Abstract

本发明涉及充电机柜体,尤其涉及充电机柜体的密封,具体为充电机柜体的密封结构。柜体顶部开口需要盖平面盖板,柜体顶部开口处有围绕开口一圈的框型台面,在框型台面上焊接2mm厚的框型不锈钢板,做隔离和压缩限高台,在框型台面上框型不锈钢板的外圈套有框型实心屏蔽橡胶,在框型台面上框型实心屏蔽橡胶的外圈套有矩形密封条,平面盖板焊接在框型不锈钢板上方,框型实心屏蔽橡胶、矩形密封条与平面盖板粘接,发明采用2mm框型不锈钢板+2.5mm实心屏蔽橡胶+3mm矩形密封条+平面盖板密封。本发明采用平面双密封条结构,结构简单,满意IP防护要求,成本低。

充电机柜体的密封结构
技术领域
本发明涉及充电机柜体,尤其涉及充电机柜体的密封,具体为充电机柜体的密封结构。
背景技术
充电机为混合动力调车机车动力蓄电池充放电装置,用于实现向动力蓄电池充电和由动力蓄电池向整车放电功能。原充电机多安装于车体内或车架下部,空间宽裕,通常用成熟的、通用的柜体改装,使用成熟的密封屏蔽结构。密封结构既要满足充电机柜体户外使用环境要求,同时又要满足局部高频电压变换区与低压控制区的电磁隔离。
现充电机安装在车体中上部,并且直接裸露在外部环境中,充电机柜体为一个300(高)×960(宽)×1400(长)mm的紧凑箱体,因此一方面需要满足紧凑的箱体,同时又要满足苛刻的环境要求和电磁屏蔽技术要求。传统的充电机柜体采用开槽压导电橡胶屏蔽密封方案,其缺点是:1)需要柜体开槽,对于钣金结构的充电机柜体来说,开槽设计、工艺和制造都比较复杂。2)充电机柜体高度空间非常紧张,不适合开槽+导电橡胶密封结构。3)生产成本较高,密封橡胶不通用。4)防护能力较差,不适合充电机IP55的防护等级要求。传统的充电机柜体采用常用的柜体门密封结构,其缺点是:1)密封结构复杂,占用空间大,不适合3000马力的充电机柜体。2)电磁屏蔽密封橡胶条需要特殊定制,成本高。
发明内容
针对传统的充电机柜体密封结构不满足使用要求的问题,本发明提供了充电机柜体的密封结构。
本发明是采用如下的技术方案实现的:充电机柜体的密封结构,选用平面搭台密封结构。
上述的充电机柜体的密封结构,柜体顶部开口处的框型台面上固定框型不锈钢板,在框型台面上框型不锈钢板的外圈套有框型实心屏蔽橡胶,在框型台面上框型实心屏蔽橡胶的外圈还套有矩形密封条,平面盖板固定在框型不锈钢板上方,框型实心屏蔽橡胶、矩形密封条与平面盖板固定。
上述的充电机柜体的密封结构,框型实心屏蔽橡胶比框型不锈钢板厚0.5mm,矩形密封条比框型实心屏蔽橡胶厚0.5mm;框型不锈钢板作为隔离和压缩限高台,在与平面盖板固定后,框型不锈钢板外圈的框型实心屏蔽橡胶、矩形密封条被平面盖板压缩、限高,增加了框型实心屏蔽橡胶、矩形密封条密封效果。
上述的充电机柜体的密封结构,框型实心屏蔽橡胶的基材为硅橡胶,矩形密封条的基材为EPDM。
上述的充电机柜体的密封结构,平面盖板选2mm厚不锈钢板,顶部喷漆处理,底部金属裸露;平面盖板底部和框型不锈钢板焊接固定。
上述的充电机柜体的密封结构,框型实心屏蔽橡胶、矩形密封条都单面背胶,框型实心屏蔽橡胶、矩形密封条都和平面盖板底部粘接。
本发明技术方案带来的有益效果:
1)提高现使用的EV0320密封条的使用率,降低维护使用费用;
2)选用结构简单的矩形实心屏蔽橡胶,为该型密封条统型使用奠定基础。
3)平面双密封条结构,结构简单,满意IP防护要求,成本低。

具体实施方式
为最大限度解决密封结构占用高度空间问题,本密封结构选用平面搭台密封结构。
柜体顶部开口需要盖平面盖板5,柜体顶部开口处有围绕开口一圈的框型台面,在框型台面上焊接2mm厚的框型不锈钢板4,做隔离和压缩限高台,在框型台面上框型不锈钢板的外圈套有框型实心屏蔽橡胶3,在框型台面上框型实心屏蔽橡胶的外圈套有矩形密封条2,平面盖板5焊接在框型不锈钢板上方,框型实心屏蔽橡胶3、矩形密封条2与平面盖板5粘接,发明采用2mm框型不锈钢板+2.5mm实心屏蔽橡胶+3mm矩形密封条+平面盖板5密封。
具体实施例
1)充电机柜体顶部框型台面内侧焊接2mm厚框型不锈钢板4,后再给箱体喷漆,喷漆时框型不锈钢板表面保护处理,保持表面清洁,具有良好的导电性。
2)设计2.5mm厚的框型实心屏蔽橡胶3,设计参数见表1。

3)选用充电机常用3mm厚矩形密封条2,规格型号EV0320,设计参数见表2。

4)盖板设计,选2mm厚不锈钢板,顶部喷漆处理,底部金属裸露。
5)装配,框型实心屏蔽橡胶紧贴框型不锈钢板外侧粘接,矩形密封条粘于外侧,顶部盖板压实,螺栓紧固或焊接即可。

1.充电机柜体的密封结构,其特征在于:选用平面搭台密封结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电机柜体的密封结构,其特征在于:柜体顶部开口处的框型台面上固定框型不锈钢板(4),在框型台面上框型不锈钢板的外圈套有框型实心屏蔽橡胶(3),在框型台面上框型实心屏蔽橡胶的外圈还套有矩形密封条(2),平面盖板(5)固定在框型不锈钢板(4)上方,框型实心屏蔽橡胶(3)、矩形密封条(2)与平面盖板(5)固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的充电机柜体的密封结构,其特征在于:框型实心屏蔽橡胶(3)比框型不锈钢板(4)厚0.5mm,矩形密封条(2)比框型实心屏蔽橡胶(3)厚0.5mm。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的充电机柜体的密封结构,其特征在于:框型实心屏蔽橡胶(3)的基材为硅橡胶,矩形密封条(2)的基材为EPDM。
5.根据权利要求3所述的充电机柜体的密封结构,其特征在于:平面盖板(5)选2mm厚不锈钢板,顶部喷漆处理,底部金属裸露;平面盖板(5)底部和框型不锈钢板(4)焊接固定。
6.根据权利要求5所述的充电机柜体的密封结构,其特征在于:框型实心屏蔽橡胶(3)、矩形密封条(2)都单面背胶,框型实心屏蔽橡胶(3)、矩形密封条(2)都和平面盖板底部粘接。
