In a specific test, 96 sows with 2-4 pregnancies of 90d LY (Changbai multiplied by about Kyoxia) which are healthy, similar in body condition and similar in mating time and expected delivery period are selected. Sows were randomized in 8 treatment groups: basal diet (lactating sow compound feed 316 produced by proud No. limited, hunan, a placebo group), basal diet + 4% example 1 (experimental group 1), basal diet + 4% example 2 (experimental group 2), basal diet + 4% example 3 (experimental group 3), basal diet + 4% example 4 (experimental group 4), basal diet + 4% example 5 (experimental group 5), basal diet + 4% example 6 (experimental group 6), basal diet + 4% example 7 (experimental group 7), and 12 pigs per group were fed, respectively. Feeding amount is 3.0-3.5 kg/d for 91 d-114 d of gestation, and no feed is fed on the day of farrowing and water is freely drunk. And randomly selecting 20mL of 6 sows in each group on the day of delivery of the sows, taking blood from the anterior vena cava, standing for 1-2 h, centrifuging at 4000r/min for about 15min, taking the supernatant, and respectively filling the supernatant into 1mL centrifuge tubes, and storing in a refrigerator at-20 ℃ to be tested.
And recording and calculating the total farrowing number, the live farrowing number, the healthy farrowing number, the newborn litter weight and the newborn individual weight of each sow.
Determination of inflammatory factors: the concentrations of interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-alpha) in the serum of the sows at the day of delivery were determined using an ELISA kit purchased from Nanjing institute of bioengineering.
Data statistics and processing:
all test data are collated by using Excel 2016, a General Linear Model (GLM) program in SPSS17.0 software is used for two-factor variance analysis and significance test, multiple comparisons are carried out by a Duncan method, the difference is not significant when P >0.05 is in a range, the difference is significant when P <0.05 is in a range, and the difference is extremely significant when P <0.01 is in a range.
IL-6 is a cytokine which can induce cells such as T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes and mononuclear macrophages to secrete IL-6 when the organism is infected by pathogen to generate inflammatory reaction, so that the increase of IL-6 indicates that the organism has obvious inflammatory reaction. TNF-alpha is one of tumor necrosis factors, which can cause a plurality of inflammatory reactions of organisms, is mainly produced by cells in the organisms and can cause hemorrhagic necrosis of tumor cells, and if the content of TNF-alpha in the organisms is high, the tumor growth can activate the tumor necrosis factor or the organisms have inflammatory reactions.
