甲醇汽油是指国标汽油和甲醇及添加剂按一定的体积(质量)比例经过严格的流程调配而成的一种新型环保燃料,是汽车用燃料替代品,它是新能源的重要组成部分,原油是全球最主要的一次能源,当前能源短缺的实质是原油短缺,车用燃料是原油最主要的应用领域,占全球原油总消耗量的70%以上。甲醇汽油是一种“以煤代油”路径,可以作为汽油的替代物从而实现对原油的部分替代。
汽油作为汽车运行时所需的必备燃料,是炼油厂利用石油为原料在较复杂的工艺和相应的设备条件下经多道工序获得的,由于此种汽油中含氧量较低,在发动机中燃烧不充分,所排放的尾气中铅含量、CO及CH的含量较高,严重地污染了人们生活环境。
汽油需求量不断增大,作为不可再生能源的石油储量却随之不断减少,因此大批车用汽油燃料的替代品应运而生,以解决过分依赖石油的状况和越来越重视的环保问题,因此,发明一种能够解决上述问题的车用甲醇汽油成为了目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中上述的不足,本发明的第一目的在于提供一种车用甲醇汽油,该车用甲醇汽油可以使燃烧系统保持清洁,进而改善尾气排放,节省燃油,改善汽车的使用性能。
针对现有技术中上述的不足,本发明的第二目的在于提供一种车用甲醇汽油,该甲醇汽油能够二次雾化,引发完全燃烧,提高热效率、降低油耗,改善辛烷值和十六烷值,提升动力。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种车用甲醇汽油,其原料按重量分数计,包括以下原料配比:汽油组分油15-40份、甲醇60-80份、轻烃5-10份和添加剂1~4份;所述添加剂的原料按重量分数计,包括:汽油助溶剂7-12份、汽油防冻剂6-10份、汽油润滑剂13-20份、汽油防腐剂5-8份、汽油清净剂9-13份、汽油助燃剂4-7份、汽油稳定防爆剂1~3份和汽油着色剂 0.03~0.08份;
所述的汽油助溶剂为乙二醇丁醚油酸酯、双丙酮醇、乙二醇一乙醚按4∶1∶3重量配比配制,所述的汽油着色剂是使用汽油组分油作为有机溶剂、生物燃料苏丹红作为溶质配制,所述苏丹红的含量为10-40mg/Kg。

实施例1
将各原料按照下述重量配比混合,生产了车用甲醇汽油样品Ⅰ:
汽油组分油40份、甲醇70份、轻烃8份和添加剂3份;所述添加剂的原料按重量分数计,包括:汽油助溶剂12份、汽油防冻剂6份、汽油润滑剂13份、汽油防腐剂8份、汽油清净剂10份、汽油助燃剂7份、汽油稳定防爆剂3份和汽油着色剂 0.05份。
其中:苏丹红的含量为10mg/Kg,汽油组分油为93#汽油。汽油防冻剂的原料按重量分数计,包括:甲醇3份、聚乙二醇6份、松香2份、硫酸钠0.5份。汽油清净剂的原料按重量分数计,包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份,乙二醇单丁醚0.5份,亚油酸1份,氨水0.5份,多巴胺0.3份,煤油0.8份。
实施例2
将各原料按照下述重量配比混合,生产了车用甲醇汽油样品Ⅱ:
汽油组分油20份、甲醇60份、轻烃10份和添加剂1份;所述添加剂的原料按重量分数计,包括:汽油助溶剂7份、汽油防冻剂8份、汽油润滑剂20份、汽油防腐剂5份、汽油清净剂9份、汽油助燃剂4份、汽油稳定防爆剂1份和汽油着色剂0.08份。
其中:苏丹红的含量为20mg/Kg,汽油组分油为97#汽油。汽油防冻剂的原料按重量分数计,包括:甲醇5份、聚乙二醇5份、松香1份、硫酸钠0.3份。汽油清净剂的原料按重量分数计,包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.5份,乙二醇单丁醚0.4份,亚油酸1.8份,氨水0.4份,多巴胺0.5份,煤油0.9份。
实施例3
将各原料按照下述重量配比混合,生产了车用甲醇汽油样品Ⅲ:
汽油组分油15份、甲醇80份、轻烃5份和添加剂4份;所述添加剂的原料按重量分数计,包括:汽油助溶剂9份、汽油防冻剂10份、汽油润滑剂15份、汽油防腐剂7份、汽油清净剂13份、汽油助燃剂5份、汽油稳定防爆剂2份和汽油着色剂 0.03份。
其中:苏丹红的含量为40mg/Kg,汽油组分油为90#汽油。汽油防冻剂的原料按重量分数计,包括:甲醇4份、聚乙二醇7份、松香1.3份、硫酸钠0.4份。汽油清净剂的原料按重量分数计,包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份,乙二醇单丁醚0.6份,亚油酸1.5份,氨水0.6份,多巴胺0.4份,煤油0.7份。
从市场上随机购买了两份现有的车用甲醇汽油样品,标记为样品Ⅳ和样品Ⅴ,在保证其他条件完全相同的情况下进行对照实验。实验结果表明,本发明实施例提供的车用甲醇汽油可使汽油二次雾化,引发完全燃烧,提高热效率、降低油耗,改善辛烷值和十六烷值,可以使燃烧系统保持清洁,进而改善尾气排放,节省燃油,改善汽车的使用性能,原料成本低,便于工业化生产,成品利用率高,助溶性能强,相比较单一醇类与汽油的配伍性更好,可提高车用甲醇汽油的稳定性,满足汽车的动力要求,提高了汽车的安全性能。

Claims (7)

1.一种车用甲醇汽油,其特征在于,其原料按重量分数计,包括以下原料配比:汽油组分油15-40份、甲醇60-80份、轻烃5-10份和添加剂1~4份;所述添加剂的原料按重量分数计,包括:汽油助溶剂7-12份、汽油防冻剂6-10份、汽油润滑剂13-20份、汽油防腐剂5-8份、汽油清净剂9-13份、汽油助燃剂4-7份、汽油稳定防爆剂1~3份和汽油着色剂 0.03~0.08份;
所述的汽油助溶剂为乙二醇丁醚油酸酯、双丙酮醇、乙二醇一乙醚按4∶1∶3重量配比配制,所述的汽油着色剂是使用汽油组分油作为有机溶剂、生物燃料苏丹红作为溶质配制,所述苏丹红的含量为10-40mg/Kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述的汽油组分油为90#、93#、97#汽油中的一种,所述的甲醇为精醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述汽油防冻剂的原料按重量分数计,包括:甲醇3-5份、聚乙二醇5-7份、松香1-2份、硫酸钠0.3-0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述的汽油清净剂的原料按重量分数计,包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2份,乙二醇单丁醚0.4-0.6份,亚油酸1-1.8份,氨水0.4-0.6份,多巴胺0.3-0.5份,煤油0.7-0.9份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述的汽油助燃剂为多乙烯多胺醇胺、二异丙基醚、混合轻芳烃按15∶25∶60质量配比配制。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述的汽油稳定防爆剂为异丁胺、异丙醇按1:40质量配比配制。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用甲醇汽油,其特征在于:所述的汽油润滑剂为异丙基化磷酸三苯酯。
