Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pig breeding, and relates to a premix for promoting the growth and the reproduction of sows, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The nutrition physiological status of the sow can directly influence the growth and health of the fetus and the newborn piglet. Functional fatty acids are not only substances essential for the normal growth and maintenance of metabolism of animals, but also components essential for the synthesis of many biologically active compounds. The functional fatty acid added into the daily ration has important significance for optimizing nutrition, health and production performance of sows and piglets. For example, the fat is added into the daily ration of the sow, so that the feed intake and the intake of essential fatty acid can be increased, the milk yield and the milk fat content of the sow are further increased, the lactation performance is improved, and meanwhile, the weight and the backfat loss of the sow in the lactation period are reduced, and the preparation is made for the next breeding period.
Meanwhile, the mineral substance has great significance for the growth and the reproduction of the sows. Too much or too little selenium element can affect the reproductive performance of sows, and the selenium deficiency greatly affects the reproductive performance, so that the sows have delayed oestrus, weak piglets, abortion, stillbirth and the like, low lactation capacity and immunity and low piglet survival rate; if the number of the pigs is too large, the sows and the piglets may have selenium poisoning, and the sows and the piglets may grow slowly and have malformation. The lack of manganese in sows can lead to oestrus failure, miscarriage and increased litter size. The lack of copper in the sows can affect the fertility rate, and the ceruloplasmin of piglets is reduced, so the death rate is increased. The lack of chromium in sows results in reduced litter size and reduced parturition rate. In the breeding cycle of the sow, the required amount of macroelements and microelements is high in certain periods such as the late pregnancy and the lactation period, minerals in the sow can be gradually consumed up along with the increase of the birth times, the consumption speed is higher and the higher the breeding is, but the mineral content is not ideal by simply increasing, when the content of inorganic microelements in daily ration exceeds the NRC recommended required amount, the biological potency is influenced due to the competition and antagonism among different inorganic microelements, in addition, the inorganic microelements are easy to react with lipid and vitamins to promote the oxidation of the latter two nutrients to reduce the absorption and utilization rate, damage the intestinal health and reduce the reproductive performance of the sow, the total litter size and the litter size of the sow can be reduced, and more than 90 percent of the inorganic microelements can be discharged out of the body to pollute the environment; but when the organic trace elements are fed, the addition amount can be reduced, the litter size can be increased, and the method is environment-friendly and pollution-free.

and (3): uniformly mixing the rest carrier with glycine chelated manganese and glycerol butyrate to prepare a mixture B;
and (4): and (3) adding the mixture A prepared in the step (2) into the mixture B prepared in the step (3), fully stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain the premix.
The application of the premix for promoting the growth and the propagation of the sows is characterized in that the premix is added into the basal ration of the sows according to the dosage of 0.5-1 percent of the total mass of the basal ration of the sows.
The action mechanism of each component in the premix is as follows:
selenium yeast: the yeast is used as a carrier to enrich the trace element selenium to obtain the organic selenium with high absorption rate and lower toxicity, and the organic selenium can adjust the balance of microbial colonies in the intestinal tract of the sow to promote the development of the intestinal tract, enhance the oxidation resistance and the immunity, and improve the production performance of animals and the quality of products. The sows have different utilization rates of different selenium sources, the organic selenium can increase the concentration of the selenium in the breast milk, the oestrus is irregular or not oestrous when the selenium is deficient, the conception rate is low, the stillbirth or weak foetus can be generated, the milk production is reduced, the immunocompetence is reduced, and the survival rate of piglets is very low. Selenium in the yeast selenium is selenomethionine, is consistent with the utilization form of selenium in animal bodies, and has a slower turnover rate in the whole body of the animal than inorganic selenium, so that the absorption rate of the selenium is improved, and the discharge amount of the selenium is reduced.
Glycine chelated with manganese: manganese, as a constituent and activator of various enzymes, participates in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism, and is closely related to animal productivity, reproductive function, bone formation and the like. The lack of manganese can lead to sow oestrus failure, abortion and increased litter size. The organic manganese is used in the sow feed, so that the utilization rate can be improved, and the addition level can be reduced; the manganese chelate glycine does not generate antagonistic action with mineral substances in the digestive tract, has no toxic or side effect, is easier to be absorbed by animals, can improve the anti-stress capability and the immunity of organisms, can reduce the toxicity of mineral elements, reduces the environmental pollution and improves the bioavailability.
Copper lysine: through the amino acid pinocytosis type absorption, the competitive antagonism during the absorption between the trace elements is relieved, the absorption utilization rate of copper ions is greatly improved, the absorption of other trace elements is also improved, and the sterilization and disinfection effects are achieved. The lack of copper in the sows can affect the fertility rate, and the ceruloplasmin of piglets is reduced, so the death rate is increased.
Chromium picolinate: chromium is a trace element necessary for animals, the oestrus of sows is influenced by regulating the metabolism of insulin, the ovulation number and the quality of ova can be increased, and the addition of chromium picolinate into the daily ration of the sows can obviously reduce the oestrus interval of the sows after weaning, improve the litter size and improve the reproductive performance.
Folic acid: participate in the metabolic process of protein and nucleic acid, play an important role in improving the reproductive performance of sows and promoting the early development of piglet carcasses, and are beneficial to improving the fetal survival rate and the litter size of sows; when sows lack folic acid, reproductive and lactation disorders can result.
And (3) linseed powder: the feed is rich in dietary fiber, alpha-linolenic acid and lignan, can promote intestinal peristalsis, prevent constipation of sows, enhance immunity of organisms, and can promote feed intake and improve production performance due to special fragrance.
Glycerol butyrate: is degraded into short chain fatty acid at the rear end of the intestinal tract, maintains the microbial community, improves the immunity of the intestinal tract, and simultaneously, butyric acid synthesizes blood sugar in blood to influence the hormone level in the blood, thereby influencing the content of nutrient substances in breast milk and improving the production performance of animals.
