Abstract

Description

Several methods currently available for weight loss are through exercise, promoting fat consumption; promoting fat combustion by means of a fat combustion factor; food inhibition, and the like. the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) adding a small amount of water to dissolve 19% of glucose, 5% of guar gum and 3% of xanthan gum at low pressure and low temperature, and accurately heating at a pasteurization temperature of 60-90 ℃ under the condition of slightly lower than atmospheric pressure;
2) adding 25% of Plantago ovata shell powder, 10% of cranberry powder, 10% of dragon fruit powder, 1.75% of Guangdong cordyceps fruiting body and 0.25% of stevioside into the fully mixed mixture of glucose, edible gelatin or food thickening agent in the step 1), fully stirring, cooling and crushing;
