One or more programs are stored in the memory 102 and configured to be executed by the processor 101, the programs including instructions to implement the charging method of any of the following embodiments:
based on the hardware structure of the device, various embodiments of the charging method of the application are provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a charging method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the charging method includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
01. acquiring service detail information and service provider information corresponding to a vehicle management service project;
the charging method of the embodiment of the application is used for charging the service fee of the service system. The charging method of the embodiment of the application can be realized by operating the charging system of the embodiment of the application by the equipment of the embodiment of the application. The charging system may be a separate charging system for charging a management fee or a charging system embedded in the service system. The service system may be, for example, but not limited to, a parking lot management system, a road toll management system, a shared car management system, etc.; correspondingly, the service terminal may be, for example, a parking lot management terminal corresponding to a parking lot management system, a road toll management terminal corresponding to a road toll management system, and a shared vehicle management terminal corresponding to a shared vehicle management system. The service terminal is used for completing corresponding vehicle management service projects in cooperation with the service system.
When the service system receives a service request of the service terminal, vehicle management service items corresponding to the service request are executed, one vehicle management service item comprises one or more service tasks, and after all the service tasks are completed, the service system can send a completion instruction to the charging system; or the charging system monitors the progress of the service system executing the vehicle management service project, acquires the service task completion state of the service system in real time, judges whether all service tasks are completed, judges that the vehicle management service project corresponding to the service request sent by the service terminal is completed when all service tasks are completed, and then acquires the service detail information and the service provider information corresponding to the vehicle management service project. Of course, in another embodiment, when the vehicle management service item is performed, the charging system may start to perform step 01 to acquire the service detail information and the service provider information corresponding to the vehicle management service item.
The service provider may be one or a plurality of service providers, for example, the vehicle management service items generally need to be completed by the service terminal, and the service provider may include a provider of the service system and a provider of the service terminal. In some scenarios, a vehicle management service project may require multiple service systems to be coordinated, and the service providers may also include the provider of each service system.
02. Acquiring a payment account corresponding to the service terminal;
the service system needs to complete the service task by means of the service terminal. The service terminal is a terminal used by a user, for example, the parking lot management terminal is a terminal used by a parking lot management mechanism for managing a parking lot, and the parking lot management system needs to collect license plate number information by means of the parking lot management terminal when completing a service task. Each service terminal corresponds to at least one user, the provider of the service system and the provider of the service terminal need to charge the user of the service system, so that the payment account of the user can be bound with the service terminal in advance, the payment account bound with the service terminal is used as the payment account corresponding to the service terminal, and the service fee can be conveniently charged to the user of the service system through the charging system subsequently. The payment account can be a bank account, an electronic account of a third-party payment platform, or a virtual account for recording service fees.
03. And completing the charging of the service fee through the payment account according to the service detail information and the service provider information.
The service detail information may include a first service type corresponding to the vehicle management service item, a first service node corresponding to the vehicle management service item, and the like. The payment account may be charged based on the first service type or the first service node. For example, the vehicle management service item is charging parking fee, the service type is charging intelligent identification license plate, then the service fee can be calculated according to the charging rule of intelligent identification license plate charging, and the charging of the service fee is completed through the payment account. Or for example, the vehicle management service item is to charge parking fee, the first service node includes 4 service nodes which collect license plate photos, identify license plates, calculate parking fee, and charge parking fee, then the service fee can be calculated according to the charging rules of the 4 service nodes, and the charging of the service fee is completed through payment account.
In the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the charging of the service fee is completed through the payment account corresponding to the service terminal according to the service detail information and the service provider information. Therefore, related providers of the vehicle management service items can realize settlement of service fees according to the service details of the vehicle management service items each time the vehicle management service items are completed through the charging method of the embodiment of the application. For example, each time a parking fee charging service is provided, the service fee of the parking fee charging service is charged, so that a specific service fee charging rule does not need to be set for various occasions, and the charging is simpler and more reasonable.
In one example, the service system is a parking lot management system. The service terminal is a parking lot management terminal. When the parking lot management system receives a charging service request of the parking lot management terminal, a vehicle management service item corresponding to the charging service request is used for charging parking fee, and the vehicle management service item can comprise 3 service tasks of recognizing a license plate, calculating parking fee and charging parking fee. The parking lot management system acquires the license plate of the parking vehicle through the parking lot management terminal, then obtains the entrance time and the exit time of the parking vehicle according to the license plate, calculates the parking fee according to the entrance time and the exit time, and finally completes charging through the parking lot management terminal or directly deducts the fee from the payment account corresponding to the parking vehicle, thereby completing the vehicle management service project corresponding to the charging service request. When the parking lot management system completes the vehicle management service item corresponding to the service request, the charging system acquires service detail information and service provider information corresponding to the vehicle management service item from the parking lot management system. And after the charging system acquires the payment account corresponding to the service terminal from the database, the charging system finishes the charging of the service fee through the payment account according to the service detail information and distributes the service fee to the corresponding service provider according to a preset distribution rule.
In another example, the service system is a road toll management system. The service terminal is a road toll management terminal. When the road charging management system receives a charging service request of a road charging management terminal, a vehicle management service item corresponding to the charging service request is used for charging parking fee, and the vehicle management service item can comprise 3 service tasks of recognizing a license plate, calculating road toll and charging road toll. The road charging management system obtains a license plate of a vehicle to be charged through a road charging management terminal, then obtains an entrance position and an exit position of the vehicle to be charged according to the license plate, calculates parking fees according to the entrance position and the exit position, and finally finishes charging through the road charging management terminal or directly deducts fees from a payment account corresponding to the parking vehicle, thereby finishing vehicle management service projects corresponding to charging service requests. When the road toll management system completes the vehicle management service item corresponding to the service request, the toll system acquires service detail information and service provider information corresponding to the vehicle management service item from the road toll management system. And after the charging system acquires the payment account corresponding to the service terminal from the database, the charging system finishes the charging of the service fee through the payment account according to the service detail information and distributes the service fee to the corresponding service provider according to a preset distribution rule.
Of course, in other embodiments, the service system may also be other vehicle management systems, such as a shared automobile management system, a shared charging pile management system, and the like, and the charging of the service fee can be completed by the charging method according to the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, based on the above embodiments, in some embodiments, the charging of the service fee through the payment account according to the service detail information and the service provider information specifically includes the following steps:
031. obtaining service fee of the vehicle management service project according to the service detail information;
the service detail information may include a first service type corresponding to the vehicle management service item, a first service node corresponding to the vehicle management service item, and the like. The payment account may thus be charged according to the charging criteria of the first service type or the first service node.
032. Distributing the service fee into service sub-fees corresponding to each service provider according to the service provider information and preset distribution rules;
when there are a plurality of service providers, the service charge may be allocated to the service sub-charge of each service provider according to a preset allocation rule. For example, when the plurality of service providers provide corresponding service contents to collectively complete the vehicle management service item, the plurality of service providers may agree the service fee distribution rule as the preset distribution rule.
033. And completing the charging of the service fee through the payment account and distributing the service fee to the corresponding service providers according to the service sub-fees corresponding to each service provider.
After the amount of the service fee and the amounts of the service sub-fees of the service providers are obtained, the same fee as the service fee can be directly deducted from the payment account and the deducted fee can be distributed to the charging accounts of the service providers according to the amounts of the service sub-fees of the service providers. Therefore, each time the vehicle management service item is completed, the service fee of the vehicle management service item is calculated, the fee is deducted from the payment account and is distributed to the corresponding service provider according to the snake distribution rule, the settlement of the service fee is clear, and the generation of fee dispute is facilitated.
The service charge of this time can also be accumulated to the accumulated service charge, and when the accumulated service charge exceeds a preset threshold value, the payment account is deducted according to the accumulated service charge and the service charge is distributed to the charging account of the corresponding service provider according to the service sub-charge corresponding to each service provider. Therefore, each time the vehicle management service item is completed, the service charge of the vehicle management service item is calculated, and when the service charge is accumulated to exceed a preset threshold value, the most paid account is deducted and distributed to the corresponding service provider according to the snake-shaped distribution rule. Because the fee deduction authority is usually required to be verified during fee deduction, the fee deduction is carried out once after the service fees of multiple services are accumulated, the number of times of verifying the fee deduction authority is reduced, and the load of a charging system can be reduced. The preset threshold may be set by a developer of the charging system or by a provider of the service system.
Referring to fig. 4, the step of obtaining the service fee of the vehicle management service item according to the service detail information based on the above embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
0311. acquiring a preset service type of a service terminal, and judging whether the preset service type is consistent with a first service type;
the service detail information contains a first service type corresponding to the vehicle management service item, and a user can set a preset service type for the used service terminal according to actual requirements, such as intelligent face recognition charging service, intelligent license plate recognition charging service and the like.
0312. If the preset service type is consistent with the first service type, obtaining the service fee of the vehicle management service project according to a preset service charging rule preset by the service terminal;
0313. and if the preset service type is not consistent with the first service type, obtaining the service fee of the vehicle management service item according to the general service charging rule of the first service type.
The service provider may set a generic service charging rule for each service type. The user may set the service type with higher frequency of use as a preset service type, and then agree with the service provider for the preset service type a preset service charging rule for the service type, for example, multiply a certain discount coefficient on the basis of the general charging rule for the service type. And when the first service type is the same as the preset service type, charging according to a preset service rule. And when the first service type is inconsistent with the preset service type, charging according to the universal charging rule of the service type. Therefore, when the charging is carried out according to the times, individual difference charging can be realized according to the requirements by setting the preset charging type and the preset charging rule, so that the charging rule can be set more flexibly through the charging method of the embodiment of the application, and the charging can be completed.
Referring to fig. 5, based on the above embodiments, in some embodiments, obtaining the service fee of the vehicle management service item according to the preset charging rule preset by the service terminal specifically includes the following steps:
03121. analyzing the service detail information to obtain one or more first service nodes corresponding to the vehicle management service project;
a vehicle management service project needs to be completed by one or more service nodes. For example, the vehicle management service item corresponding to the service request is 5 first service nodes for collecting parking fee, and the vehicle management service item for collecting parking fee in the service detail information is corresponding to 5 first service nodes for collecting license plate photos, recognizing license plates, calculating parking fee, collecting parking fee and issuing invoices. The service detail information can be analyzed to obtain service tasks contained in the vehicle management service project; and then inquiring a service node corresponding to the service task from the preset address and using the service node as a first service node.
03122. Comparing the first service node with a preset service node, and judging whether a first preset service node matched with the first service node exists or not;
the preset service charging rules comprise preset node charging rules of preset service nodes corresponding to preset service types. For example, the preset service type is an intelligent license plate recognition charging service, and the corresponding preset service nodes comprise license plate photo collection, license plate recognition, parking fee calculation and charging parking fee. Then, each first service node may be compared with each preset service node, and whether there is a first preset service node matching the first service node is determined. The service provider can set a universal node charging rule for each service node of the service system in advance, and the user of the service system can agree with the provider of the service system to set a preset node charging rule of a preset service node corresponding to a preset service type.
03123. And if the first preset service node matched with the first service node exists, obtaining the service fee of the vehicle management service project according to the preset node charging rule of the first preset service node.
If the first preset service node matched with the first service node exists, the first service node belongs to the preset service node, and charging can be carried out according to the preset node charging rule of the corresponding first preset service node.
03124. And if the first preset service node matched with the first service node does not exist, obtaining the service fee of the vehicle management service project according to the universal node charging rule of the first service node.
Thus, charging is carried out according to the service nodes, when the vehicle management service items corresponding to the service requests are required to be completed by the plurality of first service nodes matched with the preset service nodes and the first service nodes except the preset service nodes, the matched first preset service nodes can be charged according to the preset node charging rules of the preset service nodes, and the first service nodes except the preset service nodes are charged according to the general node charging rules of the first service nodes. When the vehicle management service item corresponding to the service request can be completed by a plurality of first service nodes matched with the preset service nodes, the matched first preset service nodes are charged according to the preset node charging rule of the preset service nodes.
For example, the vehicle management service item corresponding to the service request is to charge a parking fee, and the service type in the service detail is a license plate recognition charging service only, which is consistent with a preset service type. And the 5 first service nodes of collecting license plate photos, identifying license plates, calculating parking fees, charging the parking fees and issuing invoices are correspondingly arranged in the vehicle management service items for collecting the parking fees in the service detail information. The preset service nodes of the intelligent license plate recognition charging service comprise license plate photo collection, license plate recognition, parking fee calculation and charging parking fee. Then, according to steps 0322 and 0323, the 4 first preset service nodes of collecting the license plate photo, recognizing the license plate, calculating the parking fee and charging the parking fee can be charged according to the preset node charging rule, and the first service node of issuing the invoice can be charged according to the general node charging rule of issuing the invoice.
It should be noted that the examples mentioned in the above embodiments are only for explaining the embodiments, and they are only examples and are not intended to limit the application.
