具体实施方式
本发明的组合物含有化合物A和非活性载体。本发明的组合物通常将化合物A与固体载体、液体载体等非活性载体混合,根据需要添加表面活性剂、其他制剂用辅助剂,制成乳剂、油剂、粉剂、粒剂、可湿性粉剂(日文原文:水和剤)、粒型可湿性粉剂(日文原文:顆粒水和剤)、流动剂(日文原文:フロアブル剤)、干流动剂(日文原文:ドライフロアブル剤)、微胶囊剂等制剂。
本发明的组合物通常含有0.0001~95重量%的化合物A。
作为制剂化时使用的固体载体,例如可以举出粘土类(高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、酸性白土等)、干式二氧化硅、湿式二氧化硅、滑石、陶瓷、其他无机矿物(绢云母、石英、硫、活性炭、碳酸钙等)、化学肥料(硫酸铵、磷酸铵、硝酸铵、尿素、氯化铵等)等的微粉末及粒状物等、以及合成树脂(聚丙烯、聚丙烯腈、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯等聚酯树脂、尼龙-6、尼龙-11、尼龙-66等尼龙树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、氯乙烯-丙烯共聚物等)。
作为液体载体,例如可以举出水、醇类(甲醇、乙醇等)、酮类(丙酮、甲乙酮等)、芳香族烃类(甲苯、二甲苯等)、脂肪族烃类(己烷、环己烷等)、酯类(乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等)、腈类(乙腈等)、醚类(二异丙醚、二乙二醇二甲醚等)、酰胺类(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺等)、亚砜类(二甲亚砜等)、以及植物油(大豆油、棉籽油等)。
作为表面活性剂,例如可以举出聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯等非离子表面活性剂、以及烷基磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐等阴离子表面活性剂。
作为其他的制剂用辅助剂,例如可以举出固着剂、分散剂、着色剂及稳定剂等,具体而言例如可以举出酪蛋白、明胶、糖类(淀粉、阿拉伯胶、纤维素衍生物、海藻酸等)、木质素衍生物、膨润土、合成水溶性高分子(聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸类等)、酸式磷酸异丙酯、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、BHA(2-叔丁基-4-甲氧基苯酚与3-叔丁基-4-甲氧基苯酚的混合物)。

由曲霉菌(Aspergillus)属、青霉菌(Penicillium)属、镰刀菌(Fusarium)属、赤霉菌(Gibberella)属、木霉菌(Tricoderma)属、根串珠霉菌(Thielaviopsis)属、根霉菌(Rhizopus)属、毛霉菌(Mucor)属、伏革菌(Corticium)属、茎点霉菌(Phoma)属、丝核菌(Rhizoctonia)属、以及色二孢菌(Diplodia)属菌等引起的各种作物的种子病害或生长初期的病害。由多粘菌(Polymixa)属或油壶菌(Olpidium)属等介导的各种作物的病毒病。
水稻的苗立枯细菌病(植物伯克霍尔德菌(Burkholderia plantarii));黄瓜的斑点细菌病(丁香假单胞菌黄瓜致病变种(Pseudomonas syringae pv.Lachrymans));茄子的青枯病(青枯雷尔氏菌(Ralstonia solanacearum))、柑橘的溃疡病(柑橘溃疡病菌(Xanthomonas citiri));白菜的软腐病(胡萝卜软腐欧文氏菌(Erwinia carotovora))等。
对于本发明的植物病害的防除方法而言,例如可以举出茎叶散布、种子消毒等对植物体的处理;土壤处理等对植物的栽培地的处理。
对于化合物A的处理量而言,在每1000m2中通常为1~10000g。在化合物A被制成乳剂、可湿性粉剂、流动剂等制剂的情况下,通常以使有效成分浓度为0.01~10000ppm的方式用水稀释后施用,粒剂、粉剂等通常直接施用。
本发明的组合物可以作为旱田、水田、草坪、果树园等农耕地中的植物病害的防除剂使用。
实施例
以下,利用制造例及试验例对本发明进一步详细说明,然而本发明并不仅限定于这些例子。
首先,给出化合物A的制造例。
第1工序
在氮气氛下,向100mL高压釜中加入利用美国专利第9850209号说明书中记载的方法制造的6-氯-3-(乙磺酰基)吡啶-2-甲酸8.58g、甲醇25.3g、碳酸氢钾6.98g、以及5%Pd/碳0.22g,进行密闭后,在氢气氛下反应45小时。过滤所得的混合物,对过滤物用甲醇及水依次进行清洗。向所得的水清洗液中加入35%盐酸进行中和。过滤所得的固体,用水清洗,干燥,得到0.32g的下式所示的中间体A。

第2工序
向亚硫酰氯1.39g、二甲苯49.72g、以及N,N-二甲基甲酰胺0.04g的混合物中,在60℃加入3.79g的中间体A及二甲苯5.52g的混合物,在60℃搅拌5.5小时。向所得的混合物中加入亚硫酰氯2.84g,在60℃搅拌7小时。使所得的混合物为室温后,在减压条件下进行浓缩。将所得的残余物加入利用美国专利第8426443号说明书中记载的方法制造的2-氨基-4-(三氟甲磺酰基)苯酚4.20g及四氢呋喃12.54g的混合物中,然后依次加入四氢呋喃35.10g及二甲苯34.11g,在60℃搅拌2小时。在60℃向所得的混合物中加入水24.94g、四氢呋喃19.36g、以及27%氢氧化钠水溶液1.88g的混合物,将pH调整为5.3。将所得的混合物冷却到5℃,过滤所得的晶体。对过滤物用水、二甲苯、以及50%二甲苯/四氢呋喃溶液依次清洗,干燥,得到6.35g的下式所示的中间体B。

中间体B:1H-NMR(DMSO-d6)δ(ppm):12.31(2H,br s),10.65(2H,s),8.90(2H,d),8.78(2H,d),8.61(2H,d),7.84(2H,dd),7.32(2H,d),3.67(4H,q),1.22(6H,t).
第3工序
将3.08g的中间体B、二甲苯335g、以及对甲苯磺酸一水合物33.71g的混合物在回流条件下使用Dean-Stark装置一边将所生成的水向体系外除去,一边搅拌69小时。将所得的混合物冷却到100℃后,加入室温的20%碳酸钾水溶液92.5g中,在80℃搅拌。过滤析出的固体,对过滤物用水及二甲苯依次清洗,干燥。使所得的固体在室温下溶解于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺1000g中后,滴加水100g。过滤所得的固体,对过滤物用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺及水依次清洗,干燥,得到0.83g化合物A。
将化合物A的1H-NMR数据表示如下。
1H-NMR(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺-d 7)δ(ppm):9.11(2H,d),8.95(2H,d),8.93(2H,d),8.55(2H,d),8.46(2H,dd),4.04(4H,q),1.40(6H,m).
下面,给出试验例。
试验例1
在塑料盆中装填土壤,向其中播种番茄(品种:Patio),在温室内栽培19天。将聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸铵盐与湿式二氧化硅的混合物(重量比1:1)35重量份、化合物A20重量份、以及水45重量份充分地混合。将所得的混合物用水稀释,制备出含有125ppm的化合物A的稀释液。将该稀释液以充分附着的方式散布在上述番茄的叶面。散布后将番茄风干,1天后喷雾接种包含番茄轮纹病菌(细胞色素b的第129个氨基酸残基从苯丙氨酸置换为亮氨酸的茄链格孢菌(Alternaria solani))孢子的水悬浮液。其后,将番茄在15℃多湿条件下放置6天,考察病斑面积。其结果是,用化合物A进行了处理的番茄的病斑面积为未处理的番茄的病斑面积的0%。需要说明的是,所谓未处理,是指没有散布上述稀释液。
产业上的可利用性
化合物A对植物病害显示出优异的防除效果。
