specifically, the user logs out the APP account or stops using the service, the APP prompts that the user needs to cancel using the data asset, the user confirms that the user agrees to cancel the right, and the APP sends a user data asset right-removing request to the VSP.
Step S702: the VSP sends a user Internet service relation table service deletion request to the UDCP, wherein the user Internet service relation table service deletion request carries a user number, an APP ID and an APP address;
step S703: the UDCP deletes the APP ID and APP address corresponding to the user number in the user Internet service relation table;
specifically, the UDCP deletes the APP ID and APP address in the APP ID list and APP address list.

step S804: the UDCP returns an internet service information table query result to the VSP, and the internet service information table query result carries a user data dictionary;

Step S805: after receiving the query result of the Internet service information table, the VSP sends a data query request to the UDCP, wherein the data query request carries a user number and a user data table name list in a user data dictionary;
step S806: the UDCP inquires a service data set corresponding to the user number in each user service data table corresponding to the user data table name list;
step S807: the UDCP sends a data query request result to the VSP, and the data query request result carries a service data set;
step S808: the VSP returns the traffic data set to the user.
Embodiments 2 to 3 provide a user data asset copy obtaining method and an operator network system, which start with an operator who is a necessary access for a user to surf the internet, and establish a user personal data asset management system according to a GDPR principle based on the control power of the operator on a user network and the natural advantages of data asset management of the user, that is, the user generates a data ownership belonging to the user, but not an internet manufacturer, and the operator assists the user in mastering own data assets, so that the user can conveniently obtain a personal data copy. The user signs a contract with the operator for data asset management service, the operator provides a service request sent by an APP client belonging to an internet manufacturer for internal virtual APP application processing of an operator network system, so that user service data is stored in the operator network system to facilitate the user to acquire own data assets, and the problems that in the prior art, the user cannot know own data asset conditions and cannot acquire personal data asset copies, and the problems that the user time is wasted and the efficiency is low due to the fact that the internet manufacturers are numerous and no uniform copy acquisition process exists can be solved.
It will be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments taken to illustrate the principles of the present invention, which is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A user data asset management method applied to an operator network system, the method comprising:
receiving a service request sent by an APP client, wherein the service request carries a user number;
judging whether a user corresponding to the user number signs a contract for data asset management service or not;
if the data asset management service is signed, judging whether the APP has the user data asset use right;
and if the judgment result is yes and the name of the user service data table required to be operated by the service request is contained in the preset data table name, providing the service request for the internal virtual APP for processing.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of receiving the service request sent by the APP client, the method further comprises:
receiving a service opening request sent by an internet service platform, wherein the service opening request carries an APPID and a user data dictionary, and the user data dictionary comprises a user data table name list and a user data table structure list;
creating an internet service information table, and adding the APPID and the user data dictionary to the created internet service information table;
creating the user service data table according to the user data table structure list;
sending a virtual application deployment request to an internet service platform;
receiving virtual application deployment feedback information sent by an internet service platform, wherein the virtual application deployment feedback information comprises a virtual APP code corresponding to the APP ID;
according to the virtual APP codes and the created user service data table, deployment of the internal virtual APP is achieved;
and the preset data table name is a data table name in the user data table name list.
3. The method for managing user data assets according to claim 2, wherein before the step of determining whether the user corresponding to the user number signs up for the data assets management service, the method further comprises:
receiving a data asset management service opening request sent by a terminal, wherein the data asset management service opening request carries the user number;
creating a user Internet service relation table, and adding the user number to the created user Internet service relation table;
and updating the pre-stored user subscription data corresponding to the user number and increasing the data asset management service subscription information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the step of implementing deployment of the internal virtual APP application according to the virtual APP application code and the created user service data table, the method further comprises:
receiving a user data asset authorized use request sent by an APP client, wherein the user data asset authorized use request carries the user number and the APP ID;
adding the APP ID to an APP ID list corresponding to the user number in the user Internet service relation table;
judging whether the APP has the user data asset use right comprises the following steps:
and inquiring whether the APP ID list corresponding to the user number in the user Internet service relation table comprises the APP ID corresponding to the APP, and if so, judging that the APP has the user data asset use right.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein after the step of adding the APPID to the APP ID list corresponding to the user number in the user Internet service relationship table, the method further comprises:
receiving a user data asset right removing request sent by an APP client, wherein the user data asset right removing request carries a user number and an APP ID;
and deleting the APP ID in the APP ID list corresponding to the user number in the user Internet service relation table.
6. A user data asset copy acquisition method is applied to an operator network system, and comprises the following steps:
the user data asset management method of any of claims 1-5; and the number of the first and second groups,
receiving a user data asset copy acquisition request sent by a terminal, wherein the user data asset copy acquisition request carries a user number;
acquiring a service data set corresponding to the user number in each user service data table corresponding to a preset data table name;
and sending the service data set to a terminal.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the user data asset management method is the management method according to claim 2, and the user data asset copy acquisition request further carries an APPID;
before the step of querying the service data set corresponding to the user number in each user service data table corresponding to the preset data table name, the method further includes:
inquiring a user data dictionary corresponding to the APP ID in the Internet service information table;
and the preset data table name is a data table name in a user data table name list in the user data dictionary.
8. An operator network system, comprising: a Home Subscriber Server (HSS)/a unified data management network element (UDM), an internet Virtual Service Platform (VSP) and a data asset control platform (UDCP);
the HSS/UDM is used for receiving a service request which is sent by an APP client and carries a user number, judging whether a user corresponding to the user number signs a data asset management service or not, and sending a first confirmation signal to the UDCP when the judgment result is yes;
the UDCP is used for judging whether the APP has the user data asset use right or not when receiving the first confirmation signal, and sending a preset data table name to the VSP when the judgment result is yes;
the VSP is used for judging whether the name of a user service data table needing to be operated by the service request is contained in the name of a preset data table after receiving the name of the preset data table sent by the UDCP, and if so, providing the service request for internal virtual APP application processing.
9. The carrier network system of claim 8,
the VSP is also used for receiving a service opening request sent by an Internet service platform, wherein the service opening request carries an APP ID and a user data dictionary, and the user data dictionary comprises a user data table name list and a user data table structure list;
the UDCP is also used for creating an Internet service information table and adding the APPID and the user data dictionary to the created Internet service information table;
the UDCP is also used for creating the user service data table according to the user data table structure list;
the VSP is further used for sending a virtual application deployment request to an Internet service platform and receiving virtual application deployment feedback information sent by the Internet service platform, wherein the virtual application deployment feedback information comprises a virtual APP code corresponding to the APP ID;
the VSP is also used for realizing the deployment of the internal virtual APP according to the virtual APP codes and the created user service data table;
and the preset data table name is a data table name in the user data table name list.

the VSP is also used for receiving a user data asset copy acquisition request sent by a terminal, wherein the user data asset copy acquisition request carries a user number;
the UDCP is also used for inquiring a service data set corresponding to the user number in each user service data table corresponding to a preset data table name;
