本发明公开一种高附着力环保油墨,包括如下组分:醇溶聚氨酯溶液10-13份,三元氯蜡树脂15-18份,颜料35-38份,醋酸25-29份,乙醇18-20份,松香季戊四醇脂18-20份,微晶蜡5-8份,丁氰橡胶5-6份,所述份数为质量份数,醇溶聚氨酯溶液的质量浓度为36-38%。本发明高附着力环保油墨有很强的附着力,适用于各种材料的印刷,颜料经久不脱落;油墨干燥迅速、色泽鲜艳;油墨成份中不含有毒物质,印刷后印刷品上的溶剂残留量小,从而确保了油墨制造者、印刷工人和印刷品使用者的身心健康;本发明油墨还有很好的适应性,不同季节可得到一致的印刷产品,且印刷效果很好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高附着力环保油墨。
背景技术
现有技术中,油墨以有机溶剂为溶剂,对环境污染大。在软包装行业,由于溶剂型油墨均采用挥发性干燥为主的方式,溶剂的沸点越低,就越易挥发并释放出有毒气体污染环境,在印刷完成后其表面也有残留的有毒物质。用于印刷的油墨,附着力不强,颜料容易脱落,适用的材料有限;其制备时用到大量的苯类、酮类等毒性较强的溶剂,在油墨生产过程中当溶剂处理不当时,容易对生产工人的身体造成伤害,当油墨用于印刷时,油墨中毒性溶剂的挥发也会对印刷工人的身体产生一定的伤害,印刷品上也会残留一定量的溶剂,势必也会影响到印刷品使用者的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高附着力环保油墨,有很强的附着力,适用于各种材料的印刷,颜料经久不脱落,同时使减少了油墨中有毒溶剂对人身体的危害性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
    一种高附着力环保油墨,包括如下组分:醇溶聚氨酯溶液10-13份,三元氯蜡树脂15-18份,颜料35-38份,醋酸25-29份,乙醇18-20份,松香季戊四醇脂18-20份,微晶蜡5-8份,丁氰橡胶5-6份,所述份数为质量份数,醇溶聚氨酯溶液的质量浓度为36-38%。
上述醇溶聚氨酯溶液制备方法如下:选择可溶于醇的聚氨酯;按照所需浓度将聚氨酯投入醇中,搅拌至完全溶解。醇溶聚氨酯溶液即可自己制备,也可在市场上购买。
三元氯蜡树脂是研磨基材和催干剂,在油墨的制造中,三元氯蜡树脂不仅对聚氨酯有保护作用,而且还有催干作用,可缩短油墨干燥所需的时间,从而改善了油墨的成膜性能。
颜料可根据需要来调配,当制备白色颜料时,用钛白粉;当制备黑色颜料时,用炭黑;当制备彩色颜料时,可选自酞菁蓝、永固红、耐晒红、永固蓝等适应溶剂墨的颜料,各颜料均可购买。
醋酸主要是用来溶解三元氯蜡树脂的溶剂。
松香季戊四醇脂为连接料,起分散色料和辅助料的媒介作用。
微晶蜡用来提高油墨色泽度。
    为了使物料能更充分的分散,优选,还包括丁内酯2-3份。
为了进一步增加油墨的附着力,优选,还包括硅烷偶联剂14-16份。
作为本发明的另一种技术方案,优选,所述醇溶聚氨酯溶液的溶剂为异丙醇和乙醇质量比为(2:1)-(5:1)的混合物。
本发明高附着力环保油墨可采用常规的方法制备。具体可如下制备:按比例配备原料,然后将各原料混合,再高速搅拌使三元氯蜡树脂完全溶解,并使各原料均匀混合,然后研磨至细度为所需、检验、过滤、包装。
本发明高附着力环保油墨有很强的附着力,适用于各种材料的印刷,颜料经久不脱落;油墨干燥迅速、色泽鲜艳;油墨成份中不含有毒物质,印刷后印刷品上的溶剂残留量小,从而确保了油墨制造者、印刷工人和印刷品使用者的身心健康;本发明油墨还有很好的适应性,不同季节可得到一致的印刷产品,且印刷效果很好。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
各实施例中醇溶聚氨酯购自广东省中山石东升镇坦背白里工业区,牌号为XH-PU304;三元氯蜡树脂购自广州市祥富贸易商行,牌号为E15/45M,产地为德国;丁氰橡胶购自浩天国际(成都)有限公司;微晶蜡购自荆门市恒进化工有限公司的80号微晶蜡;硅烷偶联购自广州纵凌贸易有限公司,型号为KH560;其它均为市售分析纯。
实施例 1     
醇溶聚氨酯溶液10份,三元氯蜡树脂15份,钛白粉35份,醋酸25份,乙醇18份,松香季戊四醇脂18份,微晶蜡5份,丁氰橡胶5份,所述份数为质量份数,醇溶聚氨酯溶液的质量浓度为36%;醇溶聚氨酯溶液的溶剂为异丙醇和乙醇质量比为2:1的混合物。
将上述原料混合,1200转/分搅拌至三元氯蜡树脂完全溶解、各原料充分混合,然后研磨至细度不大于8微米,得白色印刷油墨。
实施例2
醇溶聚氨酯溶液13份,三元氯蜡树脂18份,炭黑38份,醋酸29份,乙醇20份,松香季戊四醇脂20份,微晶蜡8份,丁氰橡胶6份,丁内酯2份,硅烷偶联剂16份,所述份数为质量份数,醇溶聚氨酯溶液的质量浓度为38%;醇溶聚氨酯溶液的溶剂为异丙醇和乙醇质量比为5:1的混合物。
将上述原料混合,1000转/分搅拌至三元氯蜡树脂完全溶解、各原料充分混合,然后研磨至细度不大于8微米,得黑色印刷油墨。
从原料可看出,上述两实施例所用溶剂均为无毒溶剂。
将上述两实施例所得油墨印刷在纸箱制品上,颜料经久不掉(两年无任何掉色或脱落现象),附着力极强,且印刷制品上略带芳香,无毒性,确保了油墨制造者、印刷工人和印刷品使用者的身心健康。
分别在春、夏、秋、冬季用同样的油墨印刷相同的产品,所得印刷品目视无差别。

1.一种高附着力环保油墨,其特征在于:包括如下组分:醇溶聚氨酯溶液10-13份,三元氯蜡树脂15-18份,颜料35-38份,醋酸25-29份,乙醇18-20份,松香季戊四醇脂18-20份,微晶蜡5-8份,丁氰橡胶5-6份,所述份数为质量份数,醇溶聚氨酯溶液的质量浓度为36-38%。
2.如权利要求1所述的高附着力环保油墨,其特征在于:还包括丁内酯2-3份。
3.如权利要求2所述的高附着力环保油墨,其特征在于:还包括硅烷偶联剂14-16份。
4.如权利要求1至3任意一项所述的高附着力环保油墨,其特征在于:所述醇溶聚氨酯溶液的溶剂为异丙醇和乙醇质量比为(2:1)-(5:1)的混合物。
5.   如权利要求4所述的高附着力环保油墨,其特征在于:所述醇溶聚氨酯溶液的溶剂为异丙醇和乙醇质量比为5:1。
