Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型热熔胶及其制备方法,所述热熔胶包括如下重量份的组分:丙烯酸酯树脂10~35份、低分子量聚乙烯蜡10~20份、稳定剂1~3份、酚醛树脂1~5份、矿物油0.5~3份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1~5份、抗氧剂1~2份。本发明热熔性好,受热后变成熔融的粘稠态,冷却后又恢复为原来的物性,不易发生渗胶现象,且具有较好的粘结强度和较强的剥离强度。

技术领域
本发明属于热熔胶制备技术领域,具体涉及一种新型热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,生活水平的提高,消费者对着装要求越来越高。 服装面料向着轻盈、舒适和美观化方向发展,对防皱、防水、透湿、防风、保暖、防静电等功能性服装格外青眯,促使厂家采用各种新技术、新工艺来改善服装面料的各项性能。 近年来,复合面料在服装企业中被广泛应用,新型面料不断问世,满足人们对服装的舒适性,多样性的要求,极大地丰富了人们的生活。面料复合时通常使用水性、油性或传统热熔型胶粘剂,这类胶粘剂对面料的选择性较窄,压烫条件、耐洗涤性能、防水透湿性能及绿色环保方面具有较大的局限性,影响了新颖、多变面料的推广及成衣制作。
聚乙烯蜡的颜色多为白色或淡黄色,形状可根据不同需要制成块状、片状或粉末状相对分子质量为1000~4000,熔点为95℃,聚乙烯蜡具有无毒,无腐蚀性,硬度较大,软化点高,熔融黏度低等特点,在常温下具有良好的抗湿性、耐化学品性、电气性能和耐磨耐热性能,且润滑性、分散性、流动性号,可以预涂料、油漆、油墨等配合使用,能产生消光、分散光和光滑的效果,与其他种类的蜡及其聚烯烃树脂有良好的相容性。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种包含低分子量分布指数的新型热熔胶,
本发明还要解决的技术问题是提供上述热熔胶的制备方法。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种新型热熔胶,所述热熔胶包括如下重量份的组分:丙烯酸酯树脂10~35份、低分子量聚乙烯蜡10~20份、稳定剂1~3份、酚醛树脂1~5份、矿物油0.5~3份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1~5份、抗氧剂1~2份,所述低分子量聚乙烯蜡的制备方法如下:
(1)将聚乙烯原料与催化剂混合,将其温度预热至200~300℃,;
(2)将聚乙烯原料加入一级螺杆挤出机中,设置一级螺杆转速为15~20r/min、裂解温度为350~450℃;在一级螺杆挤出机中裂解后的原料加入二级螺杆挤出机,设置二级螺杆转速为5~10r/min、裂解温度为300~400℃;
(3)经二级螺杆裂解后进入冷却罐,裂解产物在冷却罐中停留30min,待温度降至200℃以下,将裂解产物排出冷却罐,制备聚乙烯蜡粉末;
(4)步骤(3)得到的聚乙烯蜡粉末与十氢萘混合,溶解,萃取、精制,得到具有低分子量分布指数的聚乙烯蜡。
进一步地,所述稳定剂为2,6-二叔 丁基对甲酚、4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基)苯酚中的一种或两种的混合物。
进一步地,所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1076和抗氧剂1010。
进一步地,步骤(1)中,所述催化剂为MCM-41。
进一步地,步骤(1)中,所述催化剂与聚乙烯原料的质量比为0.05:100。
一种新型热熔胶的制备方法,将丙烯酸酯树脂、低分子量聚乙烯蜡、稳定剂、酚醛树脂、矿物油、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、抗氧剂按照权利要求1所述的质量比混合,加热至100~130摄氏度,搅拌10~30min,冷却,得到新型热熔胶。
有益效果:
本发明公开了一种包含低分子量聚乙烯蜡的热熔胶的制备方法,本发明热熔性好,受热后变成熔融的粘稠态,冷却后又恢复为原来的物性,不易发生渗胶现象,且具有较好的粘结强度和较强的剥离强度。

实施例1:一种具有低分子量分布指数的聚乙烯蜡的制备方法。
(1)将聚乙烯原料与MCM-41催化剂混合,催化剂的质量分数为0.05%,将其温度预热至200~300℃;
(2)将聚乙烯原料加入一级螺杆挤出机中,设置一级螺杆转速为15~20r/min、裂解温度为350~450℃;在一级螺杆挤出机中裂解后的原料加入二级螺杆挤出机,设置二级螺杆转速为5~10r/min、裂解温度为300~400℃;
(3)经二级螺杆裂解后进入冷却罐,裂解产物在冷却罐中停留30min,待温度降至200℃以下,将裂解产物排出冷却罐,制备聚乙烯蜡粉末;
(4)步骤(3)得到的聚乙烯蜡粉末与十氢萘混合,溶解,萃取、精制,得到具有低分子量分布指数的聚乙烯蜡。
得到的聚乙烯蜡数均分子量为3850~4210、熔点105.31~107.56℃、分子量分布指数为3.31~3.52。
实施例2:
一种新型热熔胶的制备方法,将以下物质按照质量比混合均匀:丙烯酸酯树脂10份、低分子量聚乙烯蜡10份、4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基)苯酚1份、酚醛树脂1份、矿物油0.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1份、抗氧剂1076 1份、抗氧剂10101 1份,加热至100~130摄氏度,搅拌10~30min,冷却,得到新型热熔胶。
实施例3:
一种新型热熔胶的制备方法,将以下物质按照质量比混合均匀:丙烯酸酯树脂25份、低分子量聚乙烯蜡15份、4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基)苯酚1~3份、酚醛树脂3份、矿物油2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1份、抗氧剂1076 1份、抗氧剂10101 1份,加热至100~130摄氏度,搅拌10~30min,冷却,得到新型热熔胶。
实施例4:
一种新型热熔胶的制备方法,将以下物质按照质量比混合均匀:丙烯酸酯树脂35份、低分子量聚乙烯蜡20份、4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基)苯酚2份、酚醛树脂4份、矿物油1份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5份、抗氧剂1076 1份、抗氧剂10101 1份,加热至100~130摄氏度,搅拌10~30min,冷却,得到新型热熔胶。
实施例5:
一种新型热熔胶的制备方法,将以下物质按照质量比混合均匀:丙烯酸酯树脂35份、低分子量聚乙烯蜡20份、4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基)苯酚3份、酚醛树脂5份、矿物油3份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5份、抗氧剂1076 1份抗氧剂10101~2份,加热至100~130摄氏度,搅拌10~30min,冷却,得到新型热熔胶。
Claims (6)
1.一种新型热熔胶,其特征在于,所述热熔胶包括如下重量份的组分:丙烯酸酯树脂10~35份、低分子量聚乙烯蜡10~20份、稳定剂1~3份、酚醛树脂1~5份、矿物油0.5~3份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1~5份、抗氧剂1~2份,所述低分子量聚乙烯蜡的制备方法如下:
(1)将聚乙烯原料与催化剂混合,将其温度预热至200~300℃,;
(2)将聚乙烯原料加入一级螺杆挤出机中,设置一级螺杆转速为15~20r/min、裂解温度为350~450℃;在一级螺杆挤出机中裂解后的原料加入二级螺杆挤出机,设置二级螺杆转速为5~10r/min、裂解温度为300~400℃;
(3)经二级螺杆裂解后进入冷却罐,裂解产物在冷却罐中停留30min,待温度降至200℃以下,将裂解产物排出冷却罐,制备聚乙烯蜡粉末;
(4)步骤(3)得到的聚乙烯蜡粉末与十氢萘混合,溶解,萃取、精制,得到具有低分子量分布指数的聚乙烯蜡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型热熔胶,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为2,6-二叔 丁基对甲酚、4,4’-硫代双(3-甲基-6-叔丁基)苯酚中的一种或两种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型热熔胶,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂1076和抗氧剂1010。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型热熔胶,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述催化剂为MCM-41。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型热熔胶,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述催化剂与聚乙烯原料的质量比为0.05:100。
6.一种新型热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于,将丙烯酸酯树脂、低分子量聚乙烯蜡、稳定剂、酚醛树脂、矿物油、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、抗氧剂按照权利要求1所述的质量比混合,加热至100~130摄氏度,搅拌10~30min,冷却,得到新型热熔胶。
