 702 is further configured to:
and generating a pre-change identity authentication request according to the original communication number and the original identity authority information.
And sending a client-side identity change verification request to the server, wherein the identity change verification request is used for enabling the server to carry out identity verification before change according to the original communication number and the original identity authority information, and sending a first response message to the client side after the verification is passed.
The obtaining module 701 is further configured to obtain a new communication number and corresponding verification information, and generate a changed authentication request according to the new communication number and the verification information;
the processing module 702 is further configured to send a post-change identity verification request to the server; and the changed identity authentication request is used for enabling the server to perform identity authentication according to the new communication number and the corresponding identity information.
As shown in fig. 8, an embodiment of the present application provides a server 800, where the server 800 includes a memory 801 and a processor 802.
Wherein the memory 801 is used for storing computer instructions executable by the processor;
the processor 802, when executing the computer instructions, performs the steps of the asset information change method with the server as the execution subject in the above-described embodiments. The following description of the embodiment of the asset information change method using the server as the execution subject may be referred to specifically.
Alternatively, the memory 801 may be separate or integrated with the processor 802. When the memory 801 is provided separately, the server 800 further includes a bus for connecting the memory 801 and the processor 802.
As shown in fig. 9, an embodiment of the present application provides a client 900, where the client 900 includes a memory 901 and a processor 902.
Wherein the memory 901 is used for storing computer instructions executable by the processor;
the processor 902, when executing the computer instructions, implements the steps of the asset information change method with the client as the execution subject in the above embodiments. For details, reference may be made to the related description in the foregoing asset information change method embodiment in which the client is taken as the execution subject.
Alternatively, the memory 901 may be separate or integrated with the processor 902. When the memory 901 is provided separately, the client 900 further includes a bus for connecting the memory 901 and the processor 902.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer instructions are stored, and when the processor executes the computer instructions, the steps in the language data processing method in the foregoing embodiment are implemented.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer program product, which includes computer instructions, and the computer instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the steps in the language data processing method in the foregoing embodiment.

Claims (14)

1. An asset information change method, applied to a server, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a server receives an asset information change request sent by a client, wherein the asset information change request comprises an original communication number, a new communication number and user identity information;
the server uses the user identity information to carry out identity verification, and determines a first identity corresponding to the original communication number and a second identity corresponding to the new communication number from an identity mapping table when the verification is passed;
the server determines a first asset identifier corresponding to the first identity identifier and a second asset identifier corresponding to the second identity identifier from an asset identifier mapping table;
and the server acquires first asset information associated with the first asset identifier, associates the first asset information with the second asset identifier and releases the association relationship between the first asset information and the first asset identifier.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the server receiving the asset information change request sent by the client specifically includes:
the method comprises the steps that a server receives a pre-change identity authentication request sent by a client, wherein the pre-change identity authentication request comprises an original communication number and original identity authority information;
the server carries out identity verification before changing according to the original communication number and the original identity authority information, and sends a first response message to the client after the verification is passed;
receiving a changed identity authentication request sent by a client; wherein the changed authentication request includes the new communication number and corresponding authentication information to perform authentication.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the original identity authority information includes identity card information, biometric information, or historical operation information, and the authentication before change is performed by the server according to the original communication number and the original identity authority information, specifically including any one of:
comparing the identity card information with identity card information associated with the original communication number obtained by searching an identity mapping table;
comparing the biological information with the biological information associated with the original communication number obtained by searching an identity mapping table;
and comparing the historical operation information with the historical operation information associated with the original communication number obtained by searching an identity mapping table.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
and the server acquires second asset information associated with the second asset identifier and combines the first asset information and the second asset information.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
the server acquires an asset server address corresponding to the first asset information and generates a change notification according to the asset server address;
the server sends a change notification to the asset server.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a server receives a first registration request sent by a client, wherein the first registration request comprises a new communication number and registration identity information;
and performing identity verification according to the registered identity information, generating an asset identifier when the verification is passed, and associating the asset identifier with the new communication number.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
the server receives a second registration request sent by the client, wherein the second registration request comprises a new communication number;
and using the new communication number as an asset identification.
8. An asset information change method, applied to a client, includes:
the client acquires an original communication number, a new communication number and user identity information;
the client generates an asset information change request according to the original communication number, the new communication number and the user identity information;
the asset information change request is used for enabling a server to carry out identity verification by using the user identity information, determining a first identity corresponding to the original communication number and a second identity corresponding to the new communication number from an identity mapping table when the verification is passed, determining a first asset identity corresponding to the first identity and a second asset identity corresponding to the second identity from an asset identity mapping table, acquiring first asset information related to the first asset identity, and associating the first asset information with the second asset identity to remove the association relationship between the first asset information and the first asset identity.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the client generating the asset information change request according to the original communication number, the new communication number, and the user identity information specifically comprises:
the client acquires an original communication number and original identity authority information;
the client generates a pre-change identity authentication request according to the original communication number and the original identity authority information;
the client sends a client identity verification request before change to the server, wherein the identity verification request before change is used for enabling the server to carry out identity verification before change according to the original communication number and the original identity authority information, and sends a first response message to the client after the verification is passed;
the client acquires the new communication number and corresponding verification information, and generates a changed identity verification request according to the new communication number and the verification information;
sending the changed identity authentication request to the server; and the changed identity authentication request is used for enabling the server to perform identity authentication according to the new communication number and the corresponding identity information.
10. The method according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the method further comprises:
acquiring a new communication number and registration identity information, and generating a first registration request according to the new communication number and the registration identity information;
and sending a first registration request to the server, wherein the first registration request is used for enabling the server to carry out identity authentication according to the registration identity information, generating an asset identifier when the authentication is passed, and associating the asset identifier with the new communication number.
11. The method according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the method further comprises:
acquiring a new communication number, and generating a second registration request according to the new communication number;
and sending a second registration request to the server, wherein the second registration request is used for enabling the server to use the new communication number as an asset identifier.
12. A server, comprising: a processor and a memory communicatively coupled to the processor;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the processor executes computer-executable instructions stored by the memory to implement the asset information modification method of any of claims 1 to 7.
13. A client, comprising: a processor and a memory communicatively coupled to the processor;
the memory stores computer-executable instructions;
the processor executes computer-executable instructions stored by the memory to implement the asset information modification method of any of claims 8 to 11.
14. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions for implementing the asset information modification method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, or 8 to 11 when executed by a processor.
