Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性聚氨酯油墨及其制备工艺,该制备方法是先将一定比例的聚己内酯多元醇、四氢呋喃均聚醚和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯混合,水浴加热,使其充分反应,再依次加入水性丙烯酸色浆、润湿剂和有机硅消泡剂和水,用分散机搅拌混合均匀,用过滤器过滤,收集滤液,最后加入适量的有机硅消泡剂,即可得一种水性聚氨酯油墨。制备的油墨具有良好的耐磨和耐水性。

一种水性聚氨酯油墨及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油墨,特别涉及一种聚氨酯油墨,属于油墨化工领域。
发明内容
油墨是一种稳定的胶体分散体系,主要由连接料和着色料所组成,根据印刷性能要求加入适量的辅助剂,按一定的配比混合搅拌后再经分散设备反复轧制分散均匀而成。
随着社会需求增大,油墨品种和产量也相应扩展和增长,目前国内油墨产业规模正以10%以上的速度持续快速增长,已迅速崛起成为世界油墨制造大国之一。
传统制造油墨是以工业石油树脂作为油墨的原料,这不仅消耗大量的有机溶剂,而且还会污染环境,这类油墨中含有35%-40%的高沸点石油溶剂,因而含有较多的多环芳烃类物质,且其中的3,4-苯并吡、3-硝基苯并酮等还含有致癌成分,会危害使用者健康。
由于人们的环保意识增强和人们对食品包装印刷的安全性需求提高,发达国家已纷纷出台政策,限制溶剂性油墨在食品和医疗包装等领域的应用,促成油墨组成中芳香烃有毒挥发性有机成分比例降低,油墨行业已经出现了从传统溶剂型油墨向诸如水性柔版油墨、大豆油油墨、UV油墨这样的环保油墨转移的趋势。环保油墨的开发和生产能力已经成为油墨制造商们未来取胜的关键因素之一。
 水性油墨与溶剂型油墨的本质区别在于以水为溶剂或分散介质。水性聚合物的结构和性能是决定水性油墨性能的关键因素。最早的水性油墨用水性聚合物是能够溶于乙醇和碱性溶液的虫胶,后来改性松香树脂取代纯天然树脂成为水性油墨的连接料,提高了水性油墨的适印性,但在光泽度和耐水性上还有所欠缺,丙烯酸酯乳液的使用大大提高了水性油墨的稳定性和耐水性,但其综合性能与溶剂型油墨还有一定差距。水性聚氨酯(WPU)与丙烯酸酯乳液和环氧树脂等相比,在耐磨、耐水、耐溶剂和抗冲击性等方面更有优势,并且与其他水性聚合物有良好的相容性,本发明提供一种水性聚氨酯油墨及其制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明提供一种水性聚氨酯油墨及其制备工艺,为实现这一目的,该油墨包括以下重量百分比的物质:
聚己内酯多元醇  20-30%
四氢呋喃均聚醚 15-25%
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯 15-25%
水性丙烯酸色浆  10-20%
润湿剂  1-2%
有机硅消泡剂  2-3%
水  余量。
该油墨的制备方法按如下步骤进行:
⑴取一容器,投入一定比例的聚己内酯多元醇、四氢呋喃均聚醚和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,水浴加热,使其充分反应后温度降至室温;
⑵再依次加入水性丙烯酸色浆、润湿剂和有机硅消泡剂和水,用分散机搅拌混合均匀;
⑶用过滤器过滤,收集滤液;
⑷最后加入适量的有机硅消泡剂,即可得一种水性聚氨酯油墨。
优先地,步骤⑴中,水浴加热温度保持50-60℃,反应1-2小时。
本发明具有下列优点和特性:
⑴具有良好的耐磨;
⑶优良的耐水。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
取一容器,装入20份的聚己内酯多元醇、25份的四氢呋喃均聚醚和25份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,水浴加热,保持50℃反应2小时,充分反应后温度降至室温,再依次加入10份的水性丙烯酸色浆、1份的润湿剂和1份的有机硅消泡剂和17份的水,用分散机搅拌混合,混合均匀后用过滤器过滤,收集滤液,最后加入1份的有机硅消泡剂,即可得一种水性聚氨酯油墨。
实施例二:
取一容器,装入30份的聚己内酯多元醇、20份的四氢呋喃均聚醚和20份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,水浴加热,保持55℃反应1.5小时,充分反应后温度降至室温, 再依次加入10份的水性丙烯酸色浆、2份的润湿剂和1份的有机硅消泡剂和16份的水,用分散机搅拌混合,混合均匀后用过滤器过滤,收集滤液,最后加入1份的有机硅消泡剂,即可得一种水性聚氨酯油墨。
实施例三:
取一容器,装入20份的聚己内酯多元醇、15份的四氢呋喃均聚醚和15份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,水浴加热,保持60℃反应1小时,充分反应后温度降至室温,再依次加入20份的水性丙烯酸色浆、2份的润湿剂和1.5份的有机硅消泡剂和25份的水,用分散机搅拌混合,混合均匀后用过滤器过滤,收集滤液,最后加入1.5份的有机硅消泡剂,即可得一种水性聚氨酯油墨。

1.一种水性聚氨酯油墨,其特征在于,该油墨包括以下重量百分比的物质:
聚己内酯多元醇  20-30%
四氢呋喃均聚醚 15-25%
异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯 15-25%
水性丙烯酸色浆  10-20%
润湿剂  1-2%
有机硅消泡剂  2-3%
水  余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性聚氨酯油墨,其特征在于,该油墨的制备方法按如下步骤进行:
⑴取一容器,投入一定比例的聚己内酯多元醇、四氢呋喃均聚醚和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,水浴加热,使其充分反应后温度降至室温;
⑵再依次加入水性丙烯酸色浆、润湿剂和有机硅消泡剂和水,用分散机搅拌混合均匀;
⑶用过滤器过滤,收集滤液;
⑷最后加入适量的有机硅消泡剂,即可得一种水性聚氨酯油墨。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种水性聚氨酯油墨的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤⑴中,水浴加热温度保持50-60℃,反应1-2小时。
