Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a plant antibacterial and bacteriostatic scalp care composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Compared with human beings, microorganisms are the original residents on the earth, exist in the atmosphere, water, soil and various extreme environments, and are also planted on the skin and the cavity surface of the human body in a large quantity. Humans are harmoniously present with microorganisms and humans are not able or suitable to survive in a completely sterile environment. Pathogenic microorganisms require a certain virulence, quantity and a proper invasive route to cause infection in the body. The antibacterial function is to reduce the breeding and propagation of pathogenic microorganisms on the surface of the article to the greatest extent, so that the quantity of the pathogenic microorganisms does not cause body infection, and the surface of the article does not become an infection medium.
Along with the development of society, people pay more and more attention to health, the antibacterial consciousness is also strengthened continuously, products with antibacterial and bacteriostatic functions are more and more concerned, particularly various daily necessities closely related to the life of people, but many antibacterial and bacteriostatic agents are on the market, the antibacterial agents are generally divided into inorganic antibacterial agents, organic antibacterial agents and natural antibacterial agents, and the antibacterial agents of daily necessities with antibacterial functions sold in the market at present are generally inorganic antibacterial agents and organic antibacterial agents. The inorganic antibacterial agent is basically metal ions, and metals such as mercury, cadmium, lead and the like have antibacterial capacity but are harmful to human bodies; copper, nickel, lead and other ions have colors, which affect the appearance of the product, and zinc has certain antibacterial property, but the antibacterial strength of zinc is only 1/1000 of silver ions. The main varieties of organic antibacterial agents are vanillin or ethyl vanillin compounds, but the safety of organic antibacterial agents is still under study. The use of natural plant antimicrobial ingredients in combination with personal care products has a beneficial factor in both consumer health and acceptability. The scalp is the thinnest skin on the surface of a human body, sebum secretion is vigorous, various bacteria reproduction is increased, and the organic and inorganic antibacterial bacteriostats on the market are harmful to the scalp to a greater or lesser extent, so that the antibacterial and bacteriostatic capability of the scalp needs to be improved by the natural harmless antibacterial bacteriostat. Patent CN108403541A discloses a plant-derived bacteriostatic shampoo with bacteriostatic effect, but the research on this aspect is still less.
Therefore, the development of a plant type bacteriostatic care product with a good bacteriostatic effect and no harm has important research significance and application prospect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defect or deficiency that organic and inorganic antibacterial bacteriostatic agents have certain damage to scalp in the prior art, and provides a plant antibacterial and bacteriostatic scalp care composition. The plant antibacterial and bacteriostatic scalp care composition provided by the invention has good scalp care and bacteriostatic effects through the synergistic cooperation of the three plant components, is harmless to the scalp, and can avoid negative effects on the environment.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the plant antibacterial and bacteriostatic scalp care composition.
The invention also aims to provide application of the plant antibacterial and bacteriostatic scalp care composition in preparing scalp care products.
The invention also aims to provide a shampoo product.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a plant antibacterial and bacteriostatic scalp care composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.01 to 5.0 parts of an extract of milfoil,
0.01 to 10.0 parts of pomegranate bark extract,
0.01-10.0 parts of magnolia bark extract.
Achillea millefolium (also called yarrow, millefolium, etc.) is the whole plant of Achillea millefolium or Achillea millefolium of Compositae. The flower and leaf are rich in flavonoid glycoside compounds such as apigenin-7-D-glucoside and luteolin-7-D-glucoside. The leaves also contain milfoil, podophyllol and north water soda. The flower contains myristic acid, palmitic acid, hexacosanoic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, hexacosanol, triacontane, sitosterol and stigmasterol; the leaves contain polyacetylene compounds such as tridecane 1,3, 5-triene-7, 9, 11-triyne, 3- (2-thiocyclopenta) propynal, etc., and the lactone compounds include terpenoids such as milfoil lactone, deacetyl matricin, etc. Research shows that the milfoil extract has antibacterial property and has inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, etc. Has effects in promoting proliferation of epidermal keratinocyte, restoring elasticity of skin fibrous tissue, balancing skin, and promoting metabolism of skin cells.
The extract of yarrow is commercially available.
Pomegranate is Laurentia punica Praeparata, which is Laurentia pungens of Laurentia in Punicaceae. Pomegranate rind contains rich substances, and when contacting with mucosa, wound surface, etc., it can precipitate or coagulate local protein to form compact protective layer on the surface, which is helpful for healing local wound surface or protecting local part from stimulation. Comparing the in-vitro bactericidal power of 400 traditional Chinese medicines on typhoid bacillus, vibrio cholerae, staphylococcus and the like, the pomegranate bark has the strongest effect of inhibiting the typhoid bacillus. In addition, in vitro experiments prove that the bacillus subtilis has an inhibiting effect on various bacteria such as tubercle bacillus, escherichia coli, proteus vulgaris, pseudomonas aeruginosa and the like.
The pomegranate rind extract is commercially available.
Cortex Magnolia officinalis contains lignan compounds such as magnolol (magnolol), honokiol (honokiol), honokiol (obovatol), etc. Magnolol has remarkable antibacterial activity on gram-positive bacteria, acid-resistant bacteria and filamentous fungi, has more remarkable antibacterial effect on streptococcus mutans, has strongest inhibition effect on staphylococcus, also has special and lasting muscle relaxation effect and strong antibacterial effect, and can inhibit platelet aggregation. Is mainly used as antibacterial and antifungal drugs in clinic. The honokiol has broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, and researches show that the honokiol has strong antibacterial activity on gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria, has stable antibacterial property, and is not easy to be damaged by heat, acid and alkali. For example, Escherichia coli (Escherichia coli), Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus), Candida albicans (Candida albicans), Aspergillus brazilis (Aspergillus brazilians), and the like.
