1. Feeding management

According to the determination results in the table 1, the feed for improving fast-growing yellow-feathered broilers prepared by the technical scheme provided by the invention is fed to the 70-day-old slaughter stage, the weight average of the final body is obviously higher than that of the control group, wherein the weight of the final body of the 3 groups fed by the feed prepared by the technical scheme provided by the fifth example is the highest level and is obviously higher than that of the control group.
(2) The results of the intestinal index measurements are shown in table 1:

According to the determination results in the table 2, the fresh weights of the muscles and the stomachs of the improved fast-growing yellow-feathered broilers prepared by the technical scheme provided by the invention are all obviously higher than those of the control group when the feed is fed to the 70-day-old slaughter, wherein the fresh weights of the muscles and the stomachs of the 3 groups of the experiment fed by the feed prepared by the technical scheme provided by the fifth example have the highest level and are obviously higher than those of the control group.
(3) Anatomical examination of changes in the appearance of the muscle and gland stomach

According to the determination results in the table 3, the feed for improving the muscular stomach development of the fast-growing yellow-feathered broiler prepared by the technical scheme provided by the invention has no adverse effect on the muscular stomach and the glandular stomach, and the normal development of the muscular stomach and the glandular stomach can be maintained and the incidence of related inflammation can be reduced by limiting the specific size of the feed and matching with the compound microbial inoculum.
The feed for improving the muscular stomach development of the fast-growing yellow-feather broiler prepared by the technical scheme provided by the invention has the advantages that the number of viable bacteria of the compound microbial inoculum prepared by irregular determination is within the validity period of 3 months, and the determination result shows that: the number of viable bacteria of the composite microbial inoculum is not less than 108cfu/g, less than 15 mug/kg of aflatoxin, less than 10 colibacillus/100 g of colibacillus and no salmonella in the whole process.
Based on the above embodiments, it can be seen that the application provides a feed for improving the muscular stomach development of fast and large yellow-feather broilers creatively aiming at the conventional technical prejudice that the feed for improving the muscular stomach development of fast and large yellow-feather broilers only adopts the increase of the corn particle size and can obtain the increase of the muscular stomach weight by feeding in the chick stage in the prior art. The method can maintain the normal growth requirement of the fast-growing yellow-feather broiler while reducing the occurrence of the pathological changes related to the muscular stomach and glandular stomach, has a remarkable promoting effect on the development of the muscular stomach, and has a great potential development value on the development of the breeding industry of the fast-growing yellow-feather broiler.

The feed for improving the muscular stomach development of fast-growing yellow-feather broilers as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feed comprises, by mass, 69.04% of corn, 20.3% of soybean meal, 2.2% of corn gluten meal, 2.4% of soybean oil, 0.6% of DL-methionine, 0.6% of L-lysine, 1.06% of mountain flour, 1.26% of calcium hydrogen phosphate, 0.26% of salt, 1.2% of premix, 1% of compound microbial inoculum, 0.05% of tomato seed essential oil and 0.03% of mildew preventive.

The feed for improving the muscular stomach development of fast-growing yellow-feathered broilers according to claim 1, wherein the premix comprises VA 100000IU,VD3 3000IU,VE 60mg,VB1 4mg,VB2 8mg,VB6 8mg,VB120.06mg, 50mg of nicotinic acid, 15mg of calcium pantothenate, 1.2mg of folic acid, 0.29mg of biotin, 560mg of choline chloride, 90mg of iron, 14mg of copper, 69mg of zinc, 80mg of manganese, 0.45mg of iodine and 0.20mg of selenium.
4. The preparation method of the feed for improving the muscular stomach development of the fast-growing yellow-feathered broilers, which is disclosed by the claim 1, is characterized by specifically adopting the following steps:
(1) crushing corn particles by a double-roller crusher, wherein the crushed particle size is 6-8 mm;
(2) selecting VA、VD3、VE、VB1、VB2、VB6、VB12Nicotinic acid, calcium pantothenate, folic acid, biotin, choline chloride, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, iodine and selenium are uniformly mixed to form a premix;
(3) inoculating frozen Lactobacillus acidophilus (Lactobacillus acidophilus), Lactobacillus reuteri (Lactobacillus reuteri) and Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lactobacillus rhamnosus) to MRS medium plate, performing activation culture in 30 deg.C constant temperature shaker at 160rpm, and fermenting until viable count is 2 × 109cfu/ml as seed solution;
(4) mixing Lactobacillus acidophilus (Lactobacillus acidophilus), Lactobacillus reuteri and Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lactobacillus rhamnosus) obtained by activation in the step (3) according to the volume ratio of (4-1) to (1-5) to (3) to prepare a composite microbial inoculum;
(5) removing impurities from soybean meal, crushing, uniformly mixing with the composite microbial inoculum prepared in the step (4), and putting into a breathing bag for fermentation at 35-39 ℃ for 24-72 hours to obtain fermented soybean meal;
(6) uniformly mixing the premix prepared in the step (2), the fermented soybean meal prepared in the step (5), corn protein powder, soybean oil, DL-methionine, L-lysine, stone powder, calcium hydrophosphate, salt, tomato seed essential oil and a mildew preventive, and crushing by adopting a particle size of 1-3 mm;
(7) mixing the raw material prepared in the step (6) with the corn kernels prepared in the step (1) to prepare 4.0 particles, and controlling the compression ratio of a ring die to be 1: (10-14) and the hardness of the feed particles is 20-45N, thus obtaining the feed for improving the muscular stomach development of the fast-growing broiler chickens.

The preparation method of the feed for improving the muscular stomach development of the fast large yellow-feathered broilers according to claim 4, wherein the composite microbial inoculum is prepared by mixing Lactobacillus acidophilus (Lactobacillus acidophilus), Lactobacillus reuteri (Lactobacillus reuteri) and Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lactobacillus rhamnosus) according to the volume ratio of 2:3: 3.
