The invention provides a fish attracting fishway capable of changing a flow field based on bottom jet flow, which comprises a fishway, wherein two ends of the fishway are respectively communicated with the upstream and downstream of riverways on two sides of hydraulic engineering, a gate is arranged at the upstream opening of the fishway, a jet mechanism is arranged at the downstream opening of the fishway, the jet mechanism comprises a plurality of jet flow pipelines arranged on a water supply pipe, the water supply pipe is connected with a water pump, and a plurality of baffles are arranged in the fishway along the distribution path of the fishway. This fishway can more efficient realization luring fish, and fish migration obtains guaranteeing.
