背景技术
由于近年来，生活节奏加快，压力的增大,不少年轻人暴饮暴食饮食不规律，吸烟与饮酒量增加，导致胃黏膜损伤的患者越来越多。
胃黏膜损伤原因包括以下几方面：
（1）物理因素：如进食粗糙食物，且未充分咀嚼，可引发胃黏膜损伤。大量饮酒亦可损伤胃黏膜；
（2）化学因素：长期服用某些药物导致胃黏膜损伤，或心脏疾病患者需要长期服用阿司匹林、波立维等药物保护心脏，可造成胃黏膜损伤；
（3）其他因素：如患者出现长期心情不佳、郁闷，可导致胃黏膜损伤。
胃贵于“养”而非“治”，适当的饮食内容及良好的饮食习惯是防治胃粘膜损伤的重要措施。因此，研究一种具有辅助保护胃黏膜作用的保健食品具有较好的市场前景。

优选地，所述猴头菇提取物、壳聚糖和沙棘籽油的质量比为1-2：1-2：3-8。
壳聚糖，是自然界唯一存在的碱性多糖，它无毒性，能够抑制胃酸，能够保护胃黏膜。
猴头头菇是一种药食两用真菌，猴头菌性平，味甘能利五脏、助消化、滋补、抗癌、治疗神经衰弱，中国国内已广泛应用于医治消化不良，胃溃疡、食道癌、胃癌等消化系统疾病。
沙棘籽油由沙棘籽经过超临界萃取或亚临界低温萃取得到的棕黄色到棕红色透明油状液体，集沙棘有效成分为一体的高度浓缩物。内含黄酮、有机酸、生物碱、甾醇类、三萜烯类及各种维生素等140多种生物活性成分。由于沙棘中含有大量氨基酸、有机酸等多种营养成分，还有酚类化合物，可以促进胃酸的生物合成，刺激胃液分泌。因而沙棘具有消食化滞、健脾养胃、疏肝利气的作用。对于消化不良，腹胀痛，胃炎、胃及十二指肠溃疡、肠炎、慢性便秘等均有极好作用。

纳入标准：符合慢性浅表性胃炎诊断标准且经胃镜筛选确诊为胃黏膜损伤的自愿受试者。
方法：采用组间和自身两种对照设计。按受试者的症状轻重随机分为试食组和对照组，尽可能考虑影响结果的主要因素如年龄、性别、病程等，进行均衡性检验，以保证组间的可比性。试食组按推荐服用方法、服用量服用受试产品（实施例1组合物），在试验期间停用其他用于慢性胃病的物品，对照组服用相同作用的阳性物。受试者按推荐量服用样品，连续45天，试验期间不改变原来的饮食习惯，正常饮食。
1.2观察指标
安全性指标
一般状况：包括精神、睡眠、饮食、大小便、血压等；
血、尿、便常规检查；
肝、肾功能检查；
胸透、心电图、腹部B超检查《仅在试验开始前检查一次》。
1.3结果
1.3.1见表1、2。食用受试物45天后，试食组和对照组体重、血压、心率未见明显异常变化，尿常规、大便常规、血常规及生化指标均在正常范围内，提示实施例1组合物对机体健康无明显损害。
1.3.2 心电图、腹部B超、胸透检查，均在正常范围内。
1.3.3 试食期间未见明显不良反应。
1.4 功效观察
1.4.1 临床症状改善情况
试食后试食组和阳性对照组临床症状积分均明显降低，与自身试食前比较，差异均有显著性，（P<0.05）；试食后试食组与阳性对照组比较，积分差异无显著性（P>0.05）。结果见表3：
1.4.2 体征改善情况
试食后试食组和阳性对照组体征积分均明显降低，与自身试食前比较，差异均有显著性，（P<0.05）；试食后试食组与阳性对照组比较，积分差异无显著性（P>0.05）。结果见表4：
1.5 胃镜检查结果
试食前受试者符合浅表性胃炎胃镜诊断标准，试食后胃镜复查结果未加重。结果见表5：
综上，采用自身对照组间对照法，选择符合试验条件的自愿受试者服用受试物45天后，结果表明：试食组试验前后自身比较，临床症状、体征积分明细减少，差异有显著性（P＜0.05）；与试食后阳性对照组比较，临床症状和体症积分差异无显著性（P＞0.05），胃镜复查结果未加重。试食期间未见明显不良反应。根据《对胃黏膜损伤有辅助保护功能评价方法》（国食药监保化[2012]107号）评价标准，提示该产品对胃黏膜损伤有辅助保护作用。

1.一种具有辅助保护胃黏膜作用的组合物，其特征在于，包括猴头菇提取物、壳聚糖和沙棘籽油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有辅助保护胃黏膜作用的组合物，其特征在于，所述猴头菇提取物、壳聚糖和沙棘籽油的质量比为1-2：1-2：3-8。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有辅助保护胃黏膜作用的组合物，其特征在于，所述猴头菇提取物、壳聚糖和沙棘籽油的质量比为1：1：4.4。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的组合物在制备辅助保护胃黏膜作用的保健食品中的应用。
5.一种保健食品，包含权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有辅助保护胃黏膜作用的组合物和/或食品学上可接受的辅料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种保健食品，其特征在于，所述保健食品的剂型为粉剂、片剂、胶囊或棒剂。
