背景技术
通常太阳电池组件层压机真空室上盖和下箱两结合面间的密封,是通过真空室下箱上平面上置有一个“O”型密封圈来实现的,但是,当该上盖和下箱两结合面上设有传送带或遇有杂物时,单依靠一个“O”型密封圈来密封是不够的,它会导致真空工作室的密封失效。
发明内容
为解决太阳电池组件层压机工作室的密封问题,本实用新型提供一种双密封太阳电池组件层压机,它能够有效地提高太阳电池组件层压机工作室的真空密封性能。
本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案实现的,它包括真空室上盖、真空室下箱,其结构要点是在真空室上盖和下箱两结合平面上各设有密封带。
本实用新型仅采用双密封带,结构简单,与现有只设单一密封环相比,真空密封性能大大提高,它能够消除杂物对两结合面密封的影响。

具体实施方式
图1中,太阳电池组件层压机的真空室上盖1,在其下平面上装有密封带2,本实施例密封带的材料为层压胶皮。真空室下箱4的上平面上装有密封带3,本实施例密封带的材料为橡胶密封带。加热板5用来承载工件并对工件加热,真空工作室6。当上盖1和下箱4闭合时,该两结合面密封。如果结合面上有传送带通过或遇有杂物时,真空密封性能不受影响。

1.一种双密封太阳电池组件层压机,包括真空室上盖、真空室下箱,其特征在于在真空室上盖和下箱两结合平面上各设有密封带。
