Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic business work order management system, which comprises a work order overview unit, a business information management unit and a business information management unit, wherein the work order overview unit is used for carrying out general display on work order conditions in the system, and the work order conditions comprise the total number of work orders, the work order state, the work order business distribution condition and the information condition of operating personnel; the work order management unit comprises a work order application module for submitting work order application, a work order query module for carrying out multi-dimensional query on work order information, a work order auditing module for enabling a relevant unit responsible person to audit the submitted work order, a work order editing module for editing the work order submitted without auditing again and resubmitting, a work order quality inspection module for auditing the work order completion condition, a work order cancellation module for canceling the work order which passes through the auditing and a work order report function module for counting work order system data; a work order list unit; and a template management unit.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of business work order management, in particular to an automatic business work order management system and method.
Background
In modern enterprise development, an enterprise MES system needs to effectively combine an enterprise system, an operation mode and the like, and is implemented by changing and recombining an enterprise production organization and a management mode, wherein one of core management work is work order management in a production process.
In the actual production process, the production process is influenced by a plurality of internal and external factors, so that the production process is interrupted, the production stops, and the production plan is difficult to complete. A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An automated business work order management system comprising: the work order management system comprises a work order overview unit, a work order management unit, a work order list unit and a template management unit.
As shown in fig. 1, the work order overview unit is configured to generally display work order conditions in the system, where the work order conditions include a total number of work orders, a work order state, a work order service distribution condition, and an operator information condition.
The work order management unit comprises a work order application module for submitting work order application, a work order query module for carrying out multi-dimensional query on work order information, a work order auditing module for pushing work orders and informing relevant unit responsible persons to audit the submitted work orders, a work order editing module for editing the submitted work orders again and resubmitting the submitted work orders, a work order quality inspection module for auditing the completion condition of the work orders, a work order cancellation module for canceling the unapproved work orders and a work order report function module for counting work order system data.
Specifically, the work order application module can submit a general work order and a special work order, and the application of the special work order is established on the basis of the general work order; the content of the general work order comprises work order types, applicant information, operation information, carrier information and signing and checking information, and the content of the general work order can be increased or reduced according to needs; the operation types of the special work orders comprise fire, high places and hanging, and the types of the special work orders can be increased or decreased according to needs. As shown in FIG. 2, the contents of the form to be filled out in the corresponding work order category can be edited according to actual requirements, and include input boxes, check boxes and drop-down boxes.
Specifically, the work order query module comprises a work order number, a work order type, a work order state dimension, an applicant dimension and operation time; and if the query condition is an unnecessary input item and the condition is null, the query is not limited by the condition during query, and joint query is supported.
After the work order application is submitted, the work order auditing module pushes the work order to be audited to a work order list interface of a corresponding auditor and informs a relevant unit of a responsible person to audit the work order; returning to the applicant if the work order fails to be approved, re-editing and re-submitting the application or closing the work order which fails to be approved by the applicant; and the work order which passes the verification enters a work order data pool, so that a carrier system can conveniently acquire data.
The work order quality inspection module is used for auditing the completion condition of the work order; when the work order arrives at the deadline or is completed in advance, the quality inspection personnel can audit the corresponding work order; the quality-checked work order represents that the work order is completed.
The work order editing module is used for editing and resubmitting the submitted work orders which are not checked again; the worksheets that fail the review support re-editing resubmission.
The work order report function module can carry out multi-dimensional work order data statistics from time, work order types, operation types, carrier merchants, areas and work order states and generate corresponding charts.
As shown in fig. 3, the work order list unit displays the work orders item by item according to different work order categories.
The work order type in the work order list unit comprises a work order permit number, an engineering name, a work order state, a factory area, a manufacturer, an application unit and creation time.
And the template management unit is used for customizing the work order templates with different styles.
