Abstract

本发明公开了用于UV喷墨印刷涤纶缎纹织物水洗标的预处理方法,将高分子聚合物乳液、交联剂、消泡剂、增稠剂和水混合形成浆料,并将处理过的涤纶缎纹织物使用该浆料进行涂布加工,制成涤纶缎纹织物水洗标预处理品。本发明通过将特制混合浆料,将处理后的涤纶缎纹织物进行涂布处理,在织物的表面形成连续的聚合物薄膜,减轻表面限位束的毛细管效应,改进了涤纶缎纹织物表面与UV喷墨油墨之间的性能匹配,提高了油墨与织物的结合力,应用本发明制备所得的涤纶缎纹织物水洗标预处理品,其进行UV喷墨印刷加工所得产品的文字图案清晰,柔软度能达到5cm,且水洗牢度也更高甚至能达到4级以上。

水洗标印刷行业目前使用的印刷方式包括轮转印、柔性树脂版印刷和色带热转印数码打印等,但是色带热转印数码打印存在印刷速度慢、色带上的柯式油墨不能完全被利用以及打印以后留下色带聚酯基材的处理问题。
将UV喷墨数码印刷技术在水洗标行业的应用,可以实现标签印刷清晰、生产速度快、节省油墨、耐水洗和满足可变数据印刷的需求。实现产品的节能减排和对环境的友好。
目前,在水洗标行业里使用量最大的印标基材是涤纶缎纹织物,涤纶缎纹织物是一种缎纹光泽强、绸面光滑、质地柔软,织物表面浮线较长、交织点较少,所以织物的坚牢度较差。缎纹表面纤维之间微细孔隙比较细长,使得UV喷墨油墨墨滴易在其表面渗花,出现标签文字图案印刷不清晰和水洗牢度差的问题。阻碍了UV喷墨印刷技术在水洗标行业的推广应用。
所以,现有的水洗标UV喷墨印刷存在图案印刷不清晰和水洗牢度差,阻碍UV喷墨印刷技术推广应用的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供用于UV喷墨印刷涤纶缎纹织物水洗标的预处理方法。应用本发明进行UV喷墨印刷涤纶缎纹织物水洗标具有图案清晰和水洗牢度更佳,便于UV喷墨印刷技术推广应用的优点。

A、浆料制备:将高分子聚合物乳液、交联剂、消泡剂、增稠剂和水混合形成浆料,得A品;所述高分子聚合物乳液、交联剂、消泡剂、增稠剂和水的质量百分比为30-70%:0.5-3.5%:0.1-1%:1-5%:25-65%;
B、涤纶缎纹织物处理:将涤纶缎纹织物先后进行退浆、增白和压光处理,得B品;
C、涂布处理:在B品的表面用A品进行涂布加工,得到涤纶缎纹织物水洗标预处理品。

与现有技术相比,本发明通过将高分子聚合物乳液、交联剂、消泡剂、增稠剂和水按一定质量比例混合成浆料,并对涤纶缎纹织物提前进行退浆、增白和压光处理,将处理后的涤纶缎纹织物利用浆料并经一定的涂布加工工艺进行涂布处理,在涤纶缎纹织物的表面形成连续的聚合物薄膜,起到减轻织物(涤纶缎纹织物)表面限位束的毛细管效应,调节并控制了油墨在织物表面的扩散渗花现象,改进了涤纶缎纹织物表面与UV喷墨油墨之间的性能匹配,提高了油墨与织物的结合力,应用本发明制备所得的涤纶缎纹织物水洗标预处理品,其进行UV喷墨印刷加工所得产品的文字图案清晰,柔软度能达到5cm(采用心形法检测),且水洗牢度也更高甚至能达到4级以上(测试方法:洗衣粉0.5g、无水碳酸钠0.2g、水100ml、10颗钢珠,水温100℃和水洗时间45分);本发明有效的解决了传统涤纶缎纹织物无法进行UV喷墨印刷的问题,从而便于UV喷墨印刷技术的推广应用。
所以,应用本发明进行UV喷墨印刷涤纶缎纹织物水洗标具有图案清晰和水洗牢度更佳,便于UV喷墨印刷技术推广应用的优点。

A、浆料制备:将高分子聚合物乳液、交联剂、消泡剂、增稠剂和水混合形成浆料,得A品;所述高分子聚合物乳液、交联剂、消泡剂、增稠剂和水的质量百分比为30-70%:0.5-3.5%:0.1-1%:1-5%:25-65%;
B、涤纶缎纹织物处理:将涤纶缎纹织物先后进行退浆、增白和压光处理,得B品;
C、涂布处理:在B品的表面用A品进行涂布加工,得到涤纶缎纹织物水洗标预处理品。
步骤B所述的涤纶缎纹织物处理,其具体内容为:
B1、退浆:采用长车平幅连续退浆工艺进行退浆处理;
B2、增白:采用平幅热熔增白工艺进行增白处理;
B3、压光:采用涤纶缎纹织物平幅压光工艺进行压光处理。
B1所述的长车平幅连续退浆工艺,具体为:进布----第一至第三格(退浆剂TF-120D(传化)10g/L,双氧水8g/L,温度90-95℃)----第四格(热水90℃)---第五格(热水70℃)---第六格(热水50℃)---第七格(室温)---烘干收卷;
B2所述的平幅热熔增白工艺,具体为:荧光增白剂TF-910(传化)3g/L,温度130-180℃,车速60m/min;
B3所述的涤纶缎纹织物平幅压光工艺,具体为:织物放卷---二辊热压---冷却收卷,压光车速为20---40m/min,压光温度为160-180℃,压光压力为20-30KN/m。
步骤C所述的涂布加工,其具体内容为:涂布量8-20g/m2,烘干温度80-100℃,固化温度140-180℃,涂布速度10-40m/min。
步骤A所述的高分子聚合物乳液为聚丙烯酸酯乳液与或聚氨酯乳液的混合液,混合比例为1:1。
步骤A所述的交联剂为环保交联剂TF-569P(传化化学)。
步骤A所述的消泡剂为低温消泡剂TF-508C(传化化学)。
所述增稠剂为增稠剂TF-601H(传化化学)。
A品的质量百分比为,聚丙烯酸酯乳液35%:聚氨酯乳液35%:环保交联剂3.5%:低温消泡剂0.5%:增稠剂4.5%:水21.5%。
步骤B所述的涤纶缎纹织物,其具体为:涤纶缎纹(五枚缎)采用HDY 50D-150D和36F-96F的涤纶长丝。

Claims (5)

1.用于UV喷墨印刷涤纶缎纹织物水洗标的预处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、浆料制备:将高分子聚合物乳液、交联剂、消泡剂、增稠剂和水混合形成浆料,得A品;所述高分子聚合物乳液、交联剂、消泡剂、增稠剂和水的质量百分比为30-70%:0.5-3.5%:0.1-1%:1-5%:25-65%;所述的高分子聚合物乳液为聚丙烯酸酯乳液和/或聚氨酯乳液;所述的交联剂为环保交联剂;所述的消泡剂为低温消泡剂;
B、涤纶缎纹织物处理:将涤纶缎纹织物先后进行退浆、增白和压光处理,得B品;
C、涂布处理:在B品的表面用A品进行涂布加工,得到涤纶缎纹织物水洗标预处理品;
步骤B所述的涤纶缎纹织物处理,其具体内容为:
B1、退浆:采用长车平幅连续退浆工艺进行退浆处理;
B2、增白:采用平幅热熔增白工艺进行增白处理;
B3、压光:采用涤纶缎纹织物平幅压光工艺进行压光处理;
步骤C所述的涂布加工,其具体内容为:涂布量8-20g/m2,烘干温度80-100℃,固化温度140-180℃,涂布速度10-40m/min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于UV喷墨印刷涤纶缎纹织物水洗标的预处理方法,其特征为,A品的质量百分比为:聚丙烯酸酯乳液70%:环保交联剂2%:低温消泡剂0.3%:增稠剂4%:水23.7%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于UV喷墨印刷涤纶缎纹织物水洗标的预处理方法,其特征为:A品的质量百分比为,聚氨酯乳液40%:环保交联剂2.5%:低温消泡剂0.2%:增稠剂3.0%:水54.3%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于UV喷墨印刷涤纶缎纹织物水洗标的预处理方法,其特征为:A品的质量百分比为,聚丙烯酸酯乳液35%:聚氨酯乳液35%:环保交联剂3.5%:低温消泡剂0.5%:增稠剂4.5%:水21.5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于UV喷墨印刷涤纶缎纹织物水洗标的预处理方法,其特征为,步骤B所述的涤纶缎纹织物,其具体为:所述涤纶缎纹织物为HDY 50D-150D和36F-96F的涤纶长丝。
