本发明涉及皮革再生利用的技术领域,尤其涉及一种鞋厂废旧皮革的再生方法。
背景技术
鞋厂在制作皮鞋的过程中总会产生大量的皮质毛渣、碎皮、修边下脚料、磨革革屑等,每年在生产过程中生产的废革渣以及因破损、款式陈旧等原因而废弃的各类皮革制品数量惊人,大量的废旧皮革如果不能得到有效的回收利用,既污染环境,又造成资源的巨大浪费。
只有小部分废旧皮革得到利用,而且是将废旧皮革粉碎后进行胶原蛋白或铬的提取,最终同样会有30%的原料残渣成为肥料,对资源造成了很大的浪费。

本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种鞋厂废旧皮革的再生方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种鞋厂废旧皮革的再生方法,步骤为:
S1、筛选
皮料垃圾输送至初筛机,初筛机将皮料垃圾中的大块皮料筛选出来并输送至第一清洗池中进行清洗之后回用,之后皮料垃圾再输送至细筛机,细筛机将颗粒皮料筛选出来并输送至第二清洗池清洗回用,剩下的皮料垃圾输送至分离池中清洗并沉淀分离,然后将浮在水面的皮料屑打捞起输送至清洗池;
S2、软化
将清洗后的大块皮料、颗粒皮料、皮料屑置于软化液中,于10-15℃转鼓内浸泡8-10h,得到软化料;
S3、烘干
将软化料送入干燥室烘干;
S4、切割撕磨
将软化料投入撕磨机中撕磨成皮料纤维;
S5、调质
将皮料纤维与外交联型阳离子有机硅改性丙烯酸酯树脂乳液、手感剂、松香皂化液、硫酸铝及脱水剂放入搅拌桶内搅拌均匀形成浆料;
S6、保浆
将步骤S5得到的浆料涂布在传送带上后,浆料随着传送带进入到保浆装置上方,形成皮坯浆料;
S7、烘干成型
皮坯浆料跟随传送带进入温度为50-60℃的烘房内干燥15-30min;
S8、切边
干燥后的皮坯通过切边机将皮坯两边的毛边切掉;
S9、打磨熨光
切边后的皮坯经过打磨机和熨光机进行表面处理,表面光滑平整;
S10、强化
将皮坯置于强化液中,于33-35℃、31-32kHz超声浸泡20-25min,取出,得到强化料;
S11、干燥
将强化料干燥;
S12、收卷包装
强化料经过收卷器收成卷材,即得再生皮革。
步骤S2中的软化液包括醋酸、壳聚糖和乳酸培养液,其中醋酸、壳聚糖和乳酸培养液的重量份数比例为1.3-1.5:0.2-0.4:92-98,制备时将醋酸加入乳酸培养液中混合均匀,加入壳聚糖,缓慢加热搅拌至完全溶解,得到软化液。
软化液中乳酸培养液的制备方法为:向MRS液体培养基中接入乳酸菌,混合均匀,于40-42℃发酵45-50小时,离心,除沉淀,得乳酸培养液;所述的乳酸菌为嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌中的一种或几种的任意混合。
步骤S4中的皮料纤维的粒径为320-330目。
步骤S5中,皮料纤维、外交联型阳离子有机硅改性丙烯酸酯树脂乳液、手感剂、松香皂化液、硫酸铝及脱水剂的重量比例为100:8-10:0.3-0.5:2-3:8-9。
步骤S6的保浆时间为5-7min。
步骤S10中的强化液由以下重量份的原料组成:亚硒酸钠22-24份、胶原蛋白11-13份、谷胱甘肽7-9份、氨甲环酸1.6-1.8份,将亚硒酸钠加入水中,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入剩下的原料,得强化液。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋厂废旧皮革的再生方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中的软化液包括醋酸、壳聚糖和乳酸培养液,其中醋酸、壳聚糖和乳酸培养液的重量份数比例为1.3-1.5:0.2-0.4:92-98,制备时将醋酸加入乳酸培养液中混合均匀,加入壳聚糖,缓慢加热搅拌至完全溶解,得到软化液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种鞋厂废旧皮革的再生方法,其特征在于,软化液中乳酸培养液的制备方法为:向MRS液体培养基中接入乳酸菌,混合均匀,于40-42℃发酵45-50小时,离心,除沉淀,得乳酸培养液;所述的乳酸菌为嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌中的一种或几种的任意混合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种鞋厂废旧皮革的再生方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中的皮料纤维的粒径为320-330目。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种鞋厂废旧皮革的再生方法,其特征在于,步骤S5中,皮料纤维、外交联型阳离子有机硅改性丙烯酸酯树脂乳液、手感剂、松香皂化液、硫酸铝及脱水剂的重量比例为100:8-10:0.3-0.5:2-3:8-9。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种鞋厂废旧皮革的再生方法,其特征在于,步骤S6的保浆时间为5-7min。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种鞋厂废旧皮革的再生方法,其特征在于,步骤S10中的强化液由以下重量份的原料组成:亚硒酸钠22-24份、胶原蛋白11-13份、谷胱甘肽7-9份、氨甲环酸1.6-1.8份,将亚硒酸钠加入水中,搅拌至完全溶解,再加入剩下的原料,得强化液。
