For a clear understanding of the technical solutions of the present application, the prior art solutions will be described in detail first.
In the prior art, tax administration requires locality. For example, national tax administration requires value added tax to be administered in provincial units. Namely, the collection of the value-added tax, the tax payment and the region of billing should be kept consistent. All are the same province. Therefore, in some communication service scenarios, due to the regional requirement of tax administration, some communication services cannot be realized when crossing regions. For example, when a user handles a sales service (i.e. logs out of a service number of an operator and releases a product ordering agreement with the operator), the unused communication expense is required to be transferred to other relatives and friends numbers of the same operator, the user number and the relatives and friends numbers belong to different provinces, and when the balance of the communication expense is transferred across provinces, if the balance of the communication expense is determined to be sent out of a place for invoice, the balance of the communication expense cannot be transferred across provinces at present, so that the transfer of the communication expense of the user across regions cannot be smoothly performed.
After creatively researching the technical problems in the prior art, the inventor has territory for meeting the management requirement of tax, and because the balance of the communication expense is issued in the area where the transfer-out user is located, and the balance of the communication expense is transferred to the transfer-in user in a trans-regional way, operators in the area where the transfer-in user is located can issue regional invoices according to the account-out data of the balance of the communication expense transferred in by the transfer-in user, the payee of the regional invoice is the regional operator where the transfer-out user is located, and the payer is the regional operator where the transfer-in user is located. Furthermore, the tax management regional requirement is met, and smooth transfer of the communication expense of the cross-regional user can be ensured.
The inventor proposes the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention based on the creative discovery. The application scenario of the cross-region user communication expense transfer method provided by the embodiment of the invention is introduced below.
As shown in fig. 1, the application scenario of the cross-regional user communication fee transfer method provided in this embodiment includes: an electronic device 1 and a data management system 2. A user data management subsystem 21 and a zone data management subsystem 22 may be included in the data management system 2. The regional data management subsystem 22 may be, for example, a provincial data management subsystem. The user management subsystem 21 can comprise account balance management, account transaction detail management, invoice amount management, invoice issuing and reimbursement detail management and the like, so that the user account and the invoice can be managed. The regional data management subsystem 22 may also include account balance management, account transaction detail management, invoice amount management, invoice issuing and reimbursement detail management, and the like, so as to realize the management of accounts and invoices in the region. The electronic device 1 may receive a transfer of communication charges request triggered by a transfer-out user or a sales person user. Wherein the communication fee transfer request includes: transfer-out user identification information, transfer-in user identification information and communication fee transfer limit. The electronic equipment 1 obtains the region where the user is located and whether the communication charge transfer amount has issued regional invoices from the user data management subsystem according to the transfer-out user identification information and the transfer-in user identification information, further judges whether the inter-regional invoice issuing triggering condition in the trans-regional communication charge transfer process is met, transfers the communication charge transfer amount from the transfer-out user account to the transfer-in user account if the inter-regional invoice issuing triggering condition in the trans-regional communication charge transfer process is confirmed to be met, and issues inter-regional invoices according to the account issuing data of the transfer-in user account, wherein a payee of the inter-regional invoice is a regional operator where the transfer-out user is located, and a payer is a regional operator where the transfer-in user is located. And the account balance and transaction details of the in-and out-going users may be updated in the user data management subsystem 21. The corresponding invoice credit and invoice statement are updated in the regional data management subsystem 22.
The following describes the technical scheme of the present invention and how the technical scheme of the present application solves the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a cross-regional user communication fee transfer method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, an implementation main body of the cross-regional user communication fee transfer method according to the embodiment is a cross-regional user communication fee transfer device, and the device may be integrated in an electronic apparatus, and the electronic apparatus may be a computer, a server or a server cluster, so that the cross-regional user communication fee transfer method according to the embodiment includes the following steps.
Step 101, obtaining a communication expense transfer request, wherein the communication expense transfer request comprises the following steps: transfer-out user identification information, transfer-in user identification information and communication fee transfer limit.
In this embodiment, an application program corresponding to the cross-domain user communication fee transfer method is loaded in the electronic device. When the transfer-out user has a communication fee transfer requirement, the communication fee transfer request can be triggered by the salesman user or the transfer-out user through the client or the webpage of the application program.
Before triggering the communication fee transfer request, the salesman user or the outgoing user can select or input the outgoing user identification information, the incoming user identification information and the communication fee transfer limit on an operation interface of a client side or a webpage of the application program, so that when triggering the communication fee transfer request, the communication fee transfer request comprises: transfer-out user identification information, transfer-in user identification information and communication fee transfer limit.
The identification information of the forwarding user may be a phone number, an identification card number, etc. of the forwarding user, which uniquely indicates the forwarding user. Similarly, the identification information of the transfer-in user can also be the telephone number of the transfer-in user, the identification card number and the like uniquely represent the information of the transfer-in user. The communication fee transfer amount is a communication fee amount that needs to be transferred from the outgoing user account to the incoming user account.
And 102, judging whether a triggering condition for issuing an inter-region invoice in the process of transferring the trans-regional communication expense is met according to the transfer-out user identification information, the transfer-in user identification information and the communication expense transfer limit.
In this embodiment, when determining whether the inter-region invoice issuing triggering condition in the inter-region invoice issuing process in the inter-region communication fee transferring process is satisfied, it is required to determine whether the communication fee transferring amount has issued an intra-region invoice corresponding to the transferring user, and also determine whether the transferring user and the transferring user are inter-region users. If the communication charge transfer limit is determined to issue an invoice in the region corresponding to the transfer-out user, and the transfer-out user and the transfer-in user are cross-regional users, the inter-region invoice issue triggering condition in the cross-regional communication charge transfer process is determined to be met. Otherwise, determining that the inter-region invoice issuing triggering condition in the trans-regional communication charge transfer process is not satisfied.
The invoice issuing or reimbursement time, invoice type, head-up, amount, tax rate, project and the like are recorded in invoice issuing and reimbursement detail management of the user data management subsystem, and the association relation between the invoice and each expense is recorded. Therefore, specifically, the user data management subsystem can be firstly queried whether the communication expense transfer allowance is invoiced in the region according to the transferred user identification information and the communication expense transfer allowance. If the communication charge transfer limit is determined to be an inter-regional invoice, inquiring whether the transfer-out user and the transfer-in user are cross-regional users or not from the user data management subsystem according to the transfer-out user identification information and the transfer-in user identification information, and if the transfer-out user and the transfer-in user are determined to be the cross-regional users, determining that inter-regional invoice issuing triggering conditions in the cross-regional communication charge transfer process are met. Otherwise, determining that the inter-region invoice issuing triggering condition in the trans-regional communication charge transfer process is not satisfied.
It can be understood that the manner of judging whether the inter-region invoice issuing triggering condition in the trans-regional communication expense transfer process is satisfied according to the transfer-out user identification information, the transfer-in user identification information and the communication expense transfer limit may be other manners, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 103, if it is determined that the inter-regional invoice issuing triggering condition in the trans-regional communication charge transfer process is met, transferring the communication charge transfer amount from the transfer-out user account to the transfer-in user account, and issuing the inter-regional invoice according to the account-out data of the transfer-in user account, wherein a payee of the inter-regional invoice is an area operator where the transfer-out user is located, and a payer is an area operator where the transfer-in user is located.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the inter-region invoice issuing triggering condition in the cross-region communication fee transfer process is satisfied, the transfer-out user account and the transfer-in user account in the user management subsystem are obtained. And transferring the communication fee transfer amount from the transfer-out user account to the transfer-in user account, namely deducting the communication fee transfer amount in the transfer-out user account. And adding a communication fee transfer amount in the transferred user account.
It can be appreciated that in the balance management of the subscriber account in the transfer-in and the subscriber account in the transfer-out, in addition to the real-time increase or decrease of the communication fee transfer amount, a separate account book is also provided for the communication fee transferred across the area for management. And recording account transaction details in the user management subsystem, including: transaction time, transaction type, originating number, receiving number, amount, ledger type, etc. The amount is the communication expense transfer limit, and the account book type is a type of transregional and regional invoices are issued.
In this embodiment, in order to also satisfy the management regional requirement of tax after the transfer of communication charges across regions. After transferring the communication charge transfer amount from the transfer-out user account to the transfer-in user account, a regional invoice needs to be issued according to the account-out data of the transfer-in user account, a payee of the regional invoice is a regional operator where the transfer-out user is located, a payer of the regional invoice is a regional operator where the transfer-in user is located, and the regional invoice is issued to the account of the regional operator where the transfer-in user is located, so that the communication charge transfer amount is satisfied to be consumed by the transfer-in user in the region where the transfer-in user is located, and the regional operator where the transfer-in user is located is charged, tax payment and invoicing.
When issuing an inter-regional invoice according to the account issuing data transferred to the user account, the amount of the issued inter-regional invoice needs to be ensured to be consistent with the communication charge transfer amount.
According to the cross-regional user communication expense transfer method provided by the embodiment, the communication expense transfer request is obtained, and the communication expense transfer request comprises the following steps: transferring out user identification information, transferring in user identification information and transferring a communication fee amount; judging whether a triggering condition of inter-region invoice issuing in the trans-regional communication charge transfer process is met according to the transfer-out user identification information, the transfer-in user identification information and the communication charge transfer limit; and if the inter-region invoice issuing triggering condition in the trans-regional communication charge transferring process is met, transferring the communication charge transferring amount from the transferring-out user account to the transferring-in user account, and issuing the inter-region invoice according to the account discharging data of the transferring-in user account, wherein a payee of the inter-region invoice is an area operator where the transferring-out user is located, and a payer is an area operator where the transferring-in user is located. When the inter-region invoice issuing triggering condition in the trans-regional communication expense transferring process is met, the fact that the communication expense balance is issued in the region where the transferring user is located is indicated, so that after the communication expense balance is transferred from the transferring user to the trans-regional transferring user, the inter-region invoice can be issued by an operator in the region where the transferring user is located according to the issuing data of the communication expense balance transferred by the transferring user, the requirement of tax management territory is met, and smooth inter-region user communication expense transferring can be ensured.

As an alternative implementation, in this embodiment, step 202 includes the following steps:
step 2021, judging whether the outgoing user and the incoming user are trans-regional users according to the outgoing user identification information and the incoming user identification information, if yes, executing step 2022, otherwise executing step 2024.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the region of the outgoing user may be queried from the user data management subsystem according to the outgoing user identification information, for example, which province the outgoing user is located. And inquiring the region of the transfer-in user from the user data management subsystem according to the identification information of the transfer-in user, such as the province where the transfer-in user is located, comparing the region of the transfer-out user with the region of the transfer-in user, and judging whether the transfer-out user and the transfer-in user are cross-region users. If the outgoing user and the incoming user are located in different identities, determining that the outgoing user and the incoming user are cross-regional users.
Step 2022, determining whether the communication fee transfer unit has issued an invoice in the region corresponding to the transfer user according to the transfer user identification information and the communication fee transfer unit, if yes, executing step 2023, otherwise executing step 2024.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the outgoing user and the incoming user are cross-regional users, then the invoice issuing and the return details management corresponding to the outgoing user in the user data management subsystem are accessed according to the identification information of the outgoing user, and whether the communication fee transfer unit won by the outgoing user issues an invoice is determined. The invoice is an invoice which is made by an operator in the area where the transfer-out user is located for the transfer-out user, so the invoice is an invoice in the area corresponding to the transfer-out user.
Step 2023, determining that the inter-region invoice issuing triggering condition in the trans-regional communication charge transfer process is met.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the communication fee transfer unit has issued an intra-regional invoice corresponding to the transfer user, it is determined that an inter-regional invoice issue triggering condition in the inter-regional communication fee transfer process is satisfied, and after the communication fee transfer is performed, it is required that an inter-regional invoice is issued to an operator in the area where the transfer user is located by an operator in the area where the transfer user is located according to the consumption condition of the transfer user for the communication fee transfer unit.
Step 2024, determining that the inter-regional invoice issuing triggering condition in the trans-regional communication charge transfer process is not satisfied.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the communication fee transfer unit does not issue an intra-region invoice corresponding to the transfer-out user or that the transfer-out user and the transfer-in user are the same region although the intra-region invoice corresponding to the transfer-out user is issued, it is determined that the inter-region invoice issue triggering condition in the trans-regional communication fee transfer process is not satisfied.
If it is determined that the communication fee transfer unit does not issue an intra-regional invoice corresponding to the transfer-out user, the transfer-out user and the transfer-in user are users in a region, and after the communication fee transfer unit is transferred from the transfer-out user account to the transfer-in user account, account balance and account transaction detail management of the transfer-out user account and the transfer-in user account in the user data management subsystem can be updated. And namely, deducting the communication fee transfer amount from the balance of the user account, and increasing the communication fee transfer amount from the balance of the user account. And records the transaction details of this communication fee transfer, including transaction time, transaction type, origination number, reception number, amount, and ledger type. The amount is the communication fee transfer amount, and the account book type is the gift type.
If it is determined that the communication fee transfer limit does not issue an intra-regional invoice corresponding to the transfer-out user, and the transfer-out user and the transfer-in user are cross-regional users, after the communication fee transfer limit is transferred from the transfer-out user account to the transfer-in user account, account balances and account transaction details of the transfer-out user and the transfer-in user in the user data management subsystem can be updated, and invoice limits and invoice issuing and return details of the transfer-out user and the transfer-in user in the user data management subsystem can be updated.
And 203, if it is determined that the inter-region invoice issuing triggering condition in the trans-regional communication charge transfer process is met, transferring the communication charge transfer amount from the transfer-out user account to the transfer-in user account.
In this embodiment, when the communication fee transfer amount is transferred from the transferring-out user account to the transferring-in user account, the account balance and account transaction detail management of the transferring-in user account and the transferring-out user account are updated in the user data management subsystem. And namely, deducting the communication fee transfer amount from the balance of the user account, and increasing the communication fee transfer amount from the balance of the user account. And records the transaction details of this communication fee transfer, including transaction time, transaction type, origination number, reception number, amount, and ledger type. The amount is the communication expense transfer limit, and the account book type is a type of transregional and regional invoices are issued.
Step 204, configuring the consumption priority of the communication fee limit and the communication fee transfer limit pre-existing in the transfer user.
In this embodiment, after transferring the communication fee transfer amount from the outgoing user account to the incoming user account, the salesman may configure the communication fee amount and the consumption priority of the communication fee transfer amount, which are pre-provided in the incoming user, according to the requirement of the incoming user. Or adopting a fixed configuration mode to configure the consumption priority of the communication expense limit and the communication expense transfer limit which are pre-existing in the transfer subscriber. The consumption priority of the communication charge transfer amount may be configured to be higher than the priority of the communication charge amount previously provided.
And step 205, carrying out communication fee limit consumption according to the configured consumption priority.
In this embodiment, the communication fee amount is consumed in the order of the consumption priority from high to low. If the consumption priority of the communication fee transfer amount is higher than the pre-existing communication fee amount, the communication fee transfer amount is consumed first when the user is transferred to consume the communication fee, and the pre-existing communication fee amount is consumed after the consumption of the communication fee transfer amount is completed.
And step 206, if the communication expense amount consumed is the communication expense transfer amount, marking the corresponding account-out data to determine target account-out data.
In this embodiment, tags with different communication fee amounts from the pre-existing communication fee amounts may be marked, and whether to consume the communication fee amounts may be monitored according to the unused tags. When the consumption communication expense amount is monitored to be the communication expense transfer amount, the corresponding account-out data is marked, and the marked account-out data is target account-out data, namely, the account-out data of the invoices among the main issuing regions.
Step 207, issuing an inter-regional invoice according to the account-out data transferred into the user account.
The receiving party of the inter-region invoice is the regional operator where the transfer-out user is located, and the paying party is the regional operator where the transfer-in user is located.
As an alternative implementation, in this embodiment, step 207 includes the following steps:
step 2071, obtaining current month destination account data transferred into the user account.
In this embodiment, the monthly fee may be configured in advance. And therefore, after the account data of the user is transferred into the target account data, the target account data of each month is acquired. For example, the target billing data of the first month is target billing data of 1 month, the target billing data of the second month is target billing data of 2 months, and the target billing data of the third month is target billing data of 3 months. However, some of the 3-month account data include account data corresponding to a communication fee amount previously provided.
Step 2072, if it is determined that the current destination account data is smaller than the communication fee transfer amount, accumulating the current destination account data and the next destination account data to obtain the current destination account accumulated value.
For example, the communication fee transfer unit is 100 yuan, and the current month targets account data and the communication fee transfer unit. If the account data of 1 month is 40 yuan and the communication expense transfer limit is 100 yuan, the account data of the current month is determined to be smaller than the communication expense transfer limit. The current target accounting data and the next target accounting data are accumulated to obtain a current target accounting accumulated value. Namely, accumulating the 40 elements of the 2-month account output data and the 30 elements of the 2-month target account output data to obtain a current target account output accumulated value of 70 elements.
Step 2073, if it is determined that the current target account accumulated value is smaller than the communication fee transfer limit, continuing to accumulate the current target account accumulated value and the adjacent next month target account data until the current target account accumulated value is greater than or equal to the communication fee transfer limit.
Step 2074, issuing an inter-domain invoice with the same credit as the communication charge transfer credit according to the current target account accumulated value and the communication charge transfer credit.
For example, if the current target account accumulated value is 70 yuan less than 100 yuan of the communication fee transfer amount, the current target account accumulated value and the adjacent target account data of the next month are accumulated, for example, the current target account accumulated value and the target account data 40 yuan of 3 months are accumulated, if the current target account accumulated value is 110 yuan greater than 100 yuan of the communication fee transfer amount, the 100 yuan of the communication fee transfer amount consumed by the user is transferred, and the pre-existing communication fee amount of 10 yuan is also included in the target account data 40 yuan of 3 months. Then invoices are made between regions with a communication fee transfer limit of 100 yuan. And the remaining 10 yuan invoices transferred into the region corresponding to the user.
In such an alternative embodiment, current month destination billing data is obtained for the user account; if the current month target account data is smaller than the communication expense transfer limit, accumulating the current month target account data and the next month target account data to obtain a current target account accumulated value; if the current target account-out accumulated value is determined to be smaller than the communication expense transfer limit, continuing to accumulate the current target account-out accumulated value and the adjacent next month target account-out data until the current target account-out accumulated value is greater than or equal to the communication expense transfer limit; and issuing an inter-region invoice with the same credit as the communication charge transfer credit according to the current target account accumulated value and the communication charge transfer credit. The monthly target account data can be accumulated, when the communication cost transferred to the user consumption is greater than or equal to the communication cost transfer limit, an inter-region invoice with the same limit as the communication cost transfer limit is issued, the frequency of issuing the inter-region invoice can be reduced, and resources are saved.
As another alternative implementation, in this embodiment, step 207 includes the following steps:
step 207a, obtaining current month destination account data transferred to the user account.
Step 207b, if it is determined that the current month destination account data is smaller than the communication fee transfer limit, an inter-regional invoice having the same limit as the current month destination account data is issued, and the next month destination account data is continuously acquired.
In this embodiment, the target account data of the first month is compared with the communication fee transfer amount, and if the target account data of the first month is smaller than the communication fee transfer amount, the regional invoice of the first month is directly issued, and the amount is the same as the target account data of the first month. For example, the destination accounting data of the first month is 40 yuan, the communication expense transfer limit is 100 yuan, and the invoice between the regions of the first month is 40 yuan. But the communication expense transfer limit is larger than the target account data of the first month, the next month target account data is continuously acquired.
In step 207c, the current destination accounting data and the current destination accounting data are accumulated to obtain the current destination accounting accumulated value.
Step 207d, if it is determined that the current target billing integrated value is smaller than the communication fee transfer amount, an inter-region invoice with the same amount of billing data is issued for the next target.
Step 207e, the current target account accumulated value and the adjacent next month target account data are accumulated continuously.
Step 207f, if it is determined that the current target account accumulated value is greater than the communication fee transfer amount, calculating the corresponding remaining communication fee transfer amount, and issuing an inter-regional invoice identical to the remaining communication fee transfer amount.
In this embodiment, the target account data of the first month and the second month are accumulated, if the target account data of the second month is 30 yuan, the accumulated account data is 70 yuan, and still is smaller than the communication expense transfer limit, and the regional invoice of the second month is 30 yuan. And continuing to accumulate the current target account-out accumulated value and the adjacent next month target account-out data. If the current target account-out accumulated value 70 element is accumulated with the third month target account-out data 40 element, the accumulated value is 110 element, which is larger than the communication expense transfer limit 100 element, the corresponding residual communication expense transfer limit is calculated to be 30 element, and only the regional invoice which is the same as the residual communication expense transfer limit is issued, for example, the regional invoice of 30 element is issued. And (3) completing invoice issuing among all regions corresponding to the communication transfer limit.
In such an alternative embodiment, current month destination billing data is obtained for the user account; if the current month target account data is determined to be smaller than the communication expense transfer limit, issuing an inter-region invoice which is the same as the current month target account data limit, and continuously acquiring the next month target account data; accumulating the current target account data and the current target account data to obtain a current target account accumulated value; if the current target account-out accumulated value is smaller than the communication expense transfer limit, issuing an inter-region invoice with the same account-out data of the target account-out of the next month; continuously accumulating the current target account-out accumulated value and adjacent next month target account-out data; if the current target account-out accumulated value is determined to be larger than the communication expense transfer limit, the corresponding residual communication expense transfer limit is calculated, and an inter-region invoice which is the same as the residual communication expense transfer limit is issued. After the communication expense transferred in each month is consumed, the invoices between the corresponding regions can be issued, and the issuing timeliness of the invoices can be ensured.
Optionally, in this embodiment, if the current target account accumulated value is greater than the communication fee transfer allowance, the method further includes:
and calculating the difference between the current target account accumulated value and the communication expense transfer limit.
And issuing invoices transferred into the region corresponding to the user according to the difference value.
In this embodiment, only the communication fee limit can issue the corresponding inter-region invoice. The pre-existing communication fee limit for the user to consume is paid and consumed by the user in the area, so that only invoices in the area corresponding to the user can be issued. If the current target account-out accumulated value is larger than the communication fee transfer amount, a part of the current target account-out accumulated value is a pre-existing communication fee amount, the pre-existing communication fee amount is a difference value between the current target account-out accumulated value and the communication fee transfer amount, and invoices transferred into a region corresponding to the user are issued for the difference value.
Step 208, updating corresponding invoice issuing limit and invoice issuing detail in a cross-regional account book transferred to an account of a regional operator where a user is located according to the regional invoice; and adding the regional invoice into an account of a regional operator where the outgoing user is located.
In this embodiment, if the transfer-in user and the transfer-out user are users with different provinces, the inter-regional invoice needs to be transferred between two provincial operators in the provincial data management subsystem, and the inter-regional invoice is added to the account where the provincial operators where the transfer-out user are located. And updating the corresponding invoice issuing amount and invoice issuing details transferred into the account of the province operator where the user is located. Specifically updating the cross-regional account book.
According to the cross-region user communication expense transfer method provided by the embodiment, before issuing an inter-region invoice according to the account-out data of the user account, the communication expense amount and the consumption priority of the communication expense transfer amount which are pre-arranged in the user are configured; according to the configured consumption priority, the communication expense amount is consumed; if the communication expense limit of the consumption is the communication expense transfer limit, marking the corresponding account-out data to determine target account-out data. By pre-configuring the consumption priority of the communication expense amount and the communication expense transfer amount which are pre-arranged in the user, the consumption sequence of the pre-arranged communication expense amount and the communication expense transfer amount can be determined, and the account corresponding to the communication expense consumption amount can be tracked better.
According to the cross-region user communication charge transfer method, when the inter-region invoice is issued according to the account issuing data transferred into the user account, the inter-region invoice can be issued monthly, the inter-region invoice can also be issued once, more selectivity can be provided, and the experience of the user for issuing the inter-region invoice is improved.
